Myself is Mishri Devi W/o Mahavir Singh resident of Village Karoli, Tehsil Narnaul, District Mahender (Haryana). My husband had leased a plot located at the said address to your company on monthly rental wherein a tower has been erected. I am sorry to inform you that no monthly rent for the said leased land is received since October 2014. After sudden demise of my husband in February 2016, I informed this fact telephonically as well as in writing to the official of your company a number of times. However, the matter remained unsolved till date without any reply. Kindly look into the matter and clear the pending rent without any delay.

    My postpaid number has been disconnected all of a sudden
    Need an update and reason for d same. When contacted customer service they said due to a non payment in my broadband account they have discontinued my telecom services. When checked the broadband account was given on a yearly package with an upfront paymennt of 6600 which would give unlimited access and then all of a sudden they send a bill in the 10th month for rs 3400 app and the next month the bill amount is 4400. Today almost after 6-10 months of time they discontinue my telecom service. I hope I will get some assistance because it is very difficult to get my mobile number changed on all my financial as well as non financial transactions.

      My Reliance postpaid number is [protected](not jio) which I have taken in the month of April.
      I haven't received any bill so far via any means(text/ call/ email) and received a message that my out going barred. When asked the coustmer care guy about what happened he said that outgoing service on my mobile (including messaging) barred because of Bill over limit and said that Bill is generated today and it will take 72 hours to reflect. He also said that the limit is 1000 and I have exceeded it by 100. He said he cannot help me getting it done now. I am on a unlimited plan of 499 per month. How can anyone get over by 200% of the bill( I have no value added services attached) in not even a month. This is ridiculous as I am out of station and want to speak with my family. This is so bad and I really felt bad to move my self from Airtel to Reliance I am more disturbed because of no intimation given in any means and so suddenly barred the outgoing. I request an immediate retrieval of my service.
      I am bringing in this because someone else should not face the same problem.

        Without my notice services are getting activated on my mobile number as soon as i recharge my account and amount is getting deducted since past few months. Please look into my request and try to resolve it as soon as possible and cancel all my subscriptions which were activated without my notice and try to add my amount back because its not my fault.

          I made an advance payment for 6 months and hardly use the service for 1 month as the reliance broadband is no more in our area.
          From last 2 months the terminated the plan.
          I ll request you to refund my amount for the period that i haven't used as i paid for 6 months in advnce

          Even nobody replies to my email from reliance..

          My problem is not yet fully resolved .
          They told me that the refund will take some time but there is no request for the waiver under that.
          Even my connection was not working from mid of Feb to April 4 termination date ..
          The executive told me to mark Email .
          I did it twice yesterday still no reply.
          My complaint no. Was[protected] .
          Please provide the waiver as well and kindly respond back to the email

            I m not satishfied with network of gsm..

            And not getting good response from custumar care.. Before 21th of may 2017... I brought a new reliance 4g lite sim and complete all the formalities but the was not activated... Then i m trying to contact costomercare as well as last dept of reliance means nodel officer... No one can satisfying me... Everyone used abuseive language or pure highly tone for conversation like "bole na nhi ho skta h" "apko ranchi jana hoga" are smjh m nhi aata" like that...               I had recharge yesterday with the full talktime offer of Rs.75 on my reliance GSM no. [protected] (Circle - Maharashatra). But the same has not been credited to my account and i am unable to make any calls.

              Also when i called the reliance toll free no 198, after selecting the option of speaking to customer care representative, my call was not transferred and it was disconnected after saying 'Thank you for calling reliance'. The same thing is happening every time and there is no proper support from the customer care department for any issues or difficulties faced by us.

              One week over but still my postpaid connection has not been activated.such a poor customer service even your Raipur area managers are not picking up the call.

                4-5 months ago i received a call from reliance agent (A girl from reliance telecom, dana mandi, ludhiana), she request me to port your number in reliance we have some good plans. I ignored her that time because i was having idea prepaid number that time. But she repeatedly contact me many days once i said ok tell me your offer she said we will give you new plan 499 / some thousand min free calling in india to any network provider. I said ok i port my number and after some period of time she call me again that we have new plan 299/unlimited if you port your number i said i will port my another number too but, will you please change my plan into 299 from 499 which i recently ported in reliance she said ok i put request your number would be 299 plan within 24 hrs. After 1 month i received bill 230rs after next month 630 after that 1370 something i told them why i am getting this they said your billing rent is 499 but i said your agent tell me that 299 now my billing rent..

                Then i come to know they just lying with people fraud with them to complete their monthly target making fool.

                My issue never resolved till date even i didnt use my number after 1 month they send me bill each month with much rs.

                Now i received a call from[protected] &[protected] and they are threatening my wife & abusing to pay bill, they said we are from court etc etc..

                I want to complaint against them that instead of resolving my issue they are showing their real faces.

                  Please note I tried to contact reliance appellate authorities regarding balance deduction from my main account which I earlier mailed to appealate authority on 11 th of May but no resolutions have been received till date. When I contacted appellate authorities they said we can't do anything, if deduct ed what we can do. This is not the first time it happened, it also happened during my last month where they deducted 36 rs, I don't understand why it's happening again and again. Plenty people are not keeping track of it and they get richer by deducting such amount from customers account why ??

                    It's very bad experience with reliance care.

                    On last 6th april evening 4 o'clock i called reliance customer care regarding my bill plan change.

