    Hello,

    My number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "insufficient balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. Today[protected] i have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. Now what to do? Should i complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

      Unable to see a viable reason 2900/- is nothing but ethics i payed all my dues and asked you to disconnect ny no answer given was stop using or throw but we will not disconnect and after so many years this harassment is not called for. For no. [protected]. Which was a data no.
      Show my itemised bill where is the usage.
      Tried to give the payment also but error keeps coming up
      The email given in notice is bouncing back
      God knows is it fake
      Or harassing people

      I recharge my no [protected] for 94rs. For daily 1gb for 56 days and.
      Only 1 day worked correctly. Not the second day not working please resolve quickly.
      I am not able to use my promo balance while in roaming because of which my call is getting disconnected please do something, provide some solution so that the promo balance can be used as the cost of roaming is very high if no solution is available please provide the detail how to port the number.

          I had paid my broadband bill before due date. They had a technical fault at their end due to which the money was deducted from my account but did not reflect with them.

          Now in the current bill they are charging in excess although i have a valid receipt for the payment.
          The customer care is not reachable in any way since over a week. The calls are disconnected with an "not available due to exigency" message.

          The local stores are also not helping and provide one of the two reason whenever i contact the m
          1) the servers are down so can't help
          2) they can not solve these disputes and have services limited to only collection of bill payments. I need to contact the customer care for this.

          The service which has anyways been sub-par has always caused problems in some way or the other has now found a new way to trouble customers.

          Now the excess charges levied need to be reverted asap so that i can process my payment, failing which they will again add more late fee charges.

          Have also mailed the respective complaint id and also the appellate authority but no reply is coming through from here as well after giving them multiple reminder mails as well.

            My mobile number is [protected]. I purchased this sim from jaipur.in the starting of september i have recharged for some rate cutter, internet pack, top up for the same number. As long as i was in jaipur i could enjoy the benefits of the packs. At sep 15, i moved to tamil nadu. Then the problem started, initilally when i tried calling to local number, the call went to some random number in karnataka state. When my family members tried calling me, it was connected to somebody else. Now even i could not call anybody, because none of my plan is showing active. I opted for more than 70 days, but it is not showing properly. One of my friend approached reliance store in jaipur regarding this as i asked him to do so. He has been told that my number is given to somebody else as my sim was not active for more than 6 months. I do acknowledge that i did not use it. But when i recharged it i did not get any error message, even the sim was active, i made test calls from my friends number before doing recharge. As a user how should i know that my number is not active. I feel very bad about this. Now only intrrnet pack is active. I am unable call customer care also. As reliance is such a big organization i did not expect this unfair practice. I request you to look into this issue and wish this should not happen to others in future. Thanks in advance with the hope that my complaint will be resolved.

              I recharged my mobile number [protected] (Rajasthan) with RS 93 as per offer I received 28GB 4G data for 38 day. But now when I select network as "prefer LTE", there is no connection.it does not work at 2G too.i am so upset with this kind of service by Reliance.I never got this kind of service earlier with RELIANCE.
              Kindly resolve it quickly.

                  We had entered into an agreement with reliance infratel ltd in the year 2008 for the duration of 20 years for establishing a bts comprising of erecting a communication tower to contain antennae and installation of a pre-fabricated shelter to accommodate various electronics, battery bank, air conditioners etc..
                  We are not receiving the rent for the past 15 months ie.. From the month of june 2016.

                  When we approached the concerned department in this regard, we always get the negative response from the department or the manager stating that the payment needs to be processed from mumbai and they are helpless in this matter. And further for no reason they are refusing to provide the contact details of the mumbai office (Head office).

                  Please help us on to whom do we need to approach to address the issue.
                  This has been due from a very long time. Please help us on this.

                    Currently am abroad. I would like to receive incoming sms for my reliance indian mobile number. Some of the providers do this with free of charge. But reliance charges 150 rs per month. I tried to reach whether i could un-register the international roaming anytime after sometime. Since in the website, they mention its better to retain the international roaming & they didn't mention anything for un-register this service. I tried to call all the numbers given for customer service, it is not working. I don't think their customer service email also works, since i tried to mail them as well.

