My self sudhakar reddy pasapala, using reliance communication no. [protected] since last 3 years. I am facing some issues in my current month bill.
I have paid 4 month's advance rental rs. 1347 + taxes to reliance on 20th july. As communicated by reliance executives, what ever the service i am using now (Tariff plan name :retention_499) will continue the same in advance rental for 4 months.
After this payment my plan was changed to tariff plan name :arp_1347 from july month.
In september month bill, there is a charges shown in my bill rs. 318.00 - bill no.:ka[protected]
I am in to advance rental till november 14th, bill should not be generate with any amount. The bill should be zero for 4 months.
Every time i am facing the issue, raising the complaints. No solution is provided.
Please check the sr no.[protected] which i have raised for this issues. No response and resolution as of now.
Now a days reliance service is one of the worst services i haven't seen any where.
My outgoing calls got barred, due to wrong billing. Reliance executives calling me to pay the outstanding. When i am explaining the issue, they are disconnecting the calls.
From last 1 month, i am not able to connect to any of the customer care no. 198, *222 and 30333333
I am struggling a lot with reliance communication. I want solution for my issues asap.
