I have rechared my mobile no. [protected] with rupees 120. I received 101 balance in my account. Today on 12th April 2017 suddenly 100 rupees get deducted from my main balance. I called customer care regarding the same, they told that I have done an ISD call around 9pm, but its not true. I haven't done any local call also. Infact i haven't call anyone today. And You can see my all history from 9 to 10 years I haven't done any ISD call. Request you resolve my problem asap.

      Dear reliance team,

      Please look out this matter because i am very frustrated from the service of your reliance distributor i port my number in 28 of january 2017 my number was start but once verification is negative then my number was closed so i called to distributor and but didn't reply from distributor side. So i reached at distributor point which is 40km of my residential location then he told me after verification your number will start but my verification is done at 23rd of march 2017 but still my number is not active now i called to distributor he didn't receive my call. It is not possible that every time i have to go to distributor point so please resolve it.

      Please team resolve this matter which very important for me as a customer other wise i have only option to complaint in the consumer forum. Details are given below :-

        I've recharged my jio no:[protected] on 8th april of rs.402 (at5pm) (transaction no. BR000040LQ06). but (customer care service)they told me that my jio (summer surprise rs303+prime rs99 =rs.402) recharge transaction has failed, and the money has refunded to the retailer's volet. but they said they hasn't got any information about that.

          This is to bring in to the notice that I have been receiving threatening phone call from Reliance recovery Agents posing as lawyers. Today I have received a call from someone named Pooja Mathur identifying herself as a lawyer asking to pay the bill of INR 2775 for a connection which is not in use since May 2016. If I fail to do so she would be lodging a case against me in Tis Hazari Court.

          I live in a small town of Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh East) where I was using the reliance internet connection. All of a sudden in the month of April 2016, the internet connection stopped working. I contacted the local point of contact who informed that reliance is switching to 4G and that I should switch to 4G connection (from 3G). I did that and ever since then there was no connectivity. I tried to be patient and paid the rental for about 4 months just to keep the connection. However, there has been no connectivity ever since then. I have tried to call various numbers multiple times to get the connection disconnected, however, my connection was not disconnected. I even tried send an email to reliance customer care at [protected]@relianceada.com and to the Appellate Authority at rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com in Oct 2016 but in vain. I never received a call nor was there any complaint number provided.

          They are not disconnecting the connection and forcing me to pay the rental for a connection which is not working since May 2016.

            We took a new landline connection[protected] from an agent of Reliance webstore located at Trade house, Ring Road, Surat. The payment was made for Rs. 4700 via cheque number 000028 dated 28/08/2016 drawn on Surat National Co-op Bank and encashed on 01/09/2016 by Reliance Webstore Ltd. The plan was unlimited all India calling for 15 months. However, outgoing call on our landline has been disabled and upon contacting customer care, they inform us that only Rs. 2300 have been credited to our billing account. Then we visited your reliance webstore on Trade house and they said that remaining Rs. 2400 have been credited to some other customer and they are not able to explain why our full payment of Rs. 4700 has not been credited to our account. They have also refused to help us any further in this case. Also, your customer care has also refused to look into this matter on phone.

              On dated 12 april 2017 at 1144 hrs i called reliance customer care no [protected] by my alternative no [protected] to complain my reliance no [protected] but executive miss behaved with me and he called me back twice by his no that is [protected] and used abusive language. i again called customer care no this time gaurav was on call and i registered my complaint but no action taken yet now shall i make a police complaint ?

              my mobile no [protected] is not working since feb 2017 and i have already launch a complaint of it ref complaint no.[protected] but no action take sofar, so i want to port my no in other operator that's why today i again called to customer care no [protected] on 12 april 1144 hrs but customer care executive did not gave complaint no and used abusive language and called by his no [protected] to threatened me twice i also called him to know his name but after 2-3 call did not showed his identity.

              My no [protected] is not working since feb 2017 thats why i complaint on your customer care center in MP COMPLAINT NO[protected] but no action taken yet but bill is regulerly being sent on my home address. my alternate no is [protected] and due to dissatisfaction now i want to port my mobile no but i am unable to port my no til lyet and stop my sevices other wise we will have to short out in consumer court an i m too serious because i am in jammu and no services on my mobile no i can used . i port this no from airtel no on november month i want to go in airtel again.

                  . I received a message

                  "you have been successfully subscribed to bwoodmaniasub21 service for 7 days."

                  And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

                  However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone.

