With lots of pains and dis-satisfaction i am writing this mail to all of you..
Kindly take 2 mins to go through the mail.
Sir i am old and loyal customer of reliance big tv (Vide smartcard no.[protected] since last 9 yrs.
On saturday i. E. On 8 july, 17 my set-up suddenly stopped responding and even the lights stopped blinking.
I called the reliance big tv customer care no.[protected] for about 25 times 10 mins each but my call not answered and my problem was not even heard, being all the executives busy.
Then i contacted local office of reliance big tv here in indore, and they assured me to get the rid out of the problem within 24-hrs. This is what we always expects from a brand like reliance.
However after 3 days, yesterday again i called the reliance local office being no response observed, there an executive (Mr. Vikas) very arrogantly replied me that they will not help me, call the customer care no., on being told the whole incident he suggested me to go any another company, and he is ready to help me for that.
Such statements are shameful on part of reliance, and such peoples are detrimental to the interest of the company.
(The entire communication is being recorded by me, and i can provide you the audio cd of it as and when required.)
Sir, being a job women i am unable to coordinate with reliance authorities regarding the case, due to my busy schedule and, you can understand the importance of a television for a middle-class family.
Sir, it's my humble request that looking to the sensitivity of the case, kindly investigate and do the needful, and pl get my set-up box repaired as soon as possible.
