Dear Sir,

I have paid amount 697/- Dt. 18/05/2017 to mobile no. [protected] which
already converted to idea network before 3 month, It's mistake in
selection of Idea & default selected Reliance network when try to
payment & it's also done payment to reliance communication.

I have sent mail to Reliance customer care for payment reversal &
Customer care support have been accepted for refund amt but I have not
received any payment till now. I have sent more reminder mail but no
reply now.

Kindly check & resolve this issue ASAP and also revert to us your
valuable feedback.

    Kindly resolve my grievance. Correspondence are given below.
    Request was sent on 9.6.17 for deactivation of services of my landline
    No [protected] but not deactivated.

    Still we have recd bill. I had compliled all the formalities and
    Paid full and final amount on 15.6.17 as per your company request
    Before the due date 26.6.17. I had also communicated that i shall
    Not paid any bill amount if i receive any bill after 15.6.17 which
    Your company confirmed following comments on 15.6.17 but
    Thereafter after reminding many times but no action taken.
    You may see and check that there is no my fault. Again request
    You to de-activate my land line no [protected] immediately and
    Cancel the bill amt received today otherwise we shall refer
    The case and all your mails to our legal lawyer.

      My reliance gsm mobile no. Is [protected], i recharged it for rs.85/- on 30.06.2017 with full talk value. I did not make any call from this sim till date, today i checked balance, which is rs.68/-. On costumer care i came to know that some service has been activated on this number, for which i never subscribed.
      Same happened on my last recharge for rs.150/-

        I already gave complaint with number (Cnm[protected]) on your reliance communication center at vasna road, vadodara, gujarat. I went four times there for my solution. No one is interested to solve my problem. I registered complaint on this week 's tuesday when i reached yesterday on your center they gave answer that at evening or next day morning your problem solve but no one coming to solve. For last three week i suffer for this problem. I went so many times at your reliance center no one give proper answer. This is worst facility of reliance. Please solve.

          I recharged on 11th july 2017 for rs.50, after all deduction i got 43rs within sec i received msg that we are deducting 11rs for some activation from your main balance sms or call us for deactivation which i did and i didn't receive the amount which deducted also after 3days today when try to call it show your balance is 2.20rs.
          This means you all fooling us by showing such offers and options and finally i call up your customer care number to inform but the ivr saying you have to recharge to connect with us.
          What he'll is going on. I want my balance to renew the same amount

            I invested rs.20000/- in reliance natural resources fund growth plan on dtd.25.02.2008. Till date i have not yet received a single account statement. I was not able to know the nav of this product. At present i want to surrender the plan, but do not know whom i shall request for surrender of the fund. Please advice me. My account no.                 Respected sir,
                With lots of pains and dis-satisfaction i am writing this mail to all of you..
                Kindly take 2 mins to go through the mail.
                Sir i am old and loyal customer of reliance big tv (Vide smartcard no.[protected] since last 9 yrs.
                On saturday i. E. On 8 july, 17 my set-up suddenly stopped responding and even the lights stopped blinking.

                I called the reliance big tv customer care no.[protected] for about 25 times 10 mins each but my call not answered and my problem was not even heard, being all the executives busy.

                Then i contacted local office of reliance big tv here in indore, and they assured me to get the rid out of the problem within 24-hrs. This is what we always expects from a brand like reliance.

                However after 3 days, yesterday again i called the reliance local office being no response observed, there an executive (Mr. Vikas) very arrogantly replied me that they will not help me, call the customer care no., on being told the whole incident he suggested me to go any another company, and he is ready to help me for that.

                Such statements are shameful on part of reliance, and such peoples are detrimental to the interest of the company.
                (The entire communication is being recorded by me, and i can provide you the audio cd of it as and when required.)

                Sir, being a job women i am unable to coordinate with reliance authorities regarding the case, due to my busy schedule and, you can understand the importance of a television for a middle-class family.

                Sir, it's my humble request that looking to the sensitivity of the case, kindly investigate and do the needful, and pl get my set-up box repaired as soon as possible.

