I have booked for reliance big tv dish
Upon booking i received the message saying that it will be installed in 30 to 45 days time. But so far nothing has done. I registered a compliant through mail and on numerous occasions we tried to contact on toll free numbers also. No one is bothered to pick up the phone or respond to mails from the company side. If you are not able to provide the connection kindly pay my 499/- rupees back...

    Hi sir/madam,

    I have recharged reliance big tv of rs.2500 for 2 yrs subscription in the month of feb 2018. Since 3 months i'm not getting any channels and all channels were stopped as well as company is not refund the amount.

    This is a strange service which is providing by reliance company.

    I need the amount should be refund or provide services. Else give an option to swap the service with other service provider which i have already for it.

      I booked reliance big tv on 14/march/2018, booking id no. Is[protected]Having installation time of 30 to 45 days). But after 60 days my installation not done. I called to customer care no. - [protected], they said to install after 15/june/2018. I am not comfortable with this new date.
      If installation is not possible in 1 or 2 days, then refund my pre-booking amount. I do not want to wait any more.

        I had availed reliance dth connection for a year and my smart card no is[protected]. Since sept 2017, the service is not delivered as promised by reliance and there is no response to the concerns raised and reaching reliance has become a challenge since then. I also had some excess amount left in my account and there is no way i am able to get in touch with reliance dth customer care so request your involvement to get this issue sorted out.

          Dear sir / madam,
          My reliance big tv smart card no. Is[protected]. I have done recharge of 12 month silver pack costing rs. 3600/- in the month of november 2017.

          But from last 2 months only few channel is broadcasting by you & we are not able to watch most of channels. Now from couple of weeks you are not broadcasting single channel also.
          This is wrong and you are breaking your promises. You are not able to provide basic channels for watching as per package.

            I have booked a set top box at 13th march 2018 and get a delivery time 30 to 45 days to receiving but till now we didn't get any confirmation and tracking from company and also agency so plz resolve this enquiry and provide me right information or refund my payment...
            This is the confirmation msg which i got from the company

            Congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 17503310 and no of connections

            I have already paid 399 inr for advance booking as i see in online website...

            Ans customer care number is also not available.....

            Plz check the status...

              It is a very disappointing and deceiving act by reliance that with a claim of maximum of 45 days for installation, it has not been installed even after 70 days of booking.
              Worst part is their customer care is not reachable most of the time. Even if they pick up the call occassionally, every time they have been giving a fake timeline of 1 week or so for the past 1 month. No proper timeline, no proper intimation given. We customers are been simply fooled by reliance as they have received rs 499/- as pre-booking charges and there is option for refund too. This issue has to be considered seriously by reliance and i want the installation done within a week (For real) or else get a complete refund.

                I had booked reliance big tv at 15 march 2018 and time duration given to me is within 45days but till now no contact by retailer no massages to me. I had paid 499rs for pre-booking my booking id :[protected], transaction reference number is :- luti[protected].
                Please do neccessary action otherwise return my amount. We have faith on only the name the brand "reliance" so plzzz don't do like that people will not believing on reliance.

                  Hi,
                  I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 17503707. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

                    We have recharged of rs 2499 for our reliance big-tv set of box. But we are not able to see any channel from past 15 days and getting "error 400 signal lost". We have tried to call to customer service several times and they just told it will be working within 24 hours. Now its been more than 15 days, still its not working properly. Now when we are trying to call to customer care, its always out of service. This is really ridiculous.

                        Reliance tv not telecasting any channels since one month. On being asked they say you wait for 72 horrs. Refund my money immediately.

                        Reliance big TV asked me 1499/- one month back stating that one year package would be made available. After that they completely stopped telecast TV. On being asked reliance customer care ([protected]) they say telecast will be available after 48 hrs, 72 hrs, 24 hrs, after 7 days, after 5 days etc etc. They have been telling same thing since one month. But no telecast so far. I asked for refund of money.. They say refund is not possible. Wait for some more time. Because this is not only my case. They stopped telecast of all their customers in all india. It is a grave and unbearable situation. I want refund of rs 1499/- immediately sothat i can switch over to another DTH.

