My landline in lucknow not working from 20 days complaint done with service dept t no solution provided yet this is about 10 year old connection concerned technician is third party contract so helpless phone is fixed in shara shopping centre fzbd rd near lekhraj police chauki lucknow no costomer care support no reply or action taken till date not clear what to be done

I have contacting reliance customer care since september to disconnect my connection i am shifted from my address but your customers care nunber is not getting connected for representative and its saying due to emegency situation this service is not available.
I also sent mail to [protected]@relianceada.com for my concern but no one is responding. Because of your negligibly over customer concerns now i am unnecessarily getting bill generated for each month.

There is not way i can contact you to take my request for disconnection, so i feel this is very pathetic way to handle your customers.

Dear reliance communication every time my account balance deducted bye your side without any reason can you please tell me why?
And every time you and your company disturb me unnecessary and reliance communication are giving me any type of money and any type of recharge on my number then do you have any authority to deduct my balance.

I am a subscribed member of jio. Today at 9.38 am i have make payment by internet banking for voucher recharge for rs. 399/_ payment made successful. But after crediting jio account message came that recharge failure, my a/c details

I have continuasly contact the jio care & customer care executive. Bt they behave arrogantly, telling me amount declined
Sir, i have not refunded the amount not recharge my voucher, this is my business mobile, whole day i am not able to contact

Hello, i am a user of reliance number:- [protected]. I have recharged by net card and my normal balance, but still the net is not working. I am not able to check my net balance also. I tried to call the customer care, but it's down. Can you please help me out, what is the actual problem. I am facing the same problem for 2days. My net is off for 28 days, but i am not able to access that, already 2days gone. I am only able to use it for 26days. Help me out, otherwise i should port the number. I have used this number from a long time, but never happened anything like this before. I am quite frastrated, please let me know, what is the problem actually.

I don't know the what is wrong suddenly all the networks work properly but i don't have anything to say about reliance. Please help me with it. Neither the customer service is good.
Whenever i try to call 198 or *333 from my reliance number it doesn't connect to customer service center at all. So i lost my mind now please help contact me in my mail address.

With reference to my above mentioned number i would like to bring this to your notice that the outgoing services (Calls and sms service) have not been working since 10\10\2017 though the incoming services are working. Unable to reach your customer care on 198 i have to write to you regardng this issue. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

My reliance braodband connection is not working for lasy 3 month. There customer care no are not working... I have mailed them so many times but they didn't reply. But they sending regularly monthly to me. One of reliance store told me they shut down there services but they sending monthly bills what is this. I want to terminate this service asap. Please help on this.

I'm really sorry to inform you that,

I'm completely fed up wid your service.

My reliance postpaid sim ([protected]) is not working from this month starting, eventhough my all bill are paid & cleared and my account balance is - ve also.

There's no calls and sms both incoming and outgoing, and the ivr telling that, "your account is temporarily disconnected and contact customer care".

And there's no customer support available only from the last month.

And then i went to the reliance service point for 6 days day by day for activate my account. They are the stupid people took 10 ₹ each for the activation and telling that me to wait half n hour more!!!

And 7days passed!!!

Please tell me how long i've to wait to receive an sms atleast???

This is my registered permanent mobile number which i'm using for my banking purpose and all. And i'm not able to use my bank account without the otp message.

I hope you can understand my situation how much i'm struggling with it by only because of your service from all side (Customer care, reliance service point)

I was allotted postpaid connection by the reliance communication sales agent instead of prepaid wanted by me. Now i want to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. No personnel is available to answer my queries, appellate number is not working, no email is being replied to, most of the customer care centres located in my city are closed forever, head office number is inaccessible. Virtually there is no co's personnel available throughout india only ivr number is there.
Please help me to know how to do it online if possible or if any contact persons is available his number.

Recharge done of 99 how will i get the refund if mobile not working. Purchased new sim just 2 months back and internet never work.
When purchased the guy told me that 1 gb per day data but net never worked.

From last two days my 6 years old rcom prepaid gsm number is out of service without any prior notice from operator or service provider. Need to know about how much time it will take to restore service or incase service is going to be discontinued then what step customer like me can take to minimize this inconvenience. Where should i contact to get some information as all the customer care numbers are also not working. There should be some way to deal with this. Rcom should responsibily come forward and resolve this issue. Paying debt or not is not customers' issue. Please rcom revise your business ethics you cannot put customers' convenience at stake for your bad plannings.in todays world of fine networking and connectivity this is something unacceptable. Rcom is bringing bad name to its heritage. Rcom should atleast release statement in media related to this failed service to inform customers about real situation. This is highly unethical and irresponsible behaviour on part of rcom.
Definitely i need to continue my number as that is listed with my work and personal contacts. I am facing huge problem from last two days in getting connected with my people.

Hi.. I want to port my existing reliance no [protected] to different operator because of poor service of reliance, but i have not received the porting code, tried many times now. Not able to contact any customer care to know any reason for this. I am using the right method to port the no but despite that i haven't got the porting no yet. Please help me out on this. I no longer want to use this operator anymore. It's really annoying. If i didnt get any update soon i will throw away this sim and won't pay any bill.

Reliance 4g services and 2g services is not available in my town deoband. No call made by mobile no sms send to other mobile 5days ago i made a last call and now nothing happen please check your network other wise people move to other network. Please guide me about reliance services is close or continue in my area deoband. Reliance retailer give me advice to move to other network.
