I using your sim relience and i am really very fed up about your service, if i call to coustomer care he/she directly disconnect my call. Its not first time, always same when i call. I dont know why they not answering my call and ignore. If you cant solve the problem i sorry to say i can't use your service anymore.

    I have made recharge worth 93 for 1gb data ped day for 28 days on 7 july ([protected]). But i receive data only on 17 july. Now network is not worked.
    Then i tried to call customer service centerbut call not connected. So please check out the problem immediately. If with in 3 days problem is not sort out then i'll port our sim in other communication company.

        Sir, i have prepaid gsm no of reliance communication [protected]. Without having any vas service reliance is deducting my balance on the name of vas shotformat gsm amounting rs.50. While going to deactivate value added service by dialing there toll free no 155223, they told me there is no value added service for your prepaid no. Kindly help me and make my money refund.

          Hello sir, i am a user of reliance gsm service and using reliance gsm no. [protected]. On my number without informing me, i have many charge making services are activated automatically which cost me around 30 rs per month. I had complained many time to deactivated these services but still they are not deactivating my charge making unwanted services. Once i had complained this then anyone (Customer care) give me some number (198) to dial to deactivate any service, but without deactivated the current service, it activated 1-more extra charge making service and they are not able to refund what so ever they have charged for. I have requested several times to deactivate the caller tune service. However they are still charging monthly rent as 30 rs. Per month on dated 14th of every month and recently they have deducted rental charge on 14th jul 2017. Please take proper action against reliance communication so that i can get refund as well as need to stop the service.

            I had discontinued my reliance data card in 2015. After one year of completion they send fake bills. Then i reached reliance web world for query where i disconnect my data card. They said your data card shows nill balance so the bill was fake. After two and half year that is 2017 we get sms that you have pending balance of 472, always reliance doing same mistake for disconnected customer

                My reliance land line numbers[protected]/14 are not working. Phone no[protected] has not been working since over 2 months. Even after lodging complaint over and over again the issue has not been resolved. The number 30472013 has also stopped working since 1 week. These phones are being used in a commercial setup and it is really inconvenient to even call up your customer service which we do several times because it takes 1 hour for a response from the other side because your customer service executives are always busy.
                But must give credit that your collections team starts calling up 1 week before the bill payment due date.
                Interestingly i have been informed by your call centre executive that my issue has been resolved after i lodged a complaint on 16/6/17. It never was resolved even for 30 seconds.
                Today after holding for 30 minutes i have finally lodged a complaint again.[protected] is my complaint no. Waiting...

                  I have reliance gsm prepaid number [protected]. Everyday my balance is getting debited for unknown reasons. Each day my balance gets reduced by rs 10/-. I have complained this once on customer care and once on reliance instacare. They also gave me a complain number[protected]. My problem has still not been resolved and they have closed the complain without intimating me anything. I have been trying to call all possible numbers for reliance customer care but there is no success. None of the number works, the instacare app also does not provide any agent to chat with. I am tired of trying to reach to them but i am surprised that have the worst customer complain resolution. I have not got any service activated on this number yet they are charging me each day. We recharge our phone to use it and not for reliance to eat our phone balance. They are simply ridiculous with no care of their customers. Please get the problem resolved.

                      Stil waiting for my refund, i have already sent scan copy of receipt and followed your customer service dept several times.

                      I was told that i will received refund after 2 month but now i am getting mails that my bill is due.

                      Don't understand how reliance customer care service work because every time there will be new mail from a new person. why dont a single person handle particular query.

                      Is this a new way of reliance customer service to harass customer who's seeking refund because i have never seen such practice by any service provider.

                      As discussed, please check the attached cash receipt of 446/- paid on 5.7.17 at virar store (Shop No 4, Pearl Sagar Building, Virar West, Palghar - 401303, Behind Petrol Pump, Inside Shripal Complex) not reflecting in my account yet.

                      I am following Reliance on mail as well for confirmation of 446/- rupee but no reply from reliance customer care and there is only one reply that query has been raised to concern department but no concern department is replying on same.