                      There is a reliance cell tower right opposite our home; ours is a residential area with little kids. There are 3-4 cell towers within this small locality. Cell towers are known to cause health issues; the relaince trowers is way too close to people living near by. Request you to relocate the tower somewhere in a safe distance.

                      Location: balkampet road. Lingiaah nagar.
                      Exactly behind indian oil petrol pump.

                      Landmark: yellamma temple road.

                          This is what i faced so many time with reliance. I didn't activated any services so why that deduction was made in my account?
                          This was very annoying act by reliance. A simple call from [protected] caused me deduction and i didn't pressed any button.
                          Kindly help me to get my balance soon.

                            Dear reliance appellate authority,

                            I am here to bring to your notice that i have sent a porting request from reliance to airtel ([protected]).
                            The reasons for porting are
                            1. My mobile number is in roaming at raipur (Chhattisgarh) as i left shimla (Himachal pradesh).
                            2. No signal at my house and surroundings at saddu, raipur. I am seriously upset your services. Mobile data could not be used as there is serious dearth of network.
                            3. Last three months i was upset with your serivces at raipur. I tried to contact service centres of reliance in few areas and could not find.

                            Your officials have been calling me for the past two months whenever i request for porting. Nothing happened.
                            Nothing is due against my number. As i have paid more than bill.

                            I am so much annoyed by your officials adamant nature in permitting porting.
                            Your officials are torturing so much and doing nothing. This is not expected from a dignified firm like reliance.

                            Therefore, with immediate effect my number should be permitted for porting.

                              Dear sir,

                              In reference to our complaint dated 5th august, 2017 made before the nodal officer, and complaint dated 25th sep. 2017 to the learned appellate authority reliance communications limited regarding the connectivity issue of landline nos. From[protected]. And several other complaints made to the customer service cell of reliance communication which remain unattended.

                              That m/s. Swastik refinery private limited having its office at "chandrakunj building”, 2nd floor, 3, pretoria street, kolkata - 700 71, is engaged in manufacture of perishable consumable products from india to various parts of the world.

                              That the company had 7 landline connections of bsnl in his aforementioned office premises. After watching the advertisement published by reliance communication the company has converted all the landline connections of bsnl to reliance but the said advertisement is deceptive.
                              That, since last 6 months all the said landlines is not functioning properly and that since last two months the said landline connections are out of service. We are not able to get or make a single call and all the landlines are disconnected without any reason or prior notice to us.

                              That in spite of repeated calls and sending several mails to the customer service cell of reliance communication the issues have not been resolved and the connectivity still is pathetic though each time the company has been assured with a standard reply of connectivity issue which will be solved shortly on priority and we have also registered the complaint vide service request id[protected] with reliance customer care but till the time said problem of connectivity issue persist and it has not been solved.
                              That, the companies being an honest customer has paid all the bills of the aforesaid connection before due dates. Bills and the bank statement reflecting the payments will be produced if required.

                              That despite disconnecting the landline connections totally in july, 2017, the reliance communication has issued a bill for the month of july, 2017 for the sum of rs. 1239.00 and august, 2017 for the sum of rs. 1239.00 in an unauthorized way. That there cannot be any usage charges as the said landlines were totally out of service since july 1, 2017. That despite of various complaints made on behalf of our company, the reliance communication is paying no heed till date which proofs that service provided by the reliance communication is deficient and hence we are not liable to pay any such unauthorized bills and you are requested not to send any further bills.
                              We are looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                                In brief : we are using your services for @ 3-4 years, without hitch. August 17 we get a sms to pay rs.3842/- against our fixed plan of rs.631/- which we have always paid in time.' thunder combo 549. Customer id[protected]. Inspite of several requests we did not get a bill for rs.3842/- till date.
                                Repeated complaints and requests, including mails to your appalete and ombudsman, fetched no results. You stopped our services without notice in august. Thereafter, we requested you to stop our services permanently and collect your hardware.
                                You are still sending ou bank increasing amount smss each month, for payment. Last being rs.4546/- how this amount you have arrived at is only known to you. The sms we are getting for your payment is from our bank, not you. You are compelling us to approach consumer courts, please note.

