Sir l apply for rs699/-.4g unlimited plan in your reliance store at prabhadevi near century bazaar mumbai. I paid rs2000/- in your above mention store including my last bill but it is not reflected on my a/c and l am not getting 4g unlimited plan for which l apply. Regarding this l complain on198no but till date my complaint was not solve and l am not getting 4g service....

My mob - no [protected]. My name rajesh kumar. I paid. Advance rent for 2 year.in sept 2015 with a promise no bill arise for payment in next two year. But from past 3 month, i reciving bills. I have paid these bills. Because this is my business related no.. I complaint to customer care, that i never ask to company for any type of change in plans. I have already complint throgh live chat also....

Is there any concerned authorities or responsible personalities, who can put light on the above mentioned subject?

Although in the past years, navi mumbai is awarded with the best city award with the proper guidance/help/concern of our corporator/s. As observed that our government is spending/doing a lot to improve the e.com facilities of communication...

For past many days i am facing network problem to my number [protected]. i tried doing everything in settings, i changed network settings to auto mode then also its not coming, when i step out of my house network comes just one or two piller and in home everything use to go blank, i tried calling customer care but no response.

These people are thieves! I have been trying to call the customer care to disconnect my broadband connection. I get hundred calls for paying the bill, which i want to get disconnected. They are free to make those calls but not to take up a disconnection call. And then on top pf that these people have the audacity to reach my house and tell my mother that a legal notice will be sent if we not pay the bill instantly, and that too their executive...

I have requested the company to disconnect the post paid no [protected] in may2017 followed by email on 21st and 29th may and they simply replied on 29th may that their executive will speak and they spoke after one week and insisted to continue. I refused and suggested for disconnection. They said needful will be done. But today i was surprised to receive bill for june and i approached their appelate authority. They told to contaci [protected]...

On 19/06/2017 my pre-paid account showed a balance of rs.13.54 paise and that of todays is rs.10.54 paise.
I surprised about deduction of rs. 3.00 again.
Inspite of requesting not to provide any service, they are doing it at their own will

This has reference to the continued harassment by the rcom executives. Everyday, one or the other executive calls me and asks for one person or the other to whom i am not related in any manner. Also, i get messages to pay amounts for various caf numbers which i have never used.

My broadband connection (User id:[protected] taken at dec-16, its been 6 months passed i dont remember a single month where the internet has worked without trouble. Every alternative days i have to call call centre and follow with multiple calls to get an answer, and surprisingly all the time solution was given over phone, which is always a pathetic resolution and never sorted my problem... As a corporate you always have a tremendous followup...

I had ported my number from airtel to reliance. Due to excess bill amount of wrong net charges i decided not to pay the bill after my continuous complaints.
After months i paid all my pending due. The number was disconnected and i was told that the no. Shall be ported back to airtel.
After 4 months, till now i am not able to get back my number in airtel.

Kindly port it at earliest so that i can activate my no.in...

We have given our land for mobile tower to reliance communications but i have not received my rent for last 3 months. Mr manish sharma from their jaipur office is fooling us around and harassing us. He is not replying to our emails and avoiding our phone calls.

Please let us know where should we complain against them also request you to kindly get our rent as soon as possible....

I am having one mobile number[protected] in tiruchirappalli, tamilnadu. They are now and then debiting my talktime money towards some services without my consent though i have registered many times my complaints. When i check the balance and try to complain, their 198 number is not responding. Then i call them by number 30333333 from my mobile for registering the complaint. They charge 50 paise per 3 minute. How they do this? Please advise...
