From two Months, Reliance broadband was down in our area, I complaint so many times and registered so many complaints but the service did not start again, the company said that there was a major outage, 1st then said that DLC was down but then said its fibre cut, but a I did not understand a company like reliance have a outage of 2 months, my broadband stop working on 22 feb 2017 and still there was no resolution. I did not understand what company wants. Its nearly all connection was down from 22 feb, 2017.

Updated by [email protected] I lost my patience, now I want to know finally how much more time will it to take to resolve the issue, its been long time, i.e 22 feb, 2017 to 15 april, 2017, and I am already begin the process to switch to airtel broadband or any other.
Today, I must received call from you, i also told to him, " FINAL TO MEANS FINAL DEADLINE", then no more delays, I think none you take the matter at the priority otherwise it did not happen. I know very Reliance as I was a Telecom Engineer and working capability of you and your team and every person.
Resolve the issue in 7 seven working days, if not I stalled my connection from your end.
