In our buidling reliance jio tower eracted before one year and we received rent properly now for the past three months (July2017 - till date) rent not received. Our buidling located in kolathur 100 ft road, chennai - 600099 near rettari juction.

Regarding this i contacted mr. Shidartha ([protected]) he is taking care for this rent issue for the past 3months he is not responding properly i meet him at chennai office located in radhakrishnan salai, chennai - 600004.

    My name is prolay sen and my postpaid mobile number is [protected]. I was in rental 399 plan but for the bad network, i have disconnected my connection and today i have received a bill where the bill amount is rs. 252.00, however, when i have take this connection my deposit money was rs. 300. Today i have visited reliance store and they informed me that you do not need to pay anything as you have deposited rs. 300.00 and i have asked that the bill amount is rs. 252.00, so 300 – 252 = 48 rupees is due from reliance but they informed me that i will not receive this money as the amount is less than rs. 50.00.

    I have not yet received the refund. 1st email i have sent on 25 february 2017 and today is 20 september 2017, till not yet received refund.

    Hi, My name is Anuradha Meyyappan.
    I had a reliance postpaid number for almost 18 years- Dhirubhai Ambani Pioneer plan.[protected].
    Due to many issues with connectivity I ported to Vodafone in Feb 2018.
    There is a credit amount which is due to be refunded to me - rs 2959.00.
    I was told I will receive the credit amount in 45-60 days in my registered address which is my home address.
    Now it is 8months over and I have not received the credit amount.
    I tried calling 30333333. But the representatives are unable to help me and they asked me to send email to '[protected]@relianceada.com'. i send a mail to them every 15 days.
    Initially i was getting a reply. I have attached the latest reply saying-
    Your Service Request ID[protected], regarding refund related concern has been registered and the same will be resolved latest by 6:09:13 Pm September 10, 2017.
    Thank you for your patience and co-operation.
    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations.
    Assuring you of our best services always.
    Thank you for contacting Reliance.
    But since the last reply they are not responding anymore.
    If we do not pay, they charge penalty and put a legal case on us.
    At the same time will they pay us with interest if they delay in paying us.
    Such a big company, such a small amount and they want to avoid paying the customers.
    How long can they continue like this.

        My name is anurag soni and my no is [protected] i recharged my no. On 11/9/2017 of rs. 80/- and i got 120/-,
        Main balance approx rs. 65/- and promo approx rs. 55/-.
        After recharge when i call my balance deduct from promo but also my main balance is deducting i called many time to customer care no. But always i heard message that some emergency reason call could not be connect.
        I have still a promo balance so why are you deducting my main balance, all time when i recharge my number your company starts any service and deducts my all balance,
        If you don't want me to connected with your company then please disconnect my no. And refund my balance and start your customer service no.

          I never used to subscribe for any request like missed call alerts and etc.
          I don't get the point of deduction of my balance automatically when i have already subscribed to "do not disturb".
          Wether this is the only way left to the cheap "ambani" to be richest man of our country "india".
          If he deduct 3 to 5 rupees from each persons account which is negligible nowadays, then his income is 150 billions rupees per day which is a very huge amount.
          If my deduction amount is also 3-5 rupees then i might also ignore this but this time it is rupees 30 which is deducted from my account and this is not negligible for me, because i am a student and also belongs to middle class family.
          If this is the only way to submit my complaint to reliance, please submit my response. Because customer care calling no. 198 is not working. This might only because we abuse them for this deduction.
          I seriously ashamed on ambani, he is cheap no no he is rich but only due to our connections to their network.

            I’ve been try to contact the customer service from the past 10 days and no ONE IS READY TO HELP!
            I call up the customer service and no one answers, no reply from the email services. Tried the local guy, he said he can’t help unless and until new a complaint is is there. I don’t know what should I do!!!
            I’m just fedup with such a behaviour.
            I get a login page but I’m not able to log in.

              Dear sir. As i am using your advance rental broadband wireline connection since october 2015. My connection not working form 3rd june 2017 and i raised a complaint for surrender my broadband connection on dated 6th june, then your retaintion team (Shamiksha) promise me i will take care of you please don't surrender the connection and i also arrange a waiver of that days, so i continue the connection but after four days (12, 13, 14 & 15) my connection again not working due to wire cut. So i again raised a complaint no[protected] on dated 16-june-17 for surrender the broadband connection and my services has been stopped from 19 june. As from 3rd june reliance was not resolved the wire cut problem and that time i was not able to use services but reliance demanding whole month advance rental to given noc. After request for termination (16 june) of services reliance can take 7 day for full termination as per trai rules. Please see the matter. I also escalate the problem nodal office and appealing authority but not getting any response from his side

                Hi, I am unable to send messages from my current mobile number. All incoming and outgoing calls are proper, also receiving messages but could not send message. There is no response from the customer care and all their CC number are directly disconnected. Didn't get contacted to the executive since last month. When ever i recharge my sim, different services are activated by the company and can't complain or get refund for the same..

I have contacted my nearest reliance store the asked to contact mr rana chatterjee but as per telephonic conversation he told as to contact karnataka circle but when i am trying to contact them via customer care no. It is told in ivr with due some problem we are unable to connect the call. Please do the needful from your end.