                  I was having balance of rs 104 & it got reduced to rs 14. I tried your customer care number several times but no one picked it up. Today one of your executive picked it up & said that the amount has been deducted due to some subscription & i am totally unaware about this subscription.
                  I am highly dissatisfied by your customer care services. Your executive have no idea about customer dealings, they are highly irresponsible. One of your customer care executive told me to message 59111 with a y to refund my rs 90.

                  Kindly refund my rs 90 since i have not deliberately subscribed to your services. Secondly inspite of several calls within 24 hours, no one picked my number.

                  We are an old customer of yours & we do not expect such kind of irresponsible behaviour on your part. Please do the needful

                    Reliance has a very bad customer support. Agents there are least bothered to help. They gave wrong information. I spoke to a lady named kavya in bangalore 3 times still ended up with no help.
                    I was sent with wrong bills after which they harassed me for payment and after i have paid the bill which they said, they dont want to give me a noc.

                    Its been more than a week since I sent an email to reliance with my phone number. Till now I did not get any call..

                    Meanwhile I got an SMS from [protected] saying this is the final reminder from some Advocate by name Gautam.. (SMS screenshot attached)
                    I called the number and spoke to his assistant Radha who said they are from consumer court. She asked me to pay the bill of Rs. 1115. I paid the bill on 19th July (Second time I paid the Bill) and shared the screenshot of acknowledgement of the Bill to the number which she provided.

                    Today I called Radha to get an update. She said she has sent the request to Reliance and they will get in touch with me... I said I need some sort of confirmation from her that she has sent the necessary documents to Reliance. She said she cant do that and DISCONNECTED THE CALL.. I have gone through this before as well.
                    I was asked to contact Shamila by Reliance in the month of Feb.. I called her. She asked me to pay 1100 as the final payment and she will get me the NOC from Reliance. I did as she suggested. I received the acknowledgement of the bill from reliance. Still never got any NOC instead got a call from the court saying I have not paid the bill.. She said she is working with Reliance and they are not giving her the NOC. Now she is not picking my calls also..

                    THIS IS HOW RELIANCE WORKS. PEOPLE WORKING AT RELIANCE AND THEIR ADVOCATES ARE CHEATERS. THEY CAN NEVER HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS EVEN FOR THE MISTAKES WHICH THEY MAKE..

                      Previously i wrote a mail to reliance team regarding shifting of device in our office. But till now no response has come from your side which is very unprofessional and disappointing. Our workers are not able to work. It is because of your company's unprofessional behavior. These kind of thing does not suit a company like reliance. Can’t you send an engineer and make the work done. Is it such a big deal for you?? Please revert back and solve this as soon as possible.

                        I gave a porting application from relience to idea of my relience postpaid no. [protected] because of very very bad networks. I have lodge a complaint servel of times but their is no action taken on my complaint. I have cleared my due bill of 1060 on[protected] and the day after i have lost my network on my phone and till date i didn't get my network on my phone. Now relience did not giving n. O. C to idea ans just because of idea wouldn't be able to run my connection please this is my business number this is big favour for me. Please give n. O. C to idea as soon as possible.                           महोदय मेरा मो [protected] है। इसमें से प्रति दिन लगभग 120 दिनों से लगातार वैस सर्विस के नाम पर पैसे काट कर मुझे प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है। कस्टमर केयर पर फोन करने पर पैसे वापस किया जाता है। मेरा नम्बर full dnd में रजिस्टर है। लेकिन फिर भी पैसे काटे जा रहे हैं और वापस किये जा रहे हैं। मैं इस तरह के चीजों से परेशान हूँ। क्यों कि यही कार्य लगभग 120 दिनों से लगातार किया जा रहा है। अतः महोदय से सविनय निवेदन है कि इस चीज को सुधार कराया जाय एवम उचित दन्ड लगा कर मुझे मुआवजा दिलाया जाय।

