I am trying to port out from reliance GSM but they rejected request.
Now after finishing validity of old UPC code, I am trying to generate new upc code but I am not getting the same.

I talked to costumer care but they told me that you will get within 48 hours.

This is Ganesh Naidu from Vizag, i am using 4G Wifi Dongle for past 6 to 7 months my initial plan was 900 and after that after few month i changes to 203 monthly rental as i have take new connection at home from ACT, but this month bill came me as 1034, when i asked the customer care they don't have any answer, and am confused my 4G reliance Dongle number is [protected].

My balance was deducted last night of rs 150. I have not use the net still the charges was deducted unnecessary. I am your customers from last 7 year. Plz refund my amount. And when i talk to customer care services one of them talk misbehave. And say he is head any no one harm him. And say my wrong words plz also enquire about him who uses the head name for misbehaving....

This is with reference to the above subject that my balance has been deducted without my approval and this has been done several times. Upon calling the customer care helpline, the person told that the balance will be refunded. The balance was refunded but again it was deducted for some other services. Again I called the customer care and got a reply that system upgradation is running, the issue cannot be resolved now. Then again I called...

I have ported my post paid no [protected] from Tata Docomo to Reliance and it was activated on 02 May, 2017. On 07 May, 2017 Reliance Communication sent me bill for the duration of 02-06 May, 2017 and additional amount for May month i.e.Rs.407/- which is totally wrong. Please kindly update on cheque payment properly since pm modi as requested we indian to be cash less society by payment only do by cheque/atm card/ credit card but your does say pay by cash then only it will be updated. Even i am planning to port to airtel telecom network.

I would like to highlight the appalling state of affairs with customer handling in Reliance Communication. I opted to port out of Vodafone to Reliance and it was successfully done on 09/05/2017. Then on Friday morning i found out that out going calls were barred due to non submission of the CAF. I then went to the nearby store from where the porting was requested by myself, to my utter shock found out that my CAF was lying there. I was promised...

I want to convert my postpaid reliance number to prepaid but the company does not cooperate. The store employees say it cannot be done any time. It happens only on 10th of every month. I don't use this number much but at the end of every month I get a bill of 800, which is very silly expense for me. But as in all legal documents this number has been provided I want to keep this number....

My postpaid number has been disconnected all of a sudden
Need an update and reason for d same. When contacted customer service they said due to a non payment in my broadband account they have discontinued my telecom services. When checked the broadband account was given on a yearly package with an upfront paymennt of 6600 which would give unlimited access and then all of a sudden they send a bill in the 10th month for rs 3400 app...

My Reliance postpaid number is [protected](not jio) which I have taken in the month of April.
I haven't received any bill so far via any means(text/ call/ email) and received a message that my out going barred. When asked the coustmer care guy about what happened he said that outgoing service on my mobile (including messaging) barred because of Bill over limit and said that Bill is generated today and it will take 72 hours to reflect....

Without my notice services are getting activated on my mobile number as soon as i recharge my account and amount is getting deducted since past few months. Please look into my request and try to resolve it as soon as possible and cancel all my subscriptions which were activated without my notice and try to add my amount back because its not my fault....

I m not satishfied with network of gsm..

And not getting good response from custumar care.. Before 21th of may 2017... I brought a new reliance 4g lite sim and complete all the formalities but the was not activated... Then i m trying to contact costomercare as well as last dept of reliance means nodel officer... No one can satisfying me... Everyone used abuseive language or pure highly tone for conversation like "bole na nhi...

I had recharge yesterday with the full talktime offer of Rs.75 on my reliance GSM no. [protected] (Circle - Maharashatra). But the same has not been credited to my account and i am unable to make any calls.

Also when i called the reliance toll free no 198, after selecting the option of speaking to customer care representative, my call was not transferred and it was disconnected after saying 'Thank you for calling reliance'....
