I have given back the post paid sim that was given to me by an reliance communication employee in my office. However i was asked to pay an amount of rs.398 for the sim which i have paid after lots of argument and consideration. I request reliance communications to deactivate or remove my my name and other credentials from this sim no.[protected] fiailing which i will be forced to take legal action.

    I want to port my reliance gsm sim as the network is not available in my area. But when i am sending the port message to 1900, i get reply "insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service".
    I am having current main balance more than ₹100/- but every time the same message i am getting.

    Also i am not able to talk to any customer care executive as they have very cleverly hidden the option to talk to them.
    I am very much frustrated as the network signal is not coming and i am not getting many otp required for my work.

    Request you to please resolve the problem asap.

    I have emailed you twice but got no reply.
    If I didn't have to keep the number I would have changed the operator immediately.
    I think this is deliberate attempt to stop consumers from porting the number.

      I am unable to receive my upc code from the company... Every time they receive my message but they never send me upc code... Upon asking customer care they tell me they didn't got any requests... Although every time message is received by them... Now they have blocked my no on calling to customer care... Every time i try to call phone get disconnected automatically... Worst customer service... I can't tolerate a sec in this ####### network... Please resolve my problem

        There has been no network on my reliance gsm... I tried changing sim slots. It is only happening in my phone. My friends have full network. I have tried contacting the reliance customer care centre but they are cutting off all my calls, i have also tried to manually select the network on my phone but it doesn't shows any network available for reliance but my friend's phone is fully connected to the reliance network in the same area. Help!

          Sorry to say but you are giving such a pathetic services. On 1st july. I took a 86plan in which i got 300min + 1 gb 3g for 28days. But i haven't use data pack and it has been finished. Doesn't matter.
          Again i recharged with same offer on 17 july.. And now today there is no data pack and minutes. I don't know where it's gone. But i had not used.
          So kindly give me a proper solution.
          Otherwise i will change it to other operator.

            Today on 14/7/2017 they activate the "BWOODMANIASub21" service for 7 days.
            i dont ask for it. and they deduct my balance also for that please reslove this issue asap.

              I have been a reliance communication postpaid user since 4 years, my credit limit is 2000rs only and payment of bill was regular. Online payment using reliance com website instant bill pay.
              Few months ago i was appointed a customer care office who suggested me to use a international roaming pack for rs 800 as i keep traveling to middle east for work. I had activated the pack but they failed to cater the service, the connection was not good, i never received stable network and could make only 2 calls. Hence i stopped using reliance sim in 3 days and started using local sim from mobili.
              After my return to india, reliance sends me a bill of 32000 rs saying my international usage was high. Once i raised a complaint after few days i get calls saying that my data usage is costing me 32000rs. I raised a complaint stating that my credit limit is 2000 and once the bill reaches two thousand the connection is disconnected. Above that i did not use it more than 3 days as their service was extremely poor.
              After a lot of hassle, i got a call from (Suraj) reliance billing asking to settle the amount and i was offered 7000rs. An email was sent as confirmation to which i replied with the payment proof to reliance. After a few weeks i get a call from (Vaishali) stating she is from reliance legal team asking me to pay.
              I discussed the same with them and sent them the proofs (Email communication and proof of payment), to which she replied that they were not from reliance and i still have to pay.
              I again called reliance and also sent an email to reliance customer care billing, reliance regional nodal officer, and other email ids from which i have been receiving email for payment.
              Things were settled after an email from reliance that my full and final payment. Was received 7000rs and account was closed. Further they wrote that they will escalate this issue to stop the calls i am receiving.

