Dear Sir,

Recently I bought Samsung Corby CDMA to use my old reliance cdma no. After purchase I came to know that I have to go for sim upgrade. I went to your reliance outlet situated near Metro opp. Saint J School (Near Mumbai CST) and thoroughly harassed by outlet executives in following steps-

1. First they asked to purchase sim card from a shop at higher price since they was no stock. I purchase the Rs.25 sim card for Rs.130 and came back.
2. Then they asked to bring documents (Id & request letter for upgrade).
3. After doing all the formalities they told that my details were not being displayed on computer and we can not do anything.
4. I called up your customer care no. 198. The executive on phone said the same thing that your details were not diplayed. Then give some instructions to your Reliance world executive.
5. The executive again asked me to purchase handset replacement card and bring the exact change of Rs.25. I brought it from outside and purchased the card.
6. The executive tried and declared that it can not be done.
7. I Called up again 198 the person said that your details were not displayed and he could not do anything even could not lodge the complain.

Now please let me know, where to go and what to do?

    My name is Shubhada Dalvi and my mobile no. is [protected], within 15 days Rs.45/- was deducted without any activation from my side and without any prior information from service provider. While talking to customer care executives, they told me that balance was deducted due to activation of services from their side and they told me to return my balance within 48 hours but still no action is taken.

    So please do necessary action and arrange to return my deducted balance money.

      I received a SMS from Reliance on 10 July 2010 stating that with Recharge of Rs 30, you will get Rs 25 Talk time and 20 STD min free. I instantly did that but I received a SMS stating that my prepaid account balance is Rs5.21. It has happened to me before from Reliance in the month of June and I called customer care and they rectified it at that time. But when I called this time, the guy attending me said that you have put up a request to start caller tunes and for that purpose, Rs. 20 has been deducted from your account. I asked him that no such request has been put forth by me and asked him to note the complaint but he simply refused asking me company takes care of such issues if they happen once in 3 months. So I asked him to call up his Manager so that I can talk to him but he too was adamant that I have put up a request and didn't note my complaint. Request you to take action against these mobile operators so that they dont indulge in these activites.

        For past many months the ibr service of reliance com disturbed me lot, inspite of many complaints they did not diactivate my service, recently without my permision they activated some astro pack and charged 49 rs from my account.
        i feel the sense of cheated, after many conversation with costumer care, they ultimate land to the conclusion that this my fault and i only activated this service on 12th of july, but in that duration my mobile is switched off and i m busy in my class.
        Now no one is there to take the responsibility of this and the poor costumer and a student like me bear the unbearable burden to pay for this without my conscious will.
        i want to refund my money and disactivated my service.

          I have called to the reliance customer care center for unsubscribing my current pack and to subscribe a new pack,but everytime I called, the executive told me different reasons and asked me to call back after some time.another guy put me on hold for 30 min and never came back. When i told that i will go to the consumer court if you don't respond, he told me to do that very arrogantly. This is the worst service i have ever got from any customer care. I really hate the reliance and want to drop off my big tv connection. I also decided to go to the consumer court for the same

            i went r-world and they please again submit doc, after they activated after 4 days again they disconnected

            next time also something is happen, , , ,

              Reliance Netconnect — DECIEVED BY THE SALESMAN

              Sir
              RELIANCE NETCONNECT , A USB DATACARD WAS BOUGHT AS ON 14TH NOVEMBER 2009 UNDER THE SCHEME OF 2 MONTHS NO RENTAL ... BUT THE VERY NEXT MONTH I RECIEVED THE BILL . WHEN MR. DHARMENDRA UNDER WHOSE SALEMENSHIP THE PRODUCT WAS BOUGHT WAS CONTACTED , CONDUCTED A WAY CONFERENCE BETWEEN RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE , GHAZIABAD OFFICE AND ME , SUCCESFULLY CAME IN MY FAVOUR , BUT STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SINCE THEN AND I HAVE BEEN GETTIN BILS EVRY MOTH . EVEN THE LETE FEE IS BEEN ADDED UP , AND WHEN MR. DHARMENDRA WAS CONTACTED ONCE AGAIN HE BECAME HIGHLY IGNORANT .

                Reliance always is in hurry to sell but in service they turn nelson's eye. My land line No:[protected] is dead almost a week. In spite of mail to the concerned they did not bother to respond nor to rectify the dead line. To make matter worse they are sending bill for the wireless phone no;[protected] even after surrender and deactivation since December 2009. TRAI guidelines are not strictly followed by the service providers. Consumer forum is the only remedy to this malady.

                Remind Reliance to pay attention to service after sales.

