I, sri ashit baran bhakta of p-213/4, u. B. Road, parnasree kolkata-60. Your reliance customer executive anusua ([protected]) call my mobile no. [protected] and told this plan per month use 6gb data x 7 month after next month rs. 160/- per month payable. She request again again give to me a 4g sim. But i am told him my mobile set is nokia asha 501 set 3g supported. But your representative anusua told me this 4g sim supported 3g set. So i am got the sim ([protected]). And paid rs. 850/- last sunday on 18th july, 2017.
Sir, this 4g sim is not working to my handset. I am complained again and again but they do not any response.
Sir, i am middle class family. I request please solve my problem or refund the money or change the sim 4g to 3g.

    Respected sir / madam,

    Myself shri siddhartha biswas. My reliance smart number is [protected]. This is a 3g connection. Since 4 to 5 years i'm using this mobile number. Every month i do a big amount recharge to this number for internet only. Off an on i got slow speed but overall it was fine. Since one or two week i'm receiving an sms/offer written that recharge with rs786 and got 1gb 3g data per day. For confirmation i had called at 198 at yesterday night. Then i have recharged my number with rs786 to get that offer. It is very shameful to say, after that recharge i'm getting data speed of 1-8kbps/sec. Again i called at 198 to let them know. But no results are there still now.

    I wanna know, is it restricted that i can not avail that data? Then why the company launched that such type of offers? To steal money from customer or what?

    My sincere request, please solve my problem as soon as possible or give me back my money. I don't like to make complaint over complaint to higher to higher.

    I hope i will get help on urgent basis.

        I have taken the connection on 31may (Plan 299) after jun 7th i got the bill of 421 rs, have tried to reach rcom customer care, around 15 times i tried to speak in english, they don't speak any other language and they will not try to understand the issue.
        Rcom already took 300 rs as security deposit apart from that is this bill.
        Finally i have reached the customer support and they told me that "this is advanced one month bill of yours"
        My question is that with out my acceptance or informing me how can rcom charge or add one month advance bill on my existing bill??
        I did not accepted or signed any letter for this and to clear this case i contacted the reliance outlet who gave the sim card to me, his attitude was horrible he told me that if you cant pay throw the sim away and get away from here" (Shiva gangothri circle, btm 2nd stage)
        One rcom supporting supervisor pasha he was so arrogant, one sim can change my this much imbalance in my life never expected

          Every time when i recharge my mobile the vas service automatically applied and clear my all balance. My reliance mobile number is [protected]. At last time i have recharged two time @ rs. 30. Then bwoothmania and another service is automatically activated and lost my amount. I didn't activate these services. Please refund my balance amount.

            Sir,
            I have reliance mobile pre-paid connection.

            Every time when i recharge my mobile the vas service automatically applied and clear my all balance.

            After communication by email company stop vas service but not refund my balance and after 2-3 day again vas applied.

            I have too much mail list about this communication with reliance communication limited.

            Every time they replied my as following answer by email :-

            As per the details checked and verified, your account has been correctly charged for r world charges in last 24 hours of your e-mail.

            Further, we are unable to provide waiver for last 15 days deduction. Kindly note that the waiver cannot be posted as you don't contacted customer care within 24 hours of deduction, hence we are unable to process your waiver request for deduction.

            Kindly note that, we have escalated your issue regarding to stop activation of vas to our concern department for appropriate action.

            To unsubscribe value added services, sms "stop" to 121 (Toll free) or dial 155223 (Toll free). It will be deactivated within 4 hours.


            Further, if you have any concern kindly write us within 24 hours from the date of deduction.

            We would appreciate your patience and co-operation in this regard.

              Reliance have deducted my balance on the name of shemmovisub60 service which i have never subscribed and approx 40 of rupees deducted. Previously it has deducted my balance on the name of shotforbiscsub60 service. My balance now is rupees 0.87 only. I want my balance back from reliance as early as possible. I have unsubscribed that service but my balance does not returned by reliance.

                I am using reliance mobile service from last 10 years
                1. I am not getting network - mobile shows out of coverage area, beep tone or busy this issue i am facing from last 3 years. You can check in your system
                2. From last three years last resolution is up gradation of network in your area
                3. I change mobile, mobile sim position, sim card, and finally shipped from 3g to 4g.
                4. Since when take new 4g sim there was no network on my mobile, hence i didn't send any sms for network up gradation.
                5. Now ground situation is that on old sim there is no service, and on new sim service coming as emergency.
                6. I talk to mr. Ramesh kumar from secretory office, he told me that it will take 72 hrs. When i asked about give this in writing, answer was"we can not give any thing in writing till time you didn't write mail to us" what a arrogance???
                I am not able to understand about "service quality". Answer from secretory office and call center boy was same.

