    I have purchased the reliance internet connection one and half months ago. When i purchase the reliance guys told me the internet will activate in 72 hours means in 3 days but after 2 weeks the connection started. I have purchased the 4mbps plan and i was getting the speed of 600-800 kbps. I faced everyday issue with the internet connection of them. After that bill generated for full month. Then i asked to reliance guys for weaver they provide me rs 200 as weaver amount. And taken the payment. But on the next day my internet connection is blocked by reliance communication and said that you have due amount of full bill rs 1514. The executive of reliance is making me promise since 5 days for the connection up. Now i am complete fade up with reliance broadband services. I never recommend the reliance worst services to anyone.
    So pathetic. After this you will go with reliance communication boradband you will looted by reliance robbers.

        I am one of reliance customer. My mobile no is -[protected]. I have recharged my account with rs 20 on 22 may and rs 20 on 19th may. I have send two or three messages only after recharge now my balance is 15.870 rs. I want to inform you that from long time i am putting complain to reliance customer care and every time they are saying that i have only two days before information and no resolution is provided regarding deduction from my account even they are not taking any complain and not able to tell why it got deducted. Now my question is that what is the use of customer care if you are not taking care of my account balance. And my question is that without any acknowledgement how i can know the account balance within 24 hours. I am totally disappointed now after seeing the reliance customer care service and it enforce me to think about the believe on reliance company. It is kind of misleading of customer. I am putting this complain because this is happening from long time that's why i am recharging less amount and now about to stop using. I am expecting strong resolution on this issue

          On both i am not able to get network. I am stationed at sakinaka and i have lodged several complaints and also visited your gallery. No use. Whenever a phone is received or dialled by me the opposite party's complaint is my voice is breaking or inaudible. I am at my wit's end. Because in the office i may have the choice of re-connecting on my landline and resume conversation but what will i do on transit?
          If the problem is not solved immediately, i will not have any option but to port out. My one more connection i wanted to enrol on reliance but now i have second thoughts., please communicate.

                    To the concern authorities, reliance communications (Rcom)

                    Is there any concerned authorities or responsible personalities, who can put light on the above mentioned subject?

                    Although in the past years, navi mumbai is awarded with the best city award with the proper guidance/help/concern of our corporator/s. As observed that our government is spending/doing a lot to improve the e.com facilities of communication in the telecom sector. Also observed that where the state like bihar is providing free wi. Fi facilities even on railway stations. Whereas this type of behavior was not at all expected from [rcom] the branded & pioneers in telecom sector, who must be aware n being notified of each issues/ happenings.

                    As we all know it's the time of ssc/hsc results & every thing is online nowdays. Each n every govt website/s are secured & so they provide an otp on the mobile as a matter of security to avoid hacking/ misuse /frauds etc. And when the customer/s who are still using reliance [rcom] network with blind faith.

                    1) due to the above mentioned subject does anybody knows the impact of no network in the area?

                    2) how shall be the "new admissions" issue be resolved when the students do not get sms/messages etc ontime due to no network?

                    Does this means that the slogan "karlo duniya muthie mein" is gone with our respected personality late mr. Dhirubhai ambani ji?

                    If not, then i suggest to the revenue collecting/concerned authorities to at least spend some time along with the capital invested. Also pay surprise visits on the retail counter/s to note the unpractical behavior n negligence of your staff, so to improve n provide better services to the consumers for the betterment of society.

                      as soon as i have posted the above complaints regarding my network issue, two of the random numbers started calling me saying they are from reliance communications, numbers are [protected] and [protected].
                      most importantly they were saying to give my debit and credit card number which oviously i didnt give.
                      but my problem is why every data here is so redundant that anyone can see, you should provide other specific coloumn for mobile numbers and personal datas so that others can't read them,
                      i was aware of such activities so i recognised those were fake calls but those who are not aware?

                        These people are thieves! I have been trying to call the customer care to disconnect my broadband connection. I get hundred calls for paying the bill, which i want to get disconnected. They are free to make those calls but not to take up a disconnection call. And then on top pf that these people have the audacity to reach my house and tell my mother that a legal notice will be sent if we not pay the bill instantly, and that too their executive was shouting in the middle of the road. Why should we pay them, also their internet has not been working because our payment has not been made. Why in the world should we pay the bill for a connection that they have already disconnected. And is there something called customer care, is that how you treat customers, all the customer care etiquette is there till you take the subscription!

