Hi,

I am a reliance gsm customer from 2010 and number is [protected]. Reliance network is very poor in most part of hyderabad so i want to port my number to other network. I sent request around 2 weeks back and after that many time to get the upc code. It was showing message sent but not getting any upc code from last two week.

Please help me get the upc code

    Referring to my series of complaints in respect to non-receipt of excess payment about rs.3162/-.

    This is update that as on 2nd october, 2017 neither i have received the refund nor any comment or reply from reliance communications limited.

    It is sad that the company is using customers money without refunding in time. The broadband subscriner id :[protected] terminated with effect from 19th june, 2017. I continue to write refund request every day starting from 1st july to 31st july, 2017, 1st august 2017 to 31st august 2017, 1st september to 30th september 2017 and written today i. E. 2nd october, 2017 my refund request to company's customer care d-mail id : [protected]@reliancada.com but no reply or refund dd received.

    Please send the excess payment paid by me on account of terminated broadband service id :[protected]. Nobody attend the customer care number[protected], it seems they have blocked my registered mobile number in their data so when called to customer care, my call could not get connected.

    Sir, through your forum please help to get my hard earned money from this big corporation company named reliance communications limited urgent. Y.

      It is highly infuriating to see that my reliance number is disconnected as on date, in spite of the fact that i have made the payment for the said number on september 18, 2017. The acknowledgement receipt has also been received from them on the said date.

      I am appalled at the lack of professional behaviour from your end. My number has not been activated even after 15 days of payment. Additionally, there is no means to even reach the customer care number from my reliance number. Reliance chooses to call 198 as a toll free number and yet i am unable to dial the same from my number to lodge this complaint. How unprofessional are they to not realise that a telecom provider cannot block the customer care number even if you haven't received the payment. Yet i am forced to listen to the message "to resume service, please contact reliance customer care."

      I am sure that i will be handed over the next bill, very promptly and professionally on 10th even after denying services for 15 days after receiving the payment. I am not willing to pay the rental charges for the next month, when i haven't been able to use the services for your negligence for more than half of the billing month.

        There are many costumer care numbers of reliance bt wen we call those numbers it reaches the certain point and then the call is disconnected... We cant evn talk to the representative regarding our queries... Reliance doesn't provide good service to the costumer... If this company regrets and announces to pay kind attention to its costumer thn its okay or else btr option is to quit reliance and move on to some other operator

          I dvs akash having reliance prepaid connection [protected], have opted for rs.152/- plan and was stuck to the same plan since a year. I also recharged my number on 20the september. On 30th september i received a message that your plan is invalid from 30th september and i am unable to call anyone. This is ridiculous how can you cancel a plan after a recharging my number that too 10 days prior to recharge. I need my plan to be continued for another 20 days or get my 152/- refund. If the abovesaid is not followed, i will file a complaint in consumer court.

            I recharged my account with 86 rs recharge a gprs pack.. I even got a confirmation but balance from my main accoynt is deducting and when i am trying to call customer service they dont take the call. Its been 3 days continuously its just a harrasment. I even sent a mail but there is no respinse from the other side regarding the problem. Please resolve

                I have done my recharge 18/09/17 for rs.94 for data 1gb per day for 56 days but after 2 days the data seems to be 2 gb 4 only balance 54 gb doesn't get updated to me properly and i can't even get in touch with the customer care when i try to call customer care to file complaint it says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. Pls help i have done 2nd recharge it also seems to be the same problem. I recharged my no:[protected]"with stv 94 (1gb per day for 56 days) on 18/09/2017. As per plan i got sms mentioning that stv 94 and 1gb / day for 56 days is activated. But ussd *367# showed 2 gb 4g data and 56 gb lite (Is this lte?) data in my account. Let me know what is lite data and how i can use this 56 gb lite data. I can't even get in touch with the customer care. The customer care says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. I wrote a complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com. But no response even after reminders. And i also send a requestto reliance support but no response am using 4g rim sim on 4g lte mobile handset. My no is [protected]"already 2 weeks gone my problem is still not resolved

                  This is the second time reliance is trying to cheat me. A few years back they made me pay the installation charges and then after few months they came back saying service is not feasible in my area and i should cancel the service.

                  Fews months later they sent an aged sales man to my house who requested me to take back the service and assured me that there will no issues in the service. And now they are trying to repeat the same thing.

                  My internet stopped working since 01 june 2017. Despite my numerous follow ups no action was taken by the team to solve this except for slamming bills month after month. I even wrote to the email service team to cancel the connection if they are unable to provide service but even to that there was no response. From the attachment you can see how they reply to my emails only once in a month.

