I have my reliace smart number [protected] which i was not using from past sometime and now company has issued that sim card to new person and he has started using that number and is sending vulgar messages to my contacts. Company has even not sent any intimation to me regarding issuing that sim card to a new person.

Request you to please block that number as early as possible....

My landline is lying in dead state for past two months. There have

Since 2 days i am trying to contact to customer care but i am unable to get the options on 198 & *333.
It is really very frustrating that the telecom provider like reliance has such service.
I wanted to complain about the recharge issue i am facing
I had done recharge of 93 of 1gb/day internet for 28 days on 12th june 2017 since i had received sms for it. After recharging i got confirmation too but next day my main balance...

My outgoing services (Calls, sms, internet) has been barred for my reliance postpaid no.[protected]. Although have made multiple complaints to the customer care, my issues hasn't been addressed to.

There has been no explanation from the customer care as to the reason for the services being barred as there is no outstanding payment due on my number.

My postpaid mobile no. [protected] blocked by you due to non payment of bill. The reason of non payment of bill is you have sent me a bill of rs.14000 against credit limit of only rd.1000.
However i paid the bill but after paying the bill not my no. Is started nor i have any information regarding when you are activated my no. After several attemp to activate my number.

Balance is always deducted on every 1-2 days interval and all money is reduced to Rs 0. and whenever I call to customer care it always says, "thank you for calling" and hence i am unable to contact with the customer service executive. As per recent discussion on post paid sim with unlimited calls and unlimited 4g data, now i am using post paid sim no: [protected].
