I have reliance postpaid connection used by my family member. Last month my father had done the payment of rs.400 through e-recharge, which was confirmed in the ivr, however, recently he received a message to make further payment of rs.809/- with a rental amount as 604/-. My concern is how the rental amount has been increased to 604/- as it was never the case so far. We have not even received the bill for the same. If the rent has been recently increased then it should have been informed on time as we are using the number for a senior citizen who is hardly using the services. As you can check this is a very old relationship with reliance & i am afraid if such heavy charges are getting levied then we have to think about switching it to your competitors. Request you to immediately look into this & send a favorable reply.

    This poonam basatiya, complaining for sending inappropriate legal notices messages.
    Last year i had submitted complaint for
    Behavior issue of reliance customer care executive nitin, mobile # [protected], of chandigarh zone.

    I was using reliance dongle in past but some in appropriate charges have been imposed.
    M very much disappointed to reliance product. I just asking for the fair charges and i m not going to oay any kind o[censored]b necessary charges imposed.
    Now despite resolving my issue sending me nad threating me for legal actions.

    It is harassment of your customers and definitely i will not tolerate this.
    Un necessary policies and charges just making the customers fool.
    This time i will go for complaint in consumer forum as this is totally not acceptable and taking un necessary amouny from customers.

      Already complaint email sent thrice to reliance team but they are not providing any resolution or justification, they don't even care respond.

      Hi reliance team,

      Before porting i had enquired in reliance gallery (Chakala). They suggested me 299 jalsa plan and explained me the tarif and about rs. 300 deposit.

      Now i have received a bill of rs. 434 for 7 days usage. When my plan offers me unlimited calling, 100 sms, unlimited data. (Not even used 2 gb data till now and data speed is very slow)

      Normally i should get of a bill rs. 299 + 54 (18% gst) = 353 (Monthly bill) that too if i do not exceed my tarif limit. And when we prorate this bill for 7 days it comes to rs. 82. Then how come reliance send me such bill. This is not at all acceptable. I need a proper explanation with breakup.

      I had lodged the complaint for the same. Cc team is not providing proper explanation for this.

      Please note i was using prepaid service before but now i have ported to postpaid. You cannot pre bill me without my usage or charge me any advance bill and nothing of such was ever communicated anywhere, anytime.

      My point is that they should have communicated such things to us.
      Already paid security deposit of rs. 300.
      On postpaid connection. Why are they charging advance rental of rs.299. (If such was case, they could have also added this 299 advance rental with security deposit and taken both while joining.)

        My aforesaid no. Is out of service last month too it was out of service for the reason of non payment of my another phone but my bills are connected to my credit cards and no payment is outstanding. Last month too on checking they found that payment was on time but i suffered for one week now again the same problem and your no.198 is not working properly.

        Please look into the matter and not only activate my phone but also see that this not happens again.

              Kindly note customer care have stated to do the recharge for 1500rs for the plan 847 they comitted they is no bill till december, i have believed i did the reacharge in the month of july 17, there is no dues and suddenly they send the bill for 650, and my phone number outgoing are barried, this is not the way u treat customer, i want to port the numbers without informing me they raised the number cancellation..                 Honorable sir, i have recharged for balance of rs. 30/-, but as usual the company deducted the money from balance without any intimation, it is likely to be as theft, but there is control on this company. Hence request to repay the amount at earliest as possible. My cell no. Is [protected], mostly you will find that so many illeterated customers are deceived in this way. So please stop this by charging heavy penalty to company

                    I was having reliance cdma number [protected] for last 10 years and last year on your request i have to start this number as prepaid gsm 4g. (Sim number:[protected]

                    Now the number is showing permanently terminated for which i had made several complaints to customer care through phone and email. But my issue is not sorted out.

                    However, from reliance customer care at dilshad garden i came to know that the number is still registered in my name. They told me that the number can be re-allotted to me if i take it as a postpaid connection.

                    I am a very old customer of yours and this number has been with many of my relatives. I want the number as a prepaid number, please tell me the process to reactivate the number.