                  After couple of months i got a call from the collection person asking me to clear the outstanding to whom i explained the connectivity issue. She was courteous enough and took an extra effort to check with the technical team what the issue was and kept updating me regularly. Finally she called back saying she got an update from the tech team that there were some rent and other issues at my area which will take a few months to get resolved and that the tech team has suggested me to cancel the service as it is no longer feasible. She understood the whole issue but unfortunately she had no authority to reverse the charges.

                  I have been waiting till now to hear from the email support team as those are the people who seem to have the authority but the seem so busy in copying pasting their same old responses to the customers every time they write.

                  I have written from customer care to nodal officer to appellate to whom not but there has been no response. Please read the emails in the attachment.

                  I owe nothing to you guys because your connection hardly worked for 2 to four days during the period of three months.

                    I had already mesg. For mnp to 1900 on 24th of september but i didn't get any code as response of my thousand of mesg. As well as i didn't get any mesg from compony regarding wind up of calling facility so kindly somebody help me out from this network and port me out and send me upc.

                      I have reliance sim card which no. Is [protected]. I am using this sim almost 3 years. Now a days whenever i recharge a 3g net balance it shows 40h, me error and it's speed is 2g speed.
                      Please solve it so i got my 3g speed for which i recharged
                      In any mobile i enter this sim it shows error.
                      When i told customer care no. They will tell me that your internet settings will be available shortly but it can't.

                        This complaint mail is in reference with my terminated mumbai landline number[protected] a year back in september 2016.
                        Since then i have been requesting you by calls and emails for my security deposit refund of rs.1000 which you can see in the last bill generated for my closed number.
                        I have been informed by your executives that i will not get my refund? Could you please clarify why should a client not get security deposit?

                          I am using a postpaid reliance no. From last 10 years. From last 7 days i am unable to connect to network.
                          I have done basic troubleshooting like changing handset / handset reboot / made network selection manual from automatic but unable to get signal.
                          After rebooting i am getting message unable to register.
                          Right now i am in pune & as this no is with me for a long period, all my financial alerts are registered with this no.
                          I am unable to make calls or do any type of financial work as my connection is not working.
                          I am unable to contact customer care no also as i am getting msg like due to emergency services unable to help.

                          Please look into the matter & help me out to overcome this situation.

                            It's been more than 15 days that my number has not been port out from reliance. Their customer care is not responding. The appellate authority does not respond.
                            I have cleared my bill on 15th september 2017 and wanted to port to airtel.
                            I have checked with airtel and they have mentioned that everything is clear from their end and only televerification is pending which is only possible one reliance network is stopped.

                            Reliance agents are calling everyday and asking for a reason to port out. These # are not giving any time frame for port out.

                            I need immediate attention to my request to port out of this horrible network and their gutter class customer support.

                              I have not received any reply so far.in fact your helpline and customer care do not even respond. I consider this very contradictory to your chairman's solemn promise on excellent customer interfaces.

                                I have zero connectivity for the last 8 days now. Neither your customer care helpline nor email is responding to calls/emails.

                                I am a senior citizen and without connectivity i am not able to make any financial transactions, book taxis or book tickets. I am not able to make any outgoing calls, not receiving any incoming calls and no otos are being receivied on sms.

                                This is very regrettable that your customer response is so very abysmally bad.

                                  I am getting a message that my broadband connection is suspended due to payment issue.
                                  But i have payed my billing amount upto date.
                                  I am not able to contact customer care due to some reasons.

                                    I am experiencing 24 hours zero connectivity (Not even one stick of signal strength) for my post paid number [protected], since 8 days now. I am a senior citizen and this service failure by you is preventing me from making day to day essential financial transactions (Since i do not receive otp on sms), cannot make ticketing arrangements or make taxi bookings.

                                    And this problem has been persisting for the last 8 days now. Neither your email customer service nor your phone lines are responding to emails and and calls.

                                    I consider this as the worst kind of customer care. It is indeed a matter of shame that a company like reliance can fall to such abysmal levels of customer care and satisfaction.

                                    Idemand early solution and immediate restoration of connectivity.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am experiencing zero connectivity for my reliance post paid [protected] since the last four days.

                                    This is completely unacceptable.

                                    None of the land lines or help lines are responding. They simply give recorded message that due to technical reasons customer care cannot be reached. This is true on all help lines and in all languages (Tamil, English, Hindi...).

                                    Equally miserable is your customer care email services. I have not even ack for mails sent for the last 4 days