                      How many days does it take to Reliance to confirm with their store for receipt of customers payment so you are requested to please talk to your store and credit my account with 446/- so we can know the actual amount of refund.

                      Its been more than 2 weeks now, following Reliance for confirmation of payments only.

                      Your cooperation is highly appreciated in this matter.

                        No outlet is available in Bengaluru to contact and no one from Reliance Communications contacted to address the issue. Still problem is not solved and I wish people concerned with customer care will resolve the issue IMMEDIATELY.

                            Sir / madam,

                            This is to request you to close the connection of the number [protected] because the commitment what was given at the time of taking this connection was found to be false now. I just came to know by the customer care executive of reliance that the plan what i am using is not at all unlimited. Even the data plan what i am using that is very poor in terms of speed as well as capacity. I have been offered better plan by other service providers in terms of the data and call. Even the reliance jio is going to be more suitable with me for future. I was promised to get 3g speed what i have not received at my place in kolkata. Hence i have decided not to use this connection any more, i received an email from a reliance store (Shyambagar, kolkata, wb) for the same with the facility of lifetime unlimited data and calling facility.

                            So please send me the procedure to stop / close the connection of [protected] from now onwards.

                            I wrote the above email to all applet authority of reliance kolkata on 2nd march 2017 but did not receive any feedback from them. Moreover i received threat calls from twice from reliance for making the payment. My question is if i did not use the service thne why should i pay?

                              I was a user of reliance for years with post paid data card no ([protected]). I never skipped my bills. I went to reliance store naman telecom meerut and asked to terminate the account. I bought another reliance prepaid data card on that instant. He asked me to pay remaining balance of rs 800 for termination. He gave me the receipt of naman telecom and told that the server is low so he will not be able to provide reliance receipt.

                              Now the naman telecom no more exist on that store and reliance is threatening me for legal actions. Please forward my complain to reliance top authority. I just want to know that what benefit i got after getting attached to reliance for so many years.

                                We have not received our rent for the tower installed in our house at vivekananda road, kolkata since we signed a fresh agreement in october 2016. The situation has been made worse by the rude and non cooperative staff at the concerned office. It is disgraceful for a company like reliance to have employed such ill behaved staff. We would like our rent due for over 10 months cleared at the earliest and our complaint resolved.

                                  With reference to the above subject, we the residents of memorial street, hereby inform your good office that a mobile tower installation is in progress at no 17, memorial street, bharathinagar, bangalore 560001, behind bharathinagar police station. We would like to bring to your kind notice that reliance team has started installation of their mobile tower on the said building without obtaining noc from any of the neighbors. Schools are also located in the immediate vicinity of this building. There are several aged people and new born kids in the same locality as well. The owner has rented out the entire building and does not live in the building, request your support to stop the same.
                                  As most of them are aware of multiple hazardous issues associated due to radiation and emf effect causing variety of health problems like: headaches, memory loss, cardiovascular stress, birth defects, cancer etc. We the local residency have requested the land lord to stop the installation but there was no response from the landlord.
                                  To this effect, we have already submitted objection letters to the below office.

                                        I have been a customer of reliance company since last 7 years and i have never experienced such a worst company like reliance in my life even my friend circle of 20 boys feel the same. Your company should be fired and wind up soon. There is a bad word which really suits in urdu "laanat" that you better deserve. Ist you always activate the value added service by yourself and blame it on customers that they do and whenever the customers try to reach the carer and make the # company unvieled, you use to block their numbers. I recharged my no. Three times with rs 20 each and every time my account is deducted for # vas which i never activated myself. Since last two months i have been trying to call on 198 but the company has kept my no.in the black list. I want refund the amount of rs 40 as soon as possible. Otherwise i have lot of ways to unveil this fraudulant company.

                                        As the customer care promised me to have refund within 2 days and it has been 4 days and i didn't get yet. My no. was charged without my conscent by some Value Added Services of Rs 38. Today i got a SMS of Bollywoodmania to renewal the subscription for what i don't know when and how it was activated. Kind take this matter into your concern and do the needful .Refund the above said amount as soon as possible, otherwise i will take a hard action against you.
