My reliance broadband internet connection has been down for over 2 months. I tried calling their customer care number[protected]; after choosing the appropriate options, just when we reach in the customer care executive the point where i'm put in a queue to talk to a customer service professional, i get a message that ".. Due to exigencies, the service is not currently available" and the call is disconnected. After several trials like this, i contacted a reliance appeal authority [protected] and no one answered the phone for the 50 or 60 times i tried over the last many days. Also send me bills

    It is about a fortnight ago, my t. V. Started giving trouble. Suddenly, light goes off. Sometimes, programme stops suddenly. Sometimes it shows that card is not properly inserted. Sometimes, i am unable to see any programme. Sometimes, it shows "no signa"l. I tried to contact reliance customer care dept. After givng all information a recorded voice is heard that i have used maximum no. Of times allowed to me. Then i sent e-mails and reminders. After reminders i received a message that i should inform my problem on mobile no.[protected]. Once the gentleman told me that there is a problem with setup box and it will be resolved as soon as set up box is received. Thereafter, many times i tried to contact that gentleman but he is not picking up call. Whom to approach? I am fed up with the poor service. I have recently renewed my annual contract but now i repent. If the company cannot provide service, it should refund my money, so that i can get service from other company.

      On 10th september, i registered a complaint here. Been days since i registered a complaint here regarding my call pack. Yet there is no resolution to it.
      Do i have to wait till ages?
      Really fed up with reliance telecom.

      My reliance prepaid no. Is [protected]. I got an offer of 20 paise all calls per minute for 90 days on rs 8/- recharge. I got my no. Recharged with this offer on 31 august"2017.
      These messages were sent from reliance...

      1) recharge rs8 successful. All local n std mobile n landline calls at 20p min credited into your account for 8 days.
      2) congratulations, now you can make all calls at 20p min at any network for 90 days on successful recharge of rs.8 rcom.
      3) congratulation! 8stv has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank you. Reliance

      This offer worked successfully for the first 8 days, but after that period, the calls are charged at 1rupee and 20 paise/minute.
      This was a special offer on my number, and despite receiving the confirmation message from reliance for activating this offer for 90 days at low tariff, how can i be charged higher for my calls???
      It's absolutely nonsense. Every 15 days, there's one or another issue arising, say it be slow network and long hours for daily renewal of internet data, and now false promised offers.
      Need a resolution over it.
      Don't have ample time to keep writing to you guys.
      Improve your services.
      Soon extend the promised 90 days validity for all calls at 20 paisa/min on my no.
      Truly a disappointment.
      Several times i had put a complaint here, but all futile.
      Till now, no resolution been provided for my complaint of 8/- rupees call rate pack.
      Today too, when i made a call, i was charged 1rupee 20 paise/ min.
      Reliance is a fraudulent company. Firstly they give special offers, and when u get it recharged, they discontinue the offers after a while.
      Shame on you... What a cheap way to make fast money.
      I need a quick positive response.
      Can't loose my hard earned money on higher call charges, irrespective of getting the call pack recharged.

        Sub : wrongly deducted balance amount

        Dear sir.,

        I have just found that rs.15.00 has been deducted yesterday evening from my main balance rs.16.96 without any reason. This is so shocking & ridiculous. Further your 198 toll-free number never working and never able to register complaint.

        Kindly look into the matter and refund my above deducted amount quickly

After several trials like this, i contacted a local reliance number[protected] and no one answered the phone for the 4 or 5 times i tried over the last many days.

          I sent a mail about this issue to the following email addresses, some days ago, and there's no response either.

          This is very frustrating!

          I need to contact some official who can either restore my connection or allow me to get the service deactivated!

            On 17th september 2017, i sent an email to customer care for termination of my broadband connection. Till date they have not acknowledged that they have started the process of termination of my broadband connection. I have been very unhappy with their services. My billing cycle is 21st to 20th. I have tried on numerous occasions to try to resolve this but the broadband number says due to certain reason no customer support is there. Its been almost 12 days. I even paid the last due amount but they don't even respond. Whether its writing to the appellate/grievence. I won't be paying the next months billing bill. With what i know reliance has started charging me for services which i am not using from 21st september. Kindly terminate the connection immediately. Subscriber id:[protected].

