My reliance mobile number is [protected]. Reliance services are stopped in gujarat. So i am now trying to send sms "port [protected]" to 1900. Message is getting delivered but getting reply from 1901 with "insufficient balance” message.

I am using this number since many years.
Very disappointed with this service.

Can someone solve this on priority?

Please note that I have sufficient balance and I am able to make call as well from Mumbai circle.
I am now trying to send sms port to 1900. Message is getting delivered but getting reply from 1901 with "insufficient balance” message.

I am using this number since many years.
Very disappointed with this service. Customer care also getting disconnected, so have no idea how to approach .

Can someone solve this on priority?

      My bill due date is 12th oct 2017 and today morning my outgoing has been barred on 10th oct 2017.

      Also, i have received an irrelevant bill for this month but whenever i try to call reliance customer care on all numbers *222, [protected], it says "aaptkalin situation ki vajah se ye service band hai"

      Also in past, they had increase rental and change in my plans without prior notice.

      It makes me mentally sick and frustrated.

      Cause i am a poor payer.

        It's been 5 days my internet is not working. Reliance toll free number, customer care number all are useless. I am irritated with the process.

        The customer care is not resolving the problem.

        I tried so many numbers to call since week days but is unable to reach the call.
        Please solve the issues orelse close my connection and i wont be paying my outstanding bill from now if its not solved by today itself.

          Sir i have already send two mails regarding not working my broadband service since 15 september 2017. Your coustomer service and office number is dead. My bill is pending due to this problem. I want to reset my password because my login id and password is showing incorrect. I also want to consession in my due bill from 15 september to till the date when connection will be start. I have many tries to solve the problem. I am from jaipur and reliance office is not picked my phone..
          Please resolve my problem.

            As mentioned above every day without any confirmation balance of rs. 3 is been deducted from from 18th sep, 2017. I have nor activated any services nor accepted any other service from my end. Balance is auto deducted from account everyday. I even tired to call all customer service number and even generated complaint but it is still no resolved yet. I would request you to stop further balance deduction and generate refund of rs. 70 which was deducted from balance without any reason. I even mailed complaint to registered e-mail id of the company yet there is no response on the same

              I did recharge of Rs 100 on 9th oct 17 at 09:07 pm through payzp. Transaction was successful in payzap and got operator transact id (from reliance ) [protected] . But the recharge was not received . I tried to call customer care but they have made it so complicated that it took 30 min to connect customer support. Even there no option for online complaint for prepaid. Also no mail id mentioned on their site (atleast easy search). I think they have made it purposely so that less number of compliant received

                I have done my recharge 18/09/2017 of rs.94 for data 1gb per day for 56 days but after 2 days the data seems to be 2 gb 4 only balance 54 gb doesn't get updated to me properly and i can't even get in touch with the customer care when i try to call customer care to file complaint it says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. Pls help i have done 2nd recharge it also seems to be the same problem

                I recharged my no [protected] with stv 94 (1gb per day for 56 days) on 18/09/2017. As per plan i got sms mentioning that stv 94 and 1gb / day for 56 days is activated. But ussd *367*3# showed 2 gb 4g data and 56 gb lite (Is this lte?) data in my account. Let me know what is lite data and how i can use this 56 gb lite data. I can't even get in touch with the customer care. The customer care says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. I wrote a complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com, but no response even after reminders. And reliance app showing that 'we are still working on it'

                Already 20 days gone and still no response from service provider.
                Very bad experience with reliance 4g
                . Please resolve it

                  Reliance has ported my number without any request, instead of repeated attemps i failed to contact reliance customer care service on mobile phone as the customer care service is out of service from past one month.
                  So, i visited reliance only to know that it is already registered with idea.

                  Unable to get any help from reliance store i was forced to visit idea store and i was shocked to see that my number is active in idea postpaid network and registered in some other persons name.

                  I request reliance to look into the issue and solve it urgently as my number is very important for me.

                    The validity of my reliance gsm sim (Number: [protected]) has ended months back, and i also recharged twice the same number, but since last few days the sim is not getting any network, and on calling, it's saying that the number is not in service. I even tried calling customer care service, but they kept me waited without giving any solution to this problem. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible, as this one is my primary number.

                      I was a very old & regular customer of reliance & i always pay my bills on time. This year in 7th april 2017 i requested reliance to terminate my post paid numbers. So they told me to deposit the bill & the numbers will be terminated within one week but after the complete payment on same day by paytm i again started receiving msgs, emails & phone calls to pay the bill.
                      Though i had again paid the bill as per their email and given account no.

