I am having post paid mobile nos. Of reliance communication ltd under name of mmm investment and consultants. 5 nos [protected],[protected].[protected], [protected], [protected]. Are working. I got bill in time and i pay bill in time for the last 5 years. Now i am facing problem that when i take my cell phone to call, i am getting a message (Priya upbhogta late payment se bachney ke liye apne bill ka bhugtan dey tithi se pahle karein, agar aapne bill ka bhugtaan kar diya hai tau iss soochna ko undekha karein.) why i am getting this information before each and every call i mak to someone? It is waisting my 15-20 seconds before each and every call. My call might be important but this operator does not think about my precious time but despite of my request call to customer care, operator is not solving this matter.

    I am using the reliance post paid connection no. [protected] since may 2009 (Initially it was prepaid).

    I paid the billing amount of month april. Followings are the details:

    1. Date of payment: april 26, 2017
    2. Mode of payment: credit card
    3. Amount: 332.58
    4. Transaction id/payment id/receipt no.: order number:

    5. Payment made on: https://recharge.rcom-eshop.com/#postpaid)

    I got the email and phone from company that payment is not made. I continuously writing to them with the payment receipt but they are confirming the payment a.

    They have barred my outgoing three times during may 1- may 23, 2017 and finally barred all the services on my number after may 23.

    Now i have no services on my phone. They have also added the paid bill in next bill with late fee.

      As per recent discussion on post paid sim with unlimited calls and unlimited 4g data, now i am using post paid sim no: [protected]. As per our discussion executive told me that 299 pack with local and std calls and unlimited data, but now they are activated jalsaunltd 499 and now i got only 15gb data in my plan. I was shocked when i seen all this disgusting things from reliance. Previously i am with airtel with plan of 349 unlimited calls and daily 1gb data, i was clearly discussed with executive when i got a call he was several times told me that 299 plan with tax 350 and benefits o[censored]nlimited calls and unlimited 4g data. I got a call from this number [protected] on 07/06/2017 wed. Now i am trying to contact this number in switch of conditions and also i got a call from this number [protected] on friday 09/06/2017 for sim process but this number also in switch of conditions. Once check with previous mail i was clearly mentioned whether 299 plan with unlimited calls and data then only process. Now i need explanation on all this disgusting things. Here i am requesting to please call on my number [protected] for explanation, other wise reliance need to gave explanation consumer forum.

        I am trying to send message to 1900 from last 3 days and they are blocking my message. Not able to get the code for mnp to switch. I am getting the message as insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service even if i have sufficient balance. I already notified customer care but they are not helping. Reliance is automatically activating some vas packs and deducting my balance from last 1 year. I have many complaint against them. My # is [protected] and i need immediate assistance. You cannot force me to stay with your useless network.

          I am very dissatisfied with the reliance customer service as i called so many times in reliance call center but the executives who are working there they do not know the customer service specially who are working in night shifts. Whenever i called the customer care in night they always disconnected my phone as when i called for the first time in call center 5-6days back at 10:15-10:20 the executive sachin was not professional and said that he is raising my complaint and within 4 hours balance rs40 would be returned in my phone. Reliance sends unnecessary promotional messages and deliberately deducts rs20 for the one day services. This is a one day service and they send the message that your services are activated automatically and again after sometime they send the message that services have been deactivated. Kindly return my rs40 as they deducted the money twice for the services and no one respond us whenever call to customer care. The customer care services are pathetic and would recommend to others do not buy reliance connection. I do not know where is company located and what is there zipcode because every time i called in customer care and they disconnected my phone so by default i am selecting city and zipcode.

          I am not at all satisfied with the customer care services.When I raised this complaint then I got a call next day from customer care manager Mr.Abhishek Sharma and he was asking my debit card details like 12 digit card number, CVV number and expiry date to give me refund but when I denied to give these details then he straightaway denied me to give refund and he said refund nahi milega tab. But after few hours when I checked my mobile then I got refund of Rs35 instead of Rs60.I just want to ask why Mr.Abhishek Sharma was asking my debit card details and when refund was not possible then how did I get refund of Rs35.I think they are doing something wrong and whenever I call to 198 then that number is not contactable with my number as they have done something wrong with my number [protected]. They gave me refund of Rs35 but next day they deducted Rs10 again for two services and those services are Full2Music service and HunRWfull2musicDP.I am not able to understand why they activate the services automatically and deduct the money andnext day they deactivate the services. I am mentally harassed by them.I want company none of the services should be activated in my mobile number [protected] fro now onwards. There are so many telecom companies in the market so there are so many options to take prepaid numbers but if the services are not good then customer can switch to any company and I would not recommend to anybody to take reliance connection. Kindly reply me as soon as possible but I do not want any call from customer care senior because I think they are not professionals.
          Reliance network is activated service by self and they charge that money for subscription they didn't send any message but amount was reduced in main balance worst service I have seen...they didn't refund money also...

