Dear Sir,
I, Mr. Vijay Goswami using your broadband connection with landline. My user id is :[protected]. I am facing problem with my connection (in broadband & landline both) since Dec, 2016 and tired of complaining at the helpline number but not getting any permanent solution of the problem.
Here I would like to have your kind attention towards the problem I am facing:
• Firstly, In my broadband I am facing the problem with the connectivity. The connection gets dropped minimum 10 times a day and most of the time only reliancebroadband.co.in is working. I am not even able to get connected to google.com. So, what is the meaning of the connection or what type of the connection it is? Earlier in the month of December one of your executive said that its due to the speed and he suggested us to change the plan. So we changed our plan from 1.2.17 to 28.2.17 to get the proper and good connectivity. But we are not getting any solution of it. When I am talking at helpline number they are saying that my connection is working proper from the server, then I am not get the proper connectivity and why no one is taking care of my complaints.
• Secondly, since December my Landline connection also not working. Most of the time it comes the number is temporary out of service and remaining time line is coming busy. I think someone else in between is using my landline connection that’s why the line comes busy. Also, don’t understand that when I am paying all my bills on time then why the hell my number is getting temporary out of service. What is the meaning of such connection, when I cannot even use it. I have not taken the connection just to pay the bills without getting the service.

You can check my bill history, I have paid all my bills without getting any se4rice or response still not getting any positive response from your side.

Herewith the application I am sending you the list of the complaint number done at the helpline for your reference.

Also, whenever I have called at the helpline number they have always told me that my connection is working ok at the server there might be the problem at local area connectivity, but even after putting lots of request no one had ever visited and tried to find out the issue with the connection. I think no one at the Ahmedabad office is taking seriously about the service to be provided to the customer. Since December I just paying the bill without getting the proper service and connectivity and when I am putting the application for bill waver, they are not accepting my application by stating that at server the connection was active so we cannot accept your waver.

Even since 6-4-2017 I am facing lots of problem with the connectivity. In every 15 minutes I have to restart my modem otherwise I get the error of no internet connection.

I am really tired of calling at the helpline number and not getting any permanent solution of the problem. Hence, its my humble request to look into the matter very seriously because we are interested in using your connection but not like this. I would like to have your kind attention towards my problem I am facing and try to provide me the permanent solution of the problem and value our money we are paying to the company as our bills.

RELIANCE HAVE TERMINATE MY CONNECTION BECAUSE I AM COMPLAINING RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT NOT PROVIDED SERVICES IN TIME LAST SIX I HAD SO MANY COMPLAINS REGARDING SERVICES
PLEASE TAKE PROPER ACTIONS

Dear sir,

Please check proper i am not giving any termination request.I complaining about services
u have charges fully rent for the month but not provided proper services.
I had given several complains for last six month not given waiver or not your customer executive visit
the site.

So please refund the rent of last six month because of not provide services in time
without intimation you have stop services.

    I am recieving messages as to pay an amount of 106 rupees for the cancelled wipod device. Since it was a cheating case of asking me to buy new 4g device and after three months they cancelled the device. While buying the new 4g device they gave me a promise to continue the same plan of rs999 for 40gb. After some three months they charged me some 3000 rupees and after complaining here it was resolved. Again they are asking me to pay the bill, they also didn't give the advance payment back to me. Kindly help me to resolve this problem.

I can't even call to customer care also. After contacting reliance customer care by friend's number he said please visit nearest store and submit kyc documents after that your number is activated. So i have visited reliance communication store and requested to reactivate my sim. Store person telled your number is barred i cannot reactivating it. Please help me to reactivating my sim.             Hi, i have recharged with 152 whi h is unlimitted calls and mobile no is [protected], but day 2nd itself nothing work for me not even customer call also and i went there reliance store and gave complaint in the month of february, after 7 days they gave one email id to send complaint after sending complaint they told network issue by that get expired and i asked them give it money back or compensate anyother way they told we can't do anything which expired. Finally they took 152 with out doing any service. I had experiance with car inurance and switch to other insurance have stopped car insurance and about to stop big tv and mobile network.

                Reliance mobile deducted my balance without my concern, I contact Reliance Customer Care but no result.

                  This month my calling services suddenly interrupted/stopped without any information thats why I have been lost my some clients and having approx. loss about 10-15 lacs. in my business.
                  Today I have been called in customer care cell but there was no satisfactory response about the services, and also he told us that the billing amount is crossed the limit, while I was paid 1000 rupees on time last month bill.

