Its very shameful for informing you last more than 12 months, same complaint is repeating for not receiving bill, but nothing has been updated by your good office bearers/ executives.

I have been utilizing 2g reliance data card#[protected]. Suddenly, they inactivated my data card during may, 2016 and requested me to pay rs.1500/- to upgrade from 2g to 3g/4g which i denied to pay and requested to discount the services. Later they sent me mail on 29th august., 2016 for payment of outstanding rs.1248.14 and immediately i called customer care explained about the inconvenience faced by me and also sent reply to reliance customer...

I have a reliance postpaid number [protected] in 0 rental 4g postpaid plan. The company suddenly made a bill of 874 rs from july month. I was surprised to see. When i complained in the company, they told me that my cheque has been bounced on april, so you have to pay us that time money now.
I have not given any money by cheque yet, how they told me like this.
My another number [protected] is also in reliance postpaid service now...

I recharged with rs 93 4g data plan of 28 gb for 28 days. But after a days they stopped this active plan. I get message that balance is 0 mb valid till[protected]., your 4g lite data bal is 26623.99 mb valid till[protected]. There customer service dose help.

I recharged a plan of rs 89 on my reliance number.. The plan was to get 1gb 3g data per day... But when i recharged i only got 400mb for 2 days... Man what the hell is that... I have some issue regarding my number. I tried to call several times the number provided in internet in their website. But nothing working. Even one number 30333333 as mentioned in their website when tried to call they are saying number is incorrect. Very very poor customer care service. *333 & 198 is also not working. After she is saying wait to connect to customer care representatives the call disconnects automatically....

I have recharged my number today with 20 rupees, and i also get its confirmation message. Then when i checked my account balance again it show 0.14 paise. Even i dont maked a single call anywhere yet and dont uses any internet. Then i tried to call 198 (Reliance customer care number) but it is connecting me to survice provider. I am so frustrated with this. I want solution of this problem now....

Since last two months, my fixed rental of rs 199/ was changed to rs 707/ and rs 499/. On enquiry, i was told that plan has been upgraded. Since i had not asked for any change, i asked them to reverse the charges.
They are silent on the issue and keep on reminding to pay current bill. 470/. How can you change my plan without my request for it???

I have done recharge on 28 april 2017 for 6 months and 25 days of service, for 1260 recharge on[protected].

Yesterday service was stopped. I used only 4months and 21 days of service.

Why you are doing fraud with customer. Enable the service immediately without further delay. Call me on [protected] immediately.

If the sim is in 4g network the data does not load and it loads only when it is in 2g. It shows your 4g lite balance is 55235.11 and 4g data balance is 0. Ussd *129# provides special offer to reliance gsm customer. I m also a gsm customer so i checked out for latest offer available for me. It was showing that at recharge of 154 rs i will get 1gb daily data for 84 days so i recharged my number by that pack on 15sep2017. I got the confirmation message for the same instantly. I had 230rs in my main balance and also 1gb data daily pack was also available. So i start using data on recharge day everything...

I am complaining here for your customer service helpline numbers.. We call them but not getting any proper response.. I called them regarding my reliance number.. They add services on my number which i don't use and without my permission and any information.. They deduct my money always.. This is not correct.. Please look into this asap.....
