Dear sir,
I have made a recharge of 93 rs. (1 gb data/day for 28 days) through paytm for reliance no[protected] on 18 jul 2017. Recharge was successful from paytm side and 93 rs was deducted from my account.
Though i was able to receive call on the above no and saw my offer through *129# ussd code, but after recharge i received a sms from reliance provider that recharge can not be process.
Later i called 121 customer care number where i found that services are stopped for above number.

So it is kind request that either start services again or refund paid amount.

    1. Rcom is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from rcom signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by rcom and availed by you from time to time.
    2. Rcom further states that as per the running account maintained by rcom total principal amount of rs.375/- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected] rcom herein has inform time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.
    3. Rcom states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by rcom you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which rcom is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against you.
    4.in view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, rcom do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 375/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within three (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 29 july, 2017 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 contact person irfan [protected]/[protected] e-mail:- rcom.       Hello sir, i am using number [protected]. My location is ram nagar colony, guru nanak pura, amritsar, punjab, india. I got 3g plan of 1gb per day, but i am not able to use internet even for a single hour. I am fully frustrated because i use money for no benefit. I got signels of h+ but not getting speed even of 2g plan, i am getting 3g speed between 2kbps to 17kbps. I even recharged my reliance mobile number with main account balance that it would not get any trouble in using internet. Sir, i am fully frustrated with your intetnet speed that i paid in full but am not satisfied with your service. It is my request to you to please resolve my problem so that i would be able to use and explore your network. I would be thankful to you.

        Sir, i have reliance prepaid no. [protected], i am fed up with the deduction of balance from my no. Without customer requesting for any value added services. Every time i recharge my no. With any amount, the very next day they deduct the amount stating that so and so service is activated on your no. And it hasn't happened once but numerous times. This is the reason that now i have stopped recharging my no. With any amount. I keep the balance nill. But day before when i recharged it with 80/- rupees, again the same thing happened. To my dismay, i checked my balance and 50/- rupees was deducted from it. And when i call for the complaint, they don't get the call connected to customer care executive and disconnect the call. I have tried calling from 4 different reliance nos. But same thing happens. Please look into the matter and i want my money refunded. Otherwise i am going to port out my no. From reliance to a reliable network airtel. This is such a cheap way of making money by such fraudulent ways. Shame on you reliance. Refund my hard earned money.

        I am very thankful to Consumer Complaints forum for addressing then complaints so quickly and forwarding it to them concerned department. Now about Reliance Telecommunications, it was a quick positive response from their end as well BUT for a short period of time. Undoubtedly the amount of 50/- rupees was waived into my account, but the relieved feeling didn't last longer. Today in their afternoon, amount was credited back into my prepaid balance, and to follow it shortly, again 50/- rupees was deducted from my balance, say it after 8-10 hours. NOW DO I HAVE TO KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT IT ON EVERY DAY BASIS. WHY DON'T YOU GUYS PUT AN END TO THIS FRIVOLOUS THING. ONCE THE AMOUNT IS CREDITED BACK AGAIN, I AM NOT GOING TO GET IT RECHARGED AGAIN WITH ANY TALK TIME AMOUNT. I AM SERIOUSLY DONE WITH THIS USELESS TIME CONSUMING THING TO KEEP POSTING COMPLAINTS, WHICH DO HAVE A RESOLUTION BUT JUST FOR A VERY SHORT PERIOD. ONE MORE TIME A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE. PLEASE WORK ON IT. IT'S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

        My reliance prepaid no. Is [protected]. Day before yesterday, i registered a complaint here for unnecessary deduction of 50/- rupees from my balance. I am very thankful to consumer complaints forum for addressing the complaints so promptly and forwarding it to the concerned department. Now about reliance telecommunications, it was a quick positive response from their end as well but for a short period of time. Undoubtedly the amount of 50/- rupees was waived into my account, but the relieved feeling didn't last longer. Today in the afternoon, amount was credited back into my prepaid balance, and to follow it shortly, again 50/- rupees was deducted from my balance, say it after 8-10 hours. Now do i have to keep complaining about it on every day basis. Why don't you guys put an end to this frivolous thing. Once the amount is credited back again, i am not going to get it recharged again with any talk time amount. I am seriously done with this useless time consuming thing to keep posting complaints, which do have a resolution but just for a very short period. One more time a very disappointing experience with reliance. Please work on it. It's very unprofessional.

