I have paid rs 152/-on 28th March to recharge the above phone asper special plan for me valid for28days.But today I was informed that there is zero balance.I request to check and correct the balance.

    I added RS 500 from sbh debit card to Jio money wallet and I got 99 Rs Jio prime membership. After remaining balance 401 Rs was missing from Jio money alley.so pls understand my problem..

    These SMS I got from Jio money

    transfer 500 rupees from my debit card.. and I used 99 rupees for Jio prime. It was display 401 rupees.. but now it displays zero balance... How it's possible.. I do not understand.. please refund my amount.. I tried customer care... But it's not connect..

    I surprised for missing money from Jio Money wallet.. because it's digital India.. Jio told that to keep 20000 rupees in this wallet. How can we hope like this cheap tricks... I tried more time their customer no. 1966... There's no response.. please take an action about this problem..

      Why there is unwanted deductions from my account, with out my permission. Please note phone was not used from Jan to March, so you deducted the amount of RS 36, without permission
      The last balance is shown on the screen shot .
      Kindly arrange to refund the amount to my account. I don't know why Reliance is cheating customers like this, why they are not transparent, why we need to police all the time.it's really frustrating

        Today evening, I got a email from Reliance communication regarding a new connection which i didn't buy nor activate it. Someone is using my info..I couldn't contact customer service with info provided on their site.

        I don't use any of the Reliance Communcation product. When i searched the number in truecaller, it is from Delhi.

        I'm from Chennai

          I have converted my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 6th of march 2017, but suddenly the outgoing call of the mentioned number has been barred due to commercial usage, but i have no idea that what is the reason of my number going barred. Now i have contacted the prepaid department about the issue they told me that we have not barred your numbers outgoing call facility.Even they told that it is due to post paid deptt. who made this problem to my number.If my number has been converted to prepaid then postpaid deptt. has no any authority to do the same even i have no outstanding for the bills .prepaid deptt also told that my number had jalsa unltd 299 and the mentioned number calling has been barred due comerc ial usage of the post paid plan .But i have cleared the whole outstanding amount in the last bill sent on 17th of march 2017.Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                Reactivating RCom SIM (prepaid)

                I lost my phone on 15th Feb the no [protected](prepaid) since then i am fed up with the service offered by the company. Initially I had to struggle a lot for deactivating my SIM for which i had to call thrice on the customer care and even now i am afraid that the number is active as it says the number you are calling is switched off as i was expecting the number you are calling is out of service. Anyways it was something that could be avoided...

                Reliance is activating some VAS on my phone without any confirmation from me and deducting balance from last 2 month. On calling customer care they are denying to refund it back and not even entertaining my questions.
                On being asked that I want to speak to some senior person they are telling no one is available and kept my call on hold/mute. No response from customer care side.

                If no one is available then what is the point of running customer care?

                Few years back (5-6 years) reliance use to activate some VAS without any intimation to customer and deduct money from there account, have you guys again started the same business of making money?

                  I am having a Reliance GSM connection no is [protected]since 2010.but they have deducted of Rs 229 from my main balance. But they deducted my balance thattime I was 15mb 3g balance.I was running WhatsApp only 2min. Plz tell me one thing if someone running his net with out data pack whats the charges for 2min. Reliance only know how to deduct balance but don't know how to return.how it possible. It was not one time deducted. Before within 3years they have deducted total balance 4times from my main balance.. Plz take some action against them.

                      I request to refund my amount of Rs. 471/- by issuing a cheque within this week, almost 10 months. since I am not getting proper response from your executives. Actually there are some many 45-60 days went off. Kindly I request to response the Customer don't illiterate by misuse of refund amount.

                      Since when I call after 45 days Customer care says we not holding any record for your refund and if you required that amount you can file a case. It is like a cheating I had good opinion on Reliance Brand Kindly do the needful and resolve asap.

                      Again I am getting the same answer more than 10 months still I have to wait for 45 days. How you close this issue has resolved and Reliance getting some illegal calls asking for our bank account details. Which show how insecure is Reliance Communication Customer Care.

                      Let me know when I delay one day to pay my bill Reliance Communication penalty let me know whether Reliance Communication will pay my amount with penalty for 10 months delay of my refund amount.

                        Due to the stupid network i wanted to opt for mobile no portability, but as i send a message PORT my number at1900, my balance is deducted and i get a new message from 1901 that says "Your request could not be processed please try after any time". Please help me to clear this issue.

                          My subscriber I'd is[protected] which I took almost a year back. Since the time I have taken this connection this phone line and broadband keeps unoperational for at least 10-15 days a month. I have to complaint several time o rectify the same. I have been paying all the bills continuously but since Jan 2017 no connection is there on this I'd . The consumer executives keep on calling me to pay the bill which I refused and insisted them to rectify my broadband and phone connection but nothing was done. I asked them to rectify my complaint first and then I will pay the bill amount of 450₹ which was agreed after a waiver by the company. But my line was never resumed till date even after assuring that this will be done an hours time. Now I have been sent a notice to pay 1482₹ or legal action. I should be explained who is at fault and why should I pay the bill when I have not received the services by the company. Please see to my complaint and advice

                            but till date no one solve this.
                            i am not pay the three bills then they call me that they wavier my half bill on that time i deposit the bill. they told me that they solve this problem with in 24 hours. but this month they again chrge the full bill and i deposit it.

                              i had taken a connection, no- [protected] which i could not use due to your horrible network. however i was still paying bills without any service from your end... somehow some bills was unpaid unintentionally amounting RS 613/-. your person namely Riya chauhan (that is what she said)from ph nos [protected] and [protected] asked for the payment and i asked her to guide me with address after failing to pay on monday at tollygunge outlet as it was closed down. she guided me to pay at taratala which my person could not find. however she somehow inferred that i dont want to pay and threatened me with legal notice of what stature...i dont know and dropped the connection. i tried to contact her repeatedly to know other addresses for payment which she could not provide until i smsed her to let her know about her indecency and inefficiency. then she smsed me with one address . i am a dignified citizen of india.. hindu in belief and is quite aware of my responsibilities.. your person not only insulted me but also wasted my person's time for a meagre amount of 613/-... i demand get an apology from either your company or the person concerned. however i will find a way to pay your amount of Rs 613/- in any of these days.

                                From two Months, Reliance broadband was down in our area, I complaint so many times and registered so many complaints but the service did not start again, the company said that there was a major outage, 1st then said that DLC was down but then said its fibre cut, but a I did not understand a company like reliance have a outage of 2 months, my broadband stop working on 22 feb 2017 and still there was no resolution. I did not understand what company wants. Its nearly all connection was down from 22 feb, 2017.

                                I lost my patience, now I want to know finally how much more time will it to take to resolve the issue, its been long time, i.e 22 feb, 2017 to 15 april, 2017, and I am already begin the process to switch to airtel broadband or any other.
                                Today, I must received call from you, i also told to him, " FINAL TO MEANS FINAL DEADLINE", then no more delays, I think none you take the matter at the priority otherwise it did not happen. I know very Reliance as I was a Telecom Engineer and working capability of you and your team and every person.
                                Resolve the issue in 7 seven working days, if not I stalled my connection from your end.

                                  I am having prepaid No [protected]. It is valid till 2030, My main account Balance is showing Rs. 50.39. I receive incoming calls and SMS up to date. But I cannot make out going calls. If I try to make It says " This service is Temporarily not available. I filed a complaint through online chating on their service portal. 3 days were given still no use.