                      I had been sending them simultaneously mails and emails and replies for their information that i have submitted the bill and always attached the proofs of bank passbook copy, mini statement & screenshot of bank msgs every time i got email and today[protected] also as well.

                      I don't understand after paying two times bill payment why i am still receiving legal notices and phone calls from different operator of reliance. I am just fed up of receiving all this things when i have already paid the bill & terminated my numbers.

                      Please concern the matter asap and take necessary action. Whether they are fraud or something else that they are asking to submit money again and again and inform me on my [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      Under instructions from and on behalf of our client i. E. M/s reliance communications ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the provisions of companies act, 1956 having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040, we hereby serve you with the following notice:

                      1. That our client is engaged in the business of providing telecommunication/data services to its various subscribers against which our client gets consideration. You the addressees has applied for mobile or data card connections with our client after submitting all the relevant documents required for the said purpose with our client.

                      2. That the said request of you the addressees was duly accepted by our client and you the addressees were allotted with reliance internet or voice connection, vide caf number caf no[protected]. The said connctivity vide billing account number was activated by our client for you the addressees and since then you the addressees has been using the said numbers to the full and complete satisfaction of you the addressees and therefore, availed the telecommunication services of our client along with all ancillary services subscribed by you from time to time, through the said number.[protected]

                      3. That our client has been raising its bill upon you the addressees from time to time with respect to the telecommunication services availed by you the addressees. But you the addressees always delayed/ defaulted in making of the payment of the outstanding amount on one pretext or the other due to which the said connection was disconnected by our client on account of non payment by you the addressees. As on today, a sum of rs. 966.62is outstanding and remains payable by you the addressees to our client as per the records maintained by our client in the ordinary course of its business. It may be noted that despite repeated communications with your officials, you the addressees have failed to clear the outstanding dues towards our client till date and the same is still payable by you.

                      4. That in these circumstances, you the addressees are hereby called upon to make the payment of rs. 966.62within a period of 5 (Five) days from the date of receipt of this legal notice.in case of non-compliance of this notice, we have clear and definite instructions from our client to take proper legal action against you the addressees before competent court of law at your own cost, risk and consequences for recovery of the aforesaid amount along with penalty and interest calculated from the date when the same had became due payable by you the addressees to our client.

                      5. That our client also reserves its right to take legal action against you the addressees before the concerned police station and /or the concerned court of metropolitan magistrate for registration of fir for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client. You are hereby further called upon to pay a sum of rs.5500/- (Rupees five thousand five hundred only) toward this notice charges.

                        I have posted a complaint for my number few days via email to reliance customer care. I haven't received a single communication from their side (Reminded 3 times) and because of this i am unable to maintain the balance on my given number. I have also tried to contact nodal officer and still no communication from them.

                        My complaint was that there are some deduction occurs and my balance reached to zero in no time whenever i recharge without receiving a single call. I am unable to receive any call as i am in roaming from past few days.

                        I request you to please take a look in that and reply on this same mail-id [protected]@gmail.com (Or this platform) as incoming is not going through on my number.

                          Hi team,

                          I owned and used reliance netconnect+ datacard number[protected] on my name sushil sali since mid of 2012

                          I submitted request with required document and conversion fee for converting my reliance netconnect+ dongle data service from postpaid to prepaid in may 2015.

                          I filled out hardcopy of form with my passport photo as well as expected by customer service executive at new sangvi reliance office near sai chowk, new sangvi, pune.

                          I followed up for 2 months during which i was told the request is progress. I called customer care call center as well, they mentioned that they cannot support as the application is solely with office

                          In 3rd month, the executive told that they misplaced my documents and that i have to submit fresh application which i did as required - filling up hard copy of form, passport photo. Conversion fee was not charged as i had already submitted it earlier.

                          I followed up for 2 more months, no progress with the office in new sangvi being closed most of the time then

                          Meanwhile, i got a bill from reliance for postpaid connection.

                          I enquired and explained the scenario to customer care, however it was not responded properly nor taken action from customer care for conversion case.

                          I also dropped official email on 26-oct-2015 from my registered email id about the scenario and got their automated response on 27-oct-2015 - our customer care representative will connect with you shortly.

                          The bill kept on getting generated until i asked them to close the connection as they were not converting it to prepaid.

                          Since then i get regular notice for visiting lok adalat as per their regular way of treating to loyal old customers.

                          I also called customer care after this a number of time only to listen that my case is now handed over to their "legal" team only to close my "case" by settling the dues.in all this, my request to continue to use reliance services as customer is ignored and also my honest way of treating customer care executives was disrespected.

