Dear Sir,
I am a daily customer of Reliance Super of Muvattupuzha. For the past few days Reliance is offering very high discount on selected products.The discounts are only meant for few hours in a day.The problem is that the workers will take most of it and the waste is only provided for us.The manager is also involved in it. The worstest part is that the workers will resell it to the customers.First the workers will take all they want and bill it ,then they will resell it.We customers has to buy the product for double amount.They will not inform us about the offers,we will have to wait outside Reliance and more over the workers will tell that the offers for today are over.They behave as if the products are brought from their home.They will put only a few products into a croud of people.People quarrel and many of them get injured ,loss their belongings and go back empty handed.The situation is becoming worse and the workers manners unbearable.Please consider this complaint.

    Dear Sir, I am Consumer of Reliance Mobile No. [protected].Executives from Reliance Comunication do Bluff from the consumer. They harras the consumer by calling everytime to activate their value added services and activate the services by bluffing with the consumers. On 30th August' 2010, I received calls from reliance call centre for 2-3 times. At last when I was listening to the executive, suddenly he told me that we are activating the service on your number and this will activate within 48 hours and he disconect the line without listening me. When I call to the Customer Care they Inform me that they charged Rs. 30/- for the Value Added Services. I requested them to deactivate the service and refund the charges as I didn't request for any Value added Services. But they refused by telling me they can't refund the Charges. So, this is totally Bluffing and Misbehaving with the Consumer.
    Please take a strict action against this kind of activity as this is happining not only with me but many others like me and your Strict action will prove the great satisfaction to the people like me.

    Reliance — bluffed the consumer

    hello,

    we have been bluffed by the relaince.the companies have not mentioned the terms and conditions that are applicable while recharging the special tarrif voucher.first we have recharged with all india R2Rfree with Rs.799 on april 1st laterwe have recharged with 98rs all india std 1rs plan.but the reliance have cancelled the first offer and are careless of our complaint to them. i want the first rs799 plan back.the no.is [protected].in delhi

      Hi,

      I had taken a Reliance Broadband connection (Consumer #[protected] nearly a year back. Just a few months after having taking the connection, I started having problems. The connection is extremely poor. It disconnects every now and then. There is no point in calling their customer case service, as, at the time I make the call, the net would be working, and then some time later it again disconnects. The Broadband comes with a phone line which is also extremely poor in service. There is huge amount of disturbance, and the speaker at the other end is hardly audible.

      Despite having filed numerous complaints through their customer care service, the problem still remains unresolved. It has taken me more than 15 mins just to fill this simple form, because by the time I hit "submit" the net would have disconnected again, and I would have to repeat the process all over again. It is extremely frustrating.

      Please do help me with getting my issue resolved.

        Before some days in paladi are your GSM distributor has been changed from chintan pharma to mitul. But after changing the distrubutor no any sales executive from mitul come regulary at my shop at Krisha communication 2, basement, Hiral shopping center, paladi bhattha. I have complint for the same to Mr vikas (M: [protected]) but there is no result and because of that our activate cm are barred dut to sef not submission. So now tell me Why i sale Reliance GSM. Because i beleave that in this industries i[censored]r not able to provide service to your channel partners or retailers than how ur customer get thier service

          I am Ashwath here My mobile no is [protected] , I am surprised about your customer care serivce and the network you are providng. its aweful. Nothing is perfect with you. Even if I calls to your customer care they are alwasy helpless to give the good service. they would be trying to make them as genuinue but not trying to solve the issue. Yesterday I Spoke to Srijith around 8 in the eve , he has promised that problem wil be recitfied but still not. If you bazz that call you can come to know my entire concern. i have explained everything on that call.
          samething in hyderabad too. they will say "issues will be fixed within 72 hrs". i have been facing this for more than 192 hrs... still its ther...

          you can't reach me. That's the issue i raised Service Request ID[protected]n/w issue). you representative told, action will be taken within 72 hrs. Almost 192 hrs passed away. Still the issue is there. I[censored] cannot resolve it, plz answer me "NO". I can go for other providers. plz dont answer "will respond you shortely(might be 2 weeks later)".

            I am sandeep kr using Reliance GSM no is [protected] .I recharched my account before one week with 51rs for 15 days internet using in mobile , then I called to customer care for GPRS setting , They have given information about activate GPRS SETTINS those are

            1] send message ' all ' to 55100

            I sent message but till 3 days no replay..
            again i made a call to customercare , they told i send mannual setting save it..
            I have done like that after then when i was started to use internet in mobile they charged 90 paise only for opening of gmail account..

