(Here is a copy of email sent to reliance communications. Not only do they loot the customers in a day light but they have also dare and courage to ask for further advance. When i try to call any of their number or try to send email, number cannot be reached and email also gets bounced back. I feel ashamed of being gujarati. I think, it is perhaps in the dna of gujarati like anil ambani to cheat the customers)
Dear sir
Today, in the afternoon i received a phone call from no.[protected] asking me to make advance payment of
Reliance broadband.
Surprisingly, i have been constantly complaining about the looting of my advance rental of rs.2000/-
Without providing me service of internet for even a single day and all my representations have gone in
Vain.
Anil ambani is a true desh bhakt and only such desh bhakts can function in india. Those crores of
Customers who have paid advance amount for internet connections are traitors in the eyes of this
Deshbhakt bjp government. It seems, bjp functions only for such desh bhakts.
Had such a thing happened in any other country, even in pakistan, such a person must have been sent to
Jail but here only customers are the sufferers.
Reliance communication is such a transparent that it has become now naked to ask the customer to pay in
Advance even if advance paid by me has been looted by reliance in a day light.

    Activating sir/madam, i am jagdish purohit, having number [protected], reliance is deducting my balance without activate vas ussd services, vas sftfmts stalk, shotformatsgsm, hungama gsm, and etc., how could the all these subscriptions activated automatically. Kindly deactivate. & reverse the amount...

      I have recharged my reliance no.[protected] with an amount of rs93 in which i was promised to get an internet offer of 1gb data/day for 56 days. I have checked this offer by dailing *129# in my offera list. But unfortunately reliance with yet another deceiving trick has deceived me by ending this offer after 28 days only. I want reliance to fulfill this offer by giving the complete 56 days offer or else return my recharge amount to my account. Kindly process my request on urgent basis.

      Still there is no response from reliance even I have marked various emails to reliance nodal officer & customer care but I have not received a single response till date. These guys are pathetic...Shameful reliance

        Sir,
        My name is mohanan p. Pillai. I had cancelled the broadband service subscriber id :[protected] on dated[protected]. As per trai rules and also committed by the company my eligible refund of rs.3162/- after deducing data usage charges for 19 days wwas supposed to give me by dd within 60 days from the date of termination i. E. From[protected]. 60 days completed on[protected]. As on date i. E.[protected] i have written number of refund requests to their customer care e-mail id : [protected]@reianceada.com but non of my e-mails are not responding. When i called to the customer care number[protected] one of the executive told me that reliance communications ltd is not existing. I wonder whether the company is existing or not. My e-mails sent to rcom appallate authority is bouncing without delivering to their inbox.

        When i do complaint through this page, they replies on the page saying that their concerned team is working on it.in my earlier complaint, they mentioned in the month of august 2017 as it has been resolved.

        Sir i have not received my money back. It is miserable situation that nobody is responding to my e-mail and calls and sit with my money.

          Hello

          This is highly disappointing that yesterday only i had recharged rs80 plus rs5 was already there... But this 85 got deducted automatically even though i have net pack of daily 1gb/day facility. Kindly resolve my issue and refund my amount of rs85. This is highly pathetic because i have data pack but still the amount is getting deducted from my main balance which yesterday only i had recharged. This is very much depressing and this is not new. It had happened many times but this time is much disappointing. Kindly resolve it.

            I was vodafone postpaid user, i got a call from reliance with 999 plan for 4 month free calling, 6gb 4g net/day and text message, i have doubt to reliance network but executive tell me network is very good and if i have any problem then again port my number to previous network so i accept offer but now i have got very bad network even i cant use net 2g speed, i call again and again customer care there is no response from anyone. This is big fraud for users, kindly solve my problem no anyone response from reliance care

                Its very shameful for informing you last more than 12 months, same complaint is repeating for not receiving bill, but nothing has been updated by your good office bearers/ executives.

                You just forwarded bill for the month of july 2017 after my reminder which was received by me, but again in this month i have not received the bill for the month of august 2017.

                And if am receiving due date reminder, its meas my email id registered with you but why you are not sending bill without communication from my side.

                Please look the matter at high priority and resolve the same otherwise i will not able to make the payment without bill and i can't wast my time in this such type reminder.

                And you are charging late fee, which i am not liable to pay due to i can't make the payment without bill and i[censored] are sending bill after due date.

                You have disconnect the phone for non making payment, and i am sending bill reminder for continuously.

                Please email me bill, than i can make the payment.

