I booked for satellite tv connection of "reliance big tv" and paid rs. 500 through bank transfer. But, i am yet to receive the connection. I received a text message immediately after the transfer of rs.500. Since then there has been no communication from the company. I paid the said amount in march 2018. Reliance big tv promised through the text message that the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days.
My booking id is 14509334 and no. Of connection is one.

    Booking id 14545557, its been more than 55 days and i haven't received any information from their side regarding the installation of rbig tv connection. Please confirm soon and if not able to install within next 2days, then cancel the request and return the booking amount. These guys have looted me and still doesn't even bother to reply on the email.
    Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Its been more than 5 months now, and these cheaters still not bother to reply or even call or revert. Will move to consumer court now for further action on this.

      My name is hira vaishnav, i booked two reliance big tv connections on 11th march 2018. As per which rs. 499 was deducted from my bank account. The mobile no. Used for booking is [protected]. I regret to say that i have not received any confirmation message from reliance big tv till date. For the last 2 days i have been calling up customer care of reliance big tv but they are completely unable to help me. Most of the times, the call is dropped from their end, or, even if attended, all they say is that the confirmation will be sent within 24 hours and that the site is too busy to respond. I am really surprised because i have never experienced such a thing before. The amount of 998 has already been deducted and the company does not even confirm. I have called up the customer care innumerable times but every time the response is not satisfactory. I don't understand why they can't confirm booking or receipt of payment.

      It has been more than 30-45 days time they asked for and no action has been taken yet. Havent received any communication from them. I’ve previously posted a similar complaint with no action taken on it and therefore posting again.
      Installation not yet done as promised within 30/45 days despite lapse of 3 months. No communication from company in the matter.
      My Booking ID is 14522829.company says that 30-45 days innstalion...the book date 14/3/2018 pls answer meeee. Soon otherwy refund my payment thanku.company says that 30-45 days but these days any information about dth so how can i trust u...

      Reliance big tv was prebooked for Rs 499 on 1st march 2018.Installation was scheduled for maximum 45 days from booking date. 3 months passed but no communication from reliance big tv regarding installation even after contacting them through emails... Such a big company and such a big fraud... Shame..

        I have book the connection on 15 march you give the time 30 to 45 days after you postpone the date that 15 june. Today the date was 7 June .After in did not receive my connection wanna I want refund.

          The offer stated installation within 30-45 days. More than 3 months have gone by, and even after repeated calls and emails, the service has not been installed. Also, had requested for refund of rs.500 paid. No response to that as well.
          Cannot think of a company like reliance, openly cheating customers.

            Kaisa dish tv he apka...2 month se akbhi channel nahi aa rahe... Ghathiya he ee dish tv... Or ha complaint karte he to har vakt bolte he 48 hour me thik ho jayega... Per 2 month me bhi thik nahi huva.. Company bhandh kardo bhai apni... Mera smart card no. He[protected]... Or hamne 2500 vala package karaya tha... Uske bad 1 mahiya chala for se uski complaint chalu ho gayi... Very bad service... Last quality dish tv...

              I have also one of you who booked bigtv id is 12503309 in 1 march the same problem i have facing now. So questions is what next, firstly i want my pre booking amount rs. 499/- return back with interest because reliance big tv owner is responsible for all this fraud. We still waiting for installation & i want to remember you that you crossed your deadline so you using my money 2march to till now. I want my money back with interest rate which is bank give us. Otherwise i will go consumer court against bigtv they help us gauranteed.

                I already complained before a month, but customer care call not connected it's ended... And no email reply.

                More than a month reliance big tv is not working. I want my money back as there is 1200 rs submitted.

                  Signal is not coming from last 3 months. Customer care is also not able to give proper solution. They always say that satellite problem has been solved.in fact they are giving false information of solving problem in next 48 hours. But now i am fully frustrated with this problem and want to discontinue your service. Please refund my last one year rechare amount.

                        I have pre booked on mrp 499. The company was have to deliver the product within 45 days but after 6 moth i didnot get any product. So please give my product or give my money back. I have many time contacted with customer service and they told me to wait few days. And from last one month the customer service also not responding from my no. So please look at the matter and help me to solve my problem.

                                I booked for a new reliance digital tv connection by paying 499 rupees on 13 th of march and it was mentioned that the installation will be done between 30-45 days. Today is 7 th june so it has been 67 days and they haven't come for installation. When i call them those people don't know anything about this and are not giving any date by which it will be installed. I have also mailed them several times, but no reply has come from them. I am worried that the money will not be refunded. Please help.

                                  myself manuel mascarenhas from pune i was Booking my RBIG TV Connection my Booking ID is 14546055 and No of Connections is 1 on 18/04/2018 through online and i was paid booking money also(rs 499 through online ) and get one connection confirmation mail from you .

                                  in your mail you sure me that my Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days. but till date it's not happen i trying to contact you form various mobile networks but your customer care lines are always busy and i don't have any other option to contact you now i am very frustrate from your service.
                                  so i now request you kindly install my connection AS EARLY AS possible or return my booking money on my account

                                    Need to inform you that i have booked reliance big tv connection on 1st march 2018 with booking id 12504412 by paying rs 499 online on their website. So as per your terms and conditions you have assured me that connection will be installed in 30 to 45 days so still after the 97 days you are not providing proper details of my connection when it will be installed.

                                    Worst company fooling their customer by taking their money beaware of that fraud

But this company did not provide recharge or the money was not refunded to bank account. I have registered a complaint at company complaint web site.

                                        It is informed that i had applied online for booking of one rbig tv connection on 12.03.2018 and paid rs. 499/-. After completion registration, i got message from reliance big tv that installation will be done between 30-45 days and my booking id is a12927492. Even lapse of 73 days, i have received neither rbig tv setup box nor recived any further message in this regard.in this regard, i have also emailed to [protected]@rbtv.in on 25.5.2018 but no reply is received till date.

                                        It is humble request you to kindly look into the matter and provide rbig tv setup box at the earliest.

                                        Why the cutomer make foolish ? is it goodwill for you for the future? why misguide the customers from last 40 to 50 days will saying, we are give the service within 48, 72 or in 3 days ? plese i will request u retur our payment of recharge value .