            Again i made a call to customercare , they told you have to recharge once again now internet pack is expired...

            Again I made a call to customer care but they were disconnecting my call date is 31/08/10 please make refund to my money to my no. [protected] send reply to my mail [protected]@gmail.com

                Hi,
                I am Balram Sawhney, a retired person staying at Jaipur. I was sold a Reliance broadband connection (billing a/c no- [protected]) in the name of my daughter-in-law Mrs.Tanu Sawhney. We were promissed unlimited usage with speed 300 kbps at one time installation charges of Rs.499+10% tax, which we paid via cheque no 340912 of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur dated 02/07/2010. The scheme offered calls worth Rs.50 free per month and local calls @ 50p and STD at Rs.1.00. We were promised that every month Rs.75 will be reduced from our bill for the first 8 months.
                We were fine till we received the first bill of Rs. 924.35. The bill reflected installation charges of Rs.500 plus taxes on the same, which had paid before hand via a cheque. Also as promised Rs. 75 wasn't reduced from our bill amount.
                Ever since I have been following up with Reliance executives on this but no one is ready to help me. I have been trying to contact the sales executive Navneet ([protected]), but he doesnt even answer my calls. I have contacted Laxman, who claimed to be the group leader ([protected]) but, no use. I contacted Dharmendra, who claimed to be the sales team leader ([protected]) but same no use. I contacted another officer Gaurav ([protected]) but again no use. I contacted Sanjay, the collections officer ([protected]) and after several rounds of going to thier offices and discussions with the above people I was told that they would take care and I should deposit only Rs.290 towards the bill and the installation and other charges which were wrongly levied would be reversed. I deposited the money but the wrongly levied charges have not been reversed and I have been receiving harassing collection calls daily saying I havent deposited Rs. 600 towards installation and I am being threatened that the connection would be cut.
                Senior citizens are been harassed inhumanly like this by Reliance. I have been running from one office to the other but nothing seems to be working up. Pls help.

                  Hi,

                  In the beginning of Aug month, I took the Mobile internet of Reliance.

                  After getting this I send 25 -30 SMS for getting Internet Setting and also get in touch of Customer Care, but every time they mislead me.

                  Around 14 Aug, I already registered a complaint (No.[protected]. They called me and said we have already send u setting.
                  After 2 days they say, we are going to send u settings within few hrs.

                  I think they don’t have the settings for Samsung Corby Set. They just waste my 1 month time.
                  Because of this, I am not able to check my mails and work in time.

                  I request, please refund my money and now please don’t waste my time. Now, I get totally fed up with Customer Care.

                      My Reliance mobile no.-[protected], Relianc had decuted Rs. 30/- from mobile account on 28/8/2010 without given any prior notice.when i contact to customer care, they told i have select caller tone for this they have decuted, i replied them i have not seleted any callertone, please return my amount, i contact them many time, but they could not solved my problem.

                      Its mobile proider company's to cheat the customer, everyday they can recive 2-3 calls for caller tone.what is this, their only motto, to cheat customer & make money....

                          Dear Service Provider,


                          I purchased Internet Data Card with No.[protected] in the mid of April, 2010. One Mr.Nagaraj, KURNOOL (Cell No. [protected]) personally came to my house and provided data card and taken relevant documents with Rs. 1800/-. He said that during 1st month Bill is FREE. After 3 days of purchase, I informed to him that the data card is not functioning properly. He taken back the data card and informed me that the same will be replaced after a week. After a week, I contacted him. He said that due non availability of technical person, the data card was not sent to TIRUPATHI. When, I expressed my dissatisfaction for the delay, he asked me to contact his owner by name Mr.Jayaram (Cell No.[protected]). I registered my dissatisfaction with him, for which he apologized and informed that the said data card was returned in his office on 29th April, 2010 and also promised that he will replace as early as possible. Since then I have been making calls to both of them, but in vain. They even failed to attend my phone calls. So, made a complaint to customer care through e-mail and I personally visited his office 2-3 times. Finally after a long gap of one month i.e. on[protected], Mr.Nagaraj installed the data card and told me that Bill is FREE for the month of June and asked me to give option for the monthly plan after the free month.


                          The replaced data card also not working to my satisfaction and net is very slow. Then I tried to contact Mr.Nagaraj, whose cell: [protected] is not working. I again contacted Mr. Jayaram (Cell No.[protected]) and informed the situation and also requested him that take back the data card, which is not useful to me. He said that the data card cannot be taken back. Meanwhile, I received the Bill through e-mail. I immediately replied through e-mail that stating all the above facts. 2 Executives from the reliance talked to me over phone and I informed all the above facts to them. I also made a complaint to customer care. All replied that the problem will be solved, but no one solved it.