              Now after a few weeks i am continuously getting messages from some called z shaikh and m shaikh (Name is sometimes in the end of message) stating that i have to pay 25881rs or face legal consequences.
              Later i started receiving messages stating "i have to pay 25881 or be present in bandra court". Then messages say "after repeated follow ups you have failed to pay 25881, hence be present for conciliation call"

                  Reliance oultet in raipur (C. G) are making big scam by rotation customers money in some other use. When a customer comes to pay bill to any reliance outlet they would write the mobile no.in a register & amt. But the recipt for the amount paid is not given saying server problem or take in the eveing etc. But the amount is not paid for 2-3 days they return the amount but the customers get harresed by this they should give complusory computer printed receipt to all customers paying amount this did not happens to any oultet. Please send flying squad to all reliance outlet. The oultets are not giving receipt for the payment this issue was informed to the company representative many a times named mr ajay kumar ([protected]), virendra ([protected]) but he did not took proper action in the first case. There is big scam involved where reliance outlet should be shut. This is second time in month, oultets involved are pandri branch, station road branch. The officers are involved in this media news has covered this issue for station road branch long time back. There is serious issue money is being used in uethical practices. This issue has been reported to local police station as well consumer forum cell.

                  Pandri outlet should be closed permanently. The case was proofed to mr ajay kumar. And other outlets doing same practices should be closed and reported crime against them.

                      I am a resident of the state of karnataka. Four months back i received a call from one of the employees of reliance communications. About rs. 299 plan which gives us unlimited calls. They took rs.350 to issue sim. After activation the signals were very bad. Then i called the employee who introduced this plan to me. They asked us to modify the settings for tata docomo as they said they tie up with other service providers. The setting did not happen. Then i called back. They said that they are busy and call back. That did not happen. I fed up with this and requested to cancel. They did not do it. I even mailed to customer care. No response. I hardly used that sim for four or five calls for the last four months. I have paid two month's bill. Again they are asking me to pay rs.700+. Is this right?. I had faith in reliance. Now the name reliance seems to be meaning less. I need rs. 1250 and cancellation of sim activation.

                        My no is [protected]. My plan is freedom 350. My bill for june is disputed and my plan is changed to 399 without my permission or information. Why is this happening again and again. Customer care says detail bill is not yet generated and once it gets generated they will say sir you have to pay this time and settle this issue before next cycle. I have got better things to do then just keep calling u guys. This is your wrong doing and u should settle it. The whole process and actions from your side is ridiculous.

                          With reference to my above mentioned number i would like to bring this to your notice that in the month of june 2017 my balance which was close to 80 rupees was deducted from my account for value added services without any request being received from my side. Further on 17/07/2017 and 18/07/2017 a cumulative amount of rs. 50 was deducted from my account again for some value added services without any initiation from my side. On contacting the customer care when i asked how did you get the request for activation i was told that there is no record kept of these requests and the executive refused to lodge my complaint saying that we do not lodge complaints for such issues. I am deeply surprised by this act of the company and i request you to take some action in this behalf and help me in getting the refund of my entire money lost in the process.

                          The amount was restored in my account but the same has again been deducted on 20/07/2017. I am really surprised by this act of Reliance communications. Please reopen my complaint and refund my entire amount.

                            I made a complaint in 15 june 2017
                            Since then my connection is not working customers care said within 24 hrs my complaint will be resolved. It's more than a month and still my complaint is not solved. I tried to call customer care they just don't answer the calls.
                            If i request for waiver customer care ppl say sir complaint resolve honay kay baad waiver kay liye apply kijiye.
                            Bill desk ppl say no sir jab connection kaam nahi kar raha tha tabhi waiver ka request dena chahiye tha.
                            I requested for waiver but bill desk ppl say sir apkay account say data usage dikh raha hai.
                            What kind of customer care is this
                            Just call it customers harassment dept

                                I was a customer of reliance postpaid arp plan (Advance rental plan) and i got the number disconnected 2 years ago (Refer to number [protected]). And now after two years i started receiving a message from reliance that there is a pending bill amount of inr473 on my number and if i am not paying it they will be taking some legal action. First of all it was an advance rental plan that means that before the connection got activated i already paid inr1500 for 3 months and got it disconnected after 2 months as the service was not working in my area. Now after two years i am getting a message that 473 rupees are pending what kind of a behavior is this and was everyone sleeping till now that after 2 years you are saying 473 was pending. Now i dont even have the closure id with me that was generated for closure request.
                                How come customer is responsible if you are not even disconnecting the connection even after the request. Also before sending such messages why dont you even call the customer regarding the same.

