We have given our land for mobile tower to reliance communications but i have not received my rent for last 3 months. Mr manish sharma from their jaipur office is fooling us around and harassing us. He is not replying to our emails and avoiding our phone calls.

Please let us know where should we complain against them also request you to kindly get our rent as soon as possible.

        Recently i have opted for the data services pack for 6 months, before recharging i called the customer care and enquired about the availability of 3g network in reliance since my phone doesn't support 4g. Customer executive confirmed me that i can connect to aircel 3g since reliance doesn't have 3g connectivity. I got it reconfirmed twice and then proceeded to recharge the pack for 6 months. It was working fine til 17th june, and suddenly 3g stopped working, on enquiry the customer executive mentioned that aircel 3g services are no more available for reliance customers from the past 1 month. If so why have you provided wrong information earlier??
        And to connect to customer executive you take 20 to 30 mins of time and after waiting for so long also there wont be any proper information provided by you people.
        This is not the only problem there are many issues with your network. The worst network ever. The customer executives are complete useless. Every person says contradictory statements. Is this the way you train them??

          Hi team,

          My broadband connection is not working from friday evening and i had raised ticket for the same with customer care. Ticket has been closed by giving resolution that junction box is not operative as light is not available.

          This is unexpected answer and over and above, ticket has been closed. What m i supposed to do now. M i supposed to go and change the junction box and get internet on my own?

          Please provided internet or refund installation charges because connection is not working because of reliance fault. I think i had been paying reliance bill within due dates so reliance is awarding me by not providing internet

            I was using Vodafone few days back reliance cc person called me for their services and connivance me for use reliance services with best plan
            but yesterday i insert reliance sim in my mobile after that i was waiting for internet connectivity than i called c c regarding the same but they waist my one hour didnt get resolve the problem
            i am still waiting internet connectivity but not getting
            i dont understand what kind of services you are providing .
            this is my first experience with reliance which is pathetic i never suggest any body to use reliance sim
            i am using i phone 6 without internet its nothing so i request you to plz resolve this problem ASAP
            one more thing i paid 100rs for sim card but after that i have seen MRP on kit
            just 4 rs mention on it

              I am having one mobile number[protected] in tiruchirappalli, tamilnadu. They are now and then debiting my talktime money towards some services without my consent though i have registered many times my complaints. When i check the balance and try to complain, their 198 number is not responding. Then i call them by number 30333333 from my mobile for registering the complaint. They charge 50 paise per 3 minute. How they do this? Please advise them to follow the trai guidelines. You can check my mobile calling log dated 15.06.2017 and 18.06.2017. On these both days they have arbitrarily deducted my talktime and i have made complaints to them.
              On 15.06.2017 i have sent an e-mail regarding this to reliance customercare. Copy of my email is

This arrogant and unwanted deduction has been made while i was sleeping. How did you deduct the amount? Under which trai act did you make this? This is not the first time you have done this. On 16.04.2017 you have deducted the amount and on raising my complaint you have refunded the same. Now you the worst reliance communication has erred again. Please go through my email dated 16.04.2017 addressed to you. Now i strongly condemn your action. To raise and register my complaint from my mobile[protected], there is no customerservice option in your network eventhough i tried calling 198. So i have to write this. You are requested to refund the amount fully immediately. Otherwise i have to register and take up my complaint to trai.                 Yesterday i. E.[protected] at 09:56 pm a subscription was being subscribed namely shotforbisc of rs 40 (Approx) to my prepaid mobile reliance number:+91-[protected] for which i have not subscribed for. I spoke to reliance customer care an got the response that these amount are non-refundable. I have repeatedly told that i have not subscribed any such pack, and also i have deactivated the service instantly for subscription pack. I also told that i have not use any services of these pack so please refund the amount but again the executive told the same thing that these packs are non refundable. Which means that either reliance communications are doing charity for their customers to they are happy with any amount received from customer in free.

                I as a customer is unable to understand why this phenomenon is repeated after every 3 months or 6 months. Further, earlier they use to refund the amount, but now they are telling that this are non-refundable in nature. I am totally unstatisfied with the feedback received from customer care. For customer like us it is just wastage of time, money and energy.

                I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future.

                Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                There are people calling from fake number and telling that they are from customer care. Do not share debit card or credit card details with them. Also do not share any OTP details as they are frauds and they will steal your money easily.

                  I'm not getting internet connection properly from last month. Only 3 days the connection was there. Afterwards again same situation.
                  Have raised plenty of complaints and talk to the customer care people. When i call the customer care people, they will say that we have raised ticket sir it will take 24 hours to resolve. After that no solution nothing. Bakwas people and worst service i have ever seen. Fed up of this worst service.

                  Till now no technical team called me about the resolution. When the payment due date comes, keep on calling and tortured me all the time. After payment done, no connection exists. I'm fully frustrated about this service.

