Our internet connection is not working from past one week and we are clueless whom to contact and where to log the complaint. The customer care numbers given are useless and i think they do not even monitor their inbox for complaints.
The sales guys whose number we have are not at all able to help not even with the contact details to register the complaint.

    [protected] is my registered number. It shows no service. Payment has been done for each and everything, why is my incoming as well as outgoing not working?
    Very irresponsible behaviour you'al have towards customers. Do you'al understand how important is the phone to work for business? No reply on customercare, what are we suppose to do then?
    Please check and look into the matter asap or else i'll have to complain further.

    Why monthly rental enhanced 863 in bill of oct-2017 without giving any information for monthly rental double enhance because it is almost just double monthly rental of previous month bill
    please check & correct this bill as soon as possible
    outer wise i am not going to pay this enhanced rental & change this company connection

      I ashu kumar jha having mobile no.[protected] of reliance prepaid. I have recharge just. One week before of rs.152.in this offer have received ur. Massage 500 call l/s to any network & 2 gb data., yesterday i have recharged of 93. Rs. Also but today i have no any call data.

      Now i am feeling very bad for this types of cheatings.& going to destroy your sim. Card. Its vvvvvvvvvvvvv bad.

        I submitted my all relevant papers on 2nd October in my reliance Outlet in Uttarpara, Hooghly Area. It is more than 10 days but I am not able to make any calls from my mobile.

        I have escalated to Partha Chakraborty and Nodal officer thru email but no response yet. I am literally upset to see the customer service by RCOM.

        Please help us on this... Nowadays how mobile number is important for all o[censored]s but still service providers are giving this kind of service.
        Horrible.

          I have been repeatedly trying to send msg for portability to 1900 from my reliance gsm number but it fails sending. I have sufficient balance but still the problem prevails. I tried calling the cc but unable to reach the executive. Plz suggest any other way to obtain the mnp code. I dont want to lose this number as it is very old number and no recharges are available in my locality for reliance gsm. My number is [protected]

            I was using reliance 3g data card between[protected], i stopped using the services in april 2014, paid my final bill which i received in may 2014. After few months i received a call from someone from reliance com., and told me that i had not paid my last bill (Rs. 1200/-). I told him that i paid it and i had the receipt, he asked me to visit my reliance store where i used to pay my bills. I went to the store and showed them the receipt, the store manager said they were sorry and it was some misunderstanding on their behalf, he assured me that i wont be harassed over the same again.
            In feb 2016, i received a call from a lawyer ms. Swati sharma from delhi representing reliance com., and she told me that i have not paid my last bill, there will be a legal action against me. I was so scared at the moment. I told her that i have the receipt for the payment, she asked me to mail the receipt (I still have the proof of that), after receiving the receipt she said she was sorry and she wont bother me again.
            In july/august 2017, i received an email from parshuram and kamble associates stating final intimation and demand letter, that i have not paid my last bill of may 2014, i called the lawyer some ms. R j shaikh and told her that i had paid it already, she asked me for the receipt and she requested it on her whatsapp, i sent it (Which i still have the record of), later she said she was sorry and i will not be harassed again by her firm.
            Its been 2 months, i am constantly getting email threats that i will be filed a case against on behalf of sec 36 of ipc at jaipur court, i keep getting warnings and intimating mails. They say 'sir ignore the mail' yet in few days i keep getting new mails. I am fed up, humiliated and dont know what else i could do, oh ya i also complained to their customer care and appellate authority at jaipur. The ticket number i got was t[protected]bhs010z4811136 and they said it will be resolved soon, some executive also called me and assured me that i dont need to worry and it was some misunderstanding and he had forwarded the matter to someone further above in hierarchy and i dont need to worry, but yet i keep getting harassed by their legal teams.
            Ps: i also visited in person at their appellate authority at 25 sundar nagar, girdhar marg, opp axis bank, malviya nagar, jaipur, as mentioned on their website : http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/customercare/appellate-authority.html
            But no such office is there, the guard at the neighboring bank told me that the office has been relocated to some unknown location. Also the phone mentioned on the website for appellate authority is [protected], which does not work, it says "unavailable due to emergency reasons". I have tried all i could, trying to help them resolve the issue yet i dont get anywhere.

              I've terminated my reliance broadband connection due to poor service and looting bills every month. Ive paid monthly bills even if the service is disconnected state. So finally i've surrendered my modem on 31.05.2016. But today 10.10.2017 i got a mail from reliance for the amount of ₹2, 500/-. I had a termination copy signed by the reliance contractors on 31.05.2016. Kindly do the needful in this issue. These type of service is equal to looting the consumer's money.
              The below are the details :-

                Sir i have a reliance no [protected]... Before 4 to 5 days back its show the tata docomo network and now there is no network... I try to call on 198 but unable to contact... I have switched off my phone too many times and also changed the sim tray but there is no network... So pls resolve my problem as soon as possible...... Sub inspection agasta pandit. Contact no [protected]

                  From 27 sep 2017 to till now 10/10/2017 7pm my internet connection is not working and when i tried to call on their customer care numbers. It says we're going through apaat kaalin istithi [[protected]] i am trying to contact em on daily basis. I have been trying to contact em on email as well but nobody gives a damn about anything. They took this month's money but it's been almost 14 days but nothing is fixed. Internet is not working & customer care helpline it's not working.
                  Please help me

                    More times amount deducted unnecessary without any activation yesterday 40rs deducted in my account and more than 4 to 5 times calling to reliance customers care but not connecting who are responisble for this deduction plz take serious action. And reliance communication is a big company in india its completely fools to customers and it's not for kidding issue.

