I submit a port request for my mobile number [protected] which is from reliance communication to airtel.The bill amount was 524 rs. this was the outstanding amount.The executive of the company told me that you have to pay some extra amount.so that i pay 530 rs.After that my porting request sending me back due to over due bill.Now they told 87 rs More to be payed.
My plan was 299 jalsa which is unlimited plan. when my plan is unlimited then how can add extra money to my bill.The extra money paid already.They are adding more on more to my account day by day.Sir just told me whether extra money paid is refunded me or not.and my number can be ported or not

    Sir mera reliance number [protected] hai jisse call krne par network busy hai ye show hota hai kabhi kabhi 5 minute ke liye cal lag jati hai but last two weeks se aisa hi ho raha h maine jab 152 ka unlimited calls free ka recharge karwaya tha uske 5 din bad se hi problem chal rhi h. tel me customer care se bhi bat nhi ho pa rhi h m bhut presan hu. jaldi koi solution kijiye warna mujhe kuch or action lena padega.

      myself having the no [protected] in named umesh singh, had security deposit of rs 2500 with you, my services had been terminated from your operator, i had switched to the another operator. i having security deposit with you, i tried and waited around six month, but till date i dint get my security money back.
      i approached Patna office also.but it didn't replied positively, whenever i get my money back, kindly y check out immediately and convey me on my another no [protected]. i will wait for that., Another issue regarding the rs 360 refund of this number, i already mentioned so many times on the consumer forum, but till i didn't get back, kindly convey me also for that. i am attaching the soft copy of the bill also which was demanded by your customer associate.kindly check it, and convey me as early as possible, otherwise i will opt for the consumer court for mental harassment for long time.whatever is your query regarding this no, y can contact me only my no [protected], not on the [protected], because right now that no is using my father and he doesn't convey y the exact scene, so that y contact me only on my no [protected]( kumud ranjan)

        [protected] was my RCOM Datacard number. Already requested for closure of the account on 22/09/2016. RCOM simply billed after requesting cancellation and sending a bill of Rs 2882/. Please settle (I have a deposit of Rs 2000/- ) last bill amount Rs 834/-.I am supposed to get where as RCOM asking 2882/-. How to get back my money ? Consumer court? Their service was so bad to nothing during 4G migration and all charges paid by me for NO SERVICE. I am a customer since 2012 and now they are harassing with calls and messages. How to get deposit money from them ? During part 2015 and 20166 service is very bad during 2G to 4G migration. Please help settle my amount. They are trying to loot money for no service. They owe me lot of money from the deposit as well previous bills for no services. Please Help.

            I lost my Reliance one card NO. [protected] and got it replaced by a new Card No.[protected]. It is requested that the reward points acquired in the old card be transferred to the reward points acquired in the new card and the total reward points be intimated.

              I have submitted application to port three of my following mobile numbers (2 airtel and 1 vodafone) : [protected], [protected] & [protected] to Reliance communication on the request from Reliance communications Channel Partner (Address: A-17, Ground floor, 60 foota road, Pul Prahladpur, New Delhi-110044 (voicebpo.[protected]@gmail.com), Along with the application Rs 900/- has also been paid against RCOM 1954 dated 7.1.2017.

              Due to Non-professional misbehavior and arrogant response from the representative of this unit, i have taken decision not to port to Reliance Communication. And to advise Reliance Communications to look into matter otherwise such representative may not be able to create new costumer, moreover spoil the reputation of the company.
              In view of above, it is requested to take necessary action in the matter and direct to return my forms and fee submitted to port my numbers to relience

                    It is a matter of grave concern that despite dialling 198 for customer assistance no customer representative came on line for more than 30 minutes,
                    Also, it has been pointed out that the internet bill is exhorbitant and my plan should be changed to earlier plan 199 with immediate effect but the reliance communication services is deliberately continuing to keep my mobile in plan 499 which is causing fraud to the customer .
                    If the matter is not immediately resolved, a case of fraud will be registered through due process .
                    Immediate action is requested .

                      Total Current charges according to my mind is 438

Till today it's been more then month I have not received this email and no one has contacted me for the resolving my complain...                               Biggest cheater Reliance!!