                          When approached to their legal team mr. Irfan, the only thing i was listening was a legel threat to 'i will see you in court' and i have seen many thugs like you. So, with this, a humble old customer, with regular payment track, with a simple request of postpaid to prepaid conversion was now tagged as thug.
                          With total humiliation from mr. Irfan (Contact number - [protected]), there was no way to communicate with reliance as -
                          1. Customer care denied as case was handed by legal
                          2. Email response was just automatic response - our customer care representative will get back to you shortly
                          3. Calling mr. Irfan was total waste as he does not listen to you, moreover threatens you for life.

                          Now, i tried to reach the contact numbers given for appeallate - as given on official website : http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/customercare/appellate-authority.html
                          However the contact number for mr. Mr. Sachin kulkarni[protected] from pune was not existing. Morever, mumbai contact number for mr. Mr. Vishal gurung[protected] was not picked up for 3 times in a row.

                          The toll free number [protected] says - customer care executives does not support on call when gone through automated voice response.

                          Kindly assist me in resolving my complaint regarding bill and datacard conversion from postpaid to prepaid.

                            For the last one week am not able to find a proper 3g plan and when trying to contact customer care through *333 or 198 it is not connected to the executive. The phones of nodal officer too are not being attended.
                            At times the mobile network too fails and one has to wander allover to get or reboot several times to sustain network.
                            There is no transparency in the tariff plans in the website as well the official app.

                              Customer care service is not available due to some "emergency situation" which is being said since i dont know like 20 days and i know that because my friend too had his connection down but got solved in 2 days but now mine is down from 15 days and no one is even trying to resolve my issue this company should be sued really it even doesn't deserve to be competing in the market with such fake customer care support which i think no longer exists.

                                In concern to my reliance broadband connection with id[protected]. I would like to make a complaint for its disconnection for more than 10 days as of now. My connection is not working from 25th september 2017 till date. My all the dues are also cleared. I have tried calling customer care number as well, but the operator is unable to attend the request call. I would like a waiver (Refund) for the disconnection period, i am not even sure whether they will give me in the next bill or not. There is no confirmation of the reconnection.

                                    I had recharge data plan with talk time on my reliance mobile number [protected] of 1 gb /day one week ago but not getting this service from 3-4 days and talktime also get zero without using. And can't register complaint on customer care as no one is attaining on that the message coming is that no this type of service is available on all customer care number.

                                      I lost my mobile on 8th september and i sent couples of mail to customer care for cancellation sim. I didn't get ant response from them. I tried to *222 and few numbers it is connecting to jio. I vistied reliance digital also they are telling it is for jio only not to relinace post paid.

                                        Recharge my phone data and talk time but every time shows balance nil. Data recharge 1gb_3g daily tha pr kabhi 20mb kabhi 200mbto kabhi 00mb. No customer service there to talk to us. Got msg... Apatkaline sthiti k karan sewa uplabdh nahi h. What is this? Talk time recharge kro to ek din m sare paise kaat dete h. Jabki kahi p bhi call nahi kiya maine. I am really fed up with it. Kabhi bhi executive services baat nahi hoti. Also kya a apatkaline sthiti at gi k anne customer se bhi baat nahi kr same. Port kro to bhi apatkaline sthiti ya insufficient balance making msg avatar h. Balance recharge kro to sara passage kaat dete ho. We re other able to call in emergency to our near and dears. Plss help to talk to customers care executive to solve the problem otherwise help us to port my no.

                                        We have paid postpaid telephone bill through net banking the amount also debited in my bank account but we have not received any SMS and also the phone number is not working even after paid the amount.
                                        Reliance prepaid is a corrupt company, they are cheater and fraud...
                                        There is no 3G network of reliance in my area talwandi kota near central public school opp. To jawahar nagar police station talwandi..
                                        I bought a sim sim day before but there is no 3G network in my area..
                                        So please solve my issue and please give 3G network ni my area fastly

Just ban dis relaince products in market also i have done 147 net pack of 28 days now they say ur net pack is over on d 3rd day... fraud people they just fool evryone

                                        Rcom has turned down its 2g services in gujarat where I have a rcom sim card.
                                        I want to port out from rcom but since the SMS services are not working i am unable to get the UPC number which is essential for porting out.
                                        even the rcom stores in the city are shut due to which no customer service is available to the users.

                                        I have a reliance GSM number. Amount is getting deducted automatically for a few months.Due to this, I cannot recharge as the amount becomes zero in few days. I have checked if there were any services activated. there were none activated. please look into the matter asap. hoping to hear from you soon.