                No internet data input in my cellphone last 2-3 days whenever I recharge Rs93 1GB per day on 05.06.2017.

                I can try to talk customer care but no any response
                Phone is not working at all no signal, message has come to exchange the handset as this service has been discontinued.

                    They have deducted my balance from my mobile.. My number is [protected], first when i recharged with 51 they given me 46 rs instead of 300 min and after asking they said we provide it on recharge through retailer and after that when we recharged it by retailer then i got 300 min and after i have still my minutes left i saw my balance deducted which they had given on 51 recharge earlier i called them. Tjey are saying we don't have data about before 3 days... I mailed to reliance appellate authority but he also did not responded till now... I have never used anything except calling and i had my minutes use my jio for internet then how can they deduct my money...

                    Making fool to the people even not messaging not informing the reason for deduction and when did they deducted, how can i tell them that kab paisa kata hai... Wo to aaplog jaano yaar...

                    I always faced issues of deduction of my balance. One of reliance care personnel suggested me not to recharge balance amount rather to recharge minute packs of 148, so i started doing that but then too sometime when i use to recharge for messages, same deduction issue, i m having jio but i don't use it for call purpose, only use it for data purpose.

                    Few days back when i came to about 51 pack, i recharged it online but i got balance of 46, when i called customer care they told me that i will have to recharge it offline by some retailer so i did that and got 300 min. Now still my minutes are left and again deduction of around 20 rs happened.. Now what to do... I don't use data, do not use message only call and for that i have all india minute pack then where my balance has gone... Bk message of deduction of message, when i opened my reliance app then saw less balance, i called customer care they told me that we don't have data of more than three days...

                    What should i do, whether leave my old number or use starting jio for calling...
                    Plz look into the matter and refund my amount deducted else close my number, i don't need this...
                    Bahut pareshan ho gaya hu bhai...
                    It's my humble request find out the hole in the system and take some action accordingly...
                    And also plz return my amount...
                    I m using my reliance number since 10 yrs. And in my university where i m teaching, we have so many numbers facing such issues... So take some action and help me out...
                    We will be glad to use your service if any resolution comes out else we will be forced to leave your service...

                      Hi. I am saiful islam. From last 5 days, my internet are no connecting on roaming. I called customere care but no responce from there. I had live chat with customere care saying it will be solved 20th june. But still i am unable to connect internet. I am too much exhausted by this problm. My net pack is wasting. I have two option - either u have to solve the problm as soon as possible or i am gonna port it. Thank u

                        I uses reliance network from last four years continuesly. But i face many time balance deduction problem but they are solve sometime. But now i face this problem is two times in last 2 months. I recharge own mobile no. [protected] on dated 21/06/2017 from rs. 50/- and massage dear customer, rch of rs.50 sucessful. Tt rs.40.48, stax 6.52, procfee rs.3 is credited in my account but my balance reached 16/- in the morning then to 14 with a message that i subscribed to anchalvideowsub services. I dont know what service this is and i didn't activate the same. 14/- of mine is deducted on midnight for no reason. And for services i didn't start. I don't know by the time i finish submitting this complain my balance will probably reach rs. 16/-. Please...

                        Dear Sir,

                        My Prepaid mobile No of Reliance Communications is. [protected]
                        Today evening when I checked my main balance it was Rs. 179.26 afterwards I made 2 outgoing calls amounting Rs. 5..So my balance was supposed to be Rs. 174.26..but I checked again it was Rs. 164.26.. I Tried to call customer care but call was not allowed to connect.. Again I checked balance around 9.30 pm it was Rs. 154.26 and around 10.20 pm it got reduced to Rs.144.26...And again at 11.20 pm it got reduced to Rs. 134.26... I Made no outgoing call in between... And I have not activated any VAS still my balance it getting deducted by Rs. 10 every hour...

                        Kindly look into the issue and refund all the wrong data deductions made...

                            I am subscriber of big tv. My consumer number is[protected]. I registered my complaint on [protected] on toll free number of 19/6/2017. Till today at 21.11 pm no phone call is received regarding attending complaint. Only customer care people are giving wrong assurance that your complain will be attended today. No supervision on the complaints received. All are sleeping and giving trouble to the customers. With the unproductive staff reliance big tv is running its business. Then what will be the fate of the business. Very very poor service given by reliance big tv. Immediately remove all useless staff working in your organisation and resolve my problem.

