Referring to my series of complaints in respect to non-receipt of excess payment about rs.3162/-.
This is update that as on 2nd october, 2017 neither i have received the refund nor any comment or reply from reliance communications limited.
It is sad that the company is using customers money without refunding in time. The broadband subscriner id :[protected] terminated with effect from 19th june, 2017. I continue to write refund request every day starting from 1st july to 31st july, 2017, 1st august 2017 to 31st august 2017, 1st september to 30th september 2017 and written today i. E. 2nd october, 2017 my refund request to company's customer care d-mail id : [protected]@reliancada.com but no reply or refund dd received.
Please send the excess payment paid by me on account of terminated broadband service id :[protected]. Nobody attend the customer care number[protected], it seems they have blocked my registered mobile number in their data so when called to customer care, my call could not get connected.
Sir, through your forum please help to get my hard earned money from this big corporation company named reliance communications limited urgent. Y.

My complaint is unresolved till date i.e. Oct. 11, 2017. Nobody is responding or sending me the payment.
Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We gave our mobile phone for displacement on 4.9.2017 still now we did not got our mobile . we did not got any response still now . how many days we should stay without our mobile .
