Today i have recharged my mobile on line through neft rs. 52/- vide icici bank recharge done for mobile no [protected] but my account balance is showing only 1 paise. Refer the recharge bill no.[protected]/1120. Dt.16/06/2017 time 11.30 am

Request you to either reverse the amount to my bank or transfer the recharge balance to my account.

    Im feeling very awful to inform about the pathetic experience of reliance communication for the billing of my account number[protected].

    I brought reliance 3g datacard for internet connection and used it for more than one year. After that reliance has started to upgrade the connections into 4g. I was also asked to upgrade my datacard to 4g. I refused at start, but later on reliance associates told me that no extra charge will be taken and there will be no change in the plan and pricing. Only on this statement (Not plan and price will be changed) i agreed.

    Reliance has changed my dataplan to 4g. My datacard stopped working for more than 10 days for updation. Then reliance also changed the plan and bill amount without intimating to me.

    My datacard plan was 5gb day and 5gb night. I was paying rs 688/- including taxes. I was satisfied with my plan. After converting to 4g they changed it with intimation and my continuous enquiry over helpline.
    Now how reliance can change the pricing and plan without asking me.

    After conversion to 4g network they started to charge me 1039 approx per month and i was not agreed for this as it was too high for me.

    I asked them to close the account after paying them full amount i. E, rs 2140/- [request no[protected]] on 19/08/2016. I paid the whole amount without asking for any settlement or rectification. They told me that my request has been processed and i don’t have to pay anything else.
    Later they told me that they have not closed my account and added some amount outstanding to it. I told them about the whole matter and they satisfied and after repeated calls on the same matter and same replies from my side they pacified and stop calling. Later i started getting smss from reliance and their executives are not even willing to take calls. They started harassing me my sending the same message18-20 times per day. Some of the contact numbers and names mentioned in the smss are:-
    1. Rahul [protected] (Called on this number but he don’t want to talk & told me that he is
    Not sending sms reliance is putting his number)
    2. Ankit [protected] (Same response)
    3. Aakash [protected] (Same response)
    4. Suraj [protected] (Same response)

    Im working as an associate professor with ip university and i highly recommend my students and relatives and anybody else not to deal with reliance in any form. They have worst network, customer care and ethics. Moreover they robbed me of rs.2140 + dongel i. E, rs1999/- + lots of pain & harassment, etc.

    Subject: legal notice for recovery of rs. 331/-

    Dear sir/madam,
    Under instructions from and on behalf of our client i. E. M/s reliance communications ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the provisions of companies act, 1956 having its office at reliance communication ltd. Tower – b, 351/2, presidency building, 5th floor, opp. Govt. Girls college, near kalyani hospital, mg road, sector – 14, gurugram - 122001, we hereby serve you with the following notice:

    1. That our client is engaged, inter-alia, in the business of providing telecommunication services to its various subscribers against which our client gets consideration. You the addressees had applied for mobile or data card connections with our client after submitting all the relevant documents required for the said purpose with our client.

    2. That the said request of you the addressees was duly accepted by our client and you the addressees were allotted with reliance internet or voice connection, vide billing account number[protected]. The said connctivity vide billing account number was activated by our client for you the addressees and since then you the addressees had been using the said [protected] to the full and complete satisfaction of you the addressees and therefore, availed the telecommunication services of our client along with all ancillary services subscribed by you from time to time, through the said numbers.

    3. That our client has been raising its bill upon you the addresses from time to time with respect to the telecommunication services availed by you the addressees. But you the addressees always delayed/ defaulted in making of the payment of the outstanding amount on one pretext or the other due to which the said connection was disconnected by our client on account of nonpayment by you the addressees. As on today, a sum of rs. 331/- is outstanding and remains payable by you the addressees to our client as per the records maintained by our client in the ordinary course of its business. It may be noted that despite repeated communications with your officials, you the addressees have failed to clear the outstanding dues towards our client till date and the same is still payable by you.

    4. That in these circumstances, you the addressees are hereby called upon to make the payment of rs. 331/- within a period of 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this legal notice.in case of non-compliance of this notice, we have clear and definite instructions from our client to take proper legal action against you the addressees before competent court of law at your own cost, risk and consequences for recovery of the aforesaid amount along with penalty and interest calculated from the date when the same had became due payable by you the addressees to our client.

    5. Our client also reserves its right to take legal action against you the addressees before the concerned police station and /or the concerned court of metropolitan magistrate for registration of fir for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client. You are hereby further called upon to pay a sum of rs.5500/- (Rupees five thousand five hundred only) toward this notice charges.