                      Regarding Reliance Broadband Services . User id[protected].
                      My internet was not working from 22 March till 29 March 2017, after which my issue got resolved but it again stopped working after 1st April, because of which i decided to discontinue the Reliance Broadband Service. I raised a disconnection request on 6 April but no update was there after which I called customer care on 10 April, they told me my connection was suspended on 5 April and my disconnection request is in progress but I have to pay bill for full month because my connection is active. Please clarify why should I pay bill when I am not using the service?

                        as per plan company giving me 3600 minutes free for 100 days .
                        now company deducting 1 minute per call
                        if i call for 2 seconds company deducting 1 minute which is cheating with me
                        requesting you to refund my 501 rs back as soon as possible . i dont want to go with this cheating plan.

                          Our internet is not working from 08.04.2017 and have made the complaint
                          Every Saturday this our internet gets disconnected.
                          Same thing happened last Saturday too
                          After repeated complaints no steps from Reliance CC, only after lodging complaint here they had taken the action.
                          lat time while our connection was not working and after repeated complaints the technician attended the call and said that in the house where they kept the server there was some fluctuation and tripper was off just by switching on the tripper internet was working.

                          This Saturday too same and our internet is not working

                          We have a doubt whether they doing it purposefully by just tripping it off

                          Today when i called the technician he is saying that he has gone some other area not to our area.

                          Cant they not come and see whats happened 2 days already over but still no one attended the call.

                          just to see the tripper will they take 2 days time?????/

                              It's been a week that I am trying to get the UPC no. from RCIL.the PORT [protected] message to 1900 just doesn't go through.Have paid my dues and again another bill is generated.Several calls have been made to 198 helpline.No one seems to have a clue.All I get is a complaint no. And then the request is processed. Most of my previous issues were resolved by reporting to the helpline but this.Neither can I call anyone with the call getting dropped from my home location nor can I port for a better service.Kindly help.

                                My mobile number [protected] was suspended on 27th March 2017, After discussion with customer care, they informed me as per TRAI guidelines i need to submit my documents.I am using this number since 2012 and that time all the documents were submitted.After 5 years Relaince wake up and asking for the details.

                                I am continously following up with reliance store and customer care depart ment.I am fad up now after making lot of calls.

                                Related doscuments were again submitted on 1st April but till date no action has been taken so far.Third class service by Reliance.Since this is postpaid number and you will ask to paybill with out using mobile.

                                  I was using reliance data card very long time back and i was paying to recharge systematically.

                                  Since about 5-6 years i am not using the data card and i have finished the payment what i have used.

                                  I got a message stating make the over due payment of rs. 253/-for rcom no:[protected] kindly send me the particular to my mail id [protected]@yahoo.Com
                                  now i don, t have the data card misplaced and not going to have again.
                                  After about 5 years is i get message like this, i want to veryfy and send me the particular and if really i have due, i will make payment .

                                    I have tried to port out my rcom number into Jio. I have tried 3 times and every time it has been rejected for wrong donor.
                                    Rcom says it has not recd any request to port out. this is surprising as i have ported from airtel and vodafone into jio and they have gone smoothly except rcom.
                                    this company rcom is not letting me port out my number. please advise where to file a complaint against rcom

                                    As per reliance mobile shop warehwarehouse data mil and call barring to this number.Several times contact customer care but no fruithfull responce.During prepaid connection I have submitted the ID proof and residancial proof to the service provider.

                                      15 RS balance deducted from my reliance gsm [protected] for some astro service on 18apr17, without my knowledge.But Today when I speak to reliance customer care for refund, he just refused.I request to refund the money

                                      28 days keep liye daily 1 gb data bolke recharge karatat hai, aur 5 din ke bad data milna band Ho Jata h... 2 baar aisa hua... Aur bad me customer care wale phone bhi nahi uthate... Great service provider... Karlo Dunia matime..

                                        Sir when i have call to 198 they said me that your no has a special offer of Rs:34 Rupees (28 days validity).When i was recharged i got a message that is only of 5 days validity. Again the same issue for Rs:65 Recharge.

                                        Whereas, i have been contacted to 198 & complaint given on 31st March. they said that your problem will be resolved with in 4 hours.

                                        Finally, am trying to call customer care from last 10 days but no response from you guys.I m really fed up.

                                        If i am requested to PORT Also they are not responding

                                        I am facing issue with reliance GSM.
                                        I am getting irritation with your service.

                                        What is the problem in resolving customer problems?
                                        Without resolving Customer care problems please don't Continue your Service. Stop it simultaneously.

                                        Please resolve this issue otherwise I need to contact reliance head to need to move to some other vendor.

                                        Can never reach customer care in spite of too many attempts.
                                        In rare case if I reach customer care, then they never take Complaint or register complaint.plainly refuse to accept it and convert any serious issue in request.
