I shifted my house on 3rd march 2017 and called customer care to disconnect my connection permanently, he told me to drop an email for the same. Then i sent an email for permanent disconnection from services on 3rd march 2017 to [protected]@relianceada.com. After that i did not get any reply from them.
Then i also sent emails to rcom. [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@reliance.com, sandip. [protected]@relianceada.com.
From them i also did not get any response.
Now there are around 6+ months and still i do not get any response from there side. They are generating bill and when i told them about the disconnection they replied we will escalate this.
Please help me on this and permanently disconnect all your services as i no longer need it.