I want refund of rs.124 because it is deducted without any reason. This is happened 4th time for me. No customer care person is picking up the phone.                           On 10th september, i registered a complaint here. Been days since i registered a complaint here regarding my call pack. Yet there is no resolution to it.
                          Do i have to wait till ages?
                          Really fed up with reliance telecom.

                          My reliance prepaid no. Is [protected]. I got an offer of 20 paise all calls per minute for 90 days on rs 8/- recharge. I got my no. Recharged with this offer on 31 march"2017.
                          These messages were sent from reliance..
                          1) recharge rs8 successful. All local n std mobile n landline calls at 20p min credited into your account for 8 days.
                          2) congratulations, now you can make all calls at 20p min at any network for 90 days on successful recharge of rs.8 rcom.
                          3) congratulation! 8stv has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank you. Reliance
                          This offer worked successfully for the first 8 days, but after that period, the calls are charged at 1rupee and 20 paise/minute.
                          This was a special offer on my number, and despite receiving the confirmation message from reliance for activating this offer for 90 days at low tariff, how can i be charged higher for my calls???
                          It's absolutely nonsense. Every 15 days, there's one or another issue arising, say it be slow network and long hours for daily renewal of internet data, and now false promised offers.
                          Need a resolution over it.
                          Don't have ample time to keep writing to you guys.
                          Improve your services.
                          Soon extend the promised 90 days validity for all calls at 20 paisa/min on my no.
                          Truly a disappointment.
                          Till now, no resolution been provided for my complaint of 8/- rupees call rate pack.
                          Today too, when i made a call, i was charged 1rupee 20 paise/ min.
                          Reliance is a fraudulent company. Firstly they give special offers, and when u get it recharged, they discontinue the offers after a while.
                          Shame on you... What a cheap way to make fast money.
                          I need a quick positive response.
                          Can't loose my hard earned money on higher call charges, irrespective of getting the call pack recharged.

                              Sir, i have old 2g reliance sim which is not working properly in new smart phone, the signal is too weak, kindly send me 4g sim for the same mobile no. So i can make call and access internet.

                              As in our city belgaum karnataka-there are no reliance store, kindly make it available on my billing address. Or else let me the procedure for portability for shifting to airtel, as to what i have to do to shift to airtel.

                                I want to deactivate my number [protected] from reliance network and have tried all means (By email and call) to contact customer service. Why do you even provide network when a customer cant even contact helpdesk?
                                I want the deactivation process request for my number to be taken immediately. Emails have been sent several times even to the nodal officer (From 7-8days) and even filed a complaint in app but its in vain. Have paid rs 300 as advance charges while taking the new sim. This can be reduced in final settlement.

                                  I am one of the unluckiest customer of reliance digital tv services. For last 3 days i am trying to connect with the customer support about the error, but all the times i get the recorded reply that due to exigency the customer support are not available. If you are in-capable to serve your customer then why you are selling your so called services and looting our hard earned money. My building people has all other digital tv service providers, but this useless reliance tv stops working even if the wind blows. Reliance (?), please check the meaning of relianace in dictionary and change your name.

                                    On 12th september i have recharged of rs. 89 in my own reliance no. It was company's offer (1gb per day × 28 days). Just after using 1 day they have stopped to provide data in my no. But, according to condition, they should provide data in my no. For 28 days. I have called several times at 198 for customer complaints. But there was nobody to pick up my call. Guys, please be careful of reliance communication. It's a thief, a big robber. Reliance communications loot money from consumers. That's their way to get rich. It's jio far better than this thief.

I request that my porting request is processed immediately.

                                      I am a subsscriber for reliance mobile communications for the last two years and due to signal problems, i want to go out of this network. Therefore, I sent a port message on 8th September 2017 and I received a message in which porting request code is sent and valid up to 23rd September 2017. immediately I received a call from customer care of reliance mobile communications and I told them clearly to clear my porting request and release the number from their network. But they have done nothing in this regard. Therefore, I put up a complaint in Indian consumer complaints forum on 19th September 2017 and updated it on 21st September 2017. It clearly shows that the reliance mobile communications company is acting against the rules of TRAI. As tomorrow is the last date of the porting request code, i, e.23rd September 2017, I therefore request the company to process my MNP request and release my number immediately. My particulars are as follows: Name: Sangisetti Venkata Ramana Murty, Mobile Number: [protected], Aadhaar Number:[protected]. Port message was sent on 8th September and porting request code is valid up to 23rd September 2017.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I am writing this to inform you that my outgoing services are barred from today but i have registered a complaint against my bill so that you are requested to solve my problem rather than barred my outgoing calls. You know that your customer care executive called me and asked me to change my plan, i have asked him why you are asking me to change my plan then he replied that you have to pay one time installment of rupees 1057. And then you will not to pay for next four months. But while i am taking this plan i have asked your cce that i have one query that i am currently in ludhiana but i have to make conference call for my mom who is in himachal pradesh and for my younger sister who is in delhi, then your cce said that ok you are eligible for that. I am asking you if you are being paid a sum of rupees 1439 last month and you are now recently asked to pay again then what is your reaction??? I am still waiting for your reply please do need full as soon as possible otherwise i will port out all seven number which i have purchased for my family.