                  Same happenned to me months back..no connection - slow connection - high prices...stuck up between the customer care and nodal officer..

                    i am reliance gsm customer with reference to my mobile no [protected] i having complant that yesterday afternoon i am having balance rs.107.00 but in evening when i check my balance it is just rs.77.00 i talk to your customer exective he said that rs.30 deduct for health pack & earlier also they deduct rs.30 on[protected] but that time i am not knowing as i am not check balance that time further your customer exective officer said that he can not credit this this balance ?
                    so i further like to inform you that i never activiate this type of health pack & never received any sms releated to health so please credit my rs.60 & stop this type of malpraticies of deducating balance

                      This is Paramesh. I am using Reliance.Actually i lost my mobile. Inorder to recover the sim with the same no, i went to the place where i purchased.. they sent me to Indiranagar Reliance World and they forwarded me to the Brigade Road .. They are telling that it is going to be activated with in 6 hrs from last 3 days onwards but it doesnt happend and when i call to the customer care they are telling that it has activated but when i inserted it showing message like "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED " and i went all the places and but the problem is not yet solved
                      That's why I can say that RELIANCE COMMUNICAATUION IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDRE"

                      SUGGESTION: DOT TAKE RELIANCE IN KARNATAKA...........

                        My balace is deduction Rs.1 each day from the service RM-53030 from which we receice a tone from the company. This service was not activated by us.And most important thing is that the IVR is blocked of my NO.[protected] i could not talk to the CSR to deactive the service also.

                        I am also using another SIM which NO. is [protected] this NO. IVR is aslo blocked to talk to CSR.

                        I hav also talk to one of outlets of Reliance comm. then also.This problem is not resolved. Also launced the complaints the compliant in doiwala.

                        So, now what should we do?

                        I hope u resolve the Problem.

                          Hi All,

                          Last year I bought Reliance wireless broadband connection. It's working fine for Windows and they claim that it works fine with Macintosh OS/Linux OS( it's there in there box and sales person also confirms), but recently I bought Mac machine and tried, but its not working. I ask customer care at first..they said pls download the driver. I went to wedsite they told and its not working. Then I again called and they said someone from their technical team will call next day, but no one called. Techincal team called on saturday when I was travelling so told them to call me on Sun/Mon, but again no one called.

                          Then again I called customer care and escalated the issue. Talked to Isberry (floor manager)..so confimred someone from technical team will call tomo..again no one called. I again called customer care and tried talking to Isberry..but she was out of office..customer care representative told someone from her manger will call within 30 mins..again no one called..then I again called them and finally some manager ivan came into picture..and told someone will call. In the meantime I tried calling relinace zodal numbers provded in bill for any complains..but again non of those numbers are working. so i went to Reliance shop from where i bought this product and they give me number client retentation manager and he promised to sent someone from techincal team to my home. so finally yesterday someone from techincal team called me and confirm at deatils and told it will work in my version of Mac OS. Today morning technican came and told it not working..not sure what to do..I want my money back...but they Reliance ppl are not bothered are fooling around customer saying their datacard works in different OS..but actually it's not working. You can see the kind of harrasment their custmer care give..very pathetic service..i want to write more..

                          Reliance USB Data Card — USB Data Card Connection Issue

                          Hi,

                          Went to purchase USB Data Card. While purchasing, they promised 2mbps speed, however after purchasing, it is max of 20 - 40kbps.
                          reliance customer care was rude about it and said that they cannot do anything about it. struck with this connection becuase of the wrong info given by reliance commnication, forum, bangalore center

                          Reliance Communication /Broadband data card — Not Working / useless

                          Respected Sir

                          This is for your kind attention that I am residing in Delhi (HNo. 1/7402 ,street no-3,shivaji park ,shahdara ,delhi-110032).I had purchased a Reliance broadband data card @ 3500/- from your Franchises M/S Bharat Trading Co. ( Add:-1/9533,west rohtash nagar,babarpur ,shashara ,delhi-110032 , ph- [protected] ) ,Bill no -9985, dated - 09/06/2009 .From the day one your product is not working satisfactory as per yours Company commitments i.e. not working in HSD mode even signals are also not available in 1X ONLY mode, Mr. Gupta( owner of Bharat Trading Co) had committed to me that problem will be resolved within 7 days /15 days / 30 days as per regular follow-ups, He had also committed to me convert my plan in post paid instead of prepaid after 2 months of billing , But the problem is still same For the past 90 days I am Complaining so many times (complaint nos - [protected] dated:-19/07/09, [protected] dated:-26/07/09,[protected] dated:-21/07/09 ,[protected] dated:-04/08/09 ) but your Franchises and Customer care Department is also not responding and hence for the same I am feeling cheated So I am not interested to continue your product /services and want refund back my money of Rs, 3500/- .
                          Through this letter I want to convey this message that the Fraud that has happened to me shall not happen to others in near future.

                          KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY AND STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS INCIDENT AS IT WILL AFFECT THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY AND ALSO HURT THE SENTIMENTS OF THE COUSTOMERS

                            Hii.. I have taken new Prepaid Reliance GSM connection which got activated in 15 minutes and after 12 days suddenly It got Deactivated...when I called to customer care they told me to go reliance web world since they have not got the Document despite of submitting the document...I went to Reliance web world for submitting the same and they were not taking the docs and were telling me to go to the counter where I had taken the connection...they were telling that my number is not being registered so they cant take...