        My Reliance prepaid no. is [protected]. I got a recharge done for 80/- rupees, and the talk time amount received was 64/- rupees. But all thanks to Reliance Telecommunications, my balance is nil due to the deductions from the company end and that too on their own. First a deduction of 50/- rupee, and after my registering a complaint here, the amount was waived into my account balance, but after some hours again they deducted the amount of 50/- rupees. After that my balance was 14/- rupees, and yesterday they deducted that too as well. No my balance is nill and I had not used a penny of my recharge amount to make any calls. DO I RECHARGE MY NO. FOR RELIANCE TO MAKE CHEAP MONEY THROUGH SUCH FRAUDULENT WAYS?
        TILL NOW NO RESOLUTION BEEN PROVIDED.
        WHOEVER READS THIS POST, MY APPEAL TO THEM THAT NEVER BUY OR PORT IN INTO RELIANCE NETWORK.
        YOU CAN USE THIS NETWORK ONLY IF YOU CAN KEEP YOUR BALANCE NILL..THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH ME NOT ONCE, TWICE, OR THRICE, BUT EACH TIME I RECHARGE IT WITH A TALK TIME.
        HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

          Dear sir, i reproduce my previous complaints against reliance communications below for which no action was taken by you. That is the fate of indian mobile consumers.
          "dear sir, i am having one rcom mobile number[protected] in tiruchirappalli, tamilnadu. They have debited rs.15 on 13.06.2017 from my above mobile. I could not register my complaint on their mobile. Then on 18.06.2017 also they have deducted rs.9 from my same mobile number. For this also i could not register my complaint to them from my mobile. They charge 50 paise for registering complaint by dialling their number 30333333. Frequently they deduct my talktime from my phone. Please advise them to stop this menace... Thank you, chellam. M"

          Inspite of my repeated complaints the rcom again debited rs.5 on 10.07.2017. Now today 17.07.2017 also they have debited rs.5. I am making these complaints to you and expect reversal and refund of my amount. Otherwise i have to complain to our prime minister's grievence cell. Thank you. Chellam

In response to my complaint dated 17.07.2017. the Reliance Communications has refunded the balance deduction of Rs.5 made on 17.07.2017. on 18.07.2017. But the balance deduction on 10.07.2017. is yet remaining unresolved. I thank and expect RCom not to repeat this kind of balance deduction in future. Thank you, Chellam,[protected].19.07.2017

            I recharge my reliance communication prepaid mobile no - [protected] with amount rs 220 on 8th july 2017.

            I checked balance twice or trice between 15th
            To 17th july & it has been observed that there was daily balance deduction of rs 6-7. Within a week around rs - 50 has been deducted. I barely used voice service for around 5 min during this period.

            After contacting customer care executive, i get to know that some vas service get aromatically activated on my account. I never activated it. I requested for full refund, but got only rs 3/- as refund.

            This company is charging customers unknowingly by auto activating some vas services.

            I request trai to take strict action against reliance communication ltd.

              1. Vas activated on my number and charges deducted from my balance. There are no any number on which i can talk to a customet care executive to refund my balance. When i call 198, *333,[protected] call ended when the call transffered to a customer care executive... I called hundred times.
              2. Is this number (Reliance bihar & jharkhand grievance officer contact details: [protected]) toll free or paid. I wasted rs 10 @ rs 1 per minute to complain about my problem on this number but no use.

              Please solve my problem and refund the balance asap.

                Hi,

                I'm manoj from chennai, tn.

                I was an user of reliance data card - [protected] with billing cycle 18th of calendar month.

                Due to my travel out of india i have requested for cancellation on 12-dec-15 but i got acknowledgement from reliance only on 22-dec-15 by the time i have already left india leaving my reliance device and my indian contact number to my aged father.

