Hi, very sorry to bring to your notice that there has been unnecessary deduction from my balance. My balance was 200 rupees but automatically came to 20 rupees for some unnecessary deduction. I want to bring to your notice that my no [protected] is on plan 149 which promised 70 days of internet giving 1 gb daily. My no was activated on 17 july so internet service should have been active till 23 sep. But i find that my internet service was stopped and main balance is deducted perhaps for internet only since 17 sep. Pls look into the issue. Trying to call from days but unable to contact on *222, *225, *333, and 30333333 as they are not taking my calls. Similar incident happened earlier also when my net was stopped and 37 rupees were deducted. Customer care executive on 28 aug had promised that my problem will be solved but only net services started and balance was not returned. Mailed my query to customer care and appellate authority but no response

I think I don't have options left other than to move to consumer court and port my no. This is why you are losing customers. You will lose all in a while just maintain this attitude.

    R/sir,
    Myself dr. Ritesh motghare staying in quarter no-48, vnit campus, south ambazari road, nagpur-440010, maharashtra, india, have reliance gsm postpaid no [protected].
    I have changed my postpaid plan from sadar nagpur outlet on 5/8/2017 was paid 1350/- for 4 months still i have been charged with rs. 287/- and my outgoing is barred.
    What kind of service you are providing?
    Having network issue since last 2 months.
    I contacted to reliance outlet sadar nagpur 1 month prior, they says it will take 15-20 days to resolve the issue.
    This is my 2nd complaint.
    No action taken on 1st one which was mailed on 13/09/2017.
    On dated 26/09/2017 i contacted to reliance outlet with preeti and lodge complaint again but still the problem persist.
    But still the problem is same and there is no network and not a single call is connected.
    Kindly resolve the issue.
    This is toat mental harresment to me.
    If my problem is not resolved then i have no other option to go to consumer courte againt you.

    Still not soled
    My mobile no is [protected](Postpaid). Outgoing call has been barred since 2 days. (because of bill not paid). But is has already depopsited 2 days back. but still outgoing facilites not available. Nobody is responding at customer care services. Kindly rectify the problem as early as possible.

      My balance was cut last night i called customer care so many times but no one responding, then i installed reliance insta app but there is also no live chat option.
      I want my 30 ₹ balance back. My no is [protected]. And this is not the first time was my balance was cut, i think it's every month this happen.
      Please give me my balance back, otherwise i want do go some other services

        Respected sir, m having prepaid number [protected] i recharged with ₹ 120 and on very next day i hv seen -5.23₹ on my main account balance without any usage. Sir they deduct every month 30₹ 40 ₹in the name of service which i never activate on my number. Respected sir m trying to customer care but they are unavailable from last 3 days.. Kindly i request you to plse take hard action against reliance and plse help me to revert back my main account balance by taking harsh action against him.

          My number's outgoing call is barred from your side, i visited rcom store in ghaziabad, nobody helped me everyone was saying that my number verification is negative according to rcom system.

          I am putting one thing into your notice that nobody visited for verification purpose from reliance team's side.

          I urge you please start my services as soon as possible because i am working in a reputed consumer durable company and my number circulated among my clients, if this number will stop from your side so it will affect my business so deeply.

          If you wants to convert my postpaid into prepaid so i am ready for that.

          I am waiting your reply and i hope that you will take action asap.

          N yesterday I activate 3g internet 1gb per day... Of rupees 89...its working on 2g network... Worst costumer service... Solve my problem as soon as poss

            Broadband not working, customer care not working, bills are on time though

            I have faced intermittent connection issues with this provider. But for the last two months, i have faced problems way too often. At first, i could not connect to the customer care even after holding for 30 mins. Though the problem resolved on it's own after 3 days. I am facing an issue right now, but when i try to call the customer care number, it just says that they are sorry, the customer care is down due to some circumstances. When i got fed up and visited their office, i get to hear that is the outlet is only for mobile and they don't know where the broadband is serviced from.

            In the meanwhile, the bills are always on time.. Really amazing..!

              My balance was deducted again 51 deducted overall.first 30₹ then 10 and then 11.please give me my balance back in my account.
              I have recharge my mobile no [protected] for Rs. 193 (Spl Offer 30 minutes Local call/ Std Call & 1 GB 3 GB Data per day) but at my no service does not activated.