                            I just want to tell if the number was not register then how cud they provide the service that too for such a long period 12 days ( that is really a security thread
                            I am really wondering, If my number was not registered then were they sending me Reliance scheme to me in a regular interval

                            If they had not got the document then they should have given the prior notice of 3 days regarding "the document has not been submitted please submit the document to continue the service"

                            I really got fadup with such a worst customer care support.

                              I had complained to customer care of reliance netconnect 1x addressed to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com regarding faulty billing.
                              My data card no.is [protected] and service request no.is[protected] dt.24/06/2010.
                              They have been deducting Rs.40/month as caller tune charges which I had never asked for. This is being done without even intimating.Thus they are cheating the customers.
                              I request you to take up with proper authorities so that such cheating is stopped.

                              My Name is sandeep from Hosangadi. I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card. But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed was 18kbps to 20kbps. It is so slow when downloading of 60mb files its very slow and take long time to complete download. I want to increase the speed. 40kbps to 80kbps. Any recharge card which increase my net speed. I Hope you understand my problem. plz solve this problem. help me.......

                                With great regrets I would like to inform you that I are suffering due to these unauthorized promotional activities on my Prepaid reliance mobile connection & hence I am unable to use it properly. Each time we recharge the mobile prepaid connection without making any outgoing calls the balance of my prepaid connection gets exhausted. No one attends our call in customer care section easily. Even after repeated complaints, this unauthorized deduction continues to occur. Recently I got thru a complaint officer in reliance customer care wherein it was found that we have unconsciously subscribed for a Mitti ke rang pack for which this has happened. I firmly instructed the representative not to offer any additional services to me apart from incoming & outgoing options. This connection is in the name of Mr. Vikas (Son), Ph No. [protected]. I honestly need this connection incase of an emergency only to talk with my nearest family members. However each time i want to use this connection these unwanted/unauthorized deductions doesn't allow me to access my mobile phone. Even after sending this sms numbers of times, the balance of my phone still gets exhausted. I insist to review my complaint & stop all kinds of promotional activities on this connection so that I can use this at my peace & per my own convenience.

                                Also, would request you to stop all promotional schemes/songs on this connection with
                                immediate effect.

I honestly need this connection incase of an emergency only to talk with my nearest family members. However each time i want to use this connection these unwanted/unauthorized deductions doesn't allow me to access my mobile phone. It repeatedly sends a message "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS. 30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30DAYS, TO UNSUBSCRIBE PLS SMS Unsub 1003 TO 155223I (TOLL FREE)".Even after sendinbg this sms umpteen number of times, the balance of my phone still gets exhausted. I insist to review my complaint & stop all kinds of promotional activities on this connection so that I can use this at my peace & per my own convenience.
                                Also, would request you to stop all promotional schemes/songs on this connection with immediate effect.

                                Sir,
                                From my mobile number [protected], the company automatically deducts the balance and activates the services. I am tired from this activity because it was happening in every 5 to 10 days from long period of time(more than 6 months).
                                Recently my balance was 50 rupees, then without any activity done by me, a message displays from RM-RELIANCE "Amount charged for VAS Hungama GSM Rs:49.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:1.64".
                                message time: 02:10:26pm date:[protected]
                                And when I call customer care, they tell me that balance will be refunded in next 48 hours.
                                What should I do with Rs 1.64, if i am having any important work. I had talked to the customer care and they tell me that I am having no option left other than wait for the refund.

                                  There is no connectivity of Reliance netconnect and they are not ready to take my complaint at all. Every month Reliance people asking me to pay the bill immediately they will resolve the issue. But nothing was happened till date. Today I have requested Reliance peopole Keertana and Manager Eshwari to resolve the issue and issue the complaint number but still they have not given to me.

                                  Every month I am paying money without using the service.

                                    I am using RELIANCE BROADBAND since few months and i am having one serious problem that is session termination.
                                    I am using day600kbps and night 1000kbps plan for downloading movies and game demos etc....
                                    When i leave computer when downloading something reliance broadband automatically logs me out when i login again it is showing me "your previous session has been terminated abbruptly".
                                    When i contact customer care[protected] they are saying we will rest your password and it take 6hours to solve this problem.

                                      I am reliance prepaid GSM user in the name of Govind Agrawal Mob: no. [protected]. It has bbeen observed that without my permission commercial services has been activated i my mobile no. and monthly charges of Rs.60/- is deducted from my account since last 3 months. We have been trying to contact in your customer care but we it was unable to contact. Since this is not accepteable i would request you to please deactivate the same and arrange to refund the amount deducted from our account at the earliest.

                                        dear sir i am sumit from patna my mobile no is [protected]. I recharged my mobile of 98 rs pack which is night unlimited plan i call for the shopkeeper for the recharged and he recharged this pack and i got .01paise but no services i got of night unlimited from 10pm to 8am. whenever i complaint to customer care then he reply me this service is closed so y will not got any services and also i will not refund any amount. since i am not getting any services then can i fight with the reliance company for returning of my 98 Rs. pls suggest me