                Then on, i had kept in touch with reliance over mail and reliance customer care representatives kept in touch with my father trying to convince him to retain the connection but without luck.

                On 23-jan-16, i got bill rs. 350 for the cycle from 18-dec-15 stating this would be my last bill.

                Immediately, i made up mind to pay the bill from abroad over online option but by the time my service was terminated and system is unable to recognize my reliance connection stating 'service deactivated'.

                I was followed up by reliance customer care executives over mail couple of occasions, each time i have clearly told that i'm not in india and please give me any links to pay over online but no response till now after repeated follow-ups. Not sure they see my response rather i don't get any delivery failures.

                After months, my father have been contacted as he had my india number and threatened/abused about legal action if the above said sum is not paid.
                Then again i had reached out to reliance customer care over mail asking explanation over their behavior and requested them to acknowledge my response.

                Still occasional follow-ups are done over sms with threatens to legal action and no one has ever acknowledged me.

                Considering their rude behavior, i need to have the following answered and considered for concluding this.

                1) why i should be responsible for delay in their customer service response which resulted in another bill for me?
                2) how they can threaten/abuse my father without properly acknowledging my mails?

                      I have received arround rs. 300 extra in my bill for july 2017. After enquiry they mentioned it is for the security deposit and this will not be charged from next month. I am not sure why this is being charged inspite of paying my bills on time. I am also not sure if this amount will be refunded or not.                           Im feeling very awful to inform about the pathetic experience of reliance communication for the billing of my account number[protected].

                          I brought reliance 3g datacard for internet connection and used it for more than one year. After that reliance has started to upgrade the connections into 4g. I was also asked to upgrade my datacard to 4g. I refused at start, but later on reliance associates told me that no extra charge will be taken and there will be no change in the plan and pricing. Only on this statement (Not plan and price will be changed) i agreed.

                          Reliance has changed my dataplan to 4g. My datacard stopped working for more than 10 days for updation. Then reliance also changed the plan and bill amount without intimating to me.

                          My datacard plan was 5gb day and 5gb night. I was paying rs 688/- including taxes. I was satisfied with my plan. After converting to 4g they changed it with intimation and my continuous enquiry over helpline.
                          Now how reliance can change the pricing and plan without asking me.

                          After conversion to 4g network they started to charge me 1039 approx per month and i was not agreed for this as it was too high for me.

                          I asked them to close the account after paying them full amount i. E, rs 2140/- [request no[protected]] on 19/08/2016. I paid the whole amount without asking for any settlement or rectification. They told me that my request has been processed and i don’t have to pay anything else.
                          Later they told me that they have not closed my account and added some amount outstanding to it. I told them about the whole matter and they satisfied and after repeated calls on the same matter and same replies from my side they pacified and stop calling. Later i started getting smss from reliance and their executives are not even willing to take calls. They started harassing me my sending the same message18-20 times per day. Some of the contact numbers and names mentioned in the smss are:-
                          1. Rahul [protected] (Called on this number but he don’t want to talk & told me that he is
                          Not sending sms reliance is putting his number)
                          2. Ankit [protected] (Same response)
                          3. Aakash [protected] (Same response)
                          4. Suraj [protected] (Same response)

                          Im working as an associate professor with ip university and i highly recommend my students and relatives and anybody else not to deal with reliance in any form. They have worst network, customer care and ethics. Moreover they robbed me of rs.2140 + dongel i. E, rs1999/- + lots of pain & harassment, etc.

I too had complained customer care but didn't get any sure short solution and thereafter customer care aren't picking my call since last complaint was made..                               I am a resident of no 35 2nd cross dinnur main road r. T. Nagar bangalore 560032, opp to navodaya vidyanikethana

                              My neighbour (No 36 2nd cross dinnur main road r. T. Nagar bangalore 560032, opp to navodaya vidyanikethana) has constructed an unauthorised 4 floor building next to my house without any set backs - wall to wall - the site area is about 1000 sqft the road width is hardly 2.5 to 3 metres

                              The normal building bye law of bangalore has not been followed for the safety of the residents in the area

