    Hello, i am using reliance from long time but its network is worst than any other telecom company. I have sent soo many port message to 1900 but i am not getting a reply what is this and whenever i use to call to customer service it doesn't answer i am fed up of this plz help in getting upc code i have also sent soo many emails but they didn't reply. I am fed up with using reliance sim.

      I have a reliance number [protected], from which i sent port request to 1900 many times but no unique porting code had been received to me.
      Further every time i recharged my mobile then reliance wrongly deduct all my balance in name of some value added services which is not even subscribed my me. The balance deductions at-least amount to 100
      Reliance customer care services is so pathetic that every time i called their customer care number they just disconnect the call and not let us to talk to operator or customer care representative.
      I also mailed them twice on their support but no reply has been received by them
      Reliance communications services are so worst and due to that only they use these techniques to stop their customer to port.

      This is last intimation to you, after which i will be forced to sue you because of your pathethic services

          Reliance has forcefully charged 2 months advance rental that too by changing the bill plan without the consent on my father's number ([protected]). I have sent the concern on email. Two weeks and nobody is responding (Including the senior management), i am requesting support from customer care but does anybody in reliance is actually caring about customers??? #fakebillreliance #zerocustomersupportreliance

            Dear sir/mam
            I had recharge my number with 93 pack on 25 august 2017 which should provide 1gb/day for 56 days but on 21 september 2017 no further data was provided to me.
            I have tried to contact customer care but was unable to connect and i have also emailed my problem to customer care but no action has been taken so far.
            Please resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i will file a case against this problem in trai.

              1st time by ₹30 and
              2nd time by ₹20,
              But i doesn't get full talktime benefits.

                I have ported in to reliance postpaid from idea postpaid. I have visited reliance store and asked to convert. They offered me a plan inr.299/month but i didnt got informed that this is a advance rental plan. Now i wanted to port out from reliance as i am not getting desired service from reliance. I have also submitted inr.300 as security amount.
                Not getting any solution from store. They are behaving like i am asking for their property or for a loan from them.

As this was post paid connection and security deposit (300/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back.                       I have done my recharge 14/09/2017 of rs.94 for data 1gb per day for 45 days but after 2 days the data seems to be 2 gb only balance 26 gb doesn't get updated to me properly and i can't even get in touch with the customer care when i try to call customer care to file complaint it says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. Pls help i have done 2nd recharge it also seems to be the same problem

But ussd *367*3# showed 2 gb 4g data and 46 gb lite (Is this lte?) data in my account. I used only around 750mb data on next day and then rs 44 got deducted from main balance.
                      Please refund my main balance and let me know what is lite data and how i can use this 46 gb lite data. I can't even get in touch with the customer care. The customer care says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. I wrote a complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com, but no response even after reminders.

                      I am using 4g rim sim on 4g lte mobile handset.

                        I purchased a sim of reliance. One of a telecaller called me informed me the details of the plan which i will get by taking that number. It was suppose to be with unlimited calls, messages and 4g data (If my handset supports 4g). After a month only, the 4g data got very slow and it started working as 2g data. I tried to complain about the same to reliance customer care but they never transfer the call to any executive, it always has some emergency issues and because of that they can't forward my call to any executive. I am trying to call the girl who sold me this sim, but she is also not picking up my call. Her number is [protected].

                        I would also like to tell you that i got another call from [protected] number and he was also offering me the same plan. When i informed him that the detail of plan he explain me is already with me and it's not working and i have recorded his voice and going to make the complain. He said very freely that ma'am please complain.

                        I hope you will resolve this issue soon and i will get the plan back to my number and it will work normally if not, then please return my money which i paid to them of rs. 1000. I am attaching the receipt for your reference.

                        I filed the complained on 22nd september, no action has been taken till now.

                        My number has also been disconnected since 22nd september when i filed the complain. Kindly make sure to resolve the issue within this week.

                        I spread this number to all my clients and now this number is not working, try to understand my situation.

                        Hope you understand my situation and will resolve the problem soon.

                        I will really appreciate your quick action on the same.

                        I'm complaint about the poor quality of network... Too much slower and even it's provides connection problem...
                        I was recharge 40 rupees today but after sometime the main balance is removed and I always call to customer care but customer care do not receive my call.

                          We book 3 landline connection but due to some problem from reliance they unable to give connection and the person mr. Sanjay & tausif from reliance told that cancel the connection will refund your amount with in 1 month rs. 4945.

                          But since 7th june'17 we waiting payment refund.

                            I have received a legal notice for recovery of ra 1776.67 for billing account number:[protected] from advocate manoj som. I would like to inform you that i could this connection around 4-5 years ago and due to no service provided by reliance i had cancelled the same and cleared any dues that were there at the same time by going to the reliance outlet in rk puram sector 8 market in new delhi. After that i received no communication from reliance whatsoever. And now after 4-5 years all of a sudden i get a legal notice to clear the dues when that is not possible. It has also come to my notice that the same notice is being sent to many more customers for clearance of dues after a gap of 5-6 years without any prior intimation. Either reliance is mistakenly sending these out or it is trying to intimidate the customers by sending legal notices to pay what they have already paid. This is absolutely unacceptable from reliance and is causing mental harassment. I advise you to sort out the issue immediately and get back to me. Also i would like to mention that there is no response from the reliance team. No one is answering the phone and no response from the mail id. This lethargy is leading to a lot of agony for the customers.

                              With reference to my request to customer services, regarding alarm sound from my water filter "kent pearl' dated 14th sep 2017 to reliance show room, vikrampuri no body has bothered to call back and check with me. I have already informed them that since the installation of water filter has completed 1 year & it is due for change of filter.

                              Kindly arrange to attend immediately, as alarm sound is emitted by the water filter for the last 1 week.

                                Hi,
                                Long back i used reliance postpaid services, then i ported it to idea.
                                Before port i cleared all my bills with reliance.
                                Now, again they are asking for remaining bill (310) after so many months.
                                And according to my knowledge there are no outstanding bill.
                                They did not contact me even once and i tried all possible ways to contact reliance but no luck.
                                Please provide me a number to contact or contact me to clear issue.
                                Reliance have really pathetic serrvice and customer care.

                                  The distribution box outside my house is faulty and has been the cause of disconnection several times. I have complained many times but still they repair the box instead of installing a new one. Right now my connection is not working since 1 week. The distribution box is not receiving any power as there are no lights blinking at the box. I cannot even complain as the helpline number[protected] is unavailable due to emergency. Even the engineer who usually comes for repair is not answering my calls.

                                    I user of reliance didnt got data benefit of data offer.
                                    I had done recharge of 93 rs and data offer is 56 days daily 1gb 3g data seen at *129# and i recieve msg fron reliance but i got my data balance only for 5 days
                                    I had done recharge on 8 september and after days i didnt recieve any data balance till now.
                                    I had done calls to costumer care and gave complaint 2 times but it didnt solved.
                                    And the biggest thing i cant contact reliance customer care.
                                    To whom i will register my complaint, my data recharge is going wasted fully, if you can see thus complaint then solve it as fast you can.

                                        I raised service request[protected] for my num [protected] for wrongly charging for sending isd sms and wrongly charging for advance rental plan in every month. But till now nothing has been done and reliance keeps on sending me bills for advance plan and isd sms charges every month which i never use. Earlier they use to credit the amount in next bill for wrongly charging of isd sms but now they are not taking my request and now they have also blocked the customer care phone call service so tht i ll not able to contact them and as well as they have diabled the customer service tab option on web portal.
                                        Please help me in solving this coz this cost me around rs 400 extra in every month for the services which i m not using