                            I am holding two mobile connection with reliance ([protected] and[protected]) because of bad network and call drop issue i was opted to port out these connection but customer care retention team has offered me a good service with 4g plan and also offer veiver of latepayment charges of may month bills of my both connection and offer a plan of 897 for 4 months and my one connection ([protected]) got barred on the same day and i have converted another sim to 4g and i found that there is no improvement in network and call drops and i approached customer care and asked for cancellation of advance rental plan and the customer care person asked me to contact after 2 pm so that i can speak to retention team they can only change the plan and i approched retention team but they denied my request stating that there is no slot vacant in 299 plan and also i need to pay entire advance rent then only i can cancell the plan and at the same time the plan will change only at the time of bill cycle (But as per them they have changed the plan to 897 on a date other than bill cycle) and i came to know from them that there is no veiver request received by them and after june bill i havent receive any bill and the june month bill i have paid the entire bill including late payment charges which they offered me to veive off and from last few weeks my outgoing services are barred and i am getting continuous call from bill service to pay 1020 in [protected] and more than 1000 in [protected] for which no bill was generated and no confirmation on activation of new plan and now my both connections are disconnected and i approched so many forums of reliance communications for complaints bu no resolution (Check the trailing mails and contacted customer care team over phone so many time) and from almost one moth few days i have got out going and incoming service and now complete disconnection of phone please do the needful to cancell plan and give a bill with the days you have given service to me so that i can pay the dues and continue using as a secondary connection in base thariff and any clarity you can contact me in [protected]

                              I am holding 2 mobile connection with reliance communication ([protected]&[protected]) and i was not getting connectivity in many of the areas so i decided to port out from reliance and i applied for port code for both the connection after getting port code i got a call from reliance and they said that by transfering to 4g my connectivity issues will get solved and also he offer a plan of 897 for 4 months in which unlimited calls for 4 months and 6gb internet usage and also said that 4g sim is free from reliance shop and veiver of may latepayment charges of both numbers never told that the plan is advance payment the same day my [protected] connection get blocked later i came to know that this plan was an advance rental plan and the disconnection reason was exceeding credit limit and i got a message that i need to pay 1375.66 in [protected] and customer care was unable to give the details of both numbers and i purchased two 4g sim from reliance (Medical college) which they charged rs 50 and i had converted my [protected] to 4g other sim activation fails and later i came to know that there is no requst for waiver of late payment charges and i asked for reversal of plan to 299 the customer care executive told that this plan is not available and i need to pay the entire charges then only i can change my plan and at the same time plan will change only at the time of bill cycle (I dont know how this advance rental plan got activated on 20th) then i registered an online complaint in indian consumer complaints id 1609407 then an executive from reliance communication call me and advise me to send a request to costemer care @relianceada.com for cancellation of plan
                              Now i am getting messages from reliance that i need to pay the entire amount for which no details was available and bill will generate on 11th only i need to pay before 11th to avoid late payment charges
                              The entire commitments was fraud and no change in range/connectivity after converting to 4g and net i have open my mail for 10 min and i got a message that your entire 4g net data got used and only low speed data will be available please do the needful to cancel the advance rental plan and deduct the amount from my bill
                              Others please note that please dont call me for asking my card details so that you can save your and my time
                              I have send so many complaints but no response from company

My first complain is that i couldn't able to contact customer care while dailing 198 i complete the entire thing but at end it says directly without conecting the customer care exicutive. My second complain regarding my bal as i recharge with rs 150 and in that i got the bal of 175 as rs 25 extra for ten days and a terrif of 25ps min call local and std for 28 days. And on 4th july i recharge of rs93 for data plan for 28 days but suddenly after 5 days it got deactivated and my bal got deducted as their is no intimation given for that so i complaint for that so they resolve both problem and i got my bal for only few hours and again deduct the balance i want the reason why it is happening. Give a call back right now

                                  I am experiencing very bad service from reliance. I have been charged again. Unwanted services get activated on my number automatically. I have never subscribed to a vas. Every time a different service is subscribed automatically. What is this? Is this how you run your company? Always i have to send message to unsubscribe every service. Please return my money to my number else i would have to port both my reliance numbers to some other network operator.