                              As per the norms prescribed by the odissi government a minimu mof 3 metres from the structure is essential on all the sides of the building which is not done

                              The main reason for the complaint is over and over the construction o[censored]nauthorised structure he has raised a 4g tower of an height of about 30 feet above his roof terrace

                              The has not taken any noc from the neighbours and has erected in a densely populated residential area where roads in dinnur main road r. T. Nagar are very narrow and small

                              The tower as per the study from internet is highly radioactive and has biological effects on the human body. The study has been made by various agencies copies of such report is attached for your information and favourable action. Brief such symptoms are as under :

                              1. Chronic fatigue
                              2. Hyperactivity
                              3. Walking up between 3am and 6 am
                              4. Teeth grinding or tossing
                              5. Cramps in feet or calves
                              6. Hyperventilation
                              7. Palpitation
                              8. Stiffness
                              9. Rigid shoulder
                              10. High blood pressure etc. Etc.

                              When a human body is exposed to the electromagnetic radiation, it absorbs radiation, because human body contains 70% of liquid. It is similar to that of cooking in the microwave oven. The human height is much greater than the wavelength of the cell tower transmitting frequencies, so there will be multiple resonances in the body, which creates localized heating inside the body. This results in boils, drying up the fluids around eyes, brain, joints, heart, abdomen, etc

                              At night we have to relax and not receive more stimuli than in the daytime. A person, when sleeping, is estimated to be 200 to 400 times more sensitive to radiation or other stimuli. Make sure your bed and your children’s beds have no electrical sources in the vicinity.in other words: no electric blanket, no waterbed heating, no adjustable bed by means of electric motors (Unplug), and no electrically powered clock radio. Put your mobile phone in another room, or even better switch it off. If necessary, purchase a small battery driven alarm clock.
                              If you live near an electricity substation, pylon or within one kilometre of a cellular tower, consider adaptation /protection or relocation if necessary if you are very sensitive and always tired.

                              The rules adopted by odisa government for installation of the tower is as under

                              Location and permissibility:
                              The location of telecom towers shall be located on the vacant lands to the extent possible. If locating the base station and antenna in residential area is unavoidable, then the service provider shall identify the building which is in design stage and plan the erection of base station and antenna tower (As per the requirements under this
                              Regulations) above such building by taking in to account the sufficient load of such high tower in the design and planning if such building from the beginning itself. Possibility of exploring the multiple users of a single tower shall be explored.

                              However permission for installation of towers shall be given as per priority listed below.
                              I. First preference shall be given to the location of tower in the forest areas.
                              Ii. All municipal buildings except educational and health institutions buildings.
                              Iii. Other govt. Buildings
                              Iv. Non-residential buildings.
                              V. Residential areas (As defined in the development plan or master plan)
                              A. Vacant land after clearance from concerned authority.
                              B. Residential vacant plot leaving minimum 3m setback all around.

                              Setbacks:
                              An area of 3m radius shall be left as set back around the tower.
                              5. Restrictions:
                              The permission to install telecom tower shall not be given in cases where the proposal
                              Is submitted for construction/erection:
                              I. On a building which is abutting less than 9m right of way.
                              Ii. Within 300 meters radius of a monument declared by archaeological survey of
                              India or state archaeology
                              Iii. Within 100 meters radius from a high security zone/building, etc.
                              Iv. Restrictions imposed by the competent authority whenever the location is
                              Proposed nearer to natural drainage channel/national highways/railway tracks
                              V. Within the funnel zone of the airport, unless otherwise necessary clearance is
                              Obtained from the local airport authority.
                              Draft special regulation for installation of telecom towers in urban areas
                              3
                              Vi. 100m radius from the educational and health care institutional buildings. (The
                              Instrument radiating the emission shall not be installed within the distance of
                              36m from the area where people are having habitation for minimum 8 (Eight)
                              Hours during more than 100 (Hundred) days in a year).
                              Vii. On buildings which are unauthorized and structurally unsafe.
                              6. Installations of ancillary equipment’s:
                              I.in order to avoid any eventuality due to thunder storm, lightning conductors/
                              Arresters have to be installed.
                              Ii. Generator set installed at the tower site to cater to the power requirements of
                              The antenna shall confirm to the noise and emission norms prescribed by the
                              State pollution control board.
                              7. Nocs/ permissions required:
                              The following ‘no objection certificates’ (Noc) required for the service provider
                              For getting approval from the concerned authority:
                              I. Noc from owners of the residential buildings/ plotted houses (If tower is located
                              Within 100m distance)
                              Ii. Noc from the archaeological survey of india / state archaeology, wherever
                              Applicable.
                              Iii. Provisional permission from the department of telecommunication in favour of
                              Service provider.
                              Iv. Noc from local authority like urban local body/ development authority, which
                              Is having its administrative control on the building and wherever erection of
                              Telecom tower is proposed.
                              V. Permission from the state pollution control board wherever applicable.
                              Vi. Permission from the airport authority of india wherever applicable

