I have also contacted many customer care service centers in my area...
But they all said they can can't give me the upc code...
Please sir... Send my upc code to my no.

    Myself saibal kanti chaudhury, using your gsm service through the connection no -[protected], relationship no[protected]. My address-208/3 subhasnagar talpukur, po - morepukur, rishra, dist-hooghly, this my old connection of your service, with the plan of monthly rental rs.-249.00 but suddenly how it is been changed to another monthly rental plan of rs.609.00 i don't know, and sent me a bill of rs.738.00 for sept, bill period 14th august to 13th sept.
    Sir i never ever changed my plan so how can i make the payment of rs.738.00.
    I request you please change my plan into my previous plan of monthly rental rs.249.00 immediately. And revert my september bill into my previous plan.
    Now without giving me any feedback or any call, my no has been suspended without informing me.
    How they can do it.

    Being a old customer i expect a satisfactory feedback and needful from your end.
    Neither i have to think a another mnp for better service from other service provider.

    Your cooperation will be highly solicited.

      My number is [protected]. This is the third time, i am complaining about the poor data or no data connectivity by this service provider. There is no permenant soultion being taken, nor i am able to connect to the customer complaints through their toll free service. It is getting disconnected without any person attending the call. I am using reliance since 10 years but never come across such poor service like now.

        My gsm number [protected] is out of service since few days tried calling reliance customer care but no luck. Unable to reach them by any means i. E. Email/phone etc..
        While dialing my mobile i am getting error message that this number is temporarily out of service.
        Unable to find any outlets nearby in bangalore. Unable to recharge my number online also. Please help.

          I am facing very frequent disconnections for my broadband connection for consumer id:[protected].

          I keep complaining but wont be resolved until at least few weeks.

          Landphone keeps working but not the internet.

          No technicians are available for proper service.
          No customer care complaint addressable person also,
          Do something for better service rather than fooling people.

            Since last 3 days i'm trying to contact reliance communications customer care number but due to some technical issue same is not getting connected, hence yesterday i wrote email about my concern but till date i didn't receive any acknowledge copy of the email sent. Please go thru the trail mail detail & take necessary action to discontinue my mobile service for reliance number [protected] immediately. I would not be liable to pay bill after the current billing cycle.

              I am facing problem on sending message from my reliance no.- [protected].
              It gives the error as 'message not sent'

              It is working in incoming message service and also there is no issue with calls.
              Only issue in outgoing messages.

              Please look into this asap. Already sent mail to customer service, but didn't get any reply on that.

              I am not able to send messages from my reliance number.

                I am from odisha.. I hav a problem with my gsm card... I cant send messages.. I mean, i send them, but they are not getting delivered.. Everything else is working fine for me... Outgoing calls, incoming calls n messages... The only problem i'm facing is my messages are not getting delivered, not even the local ones... Kindly help as soon as possible...

                I have been using rcom since 7yrs. I am not able to get incoming calls. I wanted to port my number but the message is not being processed.
                It says insufficient balance despite of having sufficient balance in it. Looks like rcom disabled the port option.

                  But company changed plan zero to 498+
                  This is very wrong. So please revised my plan zero rental and correct my bill amount. Normally my bill month to month rs.50.00 to rs.90.00 but pre month bill amount rs.625.00.co. Customer care number r close. So dial my problem asap.

                    "you have been successfully subscribed to bwoodmaniasub21 service for 7 days."

                    And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

                    However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone.

                    Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer.
                    Then i called customer care to stop this... They told to send stop to 121 i did it and they also stoped directly frm their side

                    4 times i lost 21 rs.. This is nothing but cheating. Dont spoil your name by doing this. Pls payback my money

                      In my mobile i had rs. 63 balance. I didn't call any one. Now my balance shows rs.0. I tried to the customer care number. But i am not able to connect. Already i have activated do not call service. I went to the nearest reliance showroom. They told that they are going to close the network. And they asked to change idea network. I lost my balance and not able to connect any one. I am not able to receive any incoming calls. This is my official number. Due to this poor service of reliance, i suffered a lot. Previously also they have debited many amounts like this. Very poor and worst customer service, network etc. Worst worst worst...

                        Hi, my name is udit. My complain is several time without any intimation rcom are deducting balances like anything. I am facing this problem since last 6 months, when i recharge in my prepaid mobile number after some days money get automatically deduct. Two days back also i recharged with inr 89 (Data pack) and with inr 20. First thing when i tried to connect to access internet i failed to connect then i thought to check my account balance. I was completely shocked again rcom deducted amount and data balance is also showing 0mb. Without any notification balance was got deducted again. And when calling to customer care never pick up by any executive to address my issue. Can anyone please call me and resolve my issue or else i can opt to social media.

Bt i can't use it because of its not working and i force another problem that is i cant send sms to anyone, i cant send sms to my friends, thats why i force many prblm and can't contact with my friends. And also i cant use my internet pack thats why i can't contact with friends in fb/whtsapp /youtube. If i cll reliance customer care they didn't responce my cll and doesn't pick up my ph cll. Thats why i force many prblm. Internet and sms is very use full things in my daily life. Plz solve it.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            Under instructions from and on behalf of our client i. E. M/s reliance communications ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the provisions of companies act, 1956, we hereby serve you with the following notice:

                            1. That our client is engaged, inter-alia, in the business of providing telecommunication services to its various subscribers against which our client gets consideration. You the addressees had applied for mobile or data card connections with our client after submitting all the relevant documents required for the said purpose with our client.