      Recently i received a message saying that i have been subscribed for something and so they have deducted my amount, when i called the customer care and asked they have informed that if i wld have called them within 24hrs they wld have refunded and since i called a day later they cant. Is it a way of looting money from customers by relaince? Without my knowledge how did they activate? When i am asking for proof they dont have anything to say. I want my money back refunded to my account. The worst network ever, they think that we dont have any other work other than calling them and keep complaining. It has happened two times in 1 month.

You deducted my balnce without any reason i have already activated net pack but you deducted more than 100 rs when i called your customer care they said they can't refund why its not possible even i didn't use that number for outgoing calls very rate time i use that sim so please check into matter and refund my balance...

          I am the user of above number however on this number there has been various deductions on regards of value added services contacted number of times reliance contact center requested to refund the money but got nothing asked the executives to raise a complaint but still nothing asked to escalate the matter but he left me on a queue where no body replies now whenever i call the contact center the call automatically gets disconnect once i choose the option to speak to a executive not satisfied with such a service neither the internet so high usage deduction and net even does not work loose the connection at a same time when the usage balance gets over company sends no notification as a result main account balance gets deducted... Please do something such a level of service is damn poor and very disrespectfully had to say to the owner that its not a level of one of the most leading service provider if india shameful really hard to beleive

            Not satisfied with data consumption details and charges levied. I have paid two bills with appropriate amount but not it is providing bill which is not at all acceptable. I have a plan of 399rs postpaid reliance sim in which I have a plan of 2gb data but recently when I used my internet then I got a bill of 800+ amount in which I got extra charges for data used. I used only 2gb of my data which was according to plan but still I got a bill which is not at all acceptable don't know why I was charged extra amount. My plan is 2gb 3g or 4g data then it will be 2g unlimited then also they charged me with amount.

              I wish to complain about poor service we have received from reliance communication. My billing account number is [protected] and the business phone lines are registered in the name of rav bpo services, we have 2 numbers all of them are dead, we have registered a complaint on 13 and my complaint number is[protected]. We have been told that the problem will be solved asap, the technician from reliance had come and there is no update. Due to the phones are not working my business has incurred huge loss.                       Since 2 days i am trying to contact to customer care but i am unable to get the options on 198 & *333.
                      It is really very frustrating that the telecom provider like reliance has such service.
                      I wanted to complain about the recharge issue i am facing
                      I had done recharge of 93 of 1gb/day internet for 28 days on 12th june 2017 since i had received sms for it. After recharging i got confirmation too but next day my main balance was deducted.
                      Later i recharged with rs. 40 on 14th june but same thing happened, it got deducted.
                      I was trying to connect to customer care but they didnt mentioned any option about talking with their cce.

                        My outgoing services (Calls, sms, internet) has been barred for my reliance postpaid no.[protected]. Although have made multiple complaints to the customer care, my issues hasn't been addressed to.

                        There has been no explanation from the customer care as to the reason for the services being barred as there is no outstanding payment due on my number.

                            Balance is always deducted on every 1-2 days interval and all money is reduced to Rs 0. and whenever I call to customer care it always says, "thank you for calling" and hence i am unable to contact with the customer service executive. I also called on *333 but it didn't work. Please, Solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will port out.

                                    I have recently moved from telangana state to karnataka bangalore and there in no proper reliance network coverage also to overcome the std charges i wanted to change the network from reliance to airtel.
                                    However i have sent four times port message on 10.06.2017 and 13.06.2017 to 1900 to porting request code but they are not sending porting request code and they called me and said you are not able to change the network and change some settings in your phone you will get full network and we are not going to send porting request. Why cant i not able to change. One year ago i have taken that sim and also it has main balance. Please help me on this.

                                      Dear sir/madam, i am using a reliance gsm sim card. Sir/madam, i am just frustrated with this telecom service provider. From the end of april, it has been creating a nuisance to me. It activates value added service pack automatically without my permission and deducts money from my account. I am a busy man, i have a small business to run. I don't have time to play with this nonsense works. Every time after getting the message: you have been successfully subscribed to some nonsense vas pack, i have to call the reliance customer care no. 198. Every time they tell vas pack will be deactivated and your balance will be returned, but they do nothing. This vas pack is automatically activated every two-three days apart and rs. 3 or rs. 5 is deducted from my account. This nonsense process has been going on and on from the last one and half month. I recharged my mobile with rs. 52 power card and rs. 55 talktime balance. I would apply for portability option, but my power card validity and balance are not finished. That's why i am still hoping for some good news from my telecom service provider to solve this matter. But last two-three days they don’t give to chance to talk with their customer care executive, after calling on 198 when i choose the option: talk with our customer care executive, my call is automatically disconnected. Now i don’t understand what to do. Please help me on this issue and register my complaint. I hope you understood my problem. I will be thankful to you if this problem is end.
