      After looking at your below-attached advertisement on your website, i have paid 2499.00 rupees for 2 years all channels free with fta channels for 5 years. However, i have not got any channels for free or instead, no channels are coming from 4 months, i called to your customer care number [protected] but every time, i get a response of within 48 hours, problems will be resolved and all the channels will come, but after waiting 48 hours also no use and if i call the customer care again same standred response of 48 hrs problem will be resolved and you will be able to view all channels, and same happend for many days, and till today did not get any channels to view or any rsponse from reliance digital tv and also now customer care number also not working, in fact, no signal only.

        Dear sir,
        I am getting this problem from 15days and when i called to coustomer care they answered me to wait for 72 hours it is a technical issue & we are updating our channels but the problem didn’t resolved and than i again called to customer care and they told me same this happens with me for 4 times and then they told me to wait till today but the problem still occurs, simply they are manipulating me not giving the correct answer.
        What to do please tell.

          I have paid rs.499.00 for the new connection on 16/03/18 and was informed that i have to pay balance rs.1500.00 on installation. You all also informed me that the connection will be delivered in the next 30 to 45 days. As you can see its more than 2 months and i have not received the connection.

          Currently customer care number is also not working.

          Please do the needful...

                Since almost 2 months, we are not able to watch any of the channel in the tv and i have recharged 1000 /- recently. No proper response from the customer service. The only answer from them is wait for 72 hours your problem will be solved, but it happened almost 7 x 72 hrs.
                In this connection i request the refund as well as the connection fee enabling us to shift to other dth immediately.

                  This is the last communication/mail on this after sending almost 50+ mails to customer care noddle officers ids etc. And few calls to the so called customer care guys, in last 2 months and without any response from your end. Now i have opted for another service provider and started working. Therefore there's no need of reliance big tv connection with immediate effect.

                  But immediately arrange to refund subscription fees of rs.1500/- which i had paid on 14th feb. 2018 (Confirmation sms copy enclosed), need to add 20% interest on it while refund.

                  This is the most worst and disappointing experience with reliance big tv as a company. As informed earlier i have lodged two complaints on govt. Consumer help line, complaint no. 101716, dtd. 24th april 18 & 740448 on 21st may 2018. Enough calls / mails are done now need refund of my hard earned money with 20% interest.

                  Advising all readers / consumers of reliance big tv to lodge the complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ against this unethical and bluffing & money minting organisation.

                    I have pre booked reliance digital tv dish on march and mail came u will get your connection in 45 days but it's about 3 months no call verification came and the rs 500 been taken at time of pre booking
                    So i'm a poor person and rs 500 mean alot to me nd so long we are waiting for an entertainment resource for children please send our order faster

                                I made recharge of 270 rupees for my reliance digital tv. I am still not getting any channels. I am receiving smart card error 106. I called toll free customer care and i was told (In a very careless way) that server is down and issue cannot be resolved.

                                I told customer care that i am not receiving any server error and receiving smart card error. But customer care people seem to be least bothered and could not even tell me whether issue is in server or my smart card.

                                I asked them to raise a complaint and send some representative but i was told to wait for 3 days which is just ridiculous.

                                What kind of technical issue could take 3 days? I wanted a reliance digital tv representative to come to my home as soon as possible and resolve the issue. But no appropriate resolution was provided. There is no way to escalate the issue. If no services could be provided then they should give a refund.

                                Even I booked for 499. But no booking id or confirmation. On complaining again and again they said to wait till 20 may and then to raise complain. But now their customer care numbers are invalid or busy everytime.
                                I have purchase reliance bigtv connection as march 10 2018 offer. but they did not install till 22 may . I asked the customer care they said we don't know when technician will come and visit and when i ask about the date they drop the call ..the worst experience with BIGTV it's completely waste of money product
                                I have requested for the installation on 9/3/18 It's almost more than 2 months, still no response.Im very disappointed.

                                  we are big tv customer since past 4 years .starting from march of 2018...we are persistently getting this msg displayed bt big tv..."signal lost 400 error".we raised this issue by customer service but ro proper response.they simply say will resume in..24 hours, or 1 day...or 3 days..at the end no channels. nothing.
                                  I have prebooked the reliance big tv. But 3 months has gone after booking I havn't get the connection right now. So plz solve the problem on time as soon as possible.

                                    Its been more than 6 months. A compliant lodged that day after day chennels are disappearing and there was no solution for the complaint

There is no end for the excuses our engineers are working wait. There is a theshold for every thing so do for our patience

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had made a pre-booking for your btv connection online on 10th march paying rs.499, the booking id being 14516646. At the time of booking, i was given to understand that the connection will be made available in 30 - 45 days. Since no information was forthcoming, i sent a few mails in the customer care id given while booking, all of which went unanswered. Ultimately, i called up your customer care on 3rd may, from where i could not get a satisfactory reply. He asked me to wait for 7 days first, and then made it 3 weeks. He told me that there is some problem and someone from the company will contact me. It is not fair to leave the customers in the dark without assigning any reason for the delay.
                                        On 5th, i got one sms saying that the installation process will commence only from 15th of june only. I do not know whom to believe. It is really depressing to note that a company of the reputation of reliance refuse to answer customer mails. If this is what we are getting even before installation, i can imagine what treatment we can expect afterwards. Hence, please be kind enough to arrange for the refund of the amount paid at the time of pre-booking. I hope at least i will get a reply for this.

                                        My complaint has not been solved so far. Then how come it is marked as "[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — non installation even after 78 days"?
                                        I have registered & paid Rs 499 for a new connection on 16 March 2018 through my mail id : hak.[protected]@gmail.com & Mob no [protected]. No confirmation mail or call received from them till now. Please suggest what to do?
