Sub : snatching and grabbing away of amount from my pre-paid amount for my mobile no. [protected]

I am heart patient senior citizen women customer and my running age is 67 years.
1. I was compelled to submit online complaint dated 09.05.2017 in the matter of illegal and unlawful snatching and grabbing away of amount from my pre-paid amount for my mobile no. [protected] and thereby reducing pre-paid balance to “only six paisa”.
2. On 2nd july 2017, i paid in cash and thereby recharged for rs. 40/- (Rupees forty only) (Pre-paid) for my said mobile and accordingly you have confirmed by sending sms to that effect and can be read as under in its true meaning and interpretation
‘rs. 40 rch successful. Tt rs. 30.9. Gst rs. 6.1. Admin fee rs. 3. Dial *129hsh for special offers. Rcom from : 52811 2.7.17 20:26’

‘congratulations, rs. 13.22 bonus tt with validity 28 days credited to your account on recharge of rs. 40. Rcom from: 52811 02/07/2017 20:26’

3. I have received sms from rcom communicating
‘hi your rs. 188 pack recharged on 06apr will expire on 04jul pls recharge to continue to enjoying benefits. Ignore if rechgd. Reliance 4glte

4. Accordingly, i have further paid in cash on 04/07/2017 and recharged with rs. 188/- pack and rcom confirmed by sending sms

5. Then what happened to my recharge with rs. 40/-, since no detail was communicated about balance amount.
6. Rcom forwarded sms and thereby communicated
‘all calls @ 20p-90 days!! Dear customer; get all local and std calls @20p/min on recharge of rs. 97 for 90 days. Rcom

‘ab enjoy kare rs. 40 ka full talk time rc. 40 pai. Sabhi calls @ 15 paisa rc57 ke recharge per. Turant recharge kare. Rcom

8. Package offered by rcom was 30p, per minute or part thereof and i have accepted the same by paying cash for recharge. Rcom, on their own, have frequently grabbed my prepaid amount and my balance has reduced to rs. 11.41 on 19.09.2017

Under the circumstances, rcom is requested to communicate me in writing
(I) what happened to my recharge with rs. 40/- dated 02/07/2017.
(Ii) under which provisions of law, rcom have snatched, grabbed away amount frequently and thereby reduced balance from rs. 188/- paid by me on 04.07.2017 to rs. 11.41 as on 19.09.2017, though undersigned has never utilized any other type of services, facilities etc. Except voice call under package 30 paisa per minute or part thereof.
(Iii) rcom tried and succeeded in snatching, grabbing away amount from my pre-paid balance, during the period from april 2017 and may 2017. Thereafter, considering my online complaint dated 09.05.2017, rcom without any intimation,
(A) credited about rs. 50/- on 10.5.2017 and
(B) further credited about rs. 21/- on 11.5.2017.
(Iv) rcom during the period from 2nd july 2017 till date, have snatched, grabbed away amount by frequently illegally and unlawfully reducing amount from prepaid balance and that to without utilizing by me any other service and also any intimation to that effect

Under the circumstances, in the interest of justice, i request you to please,
I. Advise me the reasons of grabbing, snatching away amount frequently by rcom
Ii. Please provide detailed particulars of date-wise amount utilized, service utilized and amount snatched, grabbed by rcom.
Iii. I am a senior citizen women (House-wife) and in the event, if rcom wishes that
(A) i should not continue to enjoy the voice call package @ 30 paisa per minute and or
(B) rcom wishes that i should give up my membership and or
(C) i should not continue with mobile facilities anymore with rcom,
Please communicate me in writing within 3 days of receipt of this complaint, so that i should surrender my mobile sim card with mobile number [protected] to rcom with balance amount including snatched, grabbed away amount to the authority as will be advised by you.
Iv. I am senior citizen women (House-wife) and without the help of other person, i was un-able to lodged earlier complaint and i am unable to lodge present on-line complaint except to bear with illegal and unlawful activity forcibly imposed on me by rcom.
V. In the event rcom is not going to give
(A) credit of said snatched, grabbed away amount within 24 hours of receipt of this online complaint,
(B) detailed particulars of date-wise amount utilized, service utilized and amount frequently snatched, grabbed by rcom,
I will be compelled to take appropriate action in the matter of frequently snatching, grabbing away amount by rcom, under prevailing applicable law including harassment to senior citizen women, at your cost and consequences which may please be noted.
Vi. Meanwhile, i also request you to please forward
(A) my present online grievance cum complaint and
(B) my earlier grievance cum complaint dated 09.05.2017
To the respective designated appropriate authority, appointed by government of india, in the matter of resolving of mobile complaints, under intimation to undersigned and in the interest of justice on the two counts viz.
(I) grabbing of my amount by rcom considering earlier grievance cum complaint dated 09.05.2017 and present grievance cum complaint and
(Ii) for levying different pulse rate as per sms forwarded by rcom and as recorded at point no. 6, point no. 7 here-in-above and pulse rate offered and recorded at point 8.

    Wrong balance deducted from my number [protected] on 17/09/2017 then i mailed and called to reliance when i checked my balance on 18/09/2017 as it reached rs. 0 and after repeated emails on [protected]@relianceada.com and calls on complaint helpline 198 of reliance, i am not received any reply till date. I am having issues regarding reliance offers available on *129#. I am so much disappointed.

