Respected Sir/Madam I had taken a prepaid connection from your network ‘RELIANCE ’ few years back and was given Mobile No.[protected] but suddenly from 3rd Feb 2014 onwards, it has stopped working, neither incoming nor outgoing can be done. Although the talktime is morethan Rs 400 When we reach the Reliance Web world at Jaipur House, Agra the executive says it get barrred due to non availability KYC documents but we never asked for submission of Kyc Docs and also my talktime of Rs 400 is forfeited by the company and they are not ready to unbarred the same number even if we submit the req documents Till date, no action or step has been intiated from Reliance Company to restore my mobile number back.
