The main issue was that our lan cable was damaged in first week of january and we filled the complain in the same week. But still that was not solved by the company after telling us that it will be sorted out in 72 hours so the issue started from that.

I hav not regestered any service but u have deducted amount for two services (Which i hav not registered) on 10/07/2017. When i called a customer care he said i will refund ur amount on 12/07/2017 but till now no refund of balance is done. And now u r not recieving my calls.. U r deducting balance unnecessorly for past few months but didnt complain. Now u resolve my issue else i will go to consumer court. And also decided for porting...

Myself hunny h ghanshani.. I got a promotional message which read as 1gb 4g daily for six months for rs 786 on 29th of june 2017. So i recharged it but to my dissatisfaction i was subscribed for 1gb 2g speed everyday and now since few days i m getting messages that my net pack validity has expired. So i want clarification for this and also subscription for 4g instead of 2g.

I was using reliance gsm sim last 1 year ([protected]). Since starting i am not receiving any bill on my shared mail id. During starting months i have received my complete bill amount via sms. I have recently ported to reliance 299 plan (Ul calling and 6gb data

Yesterday (14.07.17) 12 am. But in spite of calling 1925 a hundred
Times and sending a hundred start sms to 1925 the data service has not
Yet started. After great difficulty to connect to customer care, i
Have managed to speak to at least 5 customer service executives

Got flash msg from reliance that 93 rs recharge will give 1gb 3g per day for 28 days so 28gb in total. Recharged on 5th july but internet didnt work until 12th july then again it stopped working from 13th july!! Complained reliance customer care team on 14july with sr no.[protected] but without solving they sent msg that ur issue is solved!!! Have attached the response from reliance and the offer screenshot!!

Myself Sanil Sudhir Patil mobile no [protected].as my outgoing as well as incoming calls been barred from afternoon don't know y. as I call customer care executive he told me that my previous bill of 289 been unpaid.but as per I know I paid 300 RS too reliance store near my place in parel.Dat time I ask dat store executive any previous unpaid bill amount he said to pay 300 rs only.So now wats the problem y u guys barred my dis number...

My reliance gsm mobile no. Is [protected], i recharged it for rs.85/- on 30.06.2017 with full talk value. I did not make any call from this sim till date, today i checked balance, which is rs.68/-. On costumer care i came to know that some service has been activated on this number, for which i never subscribed.
Same happened on my last recharge for rs.150/-...

I already gave complaint with number (Cnm[protected]) on your reliance communication center at vasna road, vadodara, gujarat. I went four times there for my solution. No one is interested to solve my problem. I registered complaint on this week 's tuesday when i reached yesterday on your center they gave answer that at evening or next day morning your problem solve but no one coming to solve. For last three week i suffer for this problem....

I recharged on 11th july 2017 for rs.50, after all deduction i got 43rs within sec i received msg that we are deducting 11rs for some activation from your main balance sms or call us for deactivation which i did and i didn't receive the amount which deducted also after 3days today when try to call it show your balance is 2.20rs.
This means you all fooling us by showing such offers and options and finally i call up your customer care...

I invested rs.20000/- in reliance natural resources fund growth plan on dtd.25.02.2008. Till date i have not yet received a single account statement. I was not able to know the nav of this product. At present i want to surrender the plan, but do not know whom i shall request for surrender of the fund. Please advice me. My account no. Is [protected].