              Please tell me what can I do ?
              I am using relaince since 4 years and sometimes it automatically subscribe some VAS services and deduct balance and this time it has also deducted and I'm unable to connect to customer care executive. I tried every customer care number and every option but haven't resolved my problem. Hope I does get a reply here. Thank you. My number [protected]

                  Dear concern,

                  I'm a post post user. Last month rcom has changed my plan with my permission.in that i will get 15 gb 4g data monthly, but from last few days i'm getting internet speed below 2g speed. For that i'm trying to call rcom customer care on 198, *222, but these numbers are not working. I'm facing this problem from last 7 days. Request to kindly suggest on this.

                    Please cancel my postpaid connection on immediate basis. I am no more using that number and the services have also been barred as the number is not fetching network and it's showing invalid sim or emergency calls only.. I have not been using this number for last 2-3 months but i am paying the bills. Cancel the number asap.

                      Dear sir,

                      My user id is[protected]. My broadband internet has not been working from 2nd september 2017.
                      I had made the payment this month and promised a refund.
                      I had also requested my connection to be disconnected.
                      Your entire reliance team is a fraud and did not refund my money nor disconnected my services.
                      I have automatic call recorder on my phone and i have call records in my phone about the fraudulent promises made by your reliance employees.
                      Now this email will stand as written proof in the consumer court.
                      I want my connection discontinued immediately and my money refunded.
                      I don't want any service or any product of reliance broadband.

                          I have paid bill at the reliance store in surat on 5th sept. After some days i received message about reliance will stop voice services in gujarat and they suggested to port on another company. So i have requested porting on another company. So i got call from reliance about to pay remaining bill which i have already paid at the store.

                          Also i have contacted to the store again. They said that here no one is responsible for the problem rises as there are many customers there with the same problem like mine. They said that they are also not getting any response from uper level person. Also they said that they have already paid the bill pbut it still not process from 5th sept to since today and did not get update from system.

                          So in gujarat the situation is like no one is responsible to solve problem. No customer care. No email reply.

                          I can't port to another company without this problem solving. I can't complain to anyone as no one is responsible. Outgoing is stopped on my cell. I am stuck here.

                            From last friday (22nd spetembermy connection is not working and when i treid calling customer care i always keep hearing message that due to insurgency our customer executives are not available.

                            Please accept this mail as confirmation to discontinue my connection. Please do it asap i dont want to pay bill for days where i dont have connection and still accounted for billing.

                              I have taken date pack to use net & special tariff recharge plan for calling separately but when i use net the cost is being adjusted from special tariff recharge balance amount. Why it is happening?

                                I registered complaint regarding surrender & closure of our office number. I mailed all the details to customer care mail-id. But did not get response yet.

                                I visited near by reliance gallery twice but nobody helped me to close this case.

                                Even tried to call customer care number for n-number of times but it was not connecting.

                                I already paid bill amount of rs. 708. Without any usage again bill has been generated for this month which we cant pay.

                                Kindly help me to resolve this case.

                                  I am highly frustrated from ril service. I am using this no ([protected]) from last 6 years. I try to contact in ril customercare from morning[protected], nobody responding from ril.
                                  Whenever, i am recharging my sim, you people suddenly deducting my full amount.

                                  I sadly inform you, today rs. 36 has been deducted from my ril number: [protected] without informing me. Last deduction was on[protected] of amount 76 rupees.

                                  I want to know, if you are not able to provide a good service, please inform me. So i can port my no on other service.

                                  If possible please return my money on my number as soon as possible.

                                    We have requested by july first week to terminate the internet connection for the mentioned account number. We disconnected using it from august 5th... We are continuously requesting them to send a written confirmation.

                                    We were worn out in finding the exact contact numbers of the in-charge person. Almost forwarded the email copy to all available ids we have. When reported to customer care they say they are not responsible for the same, instead, they replied us to contact the area manager.
                                    But who is that person here?? All related numbers in our area are ringing none picked, even landline left unattended. The regional office numbers were also showing the same response. Completely fed up about their concern for customers. Still, we receive the bills even if it's not in use.
