    One of the worst customer care and services arw available with adag.

    When the recharge is delayed by even a minute our services are disconnected and from past four days we do not have channels n customer care operational. How do the management of big tv justify and compensate it's customers. Organisation should also understand that no one are above problems and everyone can be victims.

    We lost many important programs because of non availability of committed channels by the service provider. Adag is wholly responsible for this n need to compensate the loss

      I take reliance digital tv dish. My card no[protected]. I paid recharge amount excess rs.100. But telugu channels ex. Maa, etv, gemini is not come. Showing error 200. No of times complete customercare, that persons told some
      Problem cut the channels. But not rectify. Please rectify and old package is continue. This problem rectify as early as possibel. Since 10 days onwards 1.10.17 no showing tv channels.

      I have tried to toll-free numbers but call not connected .

      I have advance recharged reliance big tv connection for 1 year, but i am not receiving any kind of services from them.

        Hi my name is denesh kumar sundar and smart card no. Is[protected]... From 3rd october morning itself sun network channels are not working sun tv, sun music, adithya, sun news etccccc..., and also i received the message on display that it is due to technical problem sun network not available. But for the last one week the problem is still there. If the problem continues like this definitely i will discontinue ur service.

            Hi,

            This is ranjith, i have resumed my channels... When i recharge i enjoyed all channels which are in my package...

            After few days, i got to know that all #sunnetwork channels not coming by days in the display as "having technical issue, it will resume soon". But it was showing more than an 1 & half week.

            Please go through my digital bigtv number #[protected].

            Please solve the issue asap...

            Not one is responsible for the customer's ...i have been trying customer care ...they all alway s engage up with some other reason ..
            This is literally bad service which am feeling

              Sun tv channels are not telecast in big tv last 1 week. Their customer service is not working as well. No where to report this problem. Where do we go and complain?

              Last 3 weeks i am trying to call their customer service but it's not getting directed to service representative and gets disconnected abruptly. This is such a pathetic service from big tv. Can you please get this reliance big tv attention?

                  My reliance card number is[protected]. For the past 5 days none of the sun network's channel are working. It says 'channel temproraly unavailabe due to technical reasons. I expected it to resolved within 24 hours. This is not fair that it doesn't work for the past 5 days. Ur customer service is horrible as there is no response. We are paying for the services and not to get this message.. I'll have to disconnect the services if this is not addressed immediately.

                    I am the subscriber of your tv my smart card no[protected] from past 5 days udaya tv and udaya movies regional channels not coming. It is showing a message "dear customer channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons service shall resume shortly"... Please look into this issue as early as possible and correct it... I am watching these channels regularly. Your customer service is worst they don't even try to answer the call.

                      I have been trying to contact your customer care representative for the last 1 week... But no one is answering my call.. I have recharged with 270₹ on 1 oct..                             Since 4th october 2017 "all the sun network" channels are disconnected. Shows "temporarily not available". This problem is for not only my dth but also for others customers. I have trying to reach customer care several times. But they said "can't connect right now" and disconnected. I have tried all the phone numbers which they provided in their websites. But no reply. Its worst company ever i have seen. The worst scenario is i have recharged for one year. Its very disappointing after paying amount. Its acceptable for 1 day but more than 3 days its not acceptable.

                              Dear sir,
                              Set top box not receiving signals and hanging continuously for every 5 mins. When i contacted customer executive they said set top box in under warranty and we will provide new set top box and accommodate support engineers. For more than three months they are saying no stock in set-top box. And now they saying there is no warranty on box. Till now no support engineers checked this issue. Could you please solve this issue and do the needful. Please find the dth account details below:

                                Since sun network channels are not working on my tv, im calling the customer care for the last few days and they are so clever in disconnecting the call when it gets transferred to their customer care executive. This is not the way you treat your valuable customers..
                                If this issue doesn't get solved by this sunday, then i'm moving to another service provider.. Irresponsible management, not even able to talk to the customer. Very bad..

                                    I have done a recahrge of 500 25 days back, but till date the services are not resumed. While i am trying to connect with customer care they are not able to patch me up with an executive and the reason ivr is giving is that due to some emergency we are not able to connect u with our customer care representative, this has been going on from last 25 days. There is no response over mail.

                                    There is no way to connect with bigtv officials to get my problem solved. I even tried twitter to seek help from them, but no response there either.

                                      I have purchased reliance big tv before a 4 to 5 years back. Everything normal till now, but 2 weeks back onwards started problem. Now i'm calling and mailed to customer care not responding only. From application also i've tried, no use at all.

                                      Some channels not coming properly. Sab tv showing 200 error. Kindly do the necessary steps.
