Dear Sir/Madam,
I am 6 years old customer of reliance, i am not happy for reliance service, i have converted reliance postpaid to prepaid 10 days before after that I have recharged with 56 FRC the Rs 9 for call rates cutter. But at starting I am getting the service for 2 days after that I avail call rate of 80 paise/min for local and Re 1 for std . So much amount has been deducted from my balance I call so many times in customer care since last 3 days but still the same problem arrises.
Please suggest what to do ?
Service is also very poor.

    I am using the reliance communication since 2002, my outgoing calls is deactivated reason due to non payment. For ur kind information i have already done the payment on dated 20th may 2017 of my last bill which i have received.. Without my confirmation advance bill payment service is activated on my no. For which i had called to your zonal office indore ([protected]) but not body has given the proper response

    Only given the complaint no.[protected], i need the immediate action which need to be taken for my request unless i will put up the case in consumer forum.

    First of all u activate my Outgoing services rather then Implementing any New Services on my No. .. Secondly I m repeating again that I have not given any request for advance bill payment Services to on my No. so With Immediate effect please discontinue this Services .

    I am using ur Mobile services sice year 2002 and ur organization is treating me as a New customer so please do make me fool and arrange to resolve my request

    If the same is not resolved in next 2-3 days I will take up the case for Legal action .

      I have 1 postpaid mobile connection of Reliance Mobile[protected] .company offer change a plan to 299 plan & unlimited local & std calls with 6 gb 4 g data per mouth, i can change a plan on[protected] with security deposit rs 1500, my 1st bill rs 198 rs due date 12-05-17 clear this bill on time, but current problem my outgoing calls deactivate on[protected], to complete reliance out lat They told me to pay over due bill amount and company change a plan without alert .this problem repeat again[protected] &[protected], i pay advance bill 300 rs on[protected] on reliance out lat, this no is very imported to me and my business number .miss Gide on reliance out lat at patiala, i lost my business and suffering on 3 days, company responsible to every thing, action against to responsible person and compensation to lose my business, you can not stop the services like deactivate the services for outgoing & incoming calls.stop to again, S.k singla[protected]

        I had recharged my contact number on[protected] of rs.500 and got balance of rs.600.. As on 02 — 05-2017 main account balance was rs.380. I have removed the sim and send my cell for repairing. Again i put my sim to use on[protected]. Then i irecognised that the main balance in my account is.05 rs. I had called customer care regarding this.. But they are not giving me the reason for deduction of main balance and also not refunding the amount.

              Sir i am davinder from ludhiana. I am very old customer of reliance broadband. My broadband was not working from 6 may 2016. I registered complaint on 7 may 2017.. Till today no one came to my home to check my connection. After one or two months i got same problem. But company didn't solve my problem. I always pay my bill on due date.                   I had brought a data card from reliance communications around 5 years back as bsnl broad band was not availabile in our area.
                  Once we got our bsnl connection we discontinued the datacard and paid in full for the data card.
                  After this the franchise itself closed down and after another 5-6 months after closure we were called telling about our outstanding and threats that my number will be disconnected. We paid up again in fear of disconnection the receipt of which i have saved.
                  Again after almost 5 year they come up with the same bill and the same threats.
                  What do i do now?

                        In my number [protected] I had recharged Rs.20 I got credited Rs.15 inspite of making no call s my balance came to Rs.9 next day. on 18th may 2017 the balance came to 0. How is it possible?                             Mere acounts balance se 18/05/2016 ko bina kisi karan se 60 rs deduct kar liya gaya hai. Or use wapas nahi kiya ja raha hai. Customer care se bat karne par wo kahte hain ki unke pas 3 din se purana data nahi rahta hai. Jabki deduduction period me mai delhi me tha or wanha phone se bat ho hi nahi paraha tha. Isliye us dowran mai customer complain se bat nahi kar paya

                              I am fed up of the service been provided by reliance. Poorest network. Since three days continuously unable to connect through a reliance postpaid netconnect dongle nor prepaid one. Have recharged the prepaid thinking if its money concerned but all went in vain. Post paid billing due date is also in june. Still i am unable to user its services.

                              If i call in reliance customer care number it always says due to exigency our engineers cannot receive the call & after one ring itself the call gets disconnected. This shows how concerned in reliance for his customers. Also it shows how many people are being affected that customer care lines are 24/7 so busy.

                              I did a online chat to raise my concern but got such a dis satisfactory and uncertain reply that service have some problem in your zone, engineers are working on it & you will get a resolution asap. I asked since 3 days i am suffering with this network issue, how many more days will it possibly take? No reply.

                              I request reliance communications that if you are so incapable of handling networks, customers, bandwidth, then please do not fool people by your advertisements. Somebody using your network may fail to address an urgent situation.

                              I would definitely stop the service as soon as i can visit the service center & through this note would advice other people also be aware of such connections. I am highly dissatisfied, so this is for you to learn from my experience.

                                This is Sunita Yadav i am using reliance postpaid service in Ghaziabad UP [protected] now i need to port my reliance number to other network(Jio ). I tried but from last 25 days every time my request is rejected from your side,
                                with reason that [protected] mobile number is not active from Reliance or Reliance have not know about this number, I ask you that when Reliance have not responsible for this this number then why provide me every month bill and why i am paying bill,
                                That i have already paid
                                I have tried again port request to Airtel,

                                So i request you to help me out of this as soon as possible, Pl.read my alternate number [protected] Ghaziabad UP in place of [protected]-haryana

                                Reliance Communications — Postpaid Simcard

                                I had applied for change of my plan from postpaid to prepaid of number [protected]. But the company executive declined my request. This is cheating by the company as they earn more money through postpaid services. This is literally looting the consumer and is a great Injustice. Please help.

                                  This is vijay ravindranath nandan, forwarding this email to remind you about the reimbursement of reliance landline which we surrendered on 21st july' 2015.
                                  Its been a year that we haven't receive our refund back which amounts rs.689.47/- (Complaint no : [protected]) (Reliance landline no :[protected]
                                  We enquired for six times after surrender of our landline telephone in reliance gallery [om enterprices ], opposite goregaon sports club, near toyota showroom, link road, malad (West), mumbai. And the attender informed that the money is being dispatched. But we didn't receive it. Do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I thereby attached the letter of termination of reliance landline phone and reliance telephone bill.

                                      Outgoing SMS services has been barred on my reliance GSM no [protected] making me unable contact any of my friends moreover I registered this number on most of my service oriented contacts and accounts. I even tried MNP to get rid of this issue but couldn't do as it also involves sending of SMS. I had informed about this to reliance grievances cell NE but in vain, moreover reliance communications service centre was relocated from my place thus I can't even contact rcom people directly so pls look into this issue and resolve the same at the earliest.

                                        I went to the reliance shop, rajender nagar (201005) for a new sim as per your instruction . He said regarding postpaid and have to pay rs 300/- as security amount and every month we will get a bill of rs. 300/-. and not carryforward the balance amount of my previous sim. I want to know that since this is not my fault, why don't you refund my money?

                                        You are charging every peny for any excess time from each customer, why don't you refund customer's money. the phone was recharged on 14th of may 2017 and you locked my phone on the very next day i. E on 15th of may 2017. if you were going to discontinue this number then why don't you alert us at that time???

                                        Reliance is such a big industry and as a 15years of customer i never expected such a big blunder from your side. The main mistake you made is you blocked the number without a prior notice and you know very well that nowadays living without a phone is nearly impossible and all my bank accounts... Almost everything is connected with this number.

                                        Hope you will do needful as early as possible.
