Yesterday i recharge of rs.199. Recharge amount successfully from retailer but i have not got any message from retailer but show me my mobile no with successful recharge. But i haven't any received sms. So many i raise problem when recharge with my mobile no.[protected].
Please solve this problem on priority basis and also customer care no. Always busy or not available on my mobile no.

I was asked to upgrade my mobile number from 3g to 4g but still upgrade is not happen. This request was raised on 1st oct and the sim stopped working on that day and the reliance customer care said it will start in 24 hours. But till now the new sim and old sim nothing is working. I have reliance postpaid connection. I have been paying the bills regularly every month without fail, however from 3 rd october 2017 my service is not active. Both incoming and outgoing services are inactive. I tried to reach customer care thousand of time but saying due to some reason you will not be able to connect. Also i mailed the same.

In this period i have paid 529/- (100+429) but my bill was 364/- (Including october advance monthly charges).
Why received excess amount from me?
