They have deducted my balance from my mobile.. My number is [protected], first when i recharged with 51 they given me 46 rs instead of 300 min and after asking they said we provide it on recharge through retailer and after that when we recharged it by retailer then i got 300 min and after i have still my minutes left i saw my balance deducted which they had given on 51 recharge earlier i called them. Tjey are saying we don't have data about before 3 days... I mailed to reliance appellate authority but he also did not responded till now... I have never used anything except calling and i had my minutes use my jio for internet then how can they deduct my money...
Making fool to the people even not messaging not informing the reason for deduction and when did they deducted, how can i tell them that kab paisa kata hai... Wo to aaplog jaano yaar...

I always faced issues of deduction of my balance. One of reliance care personnel suggested me not to recharge balance amount rather to recharge minute packs of 148, so i started doing that but then too sometime when i use to recharge for messages, same deduction issue, i m having jio but i don't use it for call purpose, only use it for data purpose.
Few days back when i came to about 51 pack, i recharged it online but i got balance of 46, when i called customer care they told me that i will have to recharge it offline by some retailer so i did that and got 300 min. Now still my minutes are left and again deduction of around 20 rs happened.. Now what to do... I don't use data, do not use message only call and for that i have all india minute pack then where my balance has gone... Bk message of deduction of message, when i opened my reliance app then saw less balance, i called customer care they told me that we don't have data of more than three days...
What should i do, whether leave my old number or use starting jio for calling...
Plz look into the matter and refund my amount deducted else close my number, i don't need this...
Bahut pareshan ho gaya hu bhai...
It's my humble request find out the hole in the system and take some action accordingly...
And also plz return my amount...
I m using my reliance number since 10 yrs. And in my university where i m teaching, we have so many numbers facing such issues... So take some action and help me out...
We will be glad to use your service if any resolution comes out else we will be forced to leave your service...
