I have complained 10-12 time but every time i got the same answer that we will trying and trying. Iam asking the customer care to terminate my broadband connection and to collect the modem from my place for about 2 months.
Till now no action has been taken instead broadband bill for this month sep has been processed for which...

Since last 18 days i am not able to connect to boradband internet. For this reason more then 10 times i called to your call center but no response from your cal centre
I never expected this sort of problem done by at-least anil dhirubhai ambani group. I thought taking...

Suddenly my gujarat prepaid number [protected] has been closed. I later came to know that reliance has closed its services.
I received three times port code. Since i was not aware of the issue, i presumed it wrongly sent hence ignored.
Now sim is closed and i am not able to send sms for port code. I request you to please inform me port code so that i can shift to other service provider.

Hi,
Due to the horrible service i had request port for my reliance # [protected].
The port request was rejected by reliance saying the bill is not paid. The bill was for the current month which got generated after i raised port request.

I made payment to them through there online system. However till today the payment is not reflected into there system. I sent several email to there customer care however till...

I want to complaint about reliance gallery
That available in ganesh nagar near puja building.
This gallery before 10 days was open but suddenly is closed already i dont know what is problem.
My problem is this gallery inside 2 man working the one is (Suchin)
Every month i was paid all my bailance but this man not update this amount in the computer.

I'm using a rcom gsm number for past 8 yrs. I'm satisfied with the service but last 8 days are worst nightmare of my life with this network because of the signal problem. I didn't get a single point of signal in a metro cities due this prob my mobile got software corrupted, i lost all my important database which i have collect in last 3 months. I tried to contact the customercare in all formats, even i have tried to find the local city branch...

I have submitted the total bill and closed a sim, after one year i am receiving calls and mails that there is payment balance which i have not payed.
But i have already paid total payable amount and my sim was closed.

Veryt bad experience with this connection of r.com, i m done with this communication company....

Is reliance gsm closed? I have been trying to contact customer support for last 1 week and it says "sorry".

Balance is being deducted without any usage and internet speed is pathetic. Hence, just wanted to confirm if i should leave this and go for an another services provider.

Our internet connection is not working since 2 days due to not assigning of ip address.

I have requested to upgrade for 4g sim. I got a confirmation message too. Now my old 2 g is not functioning neither it's upgraded. Customer care not available. I am using reliance post paid connection since one year. Mobile [protected],
My services has been barred even after paying bill. When im trying to connect with call center executive call get disconnected. Then i have visited reliance store and registered my complain they said it will be restored in 2-3 hours.
Now its almost 36hrs and the service has not been restored back....

No matter how hard they have to try for this, but reliance will always make sure to provide the most pathetic services in the whole service providers

And the best part is all the reliance store are unable to login to their crm and no one is ready to help