            Hello reliance team,

            Good day, i have taken 2 new connections from the reliance vendor at manyata tech park, nagawara as per ibm corporate plan's. For the number [protected] the plan was 499 and for the number [protected] (This being a premium number i paid rupees 2000 {two thousand only to the reliance vendor}) and plan opted was 299.

            As per the vendor for the first 3 months i will be getting a discount of 100 rupees as per offer on each connection i took.

            Now hear is the problem from your team.

            I received bill for both the numbers generateded for 10 days on[protected]. As per my knowledge and info provided by the vendor the bill must be on prorate basis. I was taken by surprise what you people sent me. I din't even made a singel call using both the sim's, yet you charged it more than i expected

            I might partially agree with you that your bill desk has discounted for 100 rupees on both sim's, on pro-rata bais for 9 to 19th (May) billing.

            However, what the hell are you talking and telling advance rental. Do u think i am a fool to accept what ever nonsense you say that there is advance rental. None told me about the advance rental. If in case that was told earlier i would have opted for other service providers such as airtel, idea or vodaphone as corporate connection.

            I am not a fool to feel trap for your services, enough of talking, i don't need your stupid explanation. I am runing out of patience.

            Your team better give me back my money and take back your # sim's which is of no use and i neither made a singel call except for address verification for ur call center.

Why the hell do i need to call ur back end team as mentioned by anil in the below mail. When u gave a connection u did not informed me. U people are duping customers with your stupied mistakes

            Reatilar of sim card is telling that from 6 months balance of reliance is nor provided to him so he could not active the sim card of reliance
            A reliance number [protected] was used to dupe my grandfather of Rs. 65000 by taking debit card details. Kindly help us track the number to maximum capacity.
            Number present in bihar-jharkhand circle.

                I have been using reliance gsm since 8 years. My number is [protected]. I am living in bikaner, rajasthan which is not a small city to put great network connection... Still the reliance network here is pathetic. You use 2g or 3g.. It doesn't show any significant difference. Most of the time it shows 'no network'. And even outside, the problem remains same. One way call, drop calls, call delays have been normal and regualr issue to me.
                I have complaint about it so many times by all means but i think nobody is taking any significant action. 2 years back, team of customer support in reliance came to my house to verify and rectifying the problem but still got no solution till date.
                I have filed a complaint in national consumer forum with docket number 267935.
                My request is resolve this connectivity issue asap or be ready for compilation in ncc.
                My last sr complain no.[protected] was closed and there is no such a change on issue.

Today, when i check my net balance, it was 800 mb and main balance was rs.8.92 but after 5 mins, both becomes 0. Give me my 8.92rs and full 4g data. The net is 2g speed.                             It is just a harassing situation where in you have to follow for fault created by the company. Main account balance of rs 150 has been deducted though i have not used any facility like call/ data. Tried to contact customer support but unable to get a proper response.

                            I feel this is not at all a valid process where we need to type a mail thinking of getting a reply to it. Someone should contact me rather as i have already provided a complain.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have recharged by rs.50/-& rs. 21 as talk time and value voucher for 20ps./minute, on 06/06/2017 at 5.31pm. After 5 days i check the balance amount. The balance was 6.49 rs. I surprised by automatic deduction of balance. This happened so many times with so many reliance customers. Kindly refund the balance amount rs.38/

                                        Company intimate me to solve my problem with in 6 hours, but nothing happened and there is again deduction of rest balance. It is a best example that how the company cheating to customer. The company cmd must be knowing that "there is crime behind every big success". That is why this type of cheating is going on. So people are not preferring the reliance

                                        On my reliance number there is regularly deduction of balance without reason. I thought it was due to vas but it was not my balance is daily reducing as RS.3per day. The is no vas activated on my no. And also the Sim is not connecting to coustomer care no.
