I have done my recharge 17/09/2017 of rs.94 for data 1gb per day for 28 days but after 2 days the data seems to be 2 gb only balance 26 gb doesn't get updated to me properly and i can't even get in touch with the customer care when i try to call customer care to file complaint it says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. Pls help i have done 2nd recharge it also seems to be the same problem

I was charged Rs. 415/- for data usage between 23/Aug/17 to 25/Aug/17 & Rs. 10/- on 6/Sep/17, in spite of having a valid data pack. The charges are invalid & the service provider is not refunding the amounts even after contacting the appellate authority,

    Respected sir/madam,
    I have a jio connection no [protected]. I facing connectivity problem relating to jio 4g net 1gb per day jio services from may 2017. I complained manytime to jio customer care. Customer care officer of jio care had entered many complain and end without my resolution. Cc officers of jio given time first time 90 days that is completed on 18 aug. 2017. But my problem not solved till date. I again open complain on 19 aug 2017. Cc officers give again time of 60 days after recharge for 90 days. Please do needful action.

      Dear team,

      Last few weeks facing lot of issues because of one bill amount advance without informing added in bill. Later after finding no option i paid all the dues and line started, within few hours again services stopped.

      Not able to connect call centre team also due to some reasons, dont know whom to contact.

      This is my second number given to my son (First number as mentioned below) who travels every day in train for studies and collage. Kindly consider as an urgent and important case and solve the issue.

      Still awaiting reply from your end... My sons number [protected] still not operational after sharing complain here last week.
      Kindly look into it or would be closing this connection which is of no use after charging extra rent from us.

      I have recharge 1 gb/ day plan two times and message was came successful activated, but that plan not came, one time only 4 gb came, and second time only 1 gb for 28 days came, i loss my money please refund my money or data

      Pl.refer to my mobile no.[protected] which was updated to 4G LTE . There was balance of R.57 on 12.09.2017 and in the morning of 13.09.2017 the entire balance was shown Rs.1/-. I have used this number for any service.

        Sir i purchase panasonic air conditioner. Salesman tell me about resq plan. It include instalation and uninstallation free of charge any where in india within warrenty period. It relplace or repair every part of ac with free of charge. But in actual it is false. They are taking charges for this. And tell me that if i want they will cancel resq plan and refund my cost of resq plan. They take around 9500 rs for this. Now they not pickup my call and not refund my amount. My serial no of resq plan is 95629. I buy from reliance retail ltd alfa mall ahmedabad vastrapur

          I want to stop all services like incoming and outgoing of the number [protected]. As i am not being to be able to use this number from last 4 5 months.
          As i talked with customer care they said i need to go to retailer (Ashish mishra noida bhangel) to close this number.
          But when i went to retailer he said that he need the request number for closing the number registered with customer care.
          From yesterday i am not being to be able to contact customer care.
          As without using this number i got bill of around 710 rupees now i want to close this number.
          I request to take action.

            I had closed my wireless dongle account long time back and it was not fixed line as claimed by you. Also, the dongle disconnection process was a simple email to customer care.

            After all these years i get this email from your advocate. Note that no prior email was send to me in all these years. This is scam or what???

            Dear sir/madam,

            On instructions of my clients, reliance communications limited and reliance communications infrastructure limited, i hereby serve upon you with the following legal notices:

            1. That you had subscribed to the telecom services being provided by my clients on the basis of terms and conditions of the customer application form which was duly signed and executed by you. Our client, reliance communications ltd. Have from time to time raised bills for the services availed by you.


            2. That my client on your specific request had agreed to provide the services as desired by you and in lieu thereof you had duly signed and executed the customer application form and other related forms duly agreeing to all the terms and conditions thereof. You by signing the caf had duly understood all the terms and conditions of the agreement and one of the conditions being that all payments with regards to the said services shall be made by you in time without failure or delay. Upon your agreeing to the terms and conditions of the agreement and by signing the caf form and other related forms, the aforesaid fixed line phone connection and a customer billing account number[protected] was duly allotted to you.

            3. That as per the terms and condition of the agreement, you were under legal obligation inter alia to make payments on time of the periodic invoices raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said invoices from my clients, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. Due to the non - payment of your legitimate dues, my client was compelled to disconnect your aforesaid fixed line phone connection. Further as on date a sum of rs. 1795.92/- is due and payable to my clients, in this regard. It is further submitted that despite the agreement being entered by you with my clients, you have intentionally and deliberately breached the trust of my clients by violating the terms and conditions of the agreement which clearly amounts to a punishable offense under section. 406 ipc., by violating the terms and conditions of the said agreement you have also made yourself liable for criminal prosecution as well as of civil liability for recovery of the said amount which is due to my clients.

            4. That my client assumes that your conduct was intentional and deliberate by not making the payment to my clients after duly availing the services offered by them. This act of yours is indicative of a dishonest intention of causing wrongful loss to my clients and wrongful gain for your-self, inter alia amounting to cheating my clients which may culminate into a criminal offence punishable under section 420 of ipc with imprisonment or fine.

            5. That in the aforesaid circumstances, we have been instructed by my clients to demand from you immediate payment of the aforesaid amount of rs. 1795.92/- and to give you this notice, that if case you fail to make the payment to our clients the aforesaid sum of rs.1795.92/- together with interest thereon within 7 days from the date of the receipt of this notice, we have definite instructions from our clients to adopt appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you in the competent court of law at your entire risk, costs and consequences.

