We have recharged the offer of 2years subscription of rs2499 on 31jan2018 to our smart card no[protected] but from last 2months they have discontinued our services has 'signal lost' and when we complained to their customer care they are disrespecting us ending the calls. Since forth we expect to continue our services within 7days days with 2months of extra services because of discontinued services.

    It's more than three months we are not able to watch TV . When we call customer care they always say it will be done till midnight but 3 months now. We have called them at least 50 times but from their end I didn't received any information. When we ask them to convey our call to their executives then they cut the phone. And they don't even refund us the money.

      I have made payment to reliance on 20th March 2018 as pre booking amount for DTH. I was told that I will get connection in next 30 to 45 days.However, I still have no updates from Reliance.. I called big tv customer care mutiple times and they asked me to wait till 15th of June, when asked the reason they simply disconnected the call... Sent emails to their complaints mail ID and have not received any reply to it.
      Also asked for refund but they have not given any info for the same.

      Need this to be addressed by reliance.

        Installation not done so far
        I have applied for pre booking of rbig tv on 8/4/2018 my booking id is (protected)
        as per the message (Congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is (p) and no of connections 1)
        Connection will be done 30 to 45 days. Today is the 40th day. While contacting the toll free number only busy tone is heared. Rs 499 is paid already. Please install set top box immediately as per your commitment.

        No any information provide by company regarding installation of set top box after sending the complaint only prebooked messages recieved on 8th April 2018 at the time of booking as per under

              @R_DTV I had booked 2 connection for Rbigtv in rs 499 scheme, on 1st mar. 2018 by paying 998 online and they had promised me installation within 30 to 45 days several times i call to tollfree no they promise to give connection in next 15 days but from 20 days back I tried several times calling both customer care number and those numbers are not working now. My BOOKING ID is 12505069 i think they looted our money
              No idea whether they will give the service or left india with our money like Vijay Mallya or Nirav modi...

                Big tv pre booking 500.00 paid on 03.03.2018...but still not giving connection...my transaction ID LCMP[protected]

                Please solve this problem...and answer is not giving by their costomer care..
                They told that giving connection with in 1 month, but still they are not provide connections..atleast not answering to my calls...what about all peoples money...

                  I have 2 tv connections and there is no broadcast on either of them for last 1 month. Customer care number is also not working now. So, no idea if the broadcast will ever start again or not. Earlier customer care used to tell that within 48 hours complaint will be resolved. But since 7th may, there is no response from their side also. Can't believe it they are providing such a poor service.

                  If not, i want my full refund for both the connections.

                    I was booked reliance bug tv connection i have got message from company that is *congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is a12956324 and no of connections 1*
                    But still today there is no any activity or no any connection even after 52 days not getting customer care help
                    Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I have booked for a new connection from Reliance BIG TV on 01.03.2018 Booking Id[protected] got confirmation via sms from them that it will be installed in 30-45 days and after crossing of that deadline i requested them numerous times for installation then i registed complaint in National Consumer Helpline http://nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ (Docket/Complaint no-692364) on 17.04.2018 they told me to sent a mail to Nodal officer of Reliance Big TV for immediate action but he never replied then on 22.05.2018 they adviced me to register complaint on PGPORTAL https://pgportal.gov.in/ (Complaint/Registration no.-MOIAB/E/2018/01221) for a strict immediate action on them which i did.
                    then on 29.04.2018 i recieved a call from RBig Tv peoples after they recieved my complaint through Pgportal they promised me to install connection in 4-5 days them to my surprise after lapsing of that period i recieved a mail from them which says that they are glad that i am ready to wait for the connection but that mail didnot mentioned the 4-5 days of wait as promised by them which is really misguiding on their part

                      Request you to take out the big tv connection. I am sick and tired complaining. You guys are shameless. No one is resolving this issue. Whenever we turn on our tv, we have a popup message that says it will take 72 hours to resolve the issue and this issue is persisting from more than a month. We are not able to watch tv. Why the hell it's not working?

                        With great disheartenment, i am writing to that i ghave done the recharge of reliance digital tv bearing no.[protected] of rs. 1050 on dated 12.04.2018, but till date amount has not been credited in the account of dth, i have time and again requested your representative to handle the issue, but they had given only vain assurances and nothing has been done so far in the matter. It is therefore requested to kindly rectify the matter and credit full amount in the above id, failing which i m bound to take matter to costumer forum/court.

                          The reliance degital tv (Big tv) is not working since last 3 months. Error code 400. Earlier the customer care no was manned and they used to give us some false date for resumption of service. But since last 10 days they have completely stopped the customer care service no [protected]. So can not ever contact them even for consolation. Wasted rs. 2500 in this fraud service provider.
                          No ideal whether they will resume the service or left india with our money like vijay mallya or nirav modi.

                            I have call evry 2 days from. Last two month but still big tv channel is not working 。 the call center people told it will be up 10 may when i again check that all chaneel are not working again i called up they it will be working witin two day. If its any major issue and its not working from last two month so kindly return our recharge mony and connection charges. Iether give the proper time and date this will be worked properly on which date

                            We all have been cheated. They can even close the customer care and they can install a Auto answering machines. Every time we hear the same answer as "Please wait 72 hours". No one will help us, as we have paid amount, we are forced to accept and wait

                              For the past 6 months so many channels are not available and 1month of now its not working the worlds worst service i encountered in my life is reliance big tv, i don't know from last 20 days there 48 hours resume is not completing, they keep on telling it will resume in another 48 hours, there is a limit to tell lie, they even crossed, i need my money back, please don't go for reliane big tv

                                This is a strange service which is providing by reliance company.

                                  I am sure, reliance digital tv service has already shutdown, customer care service is inactive. Few days before when i contact customer care, the same answer get me as before "the issue will be resolved within three days". But the currant status was, no channels, no customer care, no refund. At this time one and only solution in my hand was to move with consumer court.i know lot of peoples have similar mind.

                                        The worlds worst service i encountered in my life is reliance big tv, stupid service, nonsense customer care response, i don't know from last 15 days there 72 hours resume is not completing, they keep on telling it will resume in another 72 hours, there is a limit to tell lie, they even crossed, i need my money back, please don't go for reliane big tv

                                        I have booked for new connection on 01/03/2018. Still no response / reply from reliance Big TV about when it will be installed.