                  Now i'm going to disconnect this service, and friends don't ever take this connection in future and let your friends also.

                    Actually, i was looking for an affordable 4g mobile connections. I found an online campaign of rcom, which was showing that their postpaid 299 rental plan is are being provided at rs.239. I followed the instructions and paid the security deposit of 300, and did the further procedure. Then rcom took around 10 more days to process. It seems to be an abuse, as the call center executives are asking for proofs of the said offer. The offer page is not showing the same offers and it is difficult for me to prove my point. Offered
                    Abuse of online marketing.
                    The order and enabled my new connection on 8thjune.

                    All the problems starts from here,
                    1. They sent me a bill which reflects 299 as the rental.
                    2. Their 4g speeds are pathetic, below 200kbps
                    3. The numbers, generally at agartala, as i have my family there, are not getting connected. The ivr in more than 90% of the occasions responds with the message "the network you are trying is busy. Please try after some tiil.
                    If the services do not improve within this cycle, otherwise close the connection. Also they have billed for an advance month, and sent a bill of inr.410

                        Hi i received a from reliance to port my number and they offered a good plan i asked them to call me the next day as i was off, since morning 9 oclock they started calling me i woke up at 2 spoke to them and asked them to get the docs collected, by the time he reached my place to collect the documents i searched internet and asked my friends about the services which were not very good there were hardly any good reviews about the same so i apologized to the guy who came told him the reason an denied to take the new number or sim and since them i havereceived numerous calls back to back approx 50

                          I had ported to reliance few months ago. Today i received a message:
                          "dear reliance customer today eod will barred your active no [protected]. Against your non payment of old rim no. [protected] rs 612/- kindly make pymt avoid barring."

                          But i never had any other numbers, this is the only number i have with reliance.
                          I called your customer care but they had no information. There was no reply contact information in the message.

                          This is my customer facing number, if it gets barred, i have to take legal action against reliance.

                          Because of such mischievous behaviour of reliance, i had ported all my numbers (Including the two numbers mentioned above). At that time, i had cleared all dues and even had to pay extra.

                          Later i had to only port one number to reliance. This was a fresh account and fresh porting. How could reliance allow me to port then if bills were due? How could you threaten to barr my new connection for old bill??

                            After porting to this company bill were not charged as per plan no response over complaint number barred but still billing is on. Not able to use number but still paying the bill. Third class company 1st time customer and cheated in all way. Please forgive me i have paid all the peny you beggers asked to pay but still number is not activated. Let me out from your fraud company. There is no one to listen grievance for post paid customer and directing to visit your shoping centre as there is no solution available on call centre. #

                                I subscribed to a postpaid plan of reliance communication in august 2016. I received my first bill (Hard copy) on 9th september 2016. After that reliance communication stopped sending bill. I informed customer care by email and phone several times to send the monthly bill in time. Always they informed that they had stopped sending hard copy and i have to opt for ebill. Opted for the same through telephonic discussion (Several times) but they never send the ebill to my inbox.
                                It is not possible to keep in mind to check the bill at the end of the month and pay the same in time. So they started charging late payment fee. Perhaps it is their policy to collect extra money as the penalty when customers could not pay their bill within due date due to non-receiving of bills.
                                Failed to convince them (For sending bill / ebill in time) after repetitive attempts i decided to close the postpaid connection. I send my official notice to stop the postpaid connection through email. But did not acknowledge the receipt and closed the connection. They continued sending bill till now. I stopped using the connection since april’17. I contacted customer care through live chat three times. Twice they informed that the connection was in suspended mode and assured to close the connection within fifteen days after paying the current dues. Once they informed that there is no record (Request of closing the connection) in their database. I have recorded all the conversations.
                                On 16th may 2017 i paid rs. 256. Then customer care personal through live chat assured to close the connection within fifteen days.
                                To know the present status of this connection i visited the reliance store at madhyamgram on 9th june’17. They confirmed that there is no record regarding my request for closing the connection. They advised me to register my request for closing again. I did so.
                                On 15th june’17, i contacted customer care through live chat to check the status of the connection and came to know that a new bill of rs. 270 was generated.
                                So i request you to issue necessary steps to stop this harassment and to close the postpaid connection

                                One official from Reliance Customer Service Team called me on 17.06.17. He repeatedly solicited for paying the last bill dated 9th June 2017. He could not provide justification of issuing such bill in spite of my official notice to terminate the connection through email on 04.03.2017.

                                        Earlier i was told my address verification got negative and then i tried following up with reliance appellate, and people who sold me this connection and after more than two weeks my services were resumed.

                                        This time i am being told that my caf is not in prescribed format i don't know what that means, but i was told to go to nearest store and resubmit my documents which i did on 3rd june at vashisth mobile hut:
