I am a reliance prepaid consumer. I recharged my phone today[protected]. Rs. 156 for 3g net pack of 1gb, but only 800mb were credited to my prepaid account instead of 1gb, and its valid only for 21 days instead of 30 days. The reliance website clearly shows 1gb for 156rs for 30 days! This is highly annoying! I want full 1gb data, and request the company to look in the mater! Such fraud is neither expected nor accepted from the service provider. I have been trusting since long time! My number is [protected].

      After making so many complaints, adjustment, i have to write on this mail. I am feeling very dis satisfactory with reliance broad band services. I have been using it since last 2 years. but from last 6 months, it is not properly working. It works for only 10 days in a month. when waiver request is made, it gets cancelled. without even any intimation, request gets cancelled. I never get any SMS for request cancellation. In spite of abundance of calls, request, request never get sought out in 10-15 days, and making the condition worst, technician themselves show visit and changed the status to sought out, but in reality, no such visit are made by them, problem is still there. Waiver request gets cancelled. we paid full month charges even used it hardly for 10 days... i must say, This is worst to worst service... no feedback calls are ever made to make a check. this problem remains persistant... my user id- [protected] u may check no. and frequency of complaints as well... ur dis satisfactory client- ranjana After making so many complaints, adjustment, i have to write on this mail.         2 weeks passed No call yet 1 September i requested for connection. 2 weeks ago, I made a call to reliance customer care for registering for new wireline broadband connection by Rattan patil name .I made the customer agent fill all my details and he gave me a time period of 48 hours for getting informed about whether connection is available in my locality through a call. but well what can I say 2 weeks already passed but yet I haven't received any call from their side and also I made repeated number of calls to customer care but still every time they re-register and told me to wait for 48 hours and so on and so on . no even recieved call yet . I think reliance isn't upto to that level where there every new customer, even the person came to take the detail spoke very argurently, as if he is doing a favor. my name is jaideep patil, num is [protected]

I want full compensation i terms of validity or refund the recharge amount. I have added screenshots of the recharge confirmation and speedtest result of today please have a look.             I spoke to r care & he deactivated this VAS TechZone SMS S service & after one day it again started deducting my bal. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible & i want my refund, and if this happens again i am going to switch off the sim and will complain to consumer forum.

                  Reference to broadband username[protected], when I requested broadband, I requested broadband on my existing landline which I was using for past 4 years. Sales person gave a new landline and a assigned a combo package with my broadband. I did not require a landline when I already have an existing landline. The person installed broadband didn't inform about the new land line too, which is the basic right of a customer. When I paid the bill after two months, I realized that a new landline is assigned with broadband and I am billed for it. I requested to cancel the new landline assigned with broadband. When I requested to cancel the landline I did request to have only broadband, customer did not inform me that the broadband would be cancelled. Last week I was shocked to realize that my broadband is cancelled and the landline would be cancelled later. When I requested to cancel only landline, I was never informed about their rules etc. Now, when I requested to reinstate my broadband support is asking for a new connection request. This is ridiculous when the whole Reliance team is responsible for such unprofessional approach. I wanted to have my broadband reinstated without any installation expense. Otherwise I would claim for all my losses and would like to warn any Reliance customer not to be prey of this cheating!

                      Hi I am the reliance broadband user having subscriber id :[protected] . I had raised the shifting complaint from my previous address Noida to gurgaon, the customer care executive told me that connection will be shifted in 3 days, I shifted my home from Noida on 30th Aug (not using any services from that date) On 30th august when I call CC they told me that my compaint has been closed because no address proof has been provided (noone told me at time of complaint that i need to submit something and noone had called me they closed the complaint on their own) then on 31st aug I mailed them the apt docs and raised the complaint now they told me that connection will be shifted in 5 days. Then on 9th sept i again called them and the raise the complaint of discoonection of connection (as they are not able to shift it) and told them to return the advacnce payment of 15 days which I had made on 29th Aug . But no action has been taken on my complaints yet and the worst part is that they had send me the bill of next month Please help me out in getting my money back from Reliance Thanks Meenu Jain Subscriber Id :[protected] Complaint raised on 27th Aug :[protected]

                      Again a bill has been sent to me, I am rephrasing my had filed multiple complaints starting 27th Aug regarding the connection disconnect and I owned approx 14 day payment which I had done in advance but reliance had send me the bill of somewhat arnd 1100, please close this thread asap and refund my money

                      What the hell is this .. no one is replying anything, my connection is not working from past one month I am continously chasing up and today I am getting the call from bill dept to pay the bill and how rude she is talking to me and giving me legal threats, ridiculous .
                      I had paid the bill till 10th sept 2015 and my connection is not working since 27th Aug . Refund my advance payment ASAP.
                      Why so slow service of Reliance. It is frustrating. I know it was mistake at our end to opt for Reliance but what we can do now.

                      We have not got any call from Reliance yet to resolve the issue. I want my money back asap.

                      I got the email of service cancellation finally . Now when I got my refund(advance payment which I had done). Why I am getting the payment reminders I dont have any dues instead I got the refund of my advance payment .Let me know when I got my refund.