                            2. That the said request of you the addressees was duly accepted by our client and you the addressees were allotted with reliance internet or voice connection, vide billing account number[protected]. The said connctivity vide billing account number was activated by our client for you the addressees and since then you the addressees had been using the said [protected] to the full and complete satisfaction of you the addressees and therefore, availed the telecommunication services of our client along with all ancillary services subscribed by you from time to time, through the said numbers.

                            3. That our client has been raising its bill upon you the addresses from time to time with respect to the telecommunication services availed by you the addressees. But you the addressees always delayed/ defaulted in making of the payment of the outstanding amount on one pretext or the other due to which the said connection was disconnected by our client on account of non-payment by you the addressees. As on today, a sum of rs. 716.87/- is outstanding and remains payable by you the addressees to our client as per the records maintained by our client in the ordinary course of its business. It may be noted that despite repeated communications with your officials, you the addressees have failed to clear the outstanding dues towards our client till date and the same is still payable by you.

                            4. That in these circumstances, you the addressees are hereby called upon to make the payment of rs. 716.87/-within a period of 03 (Three) days from the date of receipt of this legal notice.in case of non-compliance of this notice, we have clear and definite instructions from our client to take proper legal action against you the addressees before competent court of law at your own cost, risk and consequences for recovery of the aforesaid amount along with penalty and interest calculated from the date when the same had became due payable by you the addressees to our client.

                            5. Our client also reserves its right to take legal action against you the addressees before the concerned police station and /or the concerned court of metropolitan magistrate for registration of fir for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client.                               I am using reliance post paid connection with mob no [protected]. There are no customer cre for reliance in tvm. Even to pay my post paid bills i am facing difficulties online and cash. This results in late payment for no issue of mine. I want to change my post paid connection to pre paid for mob [protected]. I requested two customer care at plamood ad uloor in trivandrum, kerala many times and no response. Now they are closed. Mail also send to rcom.co.in and message send from my mobile to various numbers given like 198, 30333333, 155223 but no reply or action. I also tried to call the executives of out station ands trivandrum in their numbers given in site but call not going. I am at my wits end regarding the service given by rcom.

                                93xxxxx06 is my postpaid reliance communication number. Reliance commn proactively called me in august'17 and changed my plan to 1549/- for 3 months and they said unlimited calls for 3 months and 20 gb data per month i will be getting. I have paid the full amount in advance in august. Last month they have generated the bill according my previous plan 449/- + tax. I wrote 3 times mail to customer care but no response. Also i could not reach to customer care over phone. From today my outgoing and incoming calls are barred.
                                This is very irresponsible behavior towards customers. Reliance commn cheating customers by charging advance payment then stopping the service.
                                Please check and look into the matter asap or else i'll have to complain to consumer court further...

                                      My name is mohanan p. Pillai. I had cancelled the broadband service subscriber id :[protected] on dated[protected]. As per trai rules and also committed by the company my eligible refund of rs.3162/- after deducing data usage charges for 19 days wwas supposed to give me by dd within 60 days from the date of termination i. E. From[protected]. 60 days completed on[protected].

                                      As on date i. E.[protected] i have written more than 36 reminders to their available customer care e-mail id : [protected]@reianceada.com but non of my e-mails are not responding. When i called to the customer care number[protected] one of the executive told me that reliance communications ltd is not existing. I wonder whether the company is existing or not. My e-mails sent to rcom appallate authority is bouncing without delivering to their inbox.

                                      When i do complaint through this page, they replies on the page saying that their concerned team is working on it.in my earlier complaint, they mentioned in the month of august 2017 as it has been resolved.

                                      Compalaint not resolved as on[protected]. Refund dd not received by me. No reply is giving by [protected]@relianceada.com or customer care executives on[protected]. Everybody keep silence on returning the money i owe from reliance communication ltd. It is pathetic situation nobody is replying.

                                      Referring to my series of complaints in respect to non-receipt of excess payment about rs.3162/-.

                                      This is update that as on 2nd october, 2017 neither i have received the refund nor any comment or reply from reliance communications limited.

                                      It is sad that the company is using customers money without refunding in time. The broadband subscriner id :[protected] terminated with effect from 19th june, 2017. I continue to write refund request every day starting from 1st july to 31st july, 2017, 1st august 2017 to 31st august 2017, 1st september to 30th september 2017 and written today i. E. 2nd october, 2017 my refund request to company's customer care d-mail id : [protected]@reliancada.com but no reply or refund dd received.

                                      Please send the excess payment paid by me on account of terminated broadband service id :[protected]. Nobody attend the customer care number[protected], it seems they have blocked my registered mobile number in their data so when called to customer care, my call could not get connected.

                                      Sir, through your forum please help to get my hard earned money from this big corporation company named reliance communications limited urgent. Y.

                                        My mob reliance mob no. [protected] is sim service off from last 1 months, i was using tht no frm last 7 years. This no very important for me, recently rcom has all reliance sim switch for others company. I have also activate again this mobile no. But how i m get mnp code? My sim has been died. Please suggest me what i'll do.

                                        I have tried to call *222 and also visit reliance store for deactivate my postpaid connection and provide the prepaid connection with the same number.

                                        In my area, it is not showing network since from 1 month and also the net connectivity is extremely poor since from last three months.
                                        DUE TO EMERGENCY OUR SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE" and this continues till today.

                                        Today they stop the incoming and outgoing of my number also without any intimation.
