    I m using reliance internet services, plan of rs.786/- in which 1gb data i can use daily for 6 months. I recharged it in september but the service is not good in my area. There are some problems in it from last 5 days. Earlier also i have to complained about it then only problem recovered. Kindly recover it as soon as possible, so that the faith will not get loose.

      Around September 26-2017 the electricity department cut the light of the tower reliance communication, after which the tower has not been operational till date 6th of october 2017, due to which residents of Bhanpura town are finding it difficult to do their work. This problem has not been resolved till date 06/10/2017. The legitimacy of our pack is also being terminated, due to which we are being financially damaged and we are getting the balance in the other company's SIM.

        We are the cug users in reliance communications, we were using 15 connections in our factory, there was some add on services are activated, plan was changed without our knowledge. I solved those problems. But still i need to check status of invoice cycle date change, reverse plans from 350/- tariff to 299/-. When i send a enquiry mail to [protected]@relianceada.com (Mentioned in invoice), there is no response.

        Cannot able to reach customer care peoples e-mail, phone call (198) complaint number too.

            This is my 3rd complaint. For earlier 2 complaints i not get any response from reliance company. My reliance cell no. Is [protected] (Kolkata circle). Now, i am in gujarat. Reliance cell company deducted rs.172.00 from my main phone balance within 17 days. Previous my cell phone main balance was rs.37.13. But, now it is rs. -134.87. I am not use any service for which the balance was deduct. So, my humble request to you, kindly, take action to refund me those deducted money. Please, rectify this matter by which this type of thing not happen in future. If you want to contact with me via phone, my local phone no. [protected].

              Ref.:caf no. [protected] for a wireless connection

              An amount of rs 2650/- was paid on 18.05.2017 (Cash) to mr akki-sales executive at surat. His mobile [protected]
              Later i was informed that scheme for a wireless connection had been discontinued.
              And that amount of rs 2650/ would b refunded within 2/3 weeks. But it is nearing two months and i m awaiting for refund.

              Your sales executive (Akki) tells me he has not recd refund from mumbai

              I have approached -
              Customercare by e mail on 2nd aug, 7th aug, 10th aug, 16th aug and 8th sept, 2017. There is no response
              Gaurav shah of customercare seve. Ral timesil by e mailseveral times in july. Ther e is no response
              Ujwal pohare of customer care on sept 20, there is no response
              I have also wreitten to [protected]@relianceada.com.
              But no response
              There is no response from toll free numsber also.
              I am a senior citizen (78) ery much upset.

                I was using [protected] from oct 2016 and from 1st day i was not getting 3g network at my postal address in noida. I wag getting 3g network at my office address. I have complained 10-12 time but every time i got the same answer that we will trying and trying. Finally i have intimated to reliance and informed in jan'17 that i will make payment of jan month because my problem is not rectified. I have made the payment of nov'16 and dec'16 but not made the payment for jan'17 and feb'17. Now they file mailing me and threatening for legal case. I have also filed a case in local court. As per my advocate i have mail on amit. B. [protected]@relianceada.com & sandeep. [protected]@relianceada.com e mail id's and offer to settle this case but i want my contact number back those they have terminated. But they have clearly denied to provide my number and not ready to given the same on mail. I have to submit the same in court. Please do the needful

                    My broadband connection (Subscriber id[protected] after so many reminders there is no resolution or any response from reliance communication company.

                    Since last 18 days i am not able to connect to boradband internet. For this reason more then 10 times i called to your call center but no response from your cal centre
                    I never expected this sort of problem done by at-least anil dhirubhai ambani group. I thought taking broadband from reliance instead of bsnl or any other provider will be a good experience for me. But now i am totally disappointed.

                    Your executives are not supporting as well as ur technical team also.

                        I received three times port code. Since i was not aware of the issue, i presumed it wrongly sent hence ignored.
                        Now sim is closed and i am not able to send sms for port code. I request you to please inform me port code so that i can shift to other service provider.

                          Hi,
                          Due to the horrible service i had request port for my reliance # [protected].
                          The port request was rejected by reliance saying the bill is not paid. The bill was for the current month which got generated after i raised port request.

                          I made payment to them through there online system. However till today the payment is not reflected into there system. I sent several email to there customer care however till today i have not received response from them.

                          I am suffering because of the worst service from reliance due to which i want to move from reliance to different service provider, however they are not making this to happen.

                          I cannot imagine how much i have to suffer more because of this.

                              I'm using a rcom gsm number for past 8 yrs. I'm satisfied with the service but last 8 days are worst nightmare of my life with this network because of the signal problem. I didn't get a single point of signal in a metro cities due this prob my mobile got software corrupted, i lost all my important database which i have collect in last 3 months. I tried to contact the customercare in all formats, even i have tried to find the local city branch office too but there no use in it all the branch office have been closed. What the hell happened to your service team.
                              Kindly resolve the issue asap.

                                I recharged with 89 data plan.
                                But amount deduct from main balance.
                                I am trying to call customer care but ivr replied due to some emergency concerned. Customer care not available.
                                It seem reliance now doing fraud to earn money.
                                Very frustrated service provider.
                                Even facing call drop problem.
                                It seem reliance is going down, if they not resolved their infrastructure and technical problems.
                                I m wishing reliance all the best for future fraud.

                                  I have submitted the total bill and closed a sim, after one year i am receiving calls and mails that there is payment balance which i have not payed.
                                  But i have already paid total payable amount and my sim was closed.
                                  And now,

As i have been using this valuable number since 2009 and it was registered in my banks and important places and websites etc. As per discussion with the local customer care offices, they informed me that my number has been block. Without any communication mode (I, e message, emails, phone calls) and notice, it blocked my number. As the incoming calls were coming since yesterday.

                                        Our internet connection is not working since 2 days due to not assigning of ip address.