        I am from amritsar (Punjab). Your internet speed is to slow if i comparison the other all company. Last time i recharge 4g pack.in my number [protected]. But ur internet is below 3g network!! 100 of times i contact to your customer care number free or paid both! But can't satisfy bcoz every time charges has been deducted but can't talk any one!! So plz resolve this problem otherwise i broken this sim

            I have done my recharge 18/09/2017 of rs.94 for data 1gb per day for 56 days but after 2 days the data seems to be 2 gb 4 only balance 54 gb doesn't get updated to me properly and i can't even get in touch with the customer care when i try to call customer care to file complaint it says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. Pls help i have done 2nd recharge it also seems to be the same problem

            I recharged my no [protected] with stv 94 (1gb per day for 56 days) on 18/09/2017. As per plan i got sms mentioning that stv 94 and 1gb / day for 56 days is activated. But ussd *367*3# showed 2 gb 4g data and 56 gb lite (Is this lte?) data in my account. Let me know what is lite data and how i can use this 56 gb lite data. I can't even get in touch with the customer care. The customer care says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. I wrote a complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com, but no response even after reminders.

            I am using 4g rim sim on 4g lte mobile handset.

                  My name is sudheer. Sir my relience sim is deactivated on 6/9/17 i don't know what is the reason. Then i visit kollam reliance service centre they told me my sim is complaint and they give me a new duplicate sim for 50rupees. But still the sim is not get network connection. Then i'm visit again service centre and they put complaint to reliece server. To day i'm called kollam service centre they told me no reply from server. They are helpless. What can i do. It is not first time when it happens that first they deduct balance then not respond to me.                           I have opted for a different mobile service provider. I had requested for upc code to 1900. I received a message from 1901 that upc code should not be disclosed to unauthorized person, but no upc was received. I tried calling the reliance customer care numbers, but there was no option of speaking to a customer care executive. It is over 10 hours and i have not received the upc code. On requesting for upc on 1900, i received a message saying that an executive from reliance communication would get in touch with me, to understand the reason for my wanting to shift from reliance communication services to other service provider, but so far nobody has contacted me. I hope the matter is expedited. I feel this is sheer harassment of the customer.

                              I received a message to recharge of rs 545 for which i will receive 1gb for next 90 days and just after a day my data stopped working completely. Since then i have bee trying to contact reliance customer service telesupport and since that day i am getting message that support is closed which is ridiculous. Is this a customer is being treated? I want refund of 545 + extra for all the harassment i have to been through. I migrated from bsnl to reliance for this crap?

                                  Hi,

                                  I have taken a data card in 2011 and used for years and cancelled the service and paid all the due amount.

                                  Later, incorrectly, i was sent a bill which had no service usage and i explained that i had already cancelled the service.

                                  But i kept getting the reminder to pay the bill. I had already explained many times, i am not liable to pay anything extra.

                                  Today i got an e-notice lok adalat to appear before a court which is impossible for me as i am not in pune. Can someone look at this and resolve once and for all.

                                      Placed a porting request 10 days back. There is no update from reliance. No customer support. Their cust support number says - all their customer care representatives are unavailable due to emergency situation (Never heard this message before). Extremely inconvenient situation.

                                        I used reliance data stick many years back, and because of its poor performance, closed that connection and stopped using it.
                                        Now i am getting these recovery email after many years. What is this about?

                                        Subject: legal notice for recovery of rs. 1316.49/-

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        On instructions of my clients, reliance communications limited and reliance communications infrastructure limited, i hereby serve upon you with the following legal notices:

                                        1. That you had subscribed to the telecom services being provided by my clients on the basis of terms and conditions of the customer application form which was duly signed and executed by you. Our client, reliance communications ltd. Have from time to time raised bills for the services availed by you.

                                        2. That my client on your specific request had agreed to provide the services as desired by you and in lieu thereof you had duly signed and executed the customer application form and other related forms duly agreeing to all the terms and conditions thereof. You by signing the caf had duly understood all the terms and conditions of the agreement and one of the conditions being that all payments with regards to the said services shall be made by you in time without failure or delay. Upon your agreeing to the terms and conditions of the agreement and by signing the caf form and other related forms, the aforesaid fixed line phone connection and a customer billing account number[protected] was duly allotted to you.

                                        3. That as per the terms and condition of the agreement, you were under legal obligation inter alia to make payments on time of the periodic invoices raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said invoices from my clients, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. Due to the non - payment of your legitimate dues, my client was compelled to disconnect your aforesaid fixed line phone connection. Further as on date a sum of rs. 1316.49/- is due and payable to my clients, in this regard. It is further submitted that despite the agreement being entered by you with my clients, you have intentionally and deliberately breached the trust of my clients by violating the terms and conditions of the agreement which clearly amounts to a punishable offense under section. 406 ipc., by violating the terms and conditions of the said agreement you have also made yourself liable for criminal prosecution as well as of civil liability for recovery of the said amount which is due to my clients.

                                        4. That my client assumes that your conduct was intentional and deliberate by not making the payment to my clients after duly availing the services offered by them. This act of yours is indicative of a dishonest intention of causing wrongful loss to my clients and wrongful gain for your-self, inter alia amounting to cheating my clients which may culminate into a criminal offence punishable under section 420 of ipc with imprisonment or fine.

                                        5. That in the aforesaid circumstances, we have been instructed by my clients to demand from you immediate payment of the aforesaid amount of rs. 1316.49/- and to give you this notice, that if case you fail to make the payment to our clients the aforesaid sum of rs.1316.49/- together with interest thereon within 7 days from the date of the receipt of this notice, we have definite instructions from our clients to adopt appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you in the competent court of law at your entire risk, costs and consequences.

                                        6. That as per the agreement you are also liable to pay 2.5% interest per month on the aforesaid amount from the date of default till actual realization.
