I am using the post paid connection from reliance communication and having plan of jalsa 699 where i get unlimited calling and data. Till month of june i was getting bill which was rental of rs. 699+tax. But after june they were sending the wrong bills by charging me for calls and data. Further, they charged me for advance rental in the bill without my approval. On contacting the reliance customer care over mail, as customer service over phone and web world has been removed, i got a call from them assuring me that the additional amount will be adjusted in my next bill and asked me to make the payment to resume my services, which i did. Even in the next month same thing happens. They stopped my calls and data services one day before i was intimated about my bill. On contacting the reliance over the mail, i was asked to make payment and assured me that entire amount will be reversed in my next bill. Again, in the month of september they send me inflated bill by charging me for data. I send them the mail on october 3rd the day i got my bill and still waiting for their response. Though i made the payment, my data service has not been activated yet which has been deactivated from september end. Can any one help me where i can escalate complain against the company?

      Pl. Remove this problem immediately. If not solve this problem talk to your seniors/head office.

        My reliance gsm number is [protected]. On 20th sept i got sms from reliance as "dear customer, rcom services will continue uninterrupted. Please ignore any hoax sms from hp-rimcom or others."
        But suddenly from 29th night there is no service. I was having balance around rs330. Now i came to know that rcom is closed and i need to convert the same number to some other operator. When i went for portability they are asking port number but even i haven't received that also.
        What to do now? How to get my balance rs330? How to get port number no one is having any idea?
        Please resolve this as soon as possible so that at least i can activate same number soon.

            I have send below communication to reliance customer care more than 3 times, but did not get a single response. Kindly raise a grievance on below:

            Hi,

            I am using reliance number ([protected]) probably for more than 10 years. I was using this number on daily basis, recharged it whenever required, as it is my primary number. But suddenly from couple of days back, the number is showing as does not exist. Then thinking that its validity is gone, i recharged it, but then again the recharge was not successful.

            I visited the nearest reliance office (In chandmari, near assam tribune office), but to my strange, the girl in the reliance office replied that i was not doing any incoming or outgoing activity, so it was deactivated. She was not ready to listen when i was repeatedly telling her that this is my primary number and i am using it. Really felt irritating about about reliance service this time in that office after being a reliance customer for so many years. Also i am wondering why at the first place the number was deactivated without even informing me.

            I request you, through this mail, to kindly activate my number as early as possible.

              Hi,

              This is more than a week that i am facing a same problem and none of your representative contact me. My broadband connection is not working even my mobile data is also not working. I am using reliance postpaid connection and broadband connection. But right now both of them are not working. This is the worst service i ever faced by reliance. I cant able to contact them, if i mailed then i didn't got a response. Its much better to disconnect from reliance network. So please provide me a contact number from where i can disconnect my broadband and mobile services.

              Yesterday on 1 oct 2017 my data recharge was of rs 89 which means 1 gb data daily for 28 days i got 1 gb data for the first day but after that ky data balance is showing 1024 mb data on but internet is not working. Please check my account

                          I am asif having number [protected] from srinagar, kashmir. From the last 3 weeks i'm not getting any network coverage on my phone whenever i enter into my home. I've been trying to call the customer care for a long time now but everytime my call ends automatically without connecting me to the customer care advisor. What kind of service is this?                             I have a reliance mobile connection with number [protected]. For the past many months, i have been experiencing non connectivity for days together. On the few days i am connected, the connection lasts only for a few hours and that too not continuously. The person at the retail outlet suggested that i switch over to another service provider using number portability. This problem is not unique to me. Other reliance users also agree with me that the service is very poor and intermittent.

                              I have not been receiving my internet connection since september 20, 2017. I had made several attempts at calling their customer service team. However, since my first attempt till date, i keep receiving an automatic voice response stating "due to exigency, our services are currently unavailable. Thank you for contacting reliance broadband". I had even emailed them 10 times but no body is responding to the mail. I am not sure what is happeing with their systems

                                Dear sir,

                                I would like to bring to your notice on the exorbitant high amount charged unfairly on my reliance broadband wipod monthly charges from 25-july to 24-aug-17 for my broadband no. [protected]

                                I had called reliance care on 23-july-17 to disconnect my broandband services since the charges were extremely high. The customer care office informed me that 10gb data would be available at inr 1000 per month as rentals. So i asked them to update the bill plan to 10gb at inr 1000 rentals. Attached is the bill dated 25-july-2017 which shows that plan was upgraded from 5gb to 10 gb at inr 1000 rentals effective from 23-july-2017 to 24-july-2017.

                                However from 25-july, the data plan was changed to 10 gb plan costing inr 1850 /-. I was not notified of this change either by call or by email. When i checked the bill on 09-sep-2017 to pay, i was shocked to find that i was charged inr 2184 /-. I tried to call their rcom customer care, it has been shut down for the past 3 weeks and no one answers the call. I also get threatening calls to make the payment. I have written to rcom appellate authority, however there is no response till date.

                                This migration of plan was done without my consent and this is very high financial burden on me.

                                Request you to investigate and make a fair resolution in my case.

                                Meanwhile rcom has disconnected the services. I would like to disconnect the service after this unfair practice of being charged so high when the market rate for data comes at low cost.

                                No Action has been taken till today (26-Nov-17). There is no broadband service, however bill is generated by Reliance Communication for 3660 /-. I am not sure why this bill is generated, whom to notify and how to disconnect this valuable broadband service which is not working for the last 3 months, however bill gets generated.

                                  I was asked to upgrade my mobile number from 3g to 4g but still upgrade is not happen. This request was raised on 1st oct and the sim stopped working on that day and the reliance customer care said it will start in 24 hours. But till now the new sim and old sim nothing is working.                                     I have reliance postpaid connection. I have been paying the bills regularly every month without fail, however from 3 rd october 2017 my service is not active. Both incoming and outgoing services are inactive. I tried to reach customer care thousand of time but saying due to some reason you will not be able to connect. Also i mailed the same.
                                    When i checked online for bill payment, its showing bill due date 12th october 2017 as 470.82 rs. However when i click "pay now" link showing me amount as 1547.82 rs, which is ridiculous!

                                    Please look in this matter urgently since i am using this number long time.

                                      I have already paid the postpaid bill month of september (25aug - 24sep). Then already paid advance monthly charges
                                      (Month of october - 299/-)
                                      I have changed the network postpaid to prepaid but again doing payment on order reliance store.
                                      In this period i have paid 529/- (100+429) but my bill was 364/- (Including october advance monthly charges).
                                      Why received excess amount from me?
                                      Please solve the issue & please return extra money..

                                        I had some issues with data pack, so i tried to call support team
                                        Call does not gets connected to customer support,
                                        I visited reliance store vasai west ambani road,
                                        I tried to explain my complaint, rather resolving, the authorized preston said...
                                        Internet kaam nahi kar raha he 3-4 mahine se, aap apna number hi port out karwa lo na, jo data pack ka recharge kiya he wo to wapas nahi milne wala q k reliance ab bandh ho raha he,
                                        I tried send emails to higher management i.é. Appellate authority and even to mr anil ambani, but the emails are also bouncing back,
                                        I had recharged for amt 89 1gb/day i received only on the day when u recharged next day onwards no internet connection
