    Dear sir,

    My prepaid mobile no of reliance communications is. [protected]
    Today evening when i checked my main balance it was rs. 179.26 afterwards i made 2 outgoing calls amounting rs. 5.. So my balance was supposed to be rs. 174.26.. But i checked again it was rs. 164.26.. I tried to call customer care but call was not allowed to connect.. Again i checked balance around 9.30 pm it was rs. 154.26 and around 10.20 pm it got reduced to rs.144.26... And again at 11.20 pm it got reduced to rs. 134.26... I made no outgoing call in between... And i have not activated any vas still my balance it getting deducted by rs. 10 every hour...

    Kindly look into the issue and refund all the wrong data deductions made...

      My number is [protected] (Reliance cdma)... I have completed a recharge of 55/- by www.rcom.in on 24th september 6:05 p. M and amount also deducted from my bank account... But i still i have not received the amount in my number... Please take action regarding this... The recharge amount normally given within 15 minutes of recharge... But still i have not received any message regarding this...

        I'm a loyal customer to reliance broadband ltd, for more than 10 years. I have terminated the service on july 1st, i have received a acknowledgement letter regarding this and they have promised me to make my refundable amount payment within 3 weeks. 3 months passed i have received no payment. I tried reaching them on their toll-free number but they cancel the call once i reach the representative and mention them the case. Even i mailed to them couple of times mentioning them that i didn't receive the payment, no one responded to it.
        So i would like to take the help of consumer complaints to resolve the issue.

          Hello my reliance broadband connection's account number is[protected] it was registered by the name of jevil modi

          The main issue was that our lan cable was damaged in the first week of january and we filled the complaint in the same week. But still, that was not solved by the company after telling us that it will be sorted out in 72 hours so the issue started from that.

          We waited for nearly 1 months and during that, we called reliance more than 50 times to solve our issue. But still, they haven't responded properly and only gave the hope of getting solved in 2 days.

          So in mid-february, we decided to cancel our connection at that time the message was sent by reliance for the generation of 1052 rs wavers due to in that cable problem but still, we want to cancel our connection because we don't want this kind of service

          So we finally filed the cancel request on last week of february and it was approved by 4 march. So from the mid-january to the march, we haven't used our internet net and we have six months 4 mbps postpaid plan from december to june.

          So when our cancel request was approved at that time including the waver of 1052 rs, the security deposit of 1000 rs and the amount which was left from our unused plan including all this there were nearly 5000 rs was generated and that was told by the customer service center of reliance

          According to them whatever the amount was generated after the cancellation was to be given to us within 45-60 days. It's july now, but still, we haven't received anything from the reliance, not even the security deposit.

          We mailed multiple times to [protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@relianceada.com and they always reply with the same copy-pasted reply that they would resolve it on priority.in fact, for the past 5 months, they haven't been replying to our emails at all.

          We also called the customer care multiple times but they either cut our phone or just say to wait for the refund to arrive. When asked to give the billing department's contact number, they answer to contact via email by which they give no response.

          Its 9 months and counting and we are fed up with waiting. We want this resolved now.

            My validity over before my offer expiry date and its happen two times and cutomer care not pickuping my phone. And i am trying to contact from two month to cutomer care. On my no. Offer is for two month and validity over in 28 days. Make solution of my problem as soon as possible and plz dont do like this to the customers and plz pickup phones of cutomer otherwise dont give cutomercare no. Thnks

              My reliance postpaid number is [protected] and I paid the bill amount rs 350 in cash at reliance store(anandeshwar communications, kachari, kanpur) on 23rd aug '17 i.e well before due date.But due to store negligence it was not updated on the server and got late.same can be confirmed from the store.
              Late bill charges should be waived off.

                I have received a legal notice from email id : rcomdl. [protected]@relianceada.com regarding the non-payment of the reliance bills for a number which i have stopped using from past 3-4 years. The legal notice is from advocate manoj som, strategist law firm, 33-34 gangotri tower, kaushambi, ghaziabad-201010

                How do i know whether this notice is valid? If it is fake then request you to pls take legal actions against such mailer which really disturb the common people living in the society.

                  I received from same person "manoj som" on[protected]. I had used reliance netconnect in 2011 and had paid all dues also had sent mail to reliance to close my account but received this dubious mail now in 2017 for rs 1640.63

                  Everything is same in my mail which i received as mentioned by another user seema on this web site.

                  I sent mail to [protected]@relianceada.com to check authenticity of mail sent by id -"rcomdl legalcollection1".
                  But till now i have not received any response.

                      Hi.. I am receiving text messages from rm 58787 stating,
                      "your subscription to renwedhunvpdaypack pack, service has been renewed for 30 days."
                      I think nearly 75 to 100 bucks has been deducted. I have this issue for the past 3 months. I tried looking out for solutions but nothing worked.
                      Kindly this matter into consideration and refund asap.