                        I am using the reliance wipod (num: [protected]) prepaid in kerala circle. I have recharged my number on 26.08.2015 with 797 offer which gives me 10 GB Unlimited Internet with upto 14.5 MBPS. Today (14.09.2015) when i tried to connect the Internet it connects to 1x which have speed only upto 153 kbps. I have used only 7 GB according to my Statistic usage which the device itself shows. I have asked to the customer care team and they have told that to recharge again and the data is finished according to them. I want to know where is my remaining 3 GB?

                        The problem is not yet resolved as the customer service people called and asked me about the speed issue only. I do not have any speed issue. I want 10 GB internet which you offered and what I recharged for.

                              Hi, My Reliance 2G connection no is : [protected]. I told to cancel my connection last year only.These people did not cancel the connection and they are sending the bill every month. Whenever i call them they told to pay that month's bill and then they will cancel. I already paid close to 2000 rs without using 1KB of internet data. I already called some 20 times and gave several complaints regarding this but still they are not cancelling the connection. Cancellation Requests: Service Request ID:[protected]On 3/28/2015 at 3:24:19 PM) Service Request ID:[protected] on 6th June, 2015 at 11:24:08 AM Final Payment Details: Payment Date & Time: [protected]:13 hrs Payment Amount (Rs.): 1339 Payment Date & Time: [protected]:13 hrs Payment Amount (Rs.): 100 Now they gave me legal notice to pay that bill. I already registered a complaint 3 months back but nobody is responding me properly. Now what i have to do ?

From your RAJKOT office we came to know that device (dessi) is not working. They also said that device (dessi) is not available. When it will be available they do not know. Your company financial position is so poor that they cannot change the device ...?

                                    This is regarding the termination of my old Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] and Fixed Line Phone number [protected]. Even though the connection was terminated on Feb 2015, still I am getting bill for the Fixed Line Phone number [protected]. Multiple times I called reliance customer care and confirmed that my fixed landline connection is terminated. Also I wrote many mails too. Every time I am getting the reply that the connection is closed long back and still I am receiving bill for land line.

                                      For given information form Reliance customer care that at recharge of 198 u can get 1.5 gb 3g data balance but I can found only 1.23gb 3g data only when I call to the customer care and tell the problem then will say that the it's fult of companie so we Wiill provide and we will register your complain it take 2 day to return your data but it not happen when I asked them than they say that we will not do anything in this so plze give me a region what I can do it is frod of companies

                                        I have been you customer with Mobile number # [protected] since 2002 and want to extend our relationship by applying for a broadband connection at my residence Block 1, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi - 220027. It's been almost two months since I had made a request for Thunder 699 plan but I couldn't get any response from your end. First of all nobody bothered to call for a new connection inquiry inspite of calling your customer service number so many times. After two weeks, your employee Vimal (Phone# [protected]) called and first of all forced me to take Thunder Combo 749 plan saying there is some issue which he never told us clearly. Then he asked me extra Rs. 400 as his so called installation charges (or you can say bribe) over and above company's installation charges of Rs. 599, rental, security etc. When I asked why he said Reliance vendor has run away so we charge it from customer. I said then why I pay 599 to Reliance he said this is how it works. His supervisor Mohit (phone# [protected]) is also involved in taking bribes for all new connections and he failed to give any justified answer for this. When I called your nodal escalation team[protected], since customer service was incapable of handling such a small thing, they said we will get your connection in a week and will take strict actions against Vimal/Mohit for asking extra money without any valid justification from Reliance. The day they came to know we have complained against them. They refused to take our calls and talked in a very derogatory manner saying "Do whatever you want, this is how it works!". We talked to Executive Seema and Vijay Naushad (Interaction ID - [protected] and [protected]) on 19th July and they said they have escalated it further and we will get connection on August 1st. When we again called Vimal/Mohit, they started with a new excuse that material is short, copper wire is not available as they were angry why we complained against them. Then they started saying you will not get a new connection. We again called Nodal # and your executive told us they have escalated again to Mr. Amit Sharma who is incharge of the Delhi zone. Every time they assured I will get call back, I will get revert, I will get connection but all failed. Whole month passed, nobody bothered to value a customer who has been with you OVER A DECADE. On Spetember 4th, we again called Nodal # and talked to Nayna (Interaction ID - [protected]), she said Sir please trust us you will get revert by tomorrow. Again we called next day and talked to Vijay Naushad (Interaction ID - [protected]), he said Amit Sharma isn't replying and maybe material is missing. I think this is all a game plan of your corrupted employee Vimal and Mohit since they made us beleive they are the MAFIA of our area and without them Reliance will never give us connection. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? IS THIS THE WAY YOU GIVE SERVICE? IS THIS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS? IS THIS THE WAY YOU ACTION? IT'S A BIG SHAME ON YOU GUYS. FRUSTATING!... I am attaching some call recordings as proof how you all mistreated us and denied business and service to us. There is no problem in our area. In our neighborhood there are Reliance broadband connections. The only reason we didn't get connection till date is because we dared to complain against BRIBERY and CORRUPT EMPLOYEES. If you fail to reply, take action or deny business to us I swear to God I will publish this lettr to all media channels, portals and websites. And I am not bluffing, if you want I can tell you my RNI #s. I will make sure to file a case against all involved in this stupid event - VIMAL, MOHIT and AMIT SHARMA who failed to do there jobs; and a big compensation for harassing a 12 year old customer for two months, call charges and peace of mind.
