I get message from reliance at my gsm no. [protected], recharge rs 50 & get 65 talk time. But when recharge get only rs. 39. Trying to call customer care no. 198 but nobody response.
That type incident not first time continuously facing such problem, last time regularly they deducted my main balance for net surfing, at that time i had already net plans.

    I am reliance customer since mobile services introduced. My no. [protected] the bill amount rs.228.40 online with rcom paid with andhra bank debit card on 10.7.17. At 20.18. The amount has been deducted my account. The id no. And receipt has not been generated.. Earlier send the message but not any reply. Due to official work and mobile utility online credit rs. 228.40 online credit to reliance with andhra bank the receipt received from reliance.
    I request you to the unpaid amount rs.228.40 neither in cash/ nor credit in to my account. Please clarify the missing amount rs.228.40

      I have a reliance gsm sim [protected] and whenever i had recharged my number during last 3-4 months it deducted the whole balance and say that you have activated some value added services but in originally i have not opt for any such services. I can't reach the customer care also. I tryed various time but can't connect to the customer care. Approximately you have deducted 200 rs. From my account balance. So kindly refund it.

          My reliance number [protected].
          I haven't subscribed to any full2music service of reliance. But money has been deducted from my account since tuesday 11th july till friday 14th july without my consent. It is getting deducted after subscription and even after unsubscription when we realized about it without our knowledge.

          It is illegal for a network like reliance taking my hard earned money without the customer's notice.
          I would like you to return my money that has been deducted wrongly.

            Greetings...

            I was approached by the sales executive of m/s. Avijan telecom, kolkata. The name of the sales executive is ms. Archna mandal.

            She offered me a plan, over telephone, against one time payment of 1200.00 i would enjoy free call & data for 12 months. She also said that this plan is on offer only till 30th june, so i need to take a decision instantly. First i didn't agree; but she called me again and somehow persuaded me to accept.

            She came down to my residence immediately and closed the deal, i paid the cheque. I asked for a written document giving the plan details. She said i would get it on my email the next day. But i didn't get it. So i called the help line and came to know about the plan. Which is not the one offered by her. Your help line executive also confirmed that there is no such plan of enjoying free call & data for 12 months against a one time payment of 1200.00. So i requested the help line executive to lodge a complaint against your dealer.

            I'm yet to hear the status of my complaint!

            I was duped by your authorised dealer; this is case of absolute cheating.

            In the meantime i have stopped the payment of the cheque given to your dealer.

            I don't want to continue in the given plan. I want to surrender my connection without any financial repercussions.

            Hope you will take necessary action against the dealer so that the others don't face such harassment.

            I also hope you will resolve my issue urgently; otherwise i will be compelled to go to consumer protection forum.

            Please find attached the photocopy of the money receipt and a photo of the sales executive.

            My complaint was never on the subject of Termination of my number !

            Please DO read my complaint, if you have time and any intention to resolve my issue (??)!!

            My issue was with your authorised DEALER...

            My case was a case of Duping and Cheating by your authorised DEALER / Sales Executive...

            What action have you taken on that???

                    Hello my reliance broadband connection's account number is[protected] it was registered by the name of jevil modi

                    The main issue was that our lan cable was damaged in first week of january and we filled the complain in the same week. But still that was not solved by the company after telling us that it will be sorted out in 72 hours so the issue started from that.

                    We waited for nealy 1 month and during that we called reliance more than 50 times to solve our issue. But still they haven't responded properly and only gave the hope of getting solved in 2 days.

                    So in mid february we decided to cancel our connection at that time the message was sent by reliance for the generation of 1052 rs wavers due to in that cable problem but still we want to cancel our connection because we don't want this kind of service

                    So we finally filed the cancel request on last week of february and it was approved by 4 march. So from the mid january to the march we haven't use our internet net and we have six months 4 mbps post paid plan from december to june.

                    So when our cancel request was approved at that time including the waver of 1052 rs, the security deposit of 1000 rs and the amount which was left from our un used plan including all this there were nealy 5000 rs was generated and that was told by the costumer service center of reliance

                    According to them whatever the amount was generated after cancellation was to be given to us with in 45-60 days. It's july now, but still we haven't received any thing from the reliance not even the security deposit.

                    We mailed multiple times to [protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@relianceada.com and they always reply with the same copy pasted reply that they would resolve it on priority.in fact for the past 2 months they haven't been replying to our mails at all.

                    We also called the customer care multiple times but they either cut our phone or just say to wait for the refund to arrive. When asked to give the billing department's contact number, they answer to contact via email by which they give no response.

                    Its 7 months and counting and we are fed up with waiting. We want this resolved now.

                      Dear customer, you have been subscribed for Full2Music Pack. You will be charged Rs. 5.00 per day. To unsubscribe SMS 2694 to 155223 (Toll Free).
                      After charging Rs.5.00 you are informing and that too without any consent ?

