Pathetic customer care and wrong billing issues

Reliance has a very bad customer support. Agents there are least bothered to help. They gave wrong information. I spoke to a lady named kavya in bangalore 3 times still ended up with no help.
I was sent with wrong bills after which they harassed me for payment and after i have paid the bill which they said, they dont want to give me a noc.
They dont even reply to the emails...

I am experiencing very bad service from reliance. I have been charged again. Unwanted services get activated on my number automatically. I have never subscribed to a vas.