                            My connection no.[protected] has stopped providing any service for last week simply showing "inconvenience caused is regretted". This regard, i am to inform you that the service provider is cheating their customers after collecting lump
                            Sum amount. I have bee experiencing this kind of problems only after opting for your yearly payment option of rs.1599/-. When i was making monthly payment, i had never come across this kind of problems ever since took connection for the last 6/7years. This is appears to be a clear case of cheating after collecting money. I don't understand the logic behind your promise of extending the days to compensate the lost days of nonservice. I would like to request you to refund the amount in proportion to the service provided by you so that a better option can be selected. An urgent action in this regard and receipted. Last time service was stopped for 9 days. Added to this, calling your customer care is a futile effort as no time, call was connected unless you try for a minimum 20/25 minutes of our valid time. This is a clear case of cheating. An urgent measure to be taken to refund the amount to my amount. Let me not relay on any further course of action as this is the second time happened in an interval of a few days.

                              I think you cheated people and your scheme is a fraud

                                Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order on 25th march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
                                I called on[protected] for refund on 8th may. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
                                I also sent a mail on [protected]@rbtv.in. But after 4 days, didn't get any update.

                                Now, i have purchased other setup box from market. So, i need my refund only

                                Same thing happened to me. Actually, the Reliance BIG Tv has outstanding dues to signal providers of various companies. now, they are misguiding and playing game on public money and standing on their words.
                                As per their mail of 16th May, they promised, refund would be processed within 2 weeks. But refund amount is not credited into my account.
                                very poor service they have every where.

                                I have booked this DTH on 02nd March 2018 and company commits to all people's within 45 days customers will get connection, i have wait for 45 days, but i didn't get any response from reliance big tv. !!! our kids holiday time they asks for watching tv !!! so after that i got another connection.! now over 100 days! still no response.

                                I have called to customer care[protected] and informed to cancel my booking she told we don't have option to cancel your connection i have informed that your company commuted !!! they told within 45 days will get connection but there is no response company didn't fulfill what they promises, she disconnected my call in between.

                                Kindly cancel my booking and refund my amount 499 Rs otherwise i will register complaint agenest company i have all the proofs.

                                  It is more than 60 days now I booked the connection RBTV customer care says it will take another 35+ days. Means total 100+ days. However still no guarantee on installation dates? & still they are not confidant as well. I don't think they are ready to deliver in next 2 months. I have asked for refund. No response yet.

                                    This company service very bad. It's company says only promises for resume service but till date not work the service. I am already recharged 1 yr pack and this month all channel not shown till date. Customer care no . Not reached and not available . How to contact the company for refund the money and whats the problem goes on. All over customer face the many problems. Every time deadline increase 5he 72 hrs . But did not the resume the service.

                                      I have paid the money on March 1st and got the confirmation message stating that it will be installed in 30-45 days. After that, there is no information about it. Customer care told me to wait one more week, now that number is unavailable. This is going to be the next biggest scam. They are running away with the collected money.

                                        मैने रिलायन्स बिग टीवी का कनेक्शन 23/03/18 को बुक कराया था । जिसकी बुकिंग आईडी 14534816 है । बुकिंग के समय 30 से 45 दिन में कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही थी । 45 दिन के बाद भी कनेक्शन उपलब्ध नही कराया गया है । कंपनी ने झूठा वादा कर के हम से 500 रु बुकिंग फीस ली हैं । कंपनी के झांसे में आ कर मैने अपना वर्तमान केबिल कनेक्शन कटवा दिया है । अब कंपनी या तो 5 दिन के अंदर कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराए या बुकिंग फीस का 5 गुना फीस मुझे हर्जाने के रूप में वापस करे ।

                                        But now new date is 15jun
                                        aprox 90 days.

                                        I am not wait till date So wants
                                        Refund, But there is no
                                        refund policy even on company delay.

                                        Giving very poor service from last month error 400 show on TV. Customer toll no not respond . Refund return on your account within 4days massage show on TV from last month but not add till date.Today again single lost error 400 coming.Resovle problem otherwise we have to complete to consumers forum against your low level service.