                    As communicated with customer care executive they told me that my bill plan has been changed with my billing cycle.

                    My bill plan was 499
                    And i requested to change it with 125 plan.

                    After that i didn't call to customer care but when my bill generated i was surprised that my bill was come with 499 plan.

                    It was very cheap #ing service you are providing.

                    After that i called to customer care then i talked to miss priyanka after that to pankaj and after that bhavesh on same call.

                    I've recording of that call also.
                    Recording of that call is attached with mail for your more information.

                    Pfa.

                    Tell me one thing why should i pay my bill as per 499 plan.

                    Give me one genuine reason after that i'll pay bill.

                    Your customer care team unable to resolve my issue.
                    Am totally frustrated jua bcz of your services.

                    Am also from bpo industry, so i know better how's this experience.

                    If this issue will not resolve at your end i'll go to consumer court against this
                    And i've all call recording as evidence.

                    So took it on high priority and resolve asap.

                    Kindly look into this

                    Hi all,

                    Poor services are going continue from reliance customer care team.

                    Today I got a call from reliance communication Head office Mumbai
                    this was number [protected] .

                    They are clearly declined to resolve it .

                    And showing attitude on call.

                    And I surprised she told me that it'll not resolve you've to pay in very aggressive tone.

                    Now I'll show what can I do

                    Am not going to pay any bill till my issue not resolved.

                    If this'll not resolved by your end then I'll go to consumer court for the same.

                      Sir, i recharge my mobile no by ₹93 in which i have to got 1 gb data 3g (Daily). I recharge my no on 24/05/2017. The reacharge was successfully completed but i don't get data. Kindly give me data athore wise give me my money back. And give me reason why i didn't get data. And i also call to 198 but they said costomer care adhikari se baat karne ke liye 9 dbaee then i. Press 9 then they said thanks for calling to reliance. I use reliance simcard till last 7 years. But never that's happened. But why it happens now. And kindly improve you coustmer care services.

                            I am having 4 nos[protected]/ [protected]/[protected]/[protected], we had changed the plan to 299 /- & had cancelled all the extras such as sms pack, std pack & cug in all the mobiles in march & letter had been given for the same in your store, bhanu madam is taking care for the same. Every month i get bill amount more than the plan. Inspite of talking to your accounts dept. No changes are being made in the billing & i will be forced to cancell all the 4 nos if i dont get the correct reply with in today & shift to other service provider. Now again i am getting the massage so as to your out going will be barred if the bill amount is not paid.

                              I got my sim [protected] recharged with 245 through paytm on 23rd May 2017 and got the message about the activation of my package which I am using since last one year. Since today morning I have been repeatedly trying to contact anyone through my phone but it is showing lack of fund.
                              I have been trying to customer care on 198 but inspite of several attempts got no hearing and no response. wil request you to look into it asap.

                                Dear sir/mam

                                I am uaing reliance gsm services from 2 years... No - [protected].. I am facing big network problem in my house/ area from last many months.. I am receiving indoor network signal 1-2 bars.. 2g or 3g internet 0% call drop, emergency mode.. Complaint it on customer care number many times but nothing has been done in this regards. Some of complaints nos are as under

                                You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and solve my network and 2g/3g network issue..

                                    Like to infrom that my phone no [protected], outgoing calls got bared from today morning without any information, all your bills are paid before due date.
                                    Now they are saying am calling more than the limit tht tht company given, but i would like to infrom you that am using your unlimit plan for last 1.5 years.

                                    How a "unlimited plan have a limit"

                                    From your customer service they told, it will get active by 3 hours but almost 10 hours over still they are saying it will restart from 3 hours, customer service person is talking like a recorded robot.

                                    Please activate this number at least for 1 days, so that i can port to some better connection than you

                                    Almost i used your network for 2 years

                                    Now i totally fed up..

                                    Please do the need full as soon as possible

                                    Talktime and data is lost within minutes without any vas subscription known to my knowledge please let me know why this happens a lot of times and please find a solution to this matter as soon as possible it gives me a lot of headache throughout the day as hard earned money is lost in an unusual manner THANK YOU if you can work this out.

                                      Hi am using a Reliance number [protected] since more than 5 years, but the company says the number hasn't been activated and asks me to call 59059
                                      Am able to recharge this number from Reliance cards and even online
                                      When I call 198 it gets connected to Reliance customer care, but when I applied for postpaid switch, they returned back saying, it's not being accepted...
                                      Finally I called customer care but no one could solve my problem
                                      I even mailed Reliance customer care, which I got from rcom website, but still no use

                                        I have was not using this number from last few months & that time my balance was rs.61 something & before few days back when i switch on the same number i got msg that "dear reliance customer your subscription renewal for bwoodmaniasub 21 service for 21 is due on 19th apr 2017" and i was shocked when i checked my balance it was 0.40 paise left.

                                        I was very disappointed by such kind o[censored]nwanted deduction & service
                                        Subscription. When i called 198 they simply says that they can't give u
                                        Information more then last 3 days.

                                        My question is in such case where the end user / customer go... I m really
                                        Disappointed for such unprofessional behavior or service from such a big
                                        Brand..

                                        I would like to raise a complaint for my balance deduction which was
                                        Deducted unnecessarily & i want my balance back into my account on a
                                        Priority basis.

                                        Expecting positive response from u else i would make sure that me & my
                                        Family will make the mnp to other service providers which are not loot
                                        Customer money.