                      My mobile no.[protected]. I m rcom user to last 10 years, i hv zero rental plan &my monthly bill approx rs 50 to 80-90 month to month. Bt last sepember month, send my bill from company rs 625 with rental plan 498 + service tax. That is not my knowledge, so please cancel this plan &correct my sep 17 bill amount.

                        I have been using the reliance broadband connection since last 4 years. But the service which reliance is providing is pathetic. My internet connection is not working since last 3 months. I have been raising the complaints and sending mails to reliance customer care but still they haven't provided any kind of resolution to the issue. The height is still they are sending me the bill and daily calling to pay the bills.

                        They are just directly closing the complaints without any confirmation with end user.
                        This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. From last days, i am trying to contact their customer care but after fetching all the info from my side, call is getting disconnected.

                          I have used reliance broadband internet connection for my home, on 04-may-2017 my internet connection stopped working. I raised complaint on '5-may-2017' 07:00 pm hours and complaint no is "[protected]" after six days follow up they closed my complaint on 11-may-17 10:50 am with out my knowledge but still the internet was not working so i called them again and made another complaint and they said please bear with us we will solve this issue asap. Again i complaint 30-may-2017 11:47 am reference no "cnm[protected]" no response from them again closed that complaint without my knowledge, so in between i called to reliance dealer venkatachalam (Mobile number: [protected]) and i asked "when i will get the connection back", he said "please close your current connection this is not going to work out and get new connection in new name (Including deposit and installation charge)" he told like this and hung up the call. When i call back to reliance broadband customer care and let them know that what he said they are simply ignoring my words. This problem not end here it continue till august so i decided to disconnect the connection and made request but they not ready to accept it, after my force request the agree to disconnect my connection and also i have paid one month bill without using internet they said they will use that bill amount for next month, if the problem solved but it never works so i request to disconnect. Connection got disconnected on 30-august-2017. After disconnecting my connection they said they will refund my (Deposit plus pending one month amount) but still now they didn't transfer. After disconnecting i tired to contact them many time but no use. Now today (10-ctober-2017) they filed complaint against me on consumer court for not settling bill amount. I have every details of my complaint including date and time. And i have recorded voice of their customer care executive who spoke harsh to me. All i want is my deposit amount plus my one month bill and i need compensation for made me tension for past 5 months. Please help with this.

                                I have applied for porting my reliance number through 1900 on 31st july 2017 but i do not receive any code for porting but i have received several call from reliance regarding porting. On august 2 2017 i cleared my all previous bill due for porting purpose. But nothing happen and i kept using phone till 15th august 2017 and after that i stop using phone and on 10th oct 2017 i cleared the bill till of august 2017. For september i have not used their any services but they are forcing to pay that unnecessary amount. I am receiving threating calls from reliance jaipur of mr, gosawmi that you have to pay bill for september otherwise you don't know us what we can do. Even directly contacting to me regarding the bill payment or serving notice to me they calling to people of my contact and hampering my reputation. This is clear illegal act by reliance and its employees when they have my all contact detail. Now i need redressal of my reputation when i am company's client for many years and my bill due is just rs 750 and action against all employees who making calls

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I paid inr 21/- for rate cutter plan as on 16.09.2017 which says for next 28 days callling rates will br @0.20 paise per call.
                                  Mobile number is [protected]
                                  But as on 5th october onwards calling charges are deducting at regular ares instead of re.0.20 paise!!!

                                  While calling on 198 for complaint we are not able to raise complaint also as call get automatically disconnected when we a reach to customer care executive option.

                                  Where to file complaint with tri?

                                  This is ridiculous

                                    I have just ported out of reliance network for number [protected]. The refund has not been processed. Can you please deliver a cheque for the same, to my billing address. Thanks.

                                    The process ideally should be automatic, however there is nothing. The customer care is also down for the operator since weeks, and there is no way to reach the same.

                                    I have been a loyal customer for them for years, and this is really sad to see.

                                      I have been with reliance from 8-9years however due to unsatisfactory service from reliance and past inconvenience i opted out to port
                                      But i received call from reliance and changed with new offer me new plan (Currently activated) for which i have paid advance of 3months including my previous due (Total: 1650) at reliance gallery on 11th aug but still i receive bill for 380.

                                      Inspite of giving advance, my outgoing calls and internet is barred.

                                      The new bill of aug felt unreasonable and improper however i have paid to activate my calls due to high inconvenience.

                                      My service has been stopped since sept 21st, also i have visited reliance outlet and they have no clue about it nor i can reach customer care and i have again received bill for sept.

                                        My reliance connection not working since last 20 days. I have made complaint on 11th september. Since then no one call or solve my issue. I regularly paid my bills. Now whenever i try to call customer care, the reply i got is "due to emergency situation, we cant help". I even try to contact appliate authority. Same feedback received. We should file case against reliance fake customer care. Not for this month i got sms saying pay the bill, which bill they are asking to me, when my phone not working, it is dead since last almost month.
