I'm manoj from chennai, tn.

I was an user of reliance data card - [protected] with billing cycle 18th of calendar month.

Due to my travel out of india i have requested for cancellation on 12-dec-15 but i got acknowledgement from reliance only on 22-dec-15 by the time i have already left india leaving my reliance device and my indian contact number to my aged father.

Then on,...

Sir/ madam my complaint from last one year but network problem is same. I had cdma network in my village but now change to 4g network problem again and again. Approximately 20 to 30 number change from reliance cdma to.4g network. My request is resolve this problem asap.
My village every personal rs 2000 to rs rs 10000 purchase a new handset for convert cdma to 4g network and cdma handset is wastage. My village location is singhwin...

My mobile no [protected] and i have reliance gsm card.
Reliance dedicated my 142 rs main balance on 12-7-17, while i have net balance too in my mobile phone.
And when i call customer care to complain about deduction they disconnect my call.

I want my 142 rs balance back in my phone and stop these this types of cheating with customers again in future....

I have received arround rs. 300 extra in my bill for july 2017. After enquiry they mentioned it is for the security deposit and this will not be charged from next month. I am not sure why this is being charged inspite of paying my bills on time. I am also not sure if this amount will be refunded or not. I am posting this from bangalore and the person i spoke to is sandhya. (17/07/2017)

I have recharged rs. 80 on 14.7.2017 in no. [protected]. From that day continuously my balance has been deducted without any call. Nw my current balance is 49 rupees. So i want my balance back i. E.31 rupees. Since yesterday i m trying to reach to customer care service. But they are not receiving my call. If you don't take any action or dnt refund my money i will change my change this network service. I m really disappointed with your customer...

I brought reliance 3g datacard for internet connection and used it for more than one year. After that reliance has started to upgrade the connections into 4g. I was also asked to upgrade my datacard to 4g. I refused...

Reliance gsm has been declining my porting of sim to other network my no is [protected],,,, customer care has such a rude while talking and they had me providing me alternate option which i don't want... It violating my rights to choose any network i want... Even i threatened to call local consumer forum but rudely they told me you can't do anything of such big company it will ultimately lead to your loss of time and money... Please resolve...

I have main balance rs. 158.01 on dated 17/07/2017 morning. I have internet plan 1gb (3g data in my existing plan. I have used 0.5 mb data extra other than plan. I dont have received any msg or call information regarding excess data. After that rs. 96.16 deduct from my main balance amount without any information.
I have tried many time at customer care but no answer.

Sir, i got fake offer later of your company. I just want that you take action on that. I got a call from monsterindia.com they fraud with me.. Take my money also.& i want to complain for them. My name is t himavarsha, we the customer of reliance communication of lte no:[protected] in connection with the reliance dealer srinivas in chirala, as we already closed the account by paying the amount of rs.957/- to the dealer and asked him to close the number dated 30/12/2016. He took the amount and gave us the acknowledment receipt for sim closure. Even though not having any kind of services from your side...

My number is prepaid [protected]..
But daily received massage for bill payment..
And i visit 3 different store for know what exact happens with my number but no one able to answer and provide detail about my number

I get message from reliance at my gsm no. [protected], recharge rs 50 & get 65 talk time. But when recharge get only rs. 39. Trying to call customer care no. 198 but nobody response.
That type incident not first time continuously facing such problem, last time regularly they deducted my main balance for net surfing, at that time i had already net plans....

I am reliance customer since mobile services introduced. My no. [protected] the bill amount rs.228.40 online with rcom paid with andhra bank debit card on 10.7.17. At 20.18. The amount has been deducted my account. The id no. And receipt has not been generated.. Earlier send the message but not any reply. Due to official work and mobile utility online credit rs. 228.40 online credit to reliance with andhra bank the receipt received...

I have a reliance gsm sim [protected] and whenever i had recharged my number during last 3-4 months it deducted the whole balance and say that you have activated some value added services but in originally i have not opt for any such services. I can't reach the customer care also. I tryed various time but can't connect to the customer care. Approximately you have deducted 200 rs. From my account balance. So kindly refund it....

I have recharged my no with 93 which provides daily usage og 1gb but you guys are deducting my balance again n again without any reason. I haven't subscribed to any full2music service of reliance. But money has been deducted from my account since tuesday 11th july till friday 14th july without my consent. It is getting deducted after subscription and even after unsubscription when we realized about it without our knowledge.

It is illegal for a network like reliance taking my hard earned money without the customer's notice.br...

She offered me a plan, over telephone, against one time payment of 1200.00 i would enjoy free call & data for 12 months. She also said that this plan is on offer only till 30th june, so i need to take...

The july bill shows the rental amount of rs 750 instead of the normal my plan of 350 rs
I have not asked for the change of plan either
Arrange to send the changed bill at the earliest
Even after best efforts could not speak to anybody on your 30333333 phone line
I have been on this plan for last few years and am happy with it and do not intend to change plan
Why these changes in plan without my consentbr...
