I lost my phone on 15th Feb the no [protected](prepaid) since then i am fed up with the service offered by the company. Initially I had to struggle a lot for deactivating my SIM for which i had to call thrice on the customer care and even now i am afraid that the number is active as it says the number you are calling is switched off as i was expecting the number you are calling is out of service. Anyways it was something that could be avoided...

Reliance is activating some VAS on my phone without any confirmation from me and deducting balance from last 2 month. On calling customer care they are denying to refund it back and not even entertaining my questions.
On being asked that I want to speak to some senior person they are telling no one is available and kept my call on hold/mute. No response from customer care side.

I am having a Reliance GSM connection no is [protected]since 2010.but they have deducted of Rs 229 from my main balance. But they deducted my balance thattime I was 15mb 3g balance.I was running WhatsApp only 2min. Plz tell me one thing if someone running his net with out data pack whats the charges for 2min. Reliance only know how to deduct balance but don't know how to return.how it possible. It was not one time deducted....

I m a user of reliance with no. [protected]. I m using this no. From long time (approx 8 years) but from last few days or approx. A month incoming call are not coming property. I mean many times when someone calling- he gets ring on my no. But here on my no. Nothing is shown.
I m missing my important call and bad response from seniors due to this problem.

In every 2 to 3 days, company active value added services to my phone & deduct Rs 15 to 30 each services from my balance lying . I have so many time compliants in this regards but company deduct amount without option chosing by us, please help

Rejection of porting request :

My reliance telecom mobile no. is [protected]. I have done my port request on 28.03.2017 but after 8 days porting is not done by reliance gsm (RCOM). Reason for rejecting the application is ”wrong donnar". As per the guidelines these are not the valid reasons to reject an application.

I want filed complaint in consumer forum against Reliance Gsm....

My post paid connection number is [protected] and I have been given network connection with this. But since 27th march 2017 net connection is not functioning although I am paying all the charges within the stipulated time. Due to such frequent disconnection without any prenotice and without any fault on my side ois causing great inconvenience to me.

And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone.

Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer.
Then i called...

Yesterday, rs 120 has been deducted from my main balance for a service that i never subscribed and even don't know what is it. My phone number is [protected]. It is not the first time when company deduct amount in such a way. Please do the needful asap. I have never balance more than 200rs and suddenly 120 deducted without any information.
No one is listening on customer care service....