                                  My self sudhakar reddy pasapala, using reliance communication no. [protected] since last 3 years. I am facing some issues in last 2 months bill.

                                  I have paid 4 month's advance rental rs. 1347 + taxes to reliance on 20th july. As communicated by reliance executives, what ever the service i am using now (Tariff plan name :retention_499) will continue the same in advance rental for 4 months.

                                  Total i have paid rs 2654 on[protected]:11 hrs, which includes (1 month security deposit + july month rental + 4 months advance rental)

                                  After this payment my plan was changed to tariff plan name :arp_1347 from july month.

                                  In august month bill, there is a charges shown in my bill rs. 251.00 which was adjusted in my security deposit and the bill is showing rs. -216.00 - bill no. :ka[protected]

                                  In september month bill, there is a charges shown in my bill rs. 429.23 which was adjusted in my security deposit and the bill is showing rs. 213.00 - bill no. :ka[protected]

                                  My security deposit was adjusted towards aug and sep month wrong billings.

                                  I am in to advance rental till november 14th, bill should not be generate with any amount. The bill should be zero for 4 months.

                                  Every month i am facing the issue, i am raising so many complaints from last 2 months. There is no solutions provided.

                                  Please check the sr no.[protected] which i have raised for this issues. No response and resolution as of now.

                                  Now a days reliance service is one of the worst services i haven't seen any where.

                                  From last one month, i am unable to connect to reliance customer care no.'s 198, *222 and 30333333

                                  I am struggling a lot with reliance communication. I want solution for my issues asap.

                                    My mobile no. Is [protected]. Outgoing call has been barred since 15 days. (Because of balance). E recharge has been done 6 days back. But there is no correction of call barring. Nobody is responding at customer care services.
                                    I just pay my all o[censored]s dues bill until ny number is still off... Thats why i m suffering from many problems nobody can contact with me... There is so much loss because i am a bussinessman... So there are so kuch calls which is barred by reliance communication without any issue. Kindly rectify the problem as early as possible.
                                    And take hard and fast decision as soon as possible please.

                                      I got following sms to attend lokadalat tomorrow in guntur but now i'm in hyderabad.

                                      So far i have not received any summons, how can they can call me through sms, which is unfair. Moreover, i took connection in hyderabad, so the jurisdiction should be within telangana not in andhra pradesh.

                                      I have already brought this issue your kind attention and inturn you had escalated the same. Please inform the progress.

                                      Also please advise to proceed further on below sms message.

                                      Dear reliance customer lokadalat summon sent to your address attend the lok adalat from guntur court tomorrow 10.00am for non pymt of lte no.[protected] rs.1285/- kindly make pymt today payments. Billdesk.com/pb/ or reliance store to avoid legal action against under section 406 and 415-e of ipc.
                                      Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I made a recharge of 85 rs. For my mobile number [protected] on 23.09.2017. Have not done any calls or anything till today but deducted 35 rupees.. I want refund of rs.35 because it is deducted without any reason. This is happened 4th time for me. I call customer care but no response
                                      SInce last 6 months I am getting regular SMS from J Prasad to pay the bill due from reliance communication else face leagl procedure. The bill was paid 1.5 years back and we have a receipt of the same. Kindly resolve the issue as the payment is made long back. The image of the recipe of the payment is attached herewith.

                                      My number is [protected]. When ever i recharge of talktime balance, on next day balance shows 0.00. without making any call or msg.
                                      solve this complaints otherwise we port number to other mobile company.

                                      From more than 15 days i am not getting incoming calls to my phone,
                                      I am able to do outgoing calls but not getting incoming calls.

                                      Please check and activate ASAP, I am facing a problem.

                                        Dear sir i am deepak mishra and i am using your postpaid no.[protected], i want to inform you when i got this sim your vender take 100rs. From me for security deposit, and he told me when my 3rd bill raise then my security money 100rs. Deduct in my 3rd bill but i lost my 100rs. Now your vender ([protected]) is told me reliance is going to closed his service so you change your service provider. Kindly help. Customer