            Now here is the update. They did not reply back. They closed the services but now i get a bill of Rs.1119.00. Reliance support does not even reply by email. Also had sent an official letter to Reliance in Mumbai to which they never replied. I believe they are going to use really bad tactics.

              I am contacting with reliance executive for terminate my no from july 2017, even i send the mail twice related this issue. But they are not ready to resolve my issue and not even responding, executive also very rude. From july they are charging me bill without usages and even i also paid till last month aug 2017. But today i got call that my outstanding is rs. 850. I am not going to pay this amount. Please help me.

              Reliance customer care executives are torturing me to pay the outstanding bill amount which was I am not liable to pay. I communicate with them for terminate my no from July, my SR no[protected] on 21/08/17 and even on 13/09 /17 also again I book my complaint for termination SR no[protected].Now, as per new TRAI act, I am going to file appeal to respective Appeallate Authority but I won't give up and not even pay a single rupee.They are trying to fool public and collect money from innocent public for their survival. This is the reason, people won't use reliance .Bad service.

                I have made a recharge on my mobile [protected] of rs 501 from rcom.co.in but transaction failed due to mail id not entered while proceeding and my money got deducted with transaction number as[protected].. Again i made a recharge of 501 by entering my mail id and it was successful. But my previous deducted money has not yet come into my account. Kindly revert back on [protected]@gmail.com

Can somebody help how can we take this matter to TRAI and get ourselves relieved.

                        Sir, i am having reliance gsm sim number [protected]. Of late i have observed that my main account balance is being deducted by service provider rcom. Latest i recharged with rs 10 on 27 sep17 but today my account balance is zero without making any calls or using any data. This behavior is totally unjust, uncalled-for and unacceptable. I have registered a complaint regarding the same to rcom but it has not been yet resolved. It is requested that necessary action may be taken against the defaulting party and my account balance be restored with original balance.

                                I am trying to contact u through 198, 30333333, *333 but never connect due to your service issue... I want to tell you i recharge my mobile [protected] on 23rd september 2017 of rs 198 but services not started till now.. I have complained regarding this to customer care office karam pura, new delhi-110015.. Complained sr no.[protected]. Tate of sr was 48 hours but today is more then 72 hours but still not resolved... Or one this your contact no not connected with call center executive or also customer care office staff not reposnce well... I am using reliance last 5 years but last 4 to 5 month service is pathetic..
                                So kindly solve the problem as soon as possible

                                  Four month have passed from june 2017 my landline no[protected] is completely dead. I have lost faith now that landline will start. I want my refund and waiver for four months bills. Company customer care called one month before and forced me to pay outstanding bills that was raised for the month of june to september. I argued that landline was completely dead so why should i pay the bills for zero services. I was misguided that due to non payment of dues my landline was dead. I paid the outstanding immediately online after the call. I have filed a complaint with consumer forum today on 28.9.2017. Complaint no is 446608.
                                  Please take strict action against the company for my complaint.
                                  Nobody has come forward to solve my issue and start the landline.

                                    This is so disappointment to one of the loyal customers like me.

                                    I had ₹. 62 on my account. But now it is just ₹. 33. What's wrong with you.
                                    Without any notification you deducted my balance.
                                    This not first time, i already complained like this issue and waived by your side.
                                    What to do if this going on like this. If you are not take any action regarding this issue you will loose your customers one by one. I am not curse you, but i think.

                                      My mobile number is [protected]. I recharged 89 rupees on september 22, 2017.in which i had to meet 1 gb of data every day. After a day in it the net closed on my mobile i am very upset for five days. Please turn on my net.
                                      I recharged this on 22 sep of rs 89, in which one gb data was available everyday for 28 days, it stopped after one day running.in these six days i tried to contact all the customer care numbers, but could not talk to the contact officer. After mailing three, the net was not able to turn on my mobile. Is this country's number one company the same response with its consumer?
