I have changed my no from prepaid to postpaid...because of a call by your call centre employee.she tell me about the benefits you give to your postpaid customer. I was told that the monthly rental is rs 399, & i was told to pay 300 in advance, which will be adjusted from my firat bill. now only in 7 days, My bill is generated. You fake people are reallly cheapest..Today i recharged 93rs..becuz they sent me a message that i will get 1gb data daily for 28 days but after recharging i got only validity of 5 days instead of 28 days...you are realllly useless...i have treid calling you many times but CC are drunk people...they are reallly worthless people...Reliance give my money back...now

I am continuously following with RCOM team since last 1 year.Below is the issue summary :

I had payment my post paid bill through online (PAYTM) and my ECS (automatic deduction from accounts) service was activated on my number.