                  I have been utilizing 2g reliance data card#[protected]. Suddenly, they inactivated my data card during may, 2016 and requested me to pay rs.1500/- to upgrade from 2g to 3g/4g which i denied to pay and requested to discount the services. Later they sent me mail on 29th august., 2016 for payment of outstanding rs.1248.14 and immediately i called customer care explained about the inconvenience faced by me and also sent reply to reliance customer care (Rcom. [protected]@relianceada.com) referring interaction no.[protected]and requested again to discontinue the services without any further notice as i have not utilized their service. Inspite of that, i have been receiving sms (More than 100 instances) stating that in case i don't pay rs.1248.14, they will take legal action, which is unfair. I have received sms today going to file case against under section 406 & 415-e of ipc make payment avoid legal action.

                  This kind of threating is unfair to the customer though the problem lies with reliance communications.

                  I request you to look into the matter and close the issue.

                    I have a reliance postpaid number [protected] in 0 rental 4g postpaid plan. The company suddenly made a bill of 874 rs from july month. I was surprised to see. When i complained in the company, they told me that my cheque has been bounced on april, so you have to pay us that time money now.
                    I have not given any money by cheque yet, how they told me like this.
                    My another number [protected] is also in reliance postpaid service now company told me if i not made payment against my ([protected]) number (874 rs), so they will stop my second number ([protected]) too.
                    Know i m helpless. Pls help me on this case

                      I recharged with rs 93 4g data plan of 28 gb for 28 days. But after a days they stopped this active plan. I get message that balance is 0 mb valid till[protected]., your 4g lite data bal is 26623.99 mb valid till[protected]. There customer service dose help.

                      I have several messages that my recharge of rs 93 was successfull on[protected]. And i was able to use 1gb data on 16th september 2017. But its two days now and i am not able to connect as data balance shows 0 mb.

                      Please resolve this issue.

                        I have got my rim postpaid number closed in july 2017, while closing the number i made a fore payment as i had closed after paying the last bill, just after start of new billing cycle.

                        I got bill for an entire month for the closed period and despite writing to customer care did not get resolution, instead i had been receiving threatening messages from reliance about the unpaid amount.
                        I have asked for clarity about the bill generated for the period when the number was closed. I have no qualms in paying the amount that is legitimate pending for me if any.

                        i am having a similar incident of reliance generating bill with advance month billing, now they closed the customer care line on phone and email and debarred my outgoing calls..

                          I have given my (Yarkareddy sesha ratnam) land in nunna rural area which comes under vijayawada city, andhra pradesh on the purpose of rent for the installation of reliance towers. I am not being paid rent since 7 months which is from february 2017 until now. The reliance communications were not responsive about the issue. I have visited them and trying to get into contact but it's of no use. I really would like this issue to be solved and get the my rent.

                              My dongle no. - [protected]. The wipod is not at all working and always blinking red light only. If i try to call customer care, even that also not connecting, i could hear that the system is not working. If its not possible to attend customer queries, then why there should be a company with huge number of employees and branches across the country.

                              This makes me very upset. Kindly do the needful to make the wipod working immediately. Please call me @ [protected] for any queries.

                                I recharged a plan of rs 89 on my reliance number.. The plan was to get 1gb 3g data per day... But when i recharged i only got 400mb for 2 days... Man what the hell is that... Then i tried to customer care but they said due to some problem we are unable to transfer your call... What kind of service is that... Worst service... Other networks like airtel is the best network in india with extraordinary services... Reliance customer care you have to learn some lessons from airtel customer care that would be best for you...

                                  I have some issue regarding my number. I tried to call several times the number provided in internet in their website. But nothing working. Even one number 30333333 as mentioned in their website when tried to call they are saying number is incorrect. Very very poor customer care service. *333 & 198 is also not working. After she is saying wait to connect to customer care representatives the call disconnects automatically.

                                    My name is tanuj chauhan.
                                    I have recharged my number today with 20 rupees, and i also get its confirmation message. Then when i checked my account balance again it show 0.14 paise. Even i dont maked a single call anywhere yet and dont uses any internet. Then i tried to call 198 (Reliance customer care number) but it is connecting me to survice provider. I am so frustrated with this. I want solution of this problem now. I want to know, where my 20 rupees balance gone?... My relience number is [protected]

                                      I have a reliance sim with number ​[protected]. But illegally several times the balance deduct​​ed​ ​. When i tried to complain this to reliance complain no.198.​ ​its not working.
                                      When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably.
                                      Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 30/- or more.​ (Probable date of deduction on 11/09/2017onwards and every day deduction made)

                                        Since last two months, my fixed rental of rs 199/ was changed to rs 707/ and rs 499/. On enquiry, i was told that plan has been upgraded. Since i had not asked for any change, i asked them to reverse the charges.
                                        They are silent on the issue and keep on reminding to pay current bill. 470/. How can you change my plan without my request for it???