                      Just two days ago you had to waive the charges for the same type of case and after making complaint.Please reverse the charges of Rs. 5.00 and make note that I am not interested in any VAS services

                      Do you think we have no work except to make complaints for such petty amounts and than getting reversal of charges.? Don't force to transfer my all services from reliance to other operators ?

                          I hav not regestered any service but u have deducted amount for two services (Which i hav not registered) on 10/07/2017. When i called a customer care he said i will refund ur amount on 12/07/2017 but till now no refund of balance is done. And now u r not recieving my calls..                             Myself hunny h ghanshani.. I got a promotional message which read as 1gb 4g daily for six months for rs 786 on 29th of june 2017. So i recharged it but to my dissatisfaction i was subscribed for 1gb 2g speed everyday and now since few days i m getting messages that my net pack validity has expired. So i want clarification for this and also subscription for 4g instead of 2g.
                            Also i recharged for rs 60 on 14/7/2017 i got the balance but without my using it now it is showing 0.055 rs in my main account. I want refund for it. I tried reaching customer care executive but on calling there isnt any option to select to talk directly to the executive.

                                I was using reliance gsm sim last 1 year ([protected]). Since starting i am not receiving any bill on my shared mail id. During starting months i have received my complete bill amount via sms. According to sms i have pay my bills. Now since last 4 months i am not receiving complete bills. (Mar to june). I have received dsms everytime i am getting 395 rs amount via sms that i have submitted everytime. Now my question is why i will pay penelty amount of 300 rs even i have not received complete bill sms since last 4 months also not getting bill via email. Last 15-20 days back when i reach customer care then i found my mail id was wrongly mentioned in your database even i have shared my correct mail id at the time of sim purchase.in last 1 month 4-5 times i have complaint regarding my bill query but not getting relavant answer. Everytime customer care service person push me to submit bill with penalty of rs 300.

                                Why i will pay of rs 300 penalty amount even i was not getting complete bill via sms or via email.

                                I called up reliance customer care several times and complained. I also asked them to terminate the connection but instead of resolving the issue they kept sending more bills. Now i have started receiving calls from someone who claims to be a lawyer. She threatened to initiate legal proceedings against me for non-payment of dues. When i told her that i have been billed wrongly, she refused to discuss anything and said i must pay or face legal proceedings. I feel i am being arm twisted to pay (Penalty amount) the bill even if reliance overcharges. To retain me as a customer is there no way to fight this?.

                                I am already ready to pay my bill but after weaver of rs 300.

                                Request to weaver of rs 300 then i will pay my rest amount.

                                Yesterday around 8:00 PM I have received a call from Mumbai team stating that according to my complaint raised 200 Rs weaver will be done against my overall bill of Rs 829 .After paying of Rs 629 my number services will be resumed.

                                As per discussion for weaver of Rs 200 it will mentioned on consumer complaint website against my query raised but still it is not mentioned here.

                                Request to resolve the query and mentioned here for weaver amount so that I will pay rest 629 Rs amount and my number service will resume.

                                Please find attached number where in I have received call yesterday.

                                Dear Team,

                                What was the issue with reliance. Previously I was complaining about late penalty. And now the point is from last 10 days back my No. Services has been resumed but today I got a bill of Rs 974 Rs in which my plan has changed to 725.77 even I have not applied for new plan. My previous plan was 395 .If I have not applied for and other plan then why I have received bill with 725 plan. Now I don't want to continue with your fake and poor services.

                                Please check the trail mail also in which I have clearly mentioned about my 395 plan. Attachment of June month 395 Rs SMS was also attached.

                                    I have recently ported to reliance 299 plan (Ul calling and 6gb data
                                    Pm) with mob no. [protected]. My reliance number got activated
                                    Yesterday (14.07.17) 12 am. But in spite of calling 1925 a hundred
                                    Times and sending a hundred start sms to 1925 the data service has not
                                    Yet started. After great difficulty to connect to customer care, i
                                    Have managed to speak to at least 5 customer service executives
                                    (Including mr. Ravi on early morning of 15.07.17) who could not
                                    Provide any resolution other than same call and sms to 1925. Somehow
                                    Even after several attempts 3g is not being activated in my number.
                                    This is a very poor experience on the very first day.

                                    I think i made a huge mistake in porting to reliance. Both service and
                                    Customer care is pathetic. If the issue is not resolved immediately, i
                                    Will port out in exact 90 days.

                                    Instead of mechanically telling me to call or sms 1925, please try to
                                    Check and resolve the issue and start the data service please.

                                      Got flash msg from reliance that 93 rs recharge will give 1gb 3g per day for 28 days so 28gb in total. Recharged on 5th july but internet didnt work until 12th july then again it stopped working from 13th july!! Complained reliance customer care team on 14july with sr no.[protected] but without solving they sent msg that ur issue is solved!!! Have attached the response from reliance and the offer screenshot!!

                                        Pls start service as early as possible.otherwise I will change the service provider.i don't want reliance service for all dis ######.