(Hereinafter referred to as “our client”)

                      You are aware that our client is engaged in the business of providing unified telecommunication services to its valid customers. You have availed the said services from our client by submitting the requisite customer application form and other documents under relationship no[protected]and mdn no.[protected]- provided by our client. The said services were provided by our client in pursuance of the terms and conditions and you have specifically agreed and undertook to pay all service charges in full without any deduction, set off or withholding with respect to the services availed by you. Our client has been generating statements of service charges and the same are dispatched to you regularly from time to time for the services availed by you.

                        I need to covert my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. For that i visited reliance store sector 22 noida and pay my all due amount as 500 and fill postpaid to prepaid migration form and also pay 99 rs for new sim.

                        Reliance executive provided me a new sim and told that it is prepaid sim. When i insert that new sim in my phone, again that new sim is working as postpaid sim.

                        Sim did not convert into prepaid.

                            I have two reliance gsm sim and their no are [protected] and [protected].in both the sim the signal quality is very poor and i am not able to use my data connection. And signal also showing roaming sign but i am in my home area. I have registered complaint but their is no response from reliance customer care i am facing this problem from 12/july/2017 and today is 26/july/2017. Total 14 days are gone but they are not able to solve my problem.

                            My reliance numbers will be [protected] & [protected] and I'm using this for almost 10+ years. I'm really disappointed with the network around my place and emailed the same to the customer care soo many times and the issues where not yet resolved permanently.

                                i'm one of the reliance customer for last 5 years, first 2 years prepaid GSM customer then three years CDMA customer but last one year very very bad signal and not clear voice calls because at the time JIO launched. so i'm try to change the network but portability number not required .

                                Because my pack is LT PREPAID DATA CARD.so directly compliant to Dindigul Reliance Store. they are tried to change the pack but not possible .they are lot of times tried but problem not solved.

                                  Hello manager (Customer care),
                                  I'm gopi, i've purchased a brand new post paid 4g sim card on friday (21.07.2017) from deccan enterprises. But, till today the sim card didn't activated. I was trying to reach the person that called me for the sim. I responce was really bad and i wouldn't recommend to any one if the service will be like this. Please take care the necessary action on this.

                                    Even i have stared dnd in my reliance card than after they message me and start any services. First i tried to call reliance customer care but they are not responding well. Then i mailed to customer care and tell them about issue. For two days they solved and then again same issue happen in my card.in first mailed i also warn them. I have been facing this issue from the last 20 days. Customer care is not responding me and everyday i get message of new services.

                                    I recharged for rupees 399 offer for my gio number [protected] three days ago by www.jio.com and the amount was deducted from my bank account sir.
                                    But my phone is not recharged yet sir and I could not contact your consumer care number.So please recharge my phone and do the needful sir.

                                      I am repeatedly getting email from rcom legal (Parshuram kamble associate) from mr shaikh regarding payment of outstanding amount of which i dont have any idea. Pls look into this, as per the latest email it states that my caf no is[protected]. I have no idea what does this no means and i do not remember my rcom contact number also which i guess i used 8-9 yrs back

                                      Dear sir this is vary sad to say there is no network from dwarka to karol bagh metro station .today i had face a lots of problem due to this [censored] network of yours.And i would not recommend reliance to anybody very bad experience and fake promises from your executive side.
                                      I have more balance but said no sufficient balance what can i do i have very trouble for this sim and reliance
                                      I have called RELIANCE BROADBAND but not picking up phone and sent email at [protected]@RELIANCEADA.COM.But no reply is there from their side.I am shifting house on 18july 2017 as mentioned in email.

                                      I will not pay any amount after 14/07/2017.

                                        Miss sarmistha chatterjee confirmed me that i will get unlimited 3g and unlimited calling, from last saturday my speed is deteriorated, against the call number :[protected], some of your cce told me that i have exceeded my data limit which is 6gb per month, so being misguided by the seller i am not interested to continue my postpaid connection, so please let me know the process to surrender the connection

                                        My reliance number is [protected]. I did a recharge of 100 from a reliance retailer on 18 july but it has not credited to my account yet. The retailer says that the reliance network is down otherwise recharge has been done. Please look into this matter.