                          With disappointment and frustration, I requested the customer care to terminate the service and take back the data card. One of your executive asked me to reconsider my decision, I said that no question of reconsideration. Another executive of you informed me that with in 2 working days necessary action will be taken. But, even after lapse of 2 weeks, no action has been taken for the termination of the service. Any way I am not at all using the data card from[protected]. Meanwhile, I received another bill. What is this? You people have no coordination. I never expected this type of lethargy and indifference from a famous company like reliance. I have been writing several mails, but no proper reply and action. If I remember well, I have written more than dozen mails. At one point of time, I thought of going CONSUMER FORUM for redressal of my grievance. But taking lenient view, I have been still pursuing for cancellation of faulty bills , termination of service and take back the data card duly paying my amount of Rs.1800/-

                          In this connection, I finally inform you that I need not pay the 1st Bill, because I returned the data card to your executive for replacement. I need not pay the 2nd Bill, since I was under FREE option. I will not be held responsible for further Bills, since I requested for the termination and not at all using the data card from 1st July, 2010 onwards.

                          I once again, request you to cancel the faulty bills, terminate the service and take back the data card duly paying my amount of Rs.1800/- immediately.

                            I am using my reliance sim card from 6 months.But from three months the customer care is activating different packages without the customer request.But when i'm asking them they are not responding and they are telling you do whatever you like.They are activating Fake Pacakages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds as they are deducting my balance.So i request you to take serious action against them.

                              From last two month, bill of my reliance landline phone no[protected] is nearly doubled i.e. hiked by 100% without changing the plan. When i aksed the service provider to issue me the itemised bill, they replied we cant issue the same after billing. You should request the same before 48 hrs of billing.
                              This is very strange for me. I am having GSM service of Airtel & Vodafone also and after a gap of 12 month airtel provided me the itemised bill on net free of cost and but not reliance on payment of fees of Rs 50 also. Pl let me know whether their is any code who restrict me to aked the same.

                                D/sirs,mams on[protected] at 7pm I had charged Rs48/- for my smart no [protected] for minut calling schme. sorry to infrom U all ,after lodging several comlaints to the customer care, all my efforts gone in-vain.What the hell are they doing?                                   My name is Rajesh Kumar. I have reliance Gsm Connection for many time but last 3-4 months reliance dedect my balance. I call to customer care no. 198 & *366 customer care executive inform my balance debit due to my feeling service but i am not request for this service after that i request to you pls remove all service on my number and in future no balance debited. but reliance deducted my balance per month. So pls resolve my problem and reverse my amount.

                                    I applied wire line Broadband connection in Reliance. But the Reliance executives are making me fool everyday. And there are recommanding airtel and Bsnl. I want only Reliance wireline Broadband connection. Because iam middle class family in reliance plan is very good. So i can able to pay paln rental everymonth But I can't pay excess money in other communication. Please take my complaint and do favourable for me. My contact no:-[protected].

                                      Myself Shailendra Sureshrao Shete having Reliance Prepaid mobile service. My number is [protected]. Sir on Dt.19.08.2010 i received call from Reliance caller tune number [protected] regarding caller tune service. While communicating with customer case executive i have mentioned that i dont want to subscribe for any service. Beside telling caller tune started and i have been forcefully charged Rs.30/- from my account. Sir i dont have conversation between customer care and i but if you have ( i know all the operaters have to keep recording of type of things) please go through it and make confirm that i have denied for service. But forcefully i have been charged. When i called 198 today to lodge complain it was very shamefull experience while talking with customer care executive of Reliance. Such hopeless customer care serivce & practice i didnt see. Sir this very wrong way of Reliance to forcefully charge the customer, as customer like us look at Reliance as best operator and very transperent. I request you to look into the matter and reverse my Rs.30/- charged forcefully.

                                        I applied for registration of my new signature with reliance mutual fund folio no- [protected] & [protected]
                                        on[protected].The was registered in both folio. I applied for redemption for both folio on[protected] . unfortunately again folio no [protected] was redeemed & in folio [protected] again signature differ objection has been reared & redemption request was rejected. Both the folio belong to same person & same signature was sent for registration duly verified by my banker.
                                        I am unable to under why Mutual Fund has been unnecessarily & unjustifiably harassing me and making mockery of customer service. Kindly look in matter and expedite the same
