4g data not working &not showing balance
Dear sir,

I am jaisheel every time recharge amount automatically deducted[protected] rs 50/- recharge, and rs 50/- amount deducted.

[protected] recharge rs 40/- also deducted..

Please check and refund among rs 90/- as soon as possible.

    I have a reliance GSM sim which is registered from Madhya pradesh .this time i am in roaming and i am not getting network in it.

      Yesterday i did a recharge of rs.100 on my number [protected], where i got a balance of rs.81.75
      And today morning when i checked my balance it was rs.26.97.
      I have not activated any scheme nor my balance was deducted due to data, as my internet balance is still more then 900mb.
      I wajt a refund for the balance which was deducted unfairly.
      I did not expect such fraudulent balance deduction from such a prestigious company.

      I have done rate cutter recharge & it is for 90 days but after 8 days that package is over and now it's charging more bcoz of that i lost so much amount, so i requst that active my plan & refund my exrta deduted money

        Sept. invoive amt. - rs. 352/-
        Less : our deposit - rs.300/-
        Plus : voice charge - rs.258/- -suggested by rcom - bharuch
        Pyt. paid rs.310/- on dtd.: 29/09/2017 which receipt is attached
        After above, again portability process and again rejected with same
        Reason.

        So what do you want for portability clearance ? no support / no
        Communication to excisting customers !!!

          Hope you are reading this also.

          I am using reliance service since 2009 i was out of india since march 2017 now i came back and my no. Is deactivate. Today i visit to reliance service store they told me that company stop the service to reactivate any sim now. They can't help me. That is really shame for you.

          I wrote to punjab concern team head mr. Sharma but no reply. If you are not able to start my sim again then please let me know i will buy tata or bsnl sim may be they are very good than you.

            I am a reliance gsm user. My sim card has been put on out of service. Now i want to mnp into other network. But without network i cant do a port massage and unable to recieve upc code for mnp.
            Can i do mnp without actualy doing port massage?
            If yes then let me know the procedure?
            I am not able to go to the store and reactivate the sim card. As the store is far away from my residance.
            So please find the solution as soon as possible.
            Even i tried to call in customer care but they disconnect the call saying due to exceedancy this service is not available.

            What should i do?
            How can they close my sim without informing me?

            hey, i also face this problem...
            i contact customer care, sending mail, call appallate authority of rcom but nobody ans me,
            i go to reliance store, but all store was shut down.

            They are refusing my porting request to Jio saying I have outstanding, which is not true bcoz it had been auto paid from my credit card.
            It's so frustrating. There is no response to either mails or calls on their helpline no. You do not get to speak to their executive, only ivr available

              Anil ambani apna karja bholibhali janta ke mobile se paise lootkar chukana chahta he. Usse kah do usse achcha to ktora lekar market me ghumna wala bhikari he.
              Agar mera balance wapas nahi aata he to meri taraf se ek arabpati bhikhari ko bhikh.

                My complaint is pending since 4 months and land phone in bengaluru bearing no. 32963297 zero tariff scheme is dead and no one is bothered to rectify the same. Outlets in bengaluru is closed permanently. Please provide exact address of customer service point of reliance communication in bengaluru with address and contact number and name of the persons to contact.
                I have already sent a registered complaint to your corporate office and i am likely to draw the help through dist consumer forum.

                  The mobile no. [protected] services are barred since one week.
                  This number is registered on my fathers name and there is no solution for the same.
                  He has already paid rs. 1000 to one of the executives at the paschim vihar branch but still no solution. The outlet has been shut now and the store manager is also not co operating or giving us any solution.
                  Tried connecting with the customer care, no response.
                  No mobile number of any outlet available at just dial even. Can you imagine life without a cellphone for one week and god knows how many more days.
                  Nobody is helping us and my father being a senior citizen has been cheated by the executives stating that you pay rs.1000 and you don't have to pay any bill till december. Please help us

                    Dear sir,

                    As reliance group follow me since february to pay 561/- (For billing period of 12 dec 2016 to 11 jan 2017).
                    But i had closed my reliance postpaid connection on 14 dec 2016. Even, if you are asking this bill for just because of 3 days late (11 dec 2016 to 14 dec 2016), this is also because of your reliance communication store, near vishnu mandir, gorakhpur, because when i went to their store to close my postpaid connection, they replied that we can't close your connection today because of bill is not generated. So that i again went to store on 14 dec 2016. Then they ask me to pay extra 100/- beyond billing amount to terminate my postpaid connection and covert into prepaid connection.

                    After that they terminate my postpaid connection but not converted into prepaid connection, due to that i loss my number. To get that number i contact to customer care as well as your reliance communication store, near vishnu mandir, gorakhpur, but both of them replied that "your connection is terminated and not showing any information on our portal,"so we are unable to help you."

