I paid august payment and
I also paid september payment while due date is 10 october.
From last 15 days i m unable to call and sms.
I m also unable to contact customer care representative.
I also visited ajmera pune located reliance gallery and request to active the no.
Please activate the no as soon as possible.
My work is totally affected by this.

I recharged my number few days back with rs.147 in which i was to get 28gb 4g data but after 5gb my 4g internet is not working.. Plus resolve my problem and i want all my 4g data pack as i was assured to of 28gb and i got only 5gb of it.. You deduct my balance also each time i recharge for last 4-5 times and we are not able to contact the customer care representative...

I have not activated any scheme nor my balance was deducted due to data, as my internet balance is still more then 900mb.

To-day we visited rcom bharuch offer and know our account status, which copy is attached. Account statement shows our credit amount. When you closed service in gujarat circle, you have no right to intrrept customer portability right.

I am using reliance service since 2009 i was out of india since march 2017 now i came back and my no. Is deactivate. Today i visit to reliance service store they told me that company stop the service to reactivate any sim now. They can't help me. That is really shame for you.

I am a reliance gsm user. My sim card has been put on out of service. Now i want to mnp into other network. But without network i cant do a port massage and unable to recieve upc code for mnp.
Can i do mnp without actualy doing port massage?

Mere mobile number [protected] se aapki company ne bina kuch kiye 30 rupees ka balance kat liya he. Cudtomer care 2 ghante se bhi adhik try karne ke bad bhi custimer care se baat nhi ho pa rhi he.
Anil ambani apna karja bholibhali janta ke mobile se paise lootkar chukana chahta he. Usse kah do usse achcha to ktora lekar market me ghumna wala bhikari he.