                              I had booked Reliance Wipod # [protected] in September 2015. It was clearly stated to me that it would be a 12 month free service on advance payment of Rs.6000/-. First bill was dated 14 September 2016

                              Service started to become very mediocre in just 2-3months, also on account of 4g upgradation literally not even a single web page could be downloaded. I was tired raising complaints and finally registered for deactivation of service on 11 Aug 2016 via reference#[protected]. I never even registered for a 4g sim.
                              I did confirm with the customer care that the service has been stopped completely. I have the call recording with me safely!

                              Please note that the cancellation is applied well in advance before the free trial has ended. It is very evident that my free plan should be active till 13 Aug 2016. Then how can reliance demand Rs. 747 from me for Bill duration 14 Jul 2016 to 13 Aug 2016?

                              On account of this bill some om sai associates and advocate Shadab Peerzade is continuously harassing me.
                              I hope that this forum will look into this matter and save innocent customers from a theif!!

                              The company has not responded to any of my emails wherein I have demanded an explanation from them about the incorrect bill generation. The company is only threatening me to pay the bill. The bill itself is irrelevant. I have provided enough information already. Reiterating, I had booked Reliance Wipod # 9324652057 in September 2015. It was clearly stated to me that it would be a 12 month free service on advance payment of Rs.6000/-. The first bill is generated on 14 SEP 2015 Service started to become very mediocre in just 2-3months, also on account of 4g upgradation literally not even a single web page could be downloaded. I was tired raising complaints and finally registered for deactivation of service on 11 Aug 2016 via reference# 248773315. I never even registered for a 4g sim. I did confirm with the customer care that the service has been stopped completely. I have the call recording with me safely! Please note that the cancellation is applied well in advance before the free trial has ended. It is very evident that my free plan should be active till 13 Aug 2016. Then how can reliance demand Rs. 747 from me for Bill duration 14 Jul 2016 to 13 Aug 2016? I have all the bills as proof Note: the company is NOT PROVIDING ANY EXPLANATION ON INCORRECT BILL GENERATION!!

                              I did receive a call from customer care and they have asked me to send an email about my concern to [protected]@relianceada.com for waiver of dues.

                              I have sent an email yesterday explaining the issue.

                              Please update on the turn around time for resolving my concern. I have received 3 legal notices till date. And no response from customer care till date.

                                My number is [protected] it is a sim of reliance Cdma. I am not fullfilled with the behaviour of customer free. this problem is from 20 days. i tried to call in number also but no one has been replied. my friends have been reccomended this for me but now i feel that this is the worst sim that i have ever seen. i request you to solve this problem or please change my network with the same number

                                  i am facing connectivity problem

                                  i am facing this problem whit this number since last 2 month and i called many time at reliance customer care no (198, *333,[protected] but it not work.

                                    Sir i m trying my relience number port before since 6 months. But always they send me your request is not proceed try after some time. And every time they cut my balance and dnt send me porting code. I m in very problem cce is also not give me suitible answer. What i do now plese solve my problem. They do nothing for me.                                       152 rs kiya tha but ye itna bakwas network hai ki 2 din se std call nahi lagta hai 50 baar cal try karo fir bhi call nahi lagta hai main ye sim card le kar pachta rha hun kiyA karun sim card tod ke fek dun ya dusre company me port kar lun agar mera ye problem solve nahi huwa to recharge karna band kar dun ga jaldi se jaldi mera problem solve hona chahiye

                                        I am having mobile number of reliance no.[protected] in punjab but i am unable to make any outgoing calls for more than 12 days. whenever i am calling any number a recorded voice is telling this route is busy please call later. previously only i was unable to make local outgoing calls, now even std outgoing calls are also stopped . neither i am able to recharge the number, if i am trying to recharge the retailer simply telling that the number is having problem so recharge cannot be done. they told me to call 198 and speak to customer care executive. i have called a thousand time but never the call is connected to any customer care executive where i can share my problem . Is this my mistake that i have taken a reliance sim for which so much harassment is happening? in this age of competition when other networks are giving good customer care service, i am sorry to say i am getting the worst type of customer care service, no one in this organisation is bothered to help. i think it is better to throw away this sim and take any other networks number, maybe thats what they also want thats why they are never attending us. can anyone imagine for past 12 days i am unable to make any local outgoing calls ? very pathetic service. Really its very much disappointing.
