I use your post paid connection for last 6 to 7 year. From march 2016 to till date i am facing so many problem about blls when ever i am try to port your person offer me so many offer fake offers and that they creat bill and force me to pay
Now i am using a plan of 99 rs only but make a bill of 2600 rs when i ask to adjust and correct the bill they say we have to disturb you by calling. Today i receive a treat from a number [protected]. I am totally disturb when they say i will call your relative amd friends.
After this number they call me from different different number like [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
What i have to do you suggest me

    Respected sir,

    My name is obaid ahmad i am an advocate by profession. I am using reliance postpaid number [protected] since last 16 months. I got my number switched into reliance postpaid through mnp from allahabad with the expectation of ease and amenity of not being harassed like other telecom services. But i am feeling very sorry to say that like wise others my beliefs and trust has been shattered by your company too..
    Sir i was using a jalsa unlimited plan_998 having benefits of 50% discount on rental with all outgoing and incoming free even while on roaming and free unlimited data of 2g. My number got activated on 12th of january 2016. I used this plan till[protected]. On 19 th january 2017 i got a message from reliance to upgrade the 2g sim to 4g without changing current plan. So i upgarded my sim to 4g from 2g. Thereafter i got a service call from reliance regarding 4g plans and on[protected] i got plan changed from jalsaunlmtd_998 to jalsaunlmtd_499 with the same benefits of 50% discount in rental and all incoming outgoing calls free while on roaming with 2gb of 4g data sr.[protected]. Again i got a call from reliance service regarding plans best suited according to my uses. From here the problem starts her name was komal she told me that we have the best plan for ur number according to your uses. She gave me a plan of jalsaunlmtd_699 (Sr no[protected] with the same benifits of 50% discount on rental as well as all calls free while even on roaming with 10gb of 4g data. Sir i asked her several times regarding the benefits i was continuing with and she made me believed that it was the same plan and benifits with 50% discount in rental which i was using, only change is with extra data which is 10gb, earlier i was getting 2gb in jalsa 499 plan. But now when i got the bill for the month of april it was not accordingly. They didn't give me a discount of 50% on rental and a whole rental was charged which is rs.699.
    When i complained about this on 198 they said there is no such plan of 50% discount on rental with this plan of jalsa 699. When i gave proofs they were apologising about the miscommunication done to me about the benefits of the plan but were not ready to give me a waiver of overcharged amount. Even now they are saying that discount benefit of 50% on rental which i was availing will not be provided to u again as this is now not available. Sir i made several complaints but all my requests turn into deaf ears. I again went for mnp due to this harrassment but again i got call from reliance services and they promised me a quick waiver if i will stay with reliance. And gave me an advance rental plan of arp_1497 (Sr no[protected] on[protected]. But i got nothing till now. All my services are barred data services and both incoming and outgoing. Because of this i didnt pay my bill and a penalty of rs100 has been incurred on me as late fine. Yesterday i again got may month's bill despite of being not able to use my number. I have already made a complaint to national consumer helpline my complaint number is 285939. I am facing so many problems these days as i am a lawyer and my profession requires 24 hrs phone availability. Kindly intervene into the matter and do the best for me. Thank you

      I have been using Reliance Broadband for past few years but since 1st may the broadband line is dead. I complained on 7th may about the issue (service request[protected] but not one bothered to resolve. Then I asked for discontinuing services on 12th may (service request[protected], and again no one processed that request. On top of all this, the company sends me the bill for this month and their employees keep calling me for payment, and have no clue when their technician will pick up their equipment. I have e-mail to the customer care but I get no response there. I will not be responsible for reliance broadband equipment, so collect it ASAP. And I will not pay the bill generated for the month that I didn't render the services.

          I receive many messages from +3600 and every time my balance get deducted and the message displays 274 bytes used and it has happened several times and it still happens. I use wifi so I don't use mobile data. I ignored it previously but now I am sure something is wrong so I could not ignore further.

            I am using a reliance number since last 25 days but the same is not working properly. Completely irritate with call drop in between a call, no network coverage in my home, lots of complaints are registered in customer care but it's still pending and no proper respond from other side. There is 4g facility in my plan but i am not able to use it due to bed network even not able to use 2g.

                      My balance was deducted last night of rs 150. I have not use the net still the charges was deducted unnecessary. I am your customers from last 7 year. Plz refund my amount. And when i talk to customer care services one of them talk misbehave. And say he is head any no one harm him. And say my wrong words plz also enquire about him who uses the head name for misbehaving.

