I'm not getting internet connection properly from last month. Only 3 days the connection was there. Afterwards again same situation.
Have raised plenty of complaints and talk to the customer care people. When i call the customer care people, they will say that we have raised ticket sir it will take 24 hours to resolve. After that no solution nothing. Bakwas people and worst...

Actually, i was looking for an affordable 4g mobile connections. I found an online campaign of rcom, which was showing that their postpaid 299 rental plan is are being provided at rs.239. I followed the instructions and paid the security deposit of 300, and did the further procedure. Then rcom took around 10 more days to process. I had ported to reliance few months ago. Today i received a message:
"dear reliance customer today eod will barred your active no [protected]. Against your non payment of old rim no. [protected] rs 612/- kindly make pymt avoid barring."

But i never had any other numbers, this is the only number i have with reliance.
I called your customer care but they had no information. There was no reply contact information...

After porting to this company bill were not charged as per plan no response over complaint number barred but still billing is on. Not able to use number but still paying the bill. I submitted long back.. Stop my service. I am getting some messages to pay my bill... What is the need to pay my bill if am not using.. U people wont block and taking amount from my end. I belongs to police family.in future am getting any message something like this mean i will take some legal action on this.

Earlier i was told my address verification got negative and then i tried following up with reliance appellate, and people who sold me this connection and after more than two weeks my services were resumed.

Im feeling very awful to inform about the pathetic experience of reliance communication for the billing of my account number[protected].

I brought reliance 3g datacard for internet connection and used it for more than one year. After that reliance has started to upgrade the connections into 4g. I was also asked to upgrade my datacard to 4g. I refused...

Recently i received a message saying that i have been subscribed for something and so they have deducted my amount, when i called the customer care and asked they have informed that if i wld have called them within 24hrs they wld have refunded and since i called a day later they cant. Is it a way of looting money from customers by relaince? Without my knowledge how did they activate? When i am asking for proof they dont have anything to say....

You deducted my balnce without any reason i have already activated net pack but you deducted more than 100 rs when i called your customer care they said they can't refund why its not possible even i didn't use that number for outgoing calls very rate time i use that sim so please check into matter and refund my balance...

I am the user of above number however on this number there has been various deductions on regards of value added services contacted number of times reliance contact center requested to refund the money but got nothing asked the executives to raise a complaint but still nothing asked to escalate the matter but he left me on a queue where no body replies now whenever i call the contact center the call automatically gets disconnect once i choose...

Not satisfied with data consumption details and charges levied. I have paid two bills with appropriate amount but not it is providing bill which is not at all acceptable.
