I have requested to upgrade for 4g sim. I got a confirmation message too. Now my old 2 g is not functioning neither it's upgraded. Customer care not available. Inspite of several visit to the local reliance outlet the problem is not resolved due to your apathy towards customer. Infact i have been told that customer care is shut down. How can you be so careless and irresponsible. I am facing huge problem. Hope you will respond to this problem

Me too had same problem. I bought a new mobile so upgraded to 4g from normal 2 g which was 8 yrs old.
Now the old no is not working and the new sim too. No service centers, no customer care almost everything was closed. Now not even cant port to other netwotks.
A small service center which is located in Gandhinagar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu where I changed normal SIM to Nano sim.
I should share some of the beauty about the centre. The girl working there was very busy in talking with her boy friend. Simply shouting and sending out all customers visitng.
She told me change of sim will effect within an hour but this was 1 week old. Still its not working.
Dont you have money to appoint atleast 1 customer care representative for the whole country.
Pls take necessary action to resolve complaints.

    Hello,
    I am based out of mysore, karnataka. My reliance broadband connection is not working from past 8 days and and when i try to reach customer care at[protected] it says service unavailable. And even though i have to regional office as well as nodal officer i have received no response. The service has been paid for till january 2018. When i contacted the local service guy who used to resolve issues before he said the office itself was closed down. Kindly provide assistance with this regard.

      I can't understand that without solving the issue, how they marked it as resolved.

      I m still getting my bill month after month without any no. Is in service.
      I have lodged a complaint against my reliance postpaid no. [protected] on dated 23rd august regarding the generation of bill without any service usage.

      Communicated with it's
      [protected]@relianceada.com several times but the issue stays as it is & i am getting the bill month after month continuously.

      Neither the issue resolved nor any has contacted me.

      I have 2g sim and its not working from last 2 days and i got the port message from the relience team but i coudnt connect due to network is not there.

        Sir,
        I used to receive, fake, rather irrelevant calls on my private mobile number i.e. [protected] of airtel. Every time, the caller party would say, " Hello!reliance communication customer care !"Then I would say no sir, this is my private number.Once I asked the caller party, "who gave you this number ?" Then he told that it was picked from reliance communication web site.Then I surfed the reliance communication web site. To my surprise, some Reliance Communication care centre of Vadodara, Gujarat has, intentionally or by mistake, given my private air tel mobile number([protected]) as customer care number of reliance communications.When I tried to contact customer care outlets of reliance communicatin in Vadodara city, I came to know that they have closed all customer care centres. So please help me remove this number as customer care number.

          I am using reliance post paid connection since one year. Mobile [protected],
          My services has been barred even after paying bill. When im trying to connect with call center executive call get disconnected. Then i have visited reliance store and registered my complain they said it will be restored in 2-3 hours.
          Now its almost 36hrs and the service has not been restored back.

            My contact no is [protected]. This is a postpaid no. Outgoing services on my number has been barred and no reason has been communicated.

            I have tried customer care number multiple times however call have not been completed. No one is to take care the grievances. How to get this resolved. Disregard attitute of company. What kind of customer care is this. Non sense services.

              Hey world plz see the worlds worse company that is so successful in giving hard time to the customers
              No matter how hard they have to try for this, but reliance will always make sure to provide the most pathetic services in the whole service providers

              And the best part is all the reliance store are unable to login to their crm and no one is ready to help

              And even the customer care numbers are also stating that due to emergency situations we are unable to help you out

              A company with out customer care help line from last 4 days

              My postpaid number for which reliance ask me to pay a sum of money against which they will never provide the services for but no matter what as per caf policy the consumer has to pay the bill
              No matter whether the consumer is unable to send or receive any text msg or calls

              Also when we go to their arc for help then their own arc employees says "sir this is an insolvent company you can port out, still we don't have that option as we are unable to receive the calls even"

              What else can any once expect.

              I am having the worse exp with reliance of my life, the moment i purchased my reliance # [protected]

                From last 15 days i m unable to call and sms.
                I m also unable to contact customer care representative.
                I also visited ajmera pune located reliance gallery and request to active the no.
                Please activate the no as soon as possible.
                My work is totally affected by this.