                  Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer.
                  Then i called customer care to stop this... They told to send stop to 121 i did it and they also stoped directly frm their side

                  3 times i lost 21 rs.. This is nothing but cheating. Dont spoil your name by doing this. Pls revert my money back

                    I am jogiram sharma addl secretary of the Bar Council of India apex body of lawyers of country.My request for port to ur company allowed from 15 jan 2017 with rental of of rs 499 post paid. From that day onward, i am suffering and harshed because my cell no [protected] is useless, not getting any incoming and outgoing when i m in office ;21 rouse avenue, institutional area, near ITO, new delhi-02. In other place also service is not satisfactory.I paid the bill for service u did not provided which service meant for 24 hrs. Many time i have made the complaint to ur custmercare/ call centre, about bad service or no service of signal. no action has been taken on my complaint. sms also sent by me. It amount to deficiency of service. Therefore u r requested to waive of charges; mostly half of it because u not providing any service during my office hours ;10am to 6pm) failing which i will compel to file a case in court of law.

                          This is to bring to everyone’s notice that illegal practices being used by Reliance India Mobile to recover the dues from customers. It is observed that Reliance India Mobile representatives are pretending to be “Information Officers” from “Tis Hazari Court, Delhi” calling the customers who seems to have some pending dues towards bill payments. In my case I had a Reliance India Mobile connection Subscriber ID [protected] and corresponding Billing Account Number [protected] disconnected it within a months time of purchase as I was not happy with the service and the service request raised for technical issue was not addressed at all by Reliance India Mobile Jaipur. I had Clear all my dues & paid the all months bill in advance and raise a disconnection request to customer support number, but even after giving a disconnection request I got next months bill which I chose not to pay as I already had given a disconnection notice. The (so called) Information officer is called me and told me that the Tis Hazari Court has a case received against me and I need to talk to the lawyer who has filed the case. I was given a contact number of Advocate and asked contact him/her within 1-2 hrs on failing to get back he will process the application and I will have to appear in the court the next day for hearing. When I called up on given number, I was told that the advocate has sent court notices to my address. She will take up the case in court for hearing tomorrow unless I pay him the settlement amount of Rs.5, 000 (Five thousand rupees only). Its not only me who has fallen victim to these calls but there are many more people who are falling in their trap everyday. When inquired with Tis Hazari Court, We could not find any advocate associated with my complaint.Even the phone number (of so called information office) from where we got the calls does not belong to court. I request you to take stricter action against these fraudulent people or also against any Reliance officials if involved any. This is clearly a case of “Contempt of Indian courts” and if any action is not taken from your side I will bring this issue to the notice of Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

                            I have logged a complaint on [protected]@relianceada.com but there is no response. they have terminated my number [protected] without informing us. its a very important number.they don't hv record of my no I am continuously following up with them on email but response. it pathetic service they are giving to there costumers.

                              My self chandra mohan kumar mob no- [protected] your regular consumer since 2010. I suffered several times in these years.
                              Last time few month ago Rs-15/call debited from my A/C, it's not happened single time, within 10-13 months at least 8-9 times happened, no single amount refund.
                              I called many times but due to time problem & your network problem, finally my talk to cust care after 20-25 days your representative told me that we have only 15 days records, than i laugh (what a joke). I am already from IT field and well know what record an organisation have saved.
                              Last incident happen yesterday. Today i call on 222, 333, 198 call ended without calling.
                              My issue is not refund amount but improve your representative services to customers.
                              Not only this issue i have more than this.

                              On[protected] i called on 720952XXXX (Docomo Jharkhand circle ) at 11:57am for 23 seconds & my A/C debied by Rs- 15/-.
                              And today i called on 705021XXXX (Telenor Jharkhand circle) at 04:11pm for 1:26 minutes & my A/C debited by Rs- 30/-
                              So, kindly send me my out going call details on my email id- [protected]@gmail.com from 1st july 2016 to till date, and credit the whole amount as quick as possible which is wrongly debited by you @Rs-15/- per call multi-pal times from my A/c from july 2016 to[protected].
                              Otherwise i will take legal action.

                                  We have been availing plan of 4g_1100_5gb where we get 5gb data with 4g speed.

                                  Rental is rs 1100+15% service tax. Post usage of allocated free data quota on any of the purely 4g data plans/packs, speed will throttle to "0kbps" (Hard stop), resulting in no further overage charge.

                                  How come the bill is inflated to such a high figure of rs 12644/- is our pertinent query.

                                  The above amounts to about rs 1265 /- and we been paying the same on past months bills of oct'16 and sept'16.

                                  We were surprised to receive an inflated bill of rs 12644 /- for nov'16 and sought revision and clarification from reliance and never got any reply till date.

                                  Meantime, we are pestered regularly to pay up by rcom which is a real headache and nuisance.

                                    someone had recently contacted and they are saying that " tell the bank details we will refund the amount to bank" I don't know what the hell is talking. Amount has been deducted from my sim how can he send my amount to bank.

                                      This is in context to - subjected number.

                                      Intentional misuse of my personal records. My email id has been changed without my knowledge. I have my itemised bills.

                                      I have been not receiving e-bill. There is no resolution yet even after escalation to appellate officers.

                                      Need call logs / cc tv footage to understand who has made amendment to my email id's

                                      This is really a fishy activity being carried by someone. Need immediate activity. Email has been on 6th april but till date no resolution.