                    Again after one & half month in feb, i received a massage from reliance to pay 561/- against billing period of 12 dec 2016 to 11 jan 2017. Again i called customer care for information regarding this, but again they replied that"your number is not showing any information on our portal, "so we are unable to help you." then i contact to your reliance communication store, near vishnu mandir, gorakhpur, but they replied that, "that is the computer generated massage and there is meaning of that, so don't bother about that, it will get corrected after some time.

                    Again after one month in last week of march, i received a massage from rm-reliance to pay 561/- to avoid legal procedure and to contact j prasad [protected].
                    Then i also call to j prasad, but a lady picked the call and replied"we are only legal advisory for reliance communication, we can't help you. You have to pay the amount or contact to customer care", and she cut the call.
                    Again i contact to customer care, but they again replied"your number is not showing any information on our portal, "so we are unable to help you."

                    After then i usually received one or 2 massage in a month to "pay 561/- and avoid legal action"from you, but no call from you to know, what is the matter? Why i am not paying this little amount?

                    I am also using a postpaid connection of an other network since 5 year, and never fail to bill, you can confirm my sincerity.

                    So please sir, do a fever to me, by stopping this type of embarrassing massage and mail to me. It's really hurt me.

Then getting voice message to contact customer care but when tries to call on customer care it not connecting. Now my incoming and sms service also barred.                         above 1.0 mbps with the result that the dongle was useless to me from 22/12/2015. Thus this was a fraudulent

                          1. This amt is not as per my plan. Bill amt should be monthly rental - 1198 less discount 599 =599 additinal taxes.

                          2. On this no [[protected]]no valu added service have been applied or asked from this mobile no. Not used.

                          3. Bill dated july 17 tariff plan was change from rgsmjalsa1198 to jalsaunltd_699 which was resolved after verbal complaint on198.

                          4. It is sorry to say from your customer care service we are not reachable to your executive. I have tried your 198., *333, and all other no. But all are not working.

                          This is the request to you please resolve my complaint i can pay the sep 17 bill in time.

                            After 5 days over still now i'm not getting any call 📞 or revert from your end what the hell man???

                            Total rs. 40 was deducted in 6 days. Kindly look into matter in highest priority basis and do needful immediately as soon as possible.

                            Hence, i request u to that actually i've put a complaint about reliance system bad service nothing more else totally worst service. Please helpout me how to gets this retaliations offer urgently or i'm requesting to all reliance team that please provide any solution for the same issue and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and call ​back​ my ​registered ​ number accordingly for the customer service experience.

                            Who is going to pay for the faulty service? How do you compensate me for your service not working for almost for a complete month?

                            It's a totally miss managed service that reliance gsm is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                            Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and highly unprofessional mailing team & backend team.

                              I have recharged with the scheme of rs 89, which meant to give me 1 gb/ day for 28 days. But after 1st day mobile data stopped working. I tried the sim in another phone but showed same result. This is not the 1st time, whenever i recharge with this scheme, this happens. Last time 7 days i could not surf the net.                                 Reliance gsm, service for prepaid is horrible, why do u deduct from my prepaid recharge top up when i haven't made a call. Every month i recharge my prepaid gsm reliance. But past few days i checked my balance it showed 2 rs. Left when i had charged for 30rs. And 50rs, and 100rs every 15 to 18 days, without making a call my money got deducted and balance got only 2rs balance, bhai tum log hum ko bavakuf samajte ho, recharge mein batata 15 din aur 28 days ke liye aur bina koi call kiya 4din mein 50rs, 100rs ka balance 2rs ho jata hai, service aisi deto ho hume gajar khela rahe ho, improve and stop deducting money without reason, understood i want you all to take action on these issues.

                                Horrible service, outstation it has no network, jio network is terrible, i live at pune when i went to bhopal cannot make a call, shows no network that to in bhopal city not even village or remote areas, second bad experience at kolkata, was making a call it got disconnected in between the call, i tried calling sometimes work sometimes doesn't. Third bad experience at delhi, call not connected to pune, i had to call from my friends mobile.
                                Network is horrible, even at pune sometimes the call gets through, sometimes the call. Doesn't gets connected. Provide roaming services efficient way, as well why do i have to go to jio showroom at every state for retaining the phone voice calls, improve on these lines immediately.
                                I have a reliance sim card but i am not getting network for more than thirty days. In west Bengal Raniganj Pin.- 713347. sO I AM facing for call drop problem.
                                so, when i call custumber care from other number they are not accepting call.

                                    I used a postpaid dongle of reliance some 4-5 years back and they they had very pathetic service, and then i upgraded to some other company and when i asked them to suspend my number, they somehow did not do it and they stopped my service but i also got a bill on my email then when i called and scolded their customer care onlt then they completely disconnected my account but then after 3-4 years now suddenly i have got this email from some som advocates claiming that reliance are their clients and i have an outstanding bill of some rs 1111 and have given me a legal notice or something.
                                    But i have no outstanding amount whatsoever.

Dear sir i don't know how to do this why you upload my original driving licence photograph but sir seriously i want remove my id photograph to google image search engine and i don't want to see again my id this is not secure for me.
