Reliance communications deduct money after starting a service without request
On 21 may 2017 they deduct rps 5 via service known as FULL2MUSICPACK at 03:15:08pm hrs for a service which was not requested by me on mobile number [protected].. They have started it without my request... Customer care is not attending call... Kindly instruct them to refund my money with...

I had brought a data card from reliance communications around 5 years back as bsnl broad band was not availabile in our area.
Once we got our bsnl connection we discontinued the datacard and paid in full for the data card.
After this the franchise itself closed down and after another 5-6 months after closure we were called telling about our outstanding and threats that my number will be disconnected. We paid up again in fear...

My number [protected] is suspended i have paid my bill then also it is suspended bcoz my old number which is lost & i had complaint to permanetly disconnect my number. The new number i m montly paying my bill in time then also its suspended for not paying my old bill. This is ridiculous. I wil disconnect my number. Reliance is worst.in emergency if one number is lost & i took another & its also suspended then what is the use of taking postpaid...

This is my 3rd time complain for against same problem those my outgoing services in my no [protected] are stopped and my daily official work are hampered this give me mentally and financially stress company are responsible for all my loss i will go consumer forum for this if as soon as possibly not resolve my problem.otherwise we are free to choose other network if your company not capable to provide services to me...

In my number [protected] I had recharged Rs.20 I got credited Rs.15 inspite of making no call s my balance came to Rs.9 next day. on 18th may 2017 the balance came to 0. How is it possible? I am not able to recharge my number again & I have also tried to call the costumer care but all in vain I am facing many problems as I am not able to call kindly solve my problem with immediate effect ....

Data charges/balance deducted without using data/other services

Mere acounts balance se 18/05/2016 ko bina kisi karan se 60 rs deduct kar liya gaya hai. Or use wapas nahi kiya ja raha hai. Customer care se bat karne par wo kahte hain ki unke pas 3 din se purana data nahi rahta hai. Jabki deduduction period me mai delhi me tha or wanha phone se bat ho hi nahi paraha tha. Isliye us dowran mai customer complain se bat nahi kar paya...

I am fed up of the service been provided by reliance. Poorest network. Since three days continuously unable to connect through a reliance postpaid netconnect dongle nor prepaid one. Have recharged the prepaid thinking if its money concerned but all went in vain. Post paid billing due date is also in june. Still i am unable to user its services.

If i call in reliance customer care number it always says due to exigency our engineers...

Our plan is Of 399 Unlimited Plan and Service tax including fix bill must come till 460rs
But bill came rs 699 and when I complain the executive, he increased the amount to 1724rs in 10mins
And executive even don't know the plan, he told my plan is of 299rs.