                        This is with reference to the above subject that my balance has been deducted without my approval and this has been done several times. Upon calling the customer care helpline, the person told that the balance will be refunded. The balance was refunded but again it was deducted for some other services. Again I called the customer care and got a reply that system upgradation is running, the issue cannot be resolved now. Then again I called today(28.05.2017) and got a reply that the balance could not be refunded because 24 hours has been lapsed. Are you joking? Seriously? The reply was given by Chand Guha. This is a gentle request to the concerned person to please look into the matter and try to resolve it ASAP. This is not possible for me to everytime call and beg for "my" own money.

                            I have ported my post paid no [protected] from Tata Docomo to Reliance and it was activated on 02 May, 2017. On 07 May, 2017 Reliance Communication sent me bill for the duration of 02-06 May, 2017 and additional amount for May month i.e.Rs.407/- which is totally wrong. It was also said in several SMSs received at mobile number to pay Rs100/- as late fee charges after 22 May, 2017. This seems to be as dictatorship of the telecom company. I sent several emails to customer care and appellate authority of RCOM but no action has been take and moreover, my mobile number has been deactivated yesterday on 26 May, 2017. On the same date I received call from reliance customer care no. +[protected] and it was said to pay for the duration from 02-06 May, 2017 Rs 55/- and my mobile no. will be activated. I paid online payment of Rs.55/- but it was not activated. It creates mental tension and harassment that the number has been deactivated for a wrong reason.

                            In this regard, I want to request you to consider the issue and resolve at the earliest.

                              सर मेरा नाम गौरव शर्मा में गाज़ियाबाद से हु मेने अपना पर्सनल मोबाइल नंबर प्रीपेड से पोस्टपेड में कराया थI जो की अभी तक नहीं हो पाया है मेरा यह वाला नंबर पहले से ही रिलायंस में थI बस अंतर केवल यह थI की ये पहले प्रीपेड में थI सर मेरे पास रिलायंस कंपनी की तरफ से फ़ोन 04.5.2017 को आया थI और मुझसे सिक्योरिटी के लिए रुपये 300/- भी PAYTM कराये थI सर अभी तक मेरा यह नंबर चालू नहीं हो पाया है और मेरा जो पहले से प्रीपेड नंबर चल रहा थI वो भी अभी तक बंद है जिसके कारन मुझे बहुत समस्या हो रही है सर मेरी आपसे पर्सनल रिक्वेस्ट है की आप जल्द से जल्द कोई एक्शन लेकर मेरी समस्या का समाधान कराये अन्यथा मुझे कंस्यूमर कोर्ट में केस करना पड़ेगा.
                              और इस समस्या के जो भी जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति है उनके खिलाफ कोई उचित करवाई करे/

                              और मेरी इन् नंबर पर लगातार बात हो रही है मगर ये लोग मेरा डेली पागल बना रहा है कभी तो बोलते है की आज शाम तक हो जायेगा कभी बोलते है की रिलायंस स्टोर पर जाओ वहाँ से होगा मगर वहाँ से भी कोई बह समाधान नहीं निकल पाया मेने इन् लोगो से रिलायंस स्टोर पर जाकर बात भी कराई मगर कोई समाधान नहीं निकल पाया ये है वो नंबर [protected]और [protected]
                              आपसे निवेदन ह की आप मेरी सहयता करे. और जल्द से जल्द कोई समाधान करे

                                  I would like to highlight the appalling state of affairs with customer handling in Reliance Communication. I opted to port out of Vodafone to Reliance and it was successfully done on 09/05/2017. Then on Friday morning i found out that out going calls were barred due to non submission of the CAF. I then went to the nearby store from where the porting was requested by myself, to my utter shock found out that my CAF was lying there. I was promised that form would be delivered the same day. TO follow up i went to the shop today and found that it has been shut down indefinitely. Now My questions are :
                                  1. If CAF was not submitted, then how porting request was completed.
                                  2. If the store does not open, then who would be liable for outgoing call that i am supposed to make.
                                  3. As porting has been done why does not the reliance customer care has the dealer details like the contact number for the store.

                                  In light of all these problems please assist me by :
                                  Either : Take action on the dealer and have the form submitted as the onus is on Reliance and its store
                                  OR :: Allow me a means by which i can submit a new CAF to reliance communication office in kolkata directly as no reliance store is willing to accept a new CAF.
                                  IF any of these cannot be done Then,
                                  Allow my number to be ported out of reliance ASAP
                                  Please Respond ASAP .

                                    I want to convert my postpaid reliance number to prepaid but the company does not cooperate. The store employees say it cannot be done any time. It happens only on 10th of every month. I don't use this number much but at the end of every month I get a bill of 800, which is very silly expense for me. But as in all legal documents this number has been provided I want to keep this number.

                                        Then i tried deactivating that my internet data plan of Rs.786 was also deactivated. I tried contacting customer care bt nobody picking phone