                      Hi.. I am receiving text messages from rm 58787 stating,
                      "Dear Subscriber you have been successfully renwedHunVPDayPacke Rs 1.00 deducted from your account pack expires on 1." From:RM-58787

                      I have this issue for the past 2 months. every day i am getting above message and deducting one rupee each and every day. I tried looking out for solutions but nothing worked.

                        I am vishal baldaniya from gandhinagar, gujarat. I have a postpaid number [protected], with reliance communication. I have paid one rent (I. E. Rs. 299) as deposit and one rent as an advance when i took connection with reliance. My bill is generatie on 14th of each month. Last bill was generated on 14th september, i paid out entire amount. I selected for port out to airtel as services of reliance will be closed effective 29th september in gujarat circle. I have submitted upc code to airtel on 19th, but request was rejected on 21st as i have not paid unbilled amount from 15th to 21st and my upc code was expired on 22nd september. Now, i paid advance bill upto september 30, but when i am sending a message to 1900 number for upc code, i receiving response stating that your request for port out is under process inatead of receiving upc code. However, my request was rejected and upc code also expired. Please provide me updated upc code and alle for port out. You may contact me on [protected].

                          Reliance communications is such a big company with such great owners behind it, but highly disgraceful are some of its employee's. Such employees ruin the good long relations between the consumer and the service provider.

                          My mr. Kalipada bhattacharyya and mrs. Annapurna bhattacharyya, has been using services of reliance communications for quite a long now, but today it is sad to state that they are forced and compelled of reliance communications to move and port out or close the connections.

                          Complaint :- mr. K. P bhattacharyya. +91 [protected], was been used by mrs. Annapurna bhattacharyya, who is less user of mobile, the reliance service agent explained a plan in the month of june 2017 end, for which she stated, she would look into it next month and get the plan converted after discussion. The plan was forcefully converted in the next month without any notice. Till june the bills were duly paid on time, after the forceful thing which later came into notice, her services to the above number was stopped. Then she started getting calls, for the higher plan, which she was forcefully activated, she kept denying that she would pay the original bill plan rather the revised forced one. Today 23/09/2017, she gets a call from +91 [protected], on enquiry she stated her name to be sunita chauhan. Mrs chauhan the illiterate lady, who does not know how to speak and teaches if the bill is unpaid within monday, she would file a case. Just to teach the lady a lesson, the bill is been paid.
                          But i want an appology letter from reliance from the ladies side, for speaking harshly to the customer, if not we will be complelled to file consumer complaint suite on reliance communication name.

                          Please duly check the recorded lines to get to know what exactly happened. And at the same time kindly terminate the connection [protected] asap, as we dont wish to further continue in this manner.

                            Dear sir,

                            My name is prashant singh and i am an active user of your communication services since 2014; with [protected]. As you might check that my account is a postpaid account and my postpaid plan is of 399 freedom plan.

                            I have received a call from the reliance executive and they have offered me a plan of 897 (Which includes four months of advance payment) including 6 gb of data per month and unlimited calling; hence considering my usage i have opted for the plan in july 2017.

                            However, here is the troubles which i am facing after activating the plan

                            after making several calls to the call centre; they never helped me although disconnection in line and rudeness, i have received from the call centre.
                            my lines were barred (Outgoing), without prior intimation; which is highly unacceptable.

                            So, here are few things which i would like to request you to intervene and help if you value your customer (As you promise and say):

                            I need an explanation: why i was charged wrongly.
                            How this new plan was helpful to me, because i do not see any savings in my bank account (Because of your new plan and as your representative promised).
                            Requesting you to wave off all the charges which has been placed wrongly on the bill.
                            Offer a legitimate and suitable plan which could really be helpful to me.

                            I have always respected the company and that is the reason there was no delay in payment. However, with such an act by the company; i am being forced by you to opt out and disconnect my services with you.

                            Your intervention is highly appreciated with the subjected matter, expecting a revert and a call from you at the earliest.

                                Dear sir,
                                This is regarding reliance communications. The moment i recharge my mobile no [protected], they subscribe for anything by their own and deduct all my balances. I complained to email id [protected]@relianceada.com and rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com and they refunded rs 56 just for once. The moment the amount was refunded, again they deducted all my balances. After this incednt i recharged thrice, and all the time, reliance deduct my balance without my consent. I tried to call to customer care, but its not goint through. I wrote mail to them asking for the statement of the charges debited and to stop dediction of my balances, but never received any positive feedback.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I have ported my no [protected] in airtel, due to bad revise from your side every time, last time i was change my plan with 499 rental and received bill 1355 which is including last bill and advance rental of rs 499 + service charges. I was paid that bill because of call center executive informed me its deposit and same is refundable when i am change the service, but same is not deducted from my last bill.

                                  Kindly deduct that amount and send me revised bill, else i am not paid this bill.

                                        I am getting call to pay rs. 455. I was not happy with the service because bill was always higher then the plan taken. Why should i pay if i have the number in that month. My number is [protected]. Please do the needful and solve this issue as i am very unsatisfied with the service they have provided to me. If i was happy with the service then why should i ported to other company.
