I have sim of [protected] from last 10-15 years, now it is damage and i want to issue aginst but, reliance store told me it is not regi with my name and address, why which is used by me from last 15 years.

We had entered into an agreement with reliance infratel ltd in the year 2008 for the duration of 20 years for establishing a bts comprising of erecting a communication tower to contain antennae and installation of a pre-fabricated shelter to accommodate various electronics, battery bank, air conditioners etc..

There is a reliance cell tower right opposite our home; ours is a residential area with little kids. There are 3-4 cell towers within this small locality. Cell towers are known to cause health issues; the relaince trowers is way too close to people living near by. Request you to relocate the tower somewhere in a safe distance.

I got following sms to attend lokadalat tomorrow in guntur but now i'm in hyderabad.

So far i have not received any summons, how can they can call me through sms, which is unfair. Moreover, i took connection in hyderabad, so the jurisdiction should be within telangana not in andhra pradesh.

Today evening when i checked my main balance it was rs. 179.26 afterwards i made 2 outgoing calls amounting rs. 5.. So my balance was supposed to be rs. 174.26.. My reliance postpaid number is [protected] and I paid the bill amount rs 350 in cash at reliance store(anandeshwar communications, kachari, kanpur) on 23rd aug '17 i.e well before due date.But due to store negligence it was not updated on the server and got late.same can be confirmed from the store.
Late bill charges should be waived off.
