    Dear sir/mam,
    We belong to a trust from sewagram, maharashtra. Rajiv dixit memorial trust.
    We have 7 reliance sim cards of postpaid. All the cards are not working from a week. The office in wardha says that billing will be continued though the sim cards are dead. We did not expect this from your esteemed copmany. We want to disconnect all our sim cards and quit out from reliance communication. Please disconnect all the cards as soon as possible. We are waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

      I have lodged a complaint in this forum on 8th sep.2017. Below is a copy of that complaint.
      "i have a reliance mobile connection with number [protected]. For the past many months, i have been experiencing non connectivity for days together. On the few days i am connected, the connection lasts only for a few hours and that too not continuously. The person at the retail outlet suggested that i switch over to another service provider using number portability. This problem is not unique to me. Other reliance users also agree with me that the service is very poor and intermittent."
      Till date i have not received any response. Because there is no service on this number, any attempt to reach me may have been impossible. So i am now providing an alternate number to contact me, which is [protected]. I hope the problem is resolved immediately failing which i may have to take up the matter with the trai.

        Reliance communication customer care numbers should not be connected, last 7days my network connection speed data and voice calls totally unreachable subscribe, so i call customer care but not connected, i am not satisfied to reliance communication, so i am changing to other network, otherwise 3 days i am waiting for called me to reliance communication customer care, don't any queries to me should be changed other network

          Dear sir, i am a reliance customer from last few years.. I am using a reliance mobile number [protected] since from almost 2 years.. On[protected] i visited a reliance customer outlet in kadapa and upgraded my 2g sim to 4g. Same day my old number has losted signal then i inserted new sim.. But my problem is my mobile showing network but outgoing and incoming calls are not working.. Iam trying to contact customer care from last 5 days but am not getting connected. I already sent 2 emails about the same issue to [protected]@relianceada.com but i didn't get any answer.. Please help me and reactive my services.. Am attaching a file which includes all my service request numbers

            Sir i want to replace my broken sim card with new sim card but your reliance store & care person is behaving very bad he is demanding rupees 300. He told me that do what you can. He dont care. He is not a servant of reliance company. He is frenchis's owner & a boss

              Dear sir,

              I have been trying to get the upc by sending an sms to 1900. However this has been disabled and i keep getting the message that 'sending failed'

              This is gross violation of my rights to port my number to a different provider.
              Tried contacting your customer care numbers 198 and *333 without any help.

              Kindly sort this out before a legal action is required

                On 12th sept i had asked reliance communication to port out my prepaid number, which usually takes 4 to 5 days, but it was not ported till 7th oct17. Hence on 7th oct 2017 i have again messaged them to port the number but still it has not been ported out.
                Now help me to sort out this problem and guide me regarding the issue and next step to be taken tovport out number from reliance communication.

                  I am old customer of this company but now a days i facing so much of problem of network an d again they stop my outgoing call facility and not proper connect to any mentioned customer care number, without informed to customer how to disconnect the facilites i am very disappointed of reliance service they not give proper assist to client, now i want to port in other mobile networking, this worst expreriance

                    I have been trying to connect c. Care for the last 15 days but dint connect. I have a postpaid plan of 299/- with all the benefits despite of that you guys have charged me bill of rs 746/-... This is really embarrassing.. I have also a complaint of poor service, no network and my mobile goes on roaming all the time. Pls help me out also i wanna port my no.. Tell me how??

                      My gsm number [protected] is out of
                      Service since few days tried calling reliance customer care but no luck. Unable to reach them by any means i. E email/phone etc.. Having a lot of problems with my number not working.
                      I am getting error message saying that this number is temporarily out of service.
                      Unable to find any outlets nearby in hyderabad. Please help.

                        Connection started becoming intermittent since 1st week of august and finally totally dead since 3rd week of august 2017. And from 1st week of september they stopped their customer care center with the voice message "due to exigencies our services are not available."

                        I got a call from the lady who normally reminds me about the bill, when talking to her she informally said that reliance maybe trying to consolidate with airtel.

                        Whatever the reason any decent company would have have given us a warning so that we could get another service ready before they shut down. But because i was in the dark, i was calling and calling their service center and wasted so much time and effort.

                        I too have the bill problem. Now they have even send me a 2nd bill for rs.1767 for the 2 months that the connection was out!

                        My reliance subscriber id is[protected].

                        Please cancel my connection and don't send me bills for which you have not provided services.

                          This is my 4th Complaint. For earlier 3 complaints I NOT get any response from your end. My Reliance cell no. is [protected] ( Kolkata Circle ) . Now, I am in Gujarat . Reliance cell company deducted Rs.172.00 from my main phone balance within 24th September, 2017 to 26th September, 2017 . Previous my cell phone main balance was Rs.37.13.
                          But, now it is Rs. -134.87 . I am not use any service for which the balance
                          was deduct . So, my humble request to you, kindly, take action to refund me
                          those deducted money . Please, rectify this matter by which this type of
                          thing not happen in future . If you want to contact with me via phone,

                            Reliance is like a dog now which eats it's own lord when hungry. Just stole my 200 rupees within 24 hours, to make it worse there is absolutely no way of contacting any customer care representative. I recommend you all to leave reliance as soon as possible and join some other network. Any network will be better then this. Better return my stolen money

                              As i need a nano sim for my new phone, i have to send some messages so that i can notify the concerned department. But for more than a week i'm not able to send messages and is getting revoked. Please fix this issue immediately as i need to send messages when in need.

                              Whenever i try calling the customer care number it's not at all getting connected. Even there is no reliance global stores nearby my area. Even the the stores also do not give any importance to their customer service on such issues. I didn't expected this kind of problems to come as i have been using this number from a very long time and it's my official number.

                              I request you to kindly look into this and fix the issues asap so that operations can be carried out smoothly.

                                  I try to connect customer care but they didn't attend call.
                                  Last saturday i placed upgraded request and after that 3g network gone then i believe that new 4g sim works. When i used new sim and i found all the network signal. When i try to call then call ended without making call.
                                  After that i ask my friend to call me then they please check the number you gave dialled.

                                  I am very frustrated with irresponsible response from reliance from last 6 days.

                                    Recently i am getting some sms stating that hdygoddostisub7 is activated on my mobile & my balance is deducted for that even when i have activated dnd services. Few times it has happened even when i have complained about it but they never returned the money back. Latest deduction was on 12 september 2017 at 19.53 pm.
                                    I am not providing the contact no. Since its visible to others.

                                    This type of behavior is not expected from this company.

                                        My internet is not working properly. I took a 180 day internet pack of 1gb daily net but last four days net is not working and today it goes off again and again. My phone had 500 rupee talktime balance and rs 103 were deducted due to vas service which I never started and rest rs 397 drained due to unknown reasons. I called 198 many time but customer care executives never take call. Kindly address.