                          I have requested the company to disconnect the post paid no [protected] in may2017 followed by email on 21st and 29th may and they simply replied on 29th may that their executive will speak and they spoke after one week and insisted to continue. I refused and suggested for disconnection. They said needful will be done. But today i was surprised to receive bill for june and i approached their appelate authority. They told to contaci [protected] but there is no provision to talk to anyone but it gives information on mobile use.. Etc. Will you pl take it and have disconnection done instantly

                            On 19/06/2017 my pre-paid account showed a balance of rs.13.54 paise and that of todays is rs.10.54 paise.
                            I surprised about deduction of rs. 3.00 again.
                            Inspite of requesting not to provide any service, they are doing it at their own will
                            After this a sms received :- "you have been successfully subscribed to sroresubs service for 1 day. To un-subscribe sms unsub 2852 to 155223 (Tollfree). When replied by sms, they have again sms that you have been successfully unsubscribe fron storesubs service.
                            I gave sms again as"stop" to 155223 and in reply, dear customer, you are not subscribed to any vas packs.
                            Why this type of excercise again and again.
                            Why once for all the company is stopping all vas to me.
                            Please refund rs. 3/- to my account [protected]

                              Some z shaikh is continuously disturbing me. The number is [protected]. The caf numbers mentioned in numbers were[protected],[protected], [protected].
                              Despite my telling that i do not any people who might have inadvertently given my number as alternate, the rcom executives continue to harass me.

                              I also got calls from [protected]. I asked the lady calling to send the executives to verify but she did not talk properly and continued saying that i was lying.

                              I request you to take urgent action so that this nuisance stops otherwise i will be forced to approach other appropriate forum again rcom.

                                Balance is always deducted on every 1-2 days interval and when I call to customer care, it says "thank you for calling" and hence i am unable to contact with the customer service executive. my total balance is reduced to zero. Please, Solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will port out.

                                  On may 2nd 2017, i had complained that my post paid connection in chennai - [protected] - was receiving almost zero connectivity for several days.

                                  After repeated complaints, the issue was more or less resolved in early june 2017. However starting from june 17th 2017, the same problem is recurring. I would like to state the situation has reverted back - i am not able to make phone calls, not make on line financial transactions.

                                  Inability to make or receive phone calls and to make any financial transactions is once again inconveniencing me very much. I tis a pity that a company of the reputation of reliance communications is not able to find permanent solutions and report to temporary quick fix solutions.

                                  On 19 june, 2017, i have raised complaint no[protected] at 10.48 am with customer care officer mr. Ajit kumar.

                                  I think there is something seriously wrong with the tower that provides signals to reliance mobiles located in the puliambedu - noombal area (600.077) in locations around mosque road, axis bank atm, manthope, aroma colony,,,

                                  Please attend to the problem and let me know when the connectivity will be full restored and on permanent basis..

                                      My broadband connection (User id:[protected] taken at dec-16, its been 6 months passed i dont remember a single month where the internet has worked without trouble. Every alternative days i have to call call centre and follow with multiple calls to get an answer, and surprisingly all the time solution was given over phone, which is always a pathetic resolution and never sorted my problem... As a corporate you always have a tremendous followup for every month payment, i dont know why such aggressive followup is not there for customer complaints... And always my complaints are closed by call centre agents without solving my issue... I am completely drained out on followup and i have no idea left now rather moving to consumer forum.. As none of their senior officers are also bothered neither to answer my call and to make a call back to such a dis-satisfied customer.. As a business person am sure i have enough contacts and social media networks to ensure i will pass out this message as much as i can so that no one else should fall into such a trap of business drama with mindbogglingly advertisements to make customers fool... Am sure none of the people may not bother even after my frustration mentioned here... But on a hope that no one should be fooled as i have dropped myself into this fooling drama...

                                        I had ported my number from airtel to reliance. Due to excess bill amount of wrong net charges i decided not to pay the bill after my continuous complaints.
                                        After months i paid all my pending due. The number was disconnected and i was told that the no. Shall be ported back to airtel.
                                        After 4 months, till now i am not able to get back my number in airtel.

                                        Kindly port it at earliest so that i can activate my no.in airtel

                                        It is very shocking to know that till date the amount has not been updated in your records/systems.
