I have done recharge on 28 april 2017 for 6 months and 25 days of service, for 1260 recharge on[protected].

Yesterday service was stopped. I used only 4months and 21 days of service.

Why you are doing fraud with customer. Enable the service immediately without further delay. Call me on [protected] immediately.

    I have recharged my sim with 193 pack offering 1gb with 56days validity. Till 2gb it works good but after that it was loading on in 2g. If the sim is in 4g network the data does not load and it loads only when it is in 2g. It shows your 4g lite balance is 55235.11 and 4g data balance is 0. I have tried the customer care number 198 but there was no response and i cannot speak to customer care. I have even tried other tollfree number but the response was same. But neither of these. No one is there to attend your call. Please help me to get net in 4g

      Ussd *129# provides special offer to reliance gsm customer. I m also a gsm customer so i checked out for latest offer available for me. It was showing that at recharge of 154 rs i will get 1gb daily data for 84 days so i recharged my number by that pack on 15sep2017. I got the confirmation message for the same instantly. I had 230rs in my main balance and also 1gb data daily pack was also available. So i start using data on recharge day everything was fine but next all my main balance was duducted but still my mobile data balance was available that is 1gb but still the money was deducted from my main balance. Now i want to complaint about this problem to customer care but from last 3 days. I continuously trying to call them but the call is not connecting to any of customer care representative. I want solution of this problem soon. Pls help ne solve my problem

        I have a reliance no [protected]. I recharged for 93 rupees for 1gb/day 3g data for 56 days but after recharged i got onlu 1 gb for 1 day i tried to call customer care many times but there was technical issue

        I really want to say that i m tottaly disturbing by call to call customer care for my data

        And my study is also disturbing by you

        And i am saying last time to you

        After this i will contact to consumer forum

            I am complaining here for your customer service helpline numbers.. We call them but not getting any proper response.. I called them regarding my reliance number.. They add services on my number which i don't use and without my permission and any information.. They deduct my money always.. This is not correct.. Please look into this asap..

              I have recharged my sim with 193 pack offering 28 gb and 30 min call per day with 28 days validity. Till 4gb it works good but after that it was loading on in 2g. If the sim is in 4g network the data does not load and it loads only when it is in 2g. It shows your 4g lite balance is 24235.11 and 4g data balance is 0. I have tried the customer care number 198 but there was no response and i cannot speak to customer care. I have even tried other tollfree number but the response was same. But neither of these.               My relience no is [protected], they deducted my balance appox 40 rs balance without any intimation and started any useless service and i tryied to contact with cutomer care but i think it is the worst kind of care they didnt talk me . i need my balance back immediately.

                Unfortunately, i have lost my mobile phone yesterday morning, i tried to search but i couldn't find its. Now i want to block its simcard, number [protected] (Reliance), so that anybody could not able to its use.                     As i had activated a pack of rs.94 2g net pack. The pack was also activated but while using net. My phone balance at that time is rs.140 but instead of reducing my net balance you had reduced my phone balance. Now my phone balance is rs.0.080. So please it's your responsibility for my balance. If you recharge my phone then i will be thankful. You can check my number [protected].

                      Dear sir,
                      On dated 19 aug`2017 i tried to recharge my reliance prepaid mobile no [protected] through paytm the recharge status shown that the amount of recharge is successful. But the recharge amount is not credited into my mobile no [protected] nor credited into my bank account.
                      Then i tried to contact the paytm customer care they gave me the details the details given below
                      '"your transaction against order id [protected] for recharge of mobile number [protected] has been successfully processed and your operator has confirmed the same.

                      Once the transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be rolled back or refunded.

                      In case you have not received the recharge benefit (S), kindly contact the operator’s customer care team with reference number [protected] shared by the operator with us."

                      Then i tried to contact the reliance communication customer care one of the representative attend my call and promised that your amount will be credited into your main balance a/c. After 5 days i tried to communicate the customer care no one receive my call or amount was not credited into my main balance account.

                        Just few hours ago i have recharged my no. And again rs.20 has been deducted for this which is not done by me.
                        Therefore i would request you to refund my balance quickly. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible

                        Madam/dear sir, an total amount of rs 70 has been deducted from my reliance gsm mob no-[protect] as adpaystrmgmlysubs while there is no any such service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly. Please refund my amount. Otherwise i'll sue the company. Once i recharge, at that second even the amount is taken by this service monthly monthly it irritates me more. Resolve my issue...

                          My bill of july 2017 came with advance rental which i refused to pay and had talk with customer care on.. August 1, at 5.17 pm...10 aug 1.45 pm...23 aug 4.57 pm and 6.00 pm... Everyone confirmed me about removing the advance rental from bill though i paid normal bill on time... But nothing happened and again my next bill came with extra rental... Again i had talk with customer care on 2 sep 4.07 pm from [protected] number... She assured me of no problem further and i paid the normal bill.. Now i am receiving messages almost daily of not paid the bill... I have all the above mentioned calls recorded with me...

                          Please solve this issue... This harassment is frustrating...

                            2. Facing acute problem in sudden fall of balance amount as when mobile no. [protected] is recharged
                            3. This very deduction occurs in every top-up of recharge amount
                            4. This filthy cheating activity of the co. Is compelling me to adopt the service of other transparently behaved mobile co.

                            Please redress my above mentioned acute problems within 3 days from the receipt of this complaint otherwise market is open.

                              I recharged my phone with 89rs net pack which promised me to give 1gb data per day but speed is slow whereas earlier when i recharged for the same it gave me very high speed..
                              Also whenever i recharge for talktime, the whole of its get deducted everytime.
                              Do resolve my problem as i tried many times to contact by calling on customer care number but all in vain.

                                Sir, i recharge my sim with rs 90.in rs 90 company promis to give 1gb 3g data for 28 days. But when i recharge that amount company only give 2gb data for 2days. I recharge my account after message which provided by reliance.in confirmation also mention that congratulation you get 1gb data per day for 28days. Sir please help me in this issue. Company always fraude with his customer.

                                  Its 3rd time now that my balance got deducted. I got message that some
                                  service is subscribed for 7days and my balance deducted was 21rs, i
                                  dont have activated any service. Before also 2 times, my balance
                                  deducted but without service and now reliance want basis for deduction
                                  so activated some service. i deactivated that game service in a second
                                  immediately got the message of activation of that service. i demand my
                                  balance back, refund my balance of rs 21, my no. -[protected]

                                    My reliance landline no for broadband connection [protected].my subsciber id[protected].s.sornalakshmi ..door no 44 .a.2/kovalan nagar main road.Tvs nagar. madurai .Tamilmadu.since i cannot pay my bill online through relaince my services, i paid through service centre, ellis nagar, madurai.this is not updated in your system.Every month after bill paying daily phone calls from your stagf enquiring about bill.this anoyed me.i contacted your customer care and told to disconnect srrvice who told that they told that after being confirmed by another telephne call disconnection will be done.later i changed my mind and infomed your office not to disconncet.as they told i have not confirmed about disconnetction when theu called.even i have attend the call since i was busy with work.but they disconnected and taken the modem.when enquired your staff told 1500 rs and photo id to be given for new connection.i never confirmed disconnection i want to continue.i have given complaint in the nation consumer forum.my complaint no 428638.they require within 7 days redressal to my concern.otherwise consumer case will be filed.kindly do the needful.my contact no.[protected]

                                        September 2017. I checked my balance and i saw that only 10.40 rupees left