                  I recharged my number few days back with rs.147 in which i was to get 28gb 4g data but after 5gb my 4g internet is not working.. Plus resolve my problem and i want all my 4g data pack as i was assured to of 28gb and i got only 5gb of it.. You deduct my balance also each time i recharge for last 4-5 times and we are not able to contact the customer care representative

                      I am facing this issue since past 2 3 months. Without my knowledge some vas is being activated and money is deducted form my account. I ignored for 2 3 times as the customer representatives are not available 198 and i do not know where else to call. But i recently recharged rs. 40/- on my phone and received rs 40/- talktime but after 2 days i noticed i am left with rs 4/- balance though i did not make any calls worth rs 36/- at all. I want justification and my money back. Reliance has this issue since many years that they deduct money without any reason. This is so cheap.

                        I have reliance postpaid number and i have registered a complaint against network related issues about one month back. They said it will be resolved in 3 days. After 3 days we got one message that this problem will take more time to resolve.

                        After that, there is no updated. From last 2 weeks or more, i am trying to connect with their customer care number but every time is said:
                        "due to emergency our services are not available" and this continues till today.

                        Today they stop the incoming and outgoing of my number also without any intimation.

                        It's worse that such big company customer care is not working for such a long time and the customer is suffering.

                          Hi, this is yogeesha from bangalore, karnataka. I am using reliance post paid connection from past one year. My recent bill due date was 26-sep-2017 and i paid my bill on 2-oct-2017. Event though i paid my reliance post paid connection bill, my outgoing calls were barred on 3-oct-2017. I didn't even received a single call/message before taking this action by the reliance service provider.
                          I tried to call customer service (198, *222) but not connected to executive. I am suffering lot from this, please do the needful.

                            I m using corporate number [protected] from hdfc bank ltd, and every time the payment happens from the central team after the end of month.
                            But this time its delayed due to festival/holidays. Meanwhile reliance disconnects my number well in advance due to non payment.
                            Kindly get this activated immediately before 4 pm and ensure in future we don't have such issues.

                              This mail is regarding the mobile no:[protected]. My whole balance of rs.70 get deducted from main account balance and my account balance get 0.0. Is this some kind of joke or fun activity? Its always happening with my number or might be its a common practice made by reliance to deduct the balance without informing customer. Is this kind of service you are providing to customer. When tried to connect to customer care executive then its not getting connected, fed up of this reliance service.

                                Respected sir,
                                I have 2 gsm connection of rcom with number of [protected] and [protected] and they have shutdown their service in gujarat, but i have huge balance in my both of numbers, so how possible company suddenly shutdown without customers amount remaining in balance, i want refund my amount. I have trying to contact their customer care numbers but cant connecting, even their local customer centers also shut down. So what happening of my amount? They only send sms at one number of both above for port in other network or join 4g service. But how can i join their 4g service, because all their out late closed.

                                  I am old postpaid customer of reliance gsm, i always pay bill on time company asked me to pay advance rental i refused company barred by outgoing service for few days it was so painful for me, again suddenly they open my barred service i paid my bill and after paying the bill second day they again barred my service, this company is mentally harassing me i am paying them each month and for them customer is fool, so every one can see their real face, i have many times complaint to their customer care but all in vain no one is hearing my problem, i had to call so many urgent and emergency matters but i cant call.

                                    Dear sir, maine apne no. Par rs 89/- (3g data 1gb per day for 28 days i. E 28gb) ka reacharg karayetha lakin eska labh mughe nahi mila. Maina yah recharge 02/10/2017 ko karwaya tha, mujha 200md data mila iska baad chla he nahi. Aur data zero dikhana laga, aur next day bhe zero data dikhna laga. Maina ess bare me complain bhi kiya lakin problem solve nahi hua customer care pa call bhi nahi lag raha hai only aapatkalin sewa batha raha hai agar wo mere complain nahi le pa rahe hai to mere paisa refund kar deagea nahi to mai port kara dunga

                                      I am taken one postpaid connection number is [protected] in reliance communications @ ameerpet sales point

                                      Near sr nagar police station hyderabad this number activated 24th august

                                      Rental plan is 299 per month i am getting excess bill 512.16 rupes i am given complaint to your store

                                      But problem not resolved and your store team not responding and not giving bill clarification also store number is ([protected])

                                      My number disconnected so kindly resolve the issue and activate my number asap

                                      I have recharged my number [protected] with 89 rs pack, that is supposed to provide me 1 gb/day 3g inrternet for 28 days.
                                      But i am getting 5 kbps speed instead of 3g speed.
                                      I have tried to contact customer care by dialing *333 and 198 but they are disconnecting my call every time.
                                      Please look into this matter unless i am going to consumer court.