                                I didn't hear anything from your side and neither the messages stopped. Is this the kind of service you provide to the customers who always pay their rent on time and specially ADVANCE Rent.
                                Very poor service and even worst customer care who dont even reply to the complaints sent to them

                                  Hi, i have recharged my reliance prepaid connection ([protected]) on 18th july 2017 via paytm, after deduction from my wallet i recieved notification about successful recharge but in reality i didn't recieved any msg of recharge on my number. Kindly help me by solving this issue otherwise i have to go through a unintended problematic phase which is not good for a loyal customer. Hope it will get resolved on priority.

                                  I have already mentioned you that my recharge is done via paytm. they have generated a reciept for that but while talking to your customer care they are saying that recharge is failed.                                     My name is ran vijay singh. I have reliance post paid number -[protected], we are using this number since last 7 to 8 yrs and we are paying bills on time. We never do isd. Our billing amount is always between rs.600 to 800. Bill cycle is 27 th of current month and 26th of next month and due dates is always 12th of everymonth.
                                    My last billing amount was rs.749 and i paid rs.800 (Paid 12 jun-2017).
                                    How can my outgoing call is stopped on 18th july at 10pm. Billing amount outstanding messaged rs.2600/- on 18th jun although bill cycle is 27jun to 26th july.
                                    Reliance company started cheating to the customer and wrong billing is doing now.

                                    This shows that we should now stopped using reliance services.

                                    I was calling continuosly to customer care from 10:30pm on 18th jun and my call was waiting for half an hour and nobody replied.

                                    In the morning able to manage to talk customercare officer, they were not able to explain why the bill amount in 18 days i. E from last billing cycle to till 18th jun-2017 is rs.2700/-. My outgoing call is stopped now.
                                    I will never use and will advise in my all friends circle don't use reliance services as they cheat customer by raising wrong bill. Customer care service is worst-not supporting.
                                    Is anybody in india who can bring the problem to chiarman directly or they are powerfull and normal people will be always sufferer.

                                    NO, WE DIDN'T INFORMED ANY BODY THAT MY CONCERN ADDRESSED. NOTHING RESOLVE AND AGAIN WE RECEIVED BILL AMOUNT I.E IN ONE MONTH TWO BILL AMOUNT.
                                    I wrote couple of mails to reliance customer care regardiing high bills(Rs2695/-) detail and my phones outgoing call is barred from 18th july2017.I received sms on reliance no.([protected]) on 18th july-2017 that my bill amount is rs.2695/- and my outgoing call barred.

                                    I called customer care number i.e. 30333333 so many time but it was not connecting and in last i was able to talk customer care executive.
                                    i asked why my bill amount is high pls give me details, but they replied that they are not able to tell why bill amount is high untill unless your bill will not be generated .It will be generated after bill cycle.
                                    My bill cycle comleted on 27th july-2017 but i didn't received any detailed bill on my registered mail ID.

                                    This is again we received sms of bill amount Rs.4193/- on 29th july-2017.My phone outgoing call barred on 18th july because of high bill i.e rs.2685/- and suddenly i recieved another bill amount I.E RS.4193/-
                                    SEE HOW YOU PEOPLE ARE CHEATING TO THE CUSTOMER AS IN ONE BILL CYLCE YOU ARE SENDING SMS OF RS.2685/- ON 18TH JULY-2017 AND BARRED THE CALL AND AGAING RS.4193/- BILL WE RECIEVED ON SMS ON 29TH JULY-2017.

                                      My reliance mobile no is [protected] and i have recharge it on 8/7/2017 for 93 rs and offer i get is 1gb 3g/per day for 28 days. But my internet is not working from 18/7/2017 morning and reliance customer care is not taking my call. Please solve my problem and when i am checking my daily data its showing no data balance in my account. And from 18/7/2017 signal are also is not good.

                                        I gsm prepaid customer [protected] recharged my gsm connection via paytm of rs.198. Dated 18july2017 at 7.36 pm.. Having paytm ref no. [protected]. At that time paytm confirmed that the recharge is successful but no balance is recieved. So i request u to do the specified recharge. I also placed complaint on [protected]@relianceada.com. But no action has been raken yet. So may it done as soon as possible.
