I Mr. Mandar Patil working in VISE sakes information pvt ltd Dadar West Mumbai had called reliance customer several times and launched several complaints regarding the network issue that we are facing on all the 12 wireless phones bearing following numbers and the first complaint we registered with them was on 2 August 2010 regarding the network issue and till date their engineers have visited our office 3 times...

Reliance is a very big and reputed company for years,But the emplyees of howrah branch located at 400,G.T Road are drunked or mentally sick while they work.I have purchased the connection on 1st july and gone for the night plan of 499 rs of 10 GB usage.When the 1st bill came it was for the day plan of 750 rs of 1 Gb usage.The bill amt was 358 rs for 13 days use.I went to the shop,paid the bill and complained that my data plan changed without...

I am in Roaming. I Recharged My mobile number from 150 Rs. They give me Rs.14.01 as promo cash bal. but it was not working. i.e. I can not use this bal in roaming.


After that I contact to customer care executive. He told me That you can not use promo bal. in roaming. I asked WHY? he replied me because It is the policy of company. The company must be know that this is a kind of FRAUD with their customer.

I am useing the reliance net connect from last four month due to some problem
i am unable to pay one month payments which i have plan to pay sep month
but without informatin reliance withdrow all my services without information.
also reaise a new bill as called rent.

Reliance Company has installed a mobile tower in the residential area without any approvals from the people nearby residing. This tower is very dangerous for us as this is violating all the laws which must be fulfilled before the erection & commissioning of any mobile tower.

Mobile Tower is located at Link Road, Near Vodaphone office, Saharanpur(U.P.), India.

On a few accasions I have been charged amounts such as Rs. 49, 30 for Value Added Services and Ringtones. I have received message saying that I have been charged such and such amount and if I wish to reverse the same, I should send message within 2 days.

I had made a bill payment opf Rs. 425 to Reliance communication with my ICICI Bank Credit card.
But when I saw my Credit Card statement, I saw 2 transactions.
1. Reliance Communication Rs 425
2. Reliance Infocomm Rs 425.

When I approached the Reliance communication they told the Reliance Info comm no more exist so they have not recieved the payment to they cant reverse the payment.

The only who send message to clients as "You are subscribed to Ring tone" and do it and eat the money although no request has been made. More so they are the bloody cheats who do not send the setting even for a week although top up for internet is made and unsubscribed before 10 days although it is valid till 2nd sep '2010 saying "internet pack unsubscribed as per your request" even when it is not being asked for....

I took a new connection Reliance Net Connect Broadband+ on 16th of July. This is Zubair Irfan. I am using Reliance (GSM) card.Since last 2 months I have been requesting to send WAP / GPRS setting to my mobile; There is no proper response fro their end as they says 'within 48 hours you will get settings' whenever we complaints.

Please take neccessary action and provide the setting as mentioned above.

my mobile number is [protected]. on 16th august i have one recharge of 299 for local reliance to reliance calls. In evening due to some communication gap i got recharge of 299 instead of 300 . As my facility is already availed so my rs . 300 is wasted . Neither i get any additional benefit nor got any talk time for that so please look into the matter i will be grateful to you.

on 30/7/2010 I purchased reliance datacard. after installing I found that there is no converage at my place(warje, pune). After complaining some reliance tech guys called me and they asked me to do some troubleshooting and finally they confirmed that there is coverage issue at my area. I then told them that I am going to relocate to a different region in pune in a month and requested to make sure I do not get a bill...

reliance communications suddenly stop my message card without any notice. the message card have to be reactivate in every month if the minimum balance of mobile is 11 Rs. but i have the balance of more than Rs.50 but they quite the message card and raise the price of message card. when i complaint of it they say that the is increased and i have to recharge it with the increased price which is Rs.26. they also refuse to pay me the money which...

they said ...they don't have any details .....of my account

then how can i pay the bill.....if they does't gave details of account

so please gave the all details(my billing receipts and my bills from jan 2009) of account.....

actually i am already paid 3 months extra bill with out using after i changed my billing address

so i am not to pay one more extra month bill

I never dreamt transferring a broadband connection cum fixed landline would be such a nightmarish experience.My request to transfer connection was supposed to have got executed in 7 days but they took more than a month. With me making many frustrating calls and talking to almost everyone at Reliance customer care, shouting,cajoling, screaming to hear the executive mechanically say "sorry sir..will escalate the issue..blah blah everytime",...

If there is any recharge is pending then incoming and outgoing will be barred, but not to closed permanently,

I have taken a Reliance broadband connection at mansarovar jaipur (Raj), The technician(Mahesh) who came for installation taken a amount of 50rps from me without doing the proper connection .I complained there ASM Sandeep sir Reliance Telecommunication, but they are not responding properly and giving excuses .Sir the speed which they provide was also not good ....