                              Kindly also refer to your clipping in the hindu on 5th december 2012 regarding installation o[censored]nauthorised mobile towers which reads as under :

                              As per the bda rules, any person leasing out his or her terrace for the erection of a mobile towers needs to get bda’s sanction for utilising residential space for commercial purposes.

                              Bda commissioner t. Sham bhat on monday issued the order to the town planning department seeking its report on the status of buildings where owners have erected unauthorised mobile towers.

                              In his order, mr. Bhat stated that bda must ensure that building owners who have not got the permission must be brought to book.

                              In his memorandum mr. Shivakumar said the bda (Allotment of sites) rules 1984 clearly stipulate that land allotted by the bda for residential purposes cannot be diverted for commercial use without permission.

                              “despite this, several house owners have gone ahead with leasing out the terrace space of their homes to erect these mobile towers, ” he said.
                              We request you to please take suitable steps in safeguarding the interest of the people living around for healthy living and request the owner to shift the structure anywhere else.
                              The said building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a school just opposite the said building and a nursing home just adjoining the said building. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of supreme court delhi towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. So please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. I have already told him for removing that tower but they have not taken action on this matter. Also we have complain to local authority’s but there has been no action after so many complains.
                              Please remove mobile tower from above mention address so that we can save our life.
                              Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action.

                                Reliance gsm has been declining my porting of sim to other network my no is [protected],,,, customer care has such a rude while talking and they had me providing me alternate option which i don't want... It violating my rights to choose any network i want... Even i threatened to call local consumer forum but rudely they told me you can't do anything of such big company it will ultimately lead to your loss of time and money...                                   I have main balance rs. 158.01 on dated 17/07/2017 morning. I have internet plan 1gb (3g data in my existing plan. I have used 0.5 mb data extra other than plan. I dont have received any msg or call information regarding excess data. After that rs. 96.16 deduct from my main balance amount without any information.
                                  I have tried many time at customer care but no answer.
                                  Could you please resolve the problem and add amount in my main balance.
                                  Otherwise i will take a legal action against the company.
                                  Because i dont have any type of information regarding excess data and amount deduction.

                                      My name is t himavarsha, we the customer of reliance communication of lte no:[protected] in connection with the reliance dealer srinivas in chirala, as we already closed the account by paying the amount of rs.957/- to the dealer and asked him to close the number dated 30/12/2016. He took the amount and gave us the acknowledment receipt for sim closure. Even though not having any kind of services from your side after two months we got a mail regarding the bill amount of the closed sim which was closed by me through the dealer on 30/12/2016. An odd amount of 1700/- so. Then i contacted the dealer and i was shocked to hear that he did not close the sim but he is blaming me to check with the customer care people of reliance, then from that day im getting so much of calls and messages threatening me that "we will proceed with a legal action and all..."im repeatedly asking the dealer about this issue and he is telling me that just ignore the messages and calls from reliance people it is of no concern. But still today im getting this messages which this reliance people are torturing me with their calls too. Im having the receipt of the sim closure given by the dealer. Just go through it and resolve my issue as soon as possible or else i will proceed with a complaint of mental harrasement even though i paid the bill amount to this reliance.