But next days rs. 25/- is deducted from my mobile prepaid balance. I complained on 198 then credited the deduct balance within 24 hour. I recharge own mobile no. By rs.100/- on 18/06/2017 and next day i. E. 19/06/2017 after midnight rs. 109/- is also deducted. Now i facing problem for contact of talking to someone without balance stop to using data,

                                I have called mr. Praveen kumar (Agm business services) from hyderabad office, telangana state. He came to our office and showing his designation and i will deal only minimum of 20-30 lakhs income companies only.

                                He is showing his attitude towards. If the reliance team shows this kind of attitude who will take the services of reliance.

                                If any service company should give some respect towards client for getting the good business and today i called the airtel & tata teams and seen their respect towards us highly appreciated.

                                Please look into these aspects otherwise you should loose the business.

                                    On month of may 2017 i suddenly got frequent messages from number:53738 stating rs 3, 300 +as unbilled amount and subsequently getting incremented hourly and finally landed to 7, 034 as final bill.
                                    In meantime i had raised case each timewith reliance requesting reason behind huge unbilled amount, i was very unsatisfied each time i called your call center. Each time they said your data and voice is under limit and control no need to worry and they got call activated.

                                    Suddenly one fine day when i strictly enquire for the reason, said your data had cross the limit exceeding 0.56gb. Case[protected] was raised in may 26th not answered till date.

                                    1. Never received sms saying data exceeding limit when unbilled amount was sent from sms 53738 and call center saying things in control no need to worry, view/listen attached call recorded.
                                    If i had received/cautioned the same would have disabled the data to avoid bill getting over shoot.
                                    2. Had requested for data break up bill for exceeding limit, never received till date to analyze.
                                    3. Routine payment of rs 460 been made, apart from the unusual amount billed.

                                    Since more faults with reliance communication, as you can see more cases been raised which doesn't give satisfactory response and recorded voice attached. Also call records with customer care justifying no high bill involved during that time.

                                    Reliance communications called up to say bill issue wrt data is waived off and number would be restored, only difference amount of rs 311 is due in addition advised me to go for plan 490 for wavier. I agreed for the same. Only for few hours the outgoing worked later when rs 311 was paid the outgoing calls were blocked, only incoming allowed. Later when bill was referred there was no sign of issue been resolved or wavier done. Reliance communications is trying to fool and misguide customers which is not acceptable. There is no commitment or quality of service. This is leading to mental agony which ril comm may have to pay compe

                                      I am using reliance gsm ([protected]) from last 9 years, but since 3 yrs i am using the sim in iphone, recently on regular basis 5 rs were getting deducted and i had recharged 100 rs which i had hardly used for making 2 to 3 calls and the complete balance was gone, i called up the cso and they replied like "since your are using iphone the money gets deducted". I had purchased the phone, reliance had not provided me this so why do he care if i use the same in iphone or any android.
                                      Then after lots of calls and emails they denied to refund my money and assured that from next time this will not happen, the very next day i recharged 40 rs and to my surprise they deducted 5 rs once more.

                                      Please refund my money.

They do not see any kind of deduction. But when I asked what about the balance they are helpless to give an explanation. After a week of struggle I finally decided to leave the issue and since they assured that no balance will be deducted further I had recharged. But the deduction did not stop. Now I want my entire balance back. 80(from 1st 100rs deduction) + 5(from 2nd 40rs deduction)

                                        I had just topped up my reliance gsm phone today the 21st of june 2017 with rs. 100 and a got a value of rs. 84.34. But after a while for some unknown reasons my balance started getting deducted and i didn't even subscribe to any vas. My balance reached 66 in the morning then to 35 with a message that i subscribed to adpapstrmgwlysubs services. I dont know what service this is and i didn't activate the same. 50 rs of mine is deducted for no reason. And for services i didn't start. I don't know by the time i finish submitting this complain my balance will probably reach rs. 0. Please see to the matter as soon as possible.

                                        Somehow I was able to reach customer care agent via phone but still they said that they can only refund Rs 31 on account of ADPAYStrmgWlySubs services (rs28) and some other services of rs 3. But the question still remains what happen to Rs. 18 that was cut from my main balance of Rs. 84 to bring it down to ₹66.
                                        Still waiting for an answer from reliance on my number [protected].
