And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone.

Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer.

Rental is rs 1100+15% service tax. Post usage of allocated free data quota on any of the purely 4g data plans/packs, speed will throttle to "0kbps" (Hard stop), resulting in no further overage charge.

How come the bill is inflated to such a high figure of rs 12644/- is our pertinent query.