            6. That as per the agreement you are also liable to pay 2.5% interest per month on the aforesaid amount from the date of default till actual realization.

            7. This legal notice supercedes any other legal notice (S) send to you for the captioned purpose on behalf of my clients. For any clarification, you may please contact mr. Arshad malik ([protected]) mail id rcomdl. [protected]@relianceada.com, & mr. Rupender bharti ([protected])

            8. That in case you already have made the requisite payment before the receipt of this notice, in that scenario kindly treat the aforesaid notice as withdrawn, provided the proof of payment details are sent to us.

              I bought the reliance broadband stick and used it for 1 month in july 2011. It was very slow and connectivity was poor, so i paid all the month's bill and moved on to airtel. The bill was paid and all dues cleared in aug 2011 at the reliance shop in vasant kunj and no further emails or bills were sent after this. But now, after 5 years, i am getting an email from someone claiming that the bill has not been paid, is this a scam???

              Hi, did you get any clarification from reliance on your concern ? I too had received exactly same mail just amount mentioned was different. I had sent mail to customer care but they didn't reply back. It seems person so called Manoj som had sent spam to emails.
              Same notice to me as well...which I.left in 2009 and don't know.how these guys have my old data

                Hello,

                I would like to inform you regarding the postpaid mobile account connection which is not disconnect after discussed multiple times with customer care and reliance web world.

                After multiple times requested through email and with discussed cce, my phone no. Is not disconnected and bill was generated. Then i didn't pay the bill amount.

                After sometime my phone has been disconnected and now they generated the bill.

                Could you please help me on this, how can i do complaint to senior management about the information.

I complaint so many time but cokpany not respond me. Cimpany harshed me. So, plz i request you take action again this company and plz back my mobile main balance.                     Dear sir,
                    I made recharge of rs 93 for 4g data pack 1gb 4g for 28 days on 17sep 2017. But only 1gb for first day worked 4g from 2nd day even opening google page takes long time... Please check the same 3days i wasted 1gb per day and only can use 100mb due to low speed... I tried calling 198 no and alternative nos but not able to connect... It disconnected automatically all the time without connecting to executive... Kindly help asap

                      Without any reason without any information they stopped my services even bill is in negative, i have given them appeal, request and sent mail on many time, called customer care number of time been on hold for 45 to 50 minutes 3 times still no one hear. It is my old number i am using it since 2009, it is on my name my house address i have details with me.

Then after 3 days the 4g data is stopped and now i have left with only 3g data and which is not working. Called customer care for complaining and they didnt pick up. Attaching the package activation message with this. Please need to resolve it asap.

                            I have tried from atleast 10-15 days to contact customer care but cannot contact them. Whenever call is connected with customer care it will automatically disconnected. Also i send message 20-30 times for upc code on 1900 but not receive any revert. I donot know where i would approach for this. Please help me in this regard. A separate number ([protected]) is also provided for j&k customer only, but this number is also not working.

                              I am fed up of your services, I am loyal customer of your since 5 years. But these years i am really very unhappy with all your services as there is always 4 or 3 Rs reduction on my no on daily basis. And when i tried to contact customer all customer care executive disconnect my phone and hold my line after four five min they disconnect my phone.

                              If you wont reply on call or mail how an customer will contact. Sorry but your services are pathetic for other customer other than reliance Jio.

                              Kindly look into matter and resolve otherwise i switch to other network.

                              After just 15 days you again start deducting my balance.This shows Reliance coomunication wont be good company better to switch to other network.Thanks for your support.But still dont find any solution and keep on deducting balance as well as your loyal customers.

I thought Reliance communication wont need any customer because they are not here to entertain us they are just for profit here. Fed up with the services.

                                  The number is [protected]. I will get only 1 point signal always even cant use internet. The net will be on for a while and then off always. I try to contact wt customer care but its always unavilable. No network no internet no customer care worst service, help me and solve this issue,, pls. The network signal not even up from 1 point, cant even use internet. Solve this

                                    I am sant pal singh from sirsa. I had a reliance postpaid number from a long time.in march, 2017 i ported my number to airtel network. At that time my security and advance paid bill total near about 1000 rupees i have to take back from reliance communications. At that time present office in sirsa jai shiv bholey in gandhi market promise me to give my money in 90 days. Then i ported my number to airtel. After three months i visited many time to that office to ask about my money back. But they said reliance has failed and fraud. Reliance is not giving even my money of mobile phones how they would pay your money back. So i am in real tension. So please give me my money back.

                                      Reliance is deducting amount from balance without any reasons from last few months.
                                      When i try to reach the customer, call will be disconnected automatically.
                                      It's really disgusting to see such a worst service from reliance.
                                      They are earning money just by looting people.
                                      I am planning to go to consumer court. And port the sim to other network.

                                        I have taken reliance postpaid connection in a plan 299+tax where i used to get bill of 450 - 550 in the month of aug i have rcd a bill of rs.950 when i enquired they said your plan has been upgraded and a advance monthly rental has been added where i have not requested for and have spoken to cc to cancel the upgrade and retain in same old plan and rhey confirmed to minus the extra amount and pay the remaining amount which i did and this month sep i rcd a bill adding the bal of previous month and now i requested for porting the number to other network but they are not giving approval and reliance has got no mobile outlets all closed down and no customer care support available very badly stuck and can't come out of it can someone help

                                        This message keeps coming and nothing getting reaolved and ###### have now sent a message saying you have to pay 1084 outstandings
                                        Post in Govt Site. You will get things resolved soon.
