Post paid reliance - [protected]
On may 2nd 2017, i had complained that my post paid connection in chennai - [protected] - was receiving almost zero connectivity for several days.
After repeated complaints, the issue was more or less resolved in early june 2017. However starting from june 17th 2017, the same problem is recurring. I would like to state the situation has reverted back - i am not able to make phone calls, not make on line financial transactions.
Inability to make or receive phone calls and to make any financial transactions is once again inconveniencing me very much. I tis a pity that a company of the reputation of reliance communications is not able to find permanent solutions and report to temporary quick fix solutions.
On 19 june, 2017, i have raised complaint no[protected] at 10.48 am with customer care officer mr. Ajit kumar.
I think there is something seriously wrong with the tower that provides signals to reliance mobiles located in the puliambedu - noombal area (600.077) in locations around mosque road, axis bank atm, manthope, aroma colony,,,
Please attend to the problem and let me know when the connectivity will be full restored and on permanent basis..
