I have been using reliance gsm since 8 years. My number is [protected]. I am living in bikaner, rajasthan which is not a small city to put great network connection... Still the reliance network here is pathetic. You use 2g or 3g.. It doesn't show any significant difference. Most of the time it shows 'no network'. And even outside, the problem remains same. One way call, drop calls, call delays have been normal and regualr issue to me.

My reliance number is [protected]. Yesterday, i rechared rs.93 for 1gb 4g data per day for 28 days. Today, when i check my net balance, it was 800 mb and main balance was rs.8.92 but after 5 mins, both becomes 0. Give me my 8.92rs and full 4g data. The net is 2g speed. In which i have to get 1 GB 3G data for 28 days but on 1st, 6th, and today that is 12 th june i didn't get 1 gb data.for this ihave done so many complaints to reliance but they said it will be resolved within 4 days but it doesn't happened till now.i also emailed them but they didn't respond.so please try to help me out of this....

It is just a harassing situation where in you have to follow for fault created by the company. Main account balance of rs 150 has been deducted though i have not used any facility like call/ data. Tried to contact customer support but unable to get a proper response.

I feel this is not at all a valid process where we need to type a mail thinking of getting a reply to it. Someone should contact me rather...

My reliance number [protected]. I am very old customer about 12 years. Without anything rs. 5 is deducted automatically from my a/c balance on 10th june and today. Why this happen?

I never see that type of automatic activity in any other network. Please refund my balance and don't do that next time. Otherwise i'm compelled to change the network all numbers....

I have been using my reliance gsm sim form odisha for the past 2 years and it has suddenly stopped working from last night. It is just showing 'no service'. I had also recharged my phone a few days earlier. Kindly re-activate my number [protected] again as it is very important.

I got a message in 99 ruppee 1 gb per day for 28 days and also i talked with customer care he told me this offer valid on 10-6-17 to 17-6-17 and i recharged on 10 and i got a mesaage after recharged your internet for 28 days but i checked data i saw the expired date of my data is 14-7-17 and my internet not working properly plz slove my problem as soon as possible my no. I am customer of reliance communications. My user id is[protected]. My connection is not working from 12 days. I have complain many times. Without solving my complain they close my complain... The company position is so poor that it is not able to provide proper service. I have call many times toll free number but i do not get answer. I. So please solve my complain as soon as possible....

I have recharged by rs.50/-& rs. 21 as talk time and value voucher for 20ps./minute, on 06/06/2017 at 5.31pm. After 5 days i check the balance amount. The balance was 6.49 rs. I surprised by automatic deduction of balance. This happened so many times with so many reliance customers. Kindly refund the balance amount rs.38/

Every time i call reliance customer they always say refund can be done by billing department only and they will contact me directly but still no call back from there end.

Without my information customer care activat advance plan but i am unable to advance payment. That's regions my no last four days outgoing and incoming call blocks. So i am suffering this time very lose money for our service. So kindly compensation last four days lose my money and activate my no. I am users for reliance last twelve years. I really sock this type of activity like reliance customer care....

My self brijesh bajpai 239 rupees extra roaming charge added. After complaining many time no solution is given. Also my other number 5 rupee extra roaming charge added. 31may to 8-june daily roaming charge added while i am in circle no roaming signal. I am using same number last 1 year then never roaming charge added.

My self vijay bareth from raigarh (Cg), i am a regular customer of gsm reliance, i have shown recharge offers from your site there i found recharge of 119rs get 600min local std then i have done recharge of rs 119 on my mobile no. [protected] but after recharge i have got 600mb data in place of 600min, so it was fraud to me by your company, so please rectified my problem at an early date....

I ported my number-[protected] from airtel to reliance and document collected as on 30/5/17. My no. Ported as on 8/6/17 @10:30, but after changing sim network was not there. I waited till 11 in the morning after which i made call on [protected] (No from which mnp plan was pitched by rahul) and they said that they will resolve the issue in 30 mins. I again call after around 1 hour but they said same thing again, and it kept going till 2pm after...

I was distributor of cdma reliance phones. According to reliance policy i had to purchase many phones for sell, but since reliance cdma phones are closed n it is of no use nowadays, so what to do with that. I have invested my money in that. How can i get my money back. Plz help me as early as possible. I m waiting for your reply. Kindly reply as early as possible. And try to resolve my problem....
